Fred Hayes, your MoveOn.org petition has a link for people to read more information about Damion Hayes at an article in "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog. I copied the link from your MoveOn.org petition entitled "Save Florida Inmate Damion Hayes from SHU" at http://petitions.moveon.org/sign/save-florida-inmate-damion - I was surprised and displeased to see that the link to the article reached a page not found notice: "Sorry, the page you were looking for in this blog does not exist." The link to the article about your son was correct on the petition, but a secret code had been added to prevent people's access to the article. Often when a link has been coded by stalkers, the coding becomes visible if one copies the link into a Word document or an email. The code prevents people from reaching the article about Damion and his photographs. The invisible code at Damion's petition looks like this: %EF%BB%BF.

The corrupted link at MoveOn.org cannot reach the article "Damion Hayes: Life Sentence for Mental Illness." When pasted into an email, the link looks like this:

See a screenshot below that shows where the link at MoveOn.org leads (click to enlarge). The link goes to a "page not found" in DogJustice blog. Note at the top of the page the link appears to be the same as the one that works, but it actually has an invisible code at the end that cannot be seen until you copy and paste it into another document (like an email or Word document). Stalkers for prison investors work hard and perhaps earn your tax money to censor prisoner activists. Many government officials are prison investors, including lawmakers, judges, prosecutors, Justice Department officials, and even some defense lawyers.

TRY IT YOURSELF. Go to the Damion Hayes petition at MoveOn.org, and copy the link from the second paragraph, then paste it into an Internet search field. I emailed MoveOn.org to see if that petition site knows about the surreptitious coding that prevents access to the article. See the petition language is below.

Damion Hayes is a mentally ill young man who was sentenced to life in prison after assaulting a neighbor without provocation during a mental health crisis. Damion was wrongfully convicted of premeditated attempted murder although he had no animosity toward his neighbor, did not plan the assault, and caused no lasting damage. Hayes was refused mental health treatment before the incident. Hayes is not guilty due to his mental illness. He should not be held criminally responsible for behavior caused by a mental health crisis after being denied treatment.

Hayes has been incarcerated for roughly 14 years, mostly in solitary confinement. That is longer than some people were incarcerated for manslaughter. Please replace imprisonment with treatment for Damion Hayes. Nobody should be punished for having a common, treatable health disability. Damion's father and mother are retired professionals, and his brother works with the Sheriff's Department. The family will provide a good support network for Damion Hayes if he is given a chance to leave prison and finally get the psychiatric treatment he needs and deserves. The U.N. determined that long-term isolation in solitary confinement is torture. Americans with disabilities deserve protection and treatment, not prison torture.

Taxpayers are sentenced right along with Damion if they must pay possibly millions of dollars to imprison this young man who had no prior offenses. Hayes was overly sentenced for behavior caused by deprivation of psychiatric treatment. Therefore, we respectfully request the White House and/or Florida's governor to please pardon Damion Hayes.

America's most vulnerable citizens are used for prison commodities to enrich wealthy prison investors. Slavery is illegal except for those who have been "duly convicted." Presently, 1.25 million of American prisoners are mentally ill people. Some were charged and denied trials altogether. Many others were overly-sentenced like Damion.

Time is routinely added to mentally ill persons' sentences for offenses that occur after their incarceration. For example, Jeremy Smith was sentenced to prison in California. He has been incarcerated for nearly 17 years, mostly in solitary confinement. Since his sentence ends in January 2016, he now faces prosecution for "making a terrorist threat to a prison guard" and could be sentenced to an additional term of 25 to LIFE. The mentally ill are continually punished, at taxpayers' expense, for behavior that resulted from their mental diseases. It is a prison profiteering game. That is why AIMI will take the USA before the United Nations regarding its disregard for the human and civil rights of persons with mental disabilities. I think the CIA, FBI, NSA agents are much more mentally ill than my disabled brother Larry Neal was. What could be accomplished by them preventing me from reading Facebook posts from my friends? Why are they so afraid of Mary Neal learning what her friends published today? Whatever they published is already on the Web, so it cannot be top secret information.

I used to feel insulted about their preventing me to have access to information on the Web. Now I know they only prevent my access to news because I am so damn POWERFUL. Brave New World, whenever my emails bounce, I wonder is it merely because I am America's most censored person, or are the addressees also censored. Another possibility is that media companies, politicians, and human or civil rights organizations that claim to care about human rights violations really don't care, depending on who the victims are. "I didn't get the email" could be the modern equivalent of "The dog ate my homework." Since Brave New World makes films exposing and opposing oppression, I tend to think my email bounced due to cyberstalkers, but I won't know until I call the company. I will try to let the whole wide world (www.) know what they say.

Facebook Stalkers Burned My Books

Like most members, I selected books and movies to appear on my Facebook page, but stalkers removed mine. I don't know exactly when my Facebook page was robbed like my home was burglarized to remove original copies of my lawsuits against The Cochran Firm and hard copy evidence, but I suppose these are books and films "they" plan to burn some day:

FAHRENHEIT 451, by Ray Bradbury

A dystopian novel published in 1953, the book presents a future American society where books are outlawed and "firemen" burn any books that are found. The title refers to the temperature that Bradbury understood to be the kindling point of paper. The novel focuses on the historical role of book burning in suppressing dissenting ideas. In a 1956 radio interview, Bradbury stated that he wrote Fahrenheit 451 because of his concerns at the time (during the McCarthy era) the threat of book burning in the United States (Wikipedia). As America's most censored person, I recognize Internet censorship as being the modern equivalent to Nazi book burning.

THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK, by Anne Frank
The book contains the writings from the Dutch language diary kept by a girl while she was in hiding for two years with her family during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands. The family was apprehended in 1944 and Anne Frank died of typhus in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. The diary was retrieved by Miep Gies, who gave it to Anne's father, Otto Frank, the family's only known survivor.

Although I am a middle aged black woman in Georgia, USA, I lived like Anne Frank did during a period of self-imposed house arrest after the government and/or other oppressors began to follow me. I was denied assistance by local police and all other government agencies regarding harassment and terrorism (online and in person). This happened because of government oppression and a secret murder that is denied justice - the "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" (see link below). Like Anne, I am in this position because I am a minority in America and my justice quest is therefore considered "immaterial" (USDC Judge Timothy Batten). I found refuge in writing during the 1.5 years while I remained home, only venturing out of my house if I had something to do that nobody could do for me, like appointments with doctors or dentists. Because I used the Internet for writing, I experienced cyber terror and censorship that continues today. Maybe I was supposed to be frightened like the time I was working at Care2 and hit "print" on an article CoIntelPro did not want published. Thank you for your comment on my article regarding the racism of Cox Enterprises' news report, IParrot Post. My computer is under control of NSA or some other CoIntelPro cyberstalker. So is my telephone. The secret arrest and murder of my disabled brother is America's most shrouded secret, and I am treated like a homeland terrorist for sharing the report of his murder as well as I can in social media, blogs, and independent news sources. Emails are prevented at will, and my U.S. Mail is sometimes retrieved from the clerks. Cox Enterprises refused to report that The Cochran Firm went to Georgia courts and lied, saying my lawsuit against the firm for its fraud should be dismissed because The Cochran Firm has no offices whatsoever in the State of Georgia. That is because The Cochran Firm helps mercenary racists save billions each year by defrauding its own clients. This writer recommends that all police officers be given psychological evaluations periodically, not just during the hiring phase, and that they be tested for drugs and alcohol immediately after all violent incidents that result in catastrophic injuries or deaths. Police officers and military people work in stressful, volatile situations requiring quick decisions. Mental illness and drug or alcohol addictions can negatively impact their ability to accurately comprehend and respond appropriately to stimuli. http://www.desmoinesregister.com reports that the Iowa State Senate voted 33-17 Tuesday to pass a $42.8 million appropriations bill aimed at supporting the redesign of Iowa’s mental health system. Hatch said the Senate bill spends $13 million more than the House version to insure that no counties have waiting lists for mental health services or an interruption of services. The bill now goes to the House.

MASS INCARCERATION OF THE MENTALLY ILL AND WORLD POLITICS
One can trace America's booming prison population growth to the "de-institutionalization" of the mentally ill in the 1970s, which actually transferred acute mental patients to prisons rather than hospitals and community care. This was done in large part to facilitate private prisons and meet the guaranteed occupancy levels municipalities promise private prison owners. Today, 1.25 million of America's inmates are mentally ill. Sixty percent of those in solitary confinement are sick people, and eighty percent of prisoners in cruel solitary confinement are minorities. Having an obviously racist and health conscious prison system negatively impacts America's ability to advocate for human rights around the world, and it makes military intervention based on human rights seem hypocritical. Moscow pointed to this country's record-high incarceration rate and the torture and frequent deaths of inmates (within the USA and abroad) in its response to President Obama.

CALMING EFFECTS OF MUSIC
Music is a relatively common and very traditional therapy used to achieve a calmer state of being. One mental health clinician, who is also an experienced music therapist, uses music to help her patients stir up emotional images and claims that the music “The vibration in music releases tension in the cells and organs,” thus creating a feeling of relief. One musical group has dedicated its time to playing in nursing and convalescent homes and cite that they have observed their music help the elderly people living there achieve a feeling of calm. Dentists and surgeons also cleverly use music to decrease their patients’ worry and increase their pain threshold: the type of music playing in the elevator and lobby are not accidental and the type of music played during surgery prep is considered part of the prep itself. Biblical David played his harp to assist the mental troubles of King Saul, and later King George commissioned similar musical therapy to aid in stress reduction. I frequently return to my articles to add new information and find stalkers have interfered with my freedom of press rights. I edited "Mental Health News April 2013" to add a disturbing report regarding the "Boston Marathon Bombing and HIPPA Rights," which was reported by Natural News. It appears that Governor Cuomo has ordered all mental health care records confiscated, which would appear to violate HIPPA rights. That subtitle became Item 2 in "Mental Health News April 2013." Google's Chrome OS Security Breach

I am so sorry, Google. They partially hacked Chromebook within weeks of my purchase. Wikipedia said you have been producing Chromebooks since 2011, but when I bought one, this happened! I would have bought one sooner had I known about Chromebooks before. It is such a dandy laptop! And so affordable! I decided to write these 12 paragraphs with three links to say THANK YOU! It would be easy for you to go ahead and let them censor your clients or help them like some other companies do; then they might not hack you. But you have integrity. Never Change. Some changes are negative.

2 of 12.  They feel they cannot have me using a computer system they do not control, Google. They exercise some control as long as I am signed in at social sites, but I was absolutely free to browse as long as I was not signed in as myself. I usually use "guest." They probably put a team of their best stalkers on Chromebooks after I purchased one. I wish I had not said that was the system I was using, but I figured they would know anyway.

3 of 12.  In any case, you have excellent technicians who will fix the security breach. I suggest that you regularly change whatever mechanisms in the system that you can, because they are going to continue to work against your security. They are DETERMINED that Mary Neal and probably your other clients will NOT have freedom of press.

4 of 12.  Do you remember on September 1, 2009, when I was publishing information to save Thomas Arthur (Alabama death row inmate), that these people took down part of Gmail? They did not want people to know that they had gotten Arthur's DNA test results which determined that Arthur was no match for any DNA evidence tested. They were going to go ahead and SEAL his test results and KILL him like they killed poor Cameron Todd Willingham, down in Texas. They took down Care2 ecards that day, also. I tell you, Google, these people are absolute devils! I finally got through on Care2 News Network and sounded the alarm that a potentially innocent man was about to be murdered by the State, and I believe that helped Mr. Arthur. My article made the front page at Care2, which meant the article was supposed to go out to everyone on Care2's mailing list who elected to receive news via email. Do you know they have not let me use Care2 News Network since the article I wrote to save Hank Skinner was rejected by DOS? I filmed it as well as the interference I encountered publicizing Arthur's pending execution. The ecards I sent about Arthur and the ecards I mailed about Willingham arrived to addressees EMPTY - Stalkers had actually erased the inside of the Care2 ecard! The stalkers had already stopped my Care2 emails from reaching my friends intact like they should, so I changed to ecards. Then they hacked that department, too. They do things like that all the time when I publish anti-DP news, Google. It is awful. If it would help you, feel free to go into the html view of my articles and see some of the codes they insert. 5 of 12.  Google, they hacked your Chromebook system bad. I just got booted offline because they don't want me to talk about the death penalty anymore. When I came back online, the window opened on an article in my Reader about a nice man who just died - a human rights activist. I guess that is another warning for me. They always show me ads about people incarcerated while I edit my articles at Blogger, also. I suppose that may be an NDAA threat. Using "free speech" is quite costly. It is like when I used to do much publishing at Care2, and they had the repetitious "BOOM" and the coffin ad and the awful starving, diseased dog ad at Yahoo email box. Now they won't let me publish anything in my Care2 Sharebook. Years ago, Google, I cleared away the little individual serving cups and crumbs after Holy Communion. That was much less stressful than the work God has me doing now, exposing and opposing government and judicial corruption. It is a hard job fighting all these stalkers, but someone had to do it. Many organizations were doing a fine job - their very best. But they did not use the Word to condemn evil, and neither did they initially inform the public of all the MONEY that is spent to enslave people in prisons or conduct executions. Even people who care zero about human rights care very much about money. Thousands more writers concentrate on the cost of having a prison nation now, thank God. I think it is working.

6 of 12.  As you know, I started writing online only because they secretly arrested and killed my brother. I believed The Cochran Firm was going to do a fine job as our wrongful death attorneys (according to their lying letters to us), but the traitors were working behind our backs for Memphis Shelby County Jail, where poor Larry, a mentally, physically disabled man, was kept under secret incarceration for nearly three weeks. Then on August 1, 2003, Larry died of a heart attack brought on by what? Taser, restraint chair or table, brutality, medical experiments, or the deprivation of his prescription heart drugs? They won't tell me, Google. They won't answer our federal subpoenas or our Freedom of Information Act requests. Larry's murder is America's skeleton in the closet, and I am censored so it won't get out as widely as I would like. Mainstream media is a joke.

7 of 12.  As you know, there is a big earthquake coming. BIG! Maybe the ground across America has been so fracked that this will be it for Babylon, like Revelation said. If not, I will just continue typing away. I must self-publish my first book. If I sold the manuscript, they'd probably buy it and never publish. You know, at first it was very hard for me to stay home and type all the time. I missed shopping and dinners out with my friends. I missed driving really, really bad. I always liked to work hard, and that is the only pleasure I've had these years - writing all of these articles and blogs and meeting wonderful people online. After a while, I got used to it. They go crazy when I leave home, Google. But I already wrote about that, so you know. The thing I really hate is that they burglarized my home to get my original court documents related to "Neals v. The Cochran Firm." I always knew they were capable of burglary or worse, but when it happened, I felt so violated. These people are Satan's own.

8 of 12.  As you know, I thought about giving up advocacy and starting "MaryLovesJustice Art." I will still do the art project some day, but . . . I cannot imagine walking away from Larry's murder without any form of justice. I found out they are racists, Google. Most people will laugh and say, "Of course, they are!" But I seriously did not know people - so MANY PEOPLE - in high positions think black people are not even human, or that they have so many black collaborators. It is mind-boggling. Also, there are 1.25 million more poor, sick souls like Larry languishing in jails and prisons, many of them in solitary! Jesus, help! And police departments seem to hate the mentally ill, killing them all the time like their lives are nothing. It is simply unbelievable. I liked it much better before learning about all of this, Google. I was not so gullible that I did not know evil exists, but to see it take over America like this has really been enlightening. And even that is not the whole truth. I learned that people felt this way always. My mama watched "Maafa21" with me, and she said she did not know about this intense hatred, either. She said if she had, she would have been afraid for any of her children to ever leave home.

9 of 12.  It looks like the End Times to me, Google. But if God tarries, please address the security issues regarding Chromebooks. Think about what I said - they will never give up controlling Chromebooks, so try to regularly change what you do for security. I know next to nothing about IT, but I do know you can be on the right track and yet get run over if you sit there. They are getting stronger. They knocked me off Microsoft Windows whenever they pleased, but at first they could not do that with Chromebooks. Now they can and do.

Google Chromebook (Samsung) Questions:

I bought a Google Chromebook (Samsung). It is a nice computer, but I listed TEN(10) questions below. I suspect some of the issues I am having may be caused by stalkers:

(1) How do I get the Google Chrome toolbar? I thought I would automatically have it. Do I need to download it? I read instructions that said the wrench would automatically be in the toolbar's right corner, and it is not. Is the wrench an app that I have to get from Google Apps? If I need to download the Chrome toolbar, please provide the link for the download for Chromebook Samsung.

(3) When I open a new tab, I should see my most recently visited or most used sites on the new tab page. Instead, I see sites that were visited only once about a week ago. I cannot apply the steps to get rid of them without the wrench, as far as I know. Is there another way to remove shortcuts to sites I shall never use again?
(4) At the Facebook icon on my "new tab" page, it says Facebook has four windows open, and I should have none. This persists even when I log out of Facebook and shut down completely. I have logged out at Facebook and do not plan to return for a long time. As I wrote this question, the icon for Facebook disappeared on my "new tab" page. How do I close all windows? (I restored the computer to factory defaults using that option in "Advanced Settings," but I would prefer not to have to do that again to close Facebook.)
(5) Where should I look for the model number of the computer. I need the model number to ask questions at Samsung.
(6) Can I get my full list of Google bookmarks back without knowing the password I used before? My home was burglarized by thieves working for The Cochran Firm or prison investors or the government in August, and they stole only my address book with my passwords and two boxes of court records and evidence of fraud related to my lawsuits against The Cochran Firm. Last night I wrote a new Share at my Care2 Sharebook, but it disappeared when I hit "submit." The fact that I entered the share on a new computer proves that my interference is not caused by the computer. I have not been able to enter a new Share at my Sharebook at Care2 for over a year.
(7) Until tonight, I was able to respond to people in my circles Google+ posts from my Gmail mail box. Now I cannot respond except by going to Google+. I type the response in the box at Gmail, but when I hit "submit," it just sits there. Can that option be restored? (After I wrote this, my ability to reply from my email box resumed.)
(8) Basically, it appears that I am running into the same constraints I had before purchasing the Google Chromebook. I attempted to play videos at YouTube that show how to use Google Chromebook, but I got an error message and was prohibited from seeing them. I wanted to compare the screen and toolbar I see while using Google Chromebook to those on the videos. EVERY other video I played at YouTube played well. The speakers on the Google Chromebook are impressive.
(9) On my initial sign-in, Google Chromebook asked for my Internet connection. There was a question that asked "Allow other users on this network?" I would have chosen "no," but I could not. That was not an active selection. Who are the "other users"?
(10) I used to elect to send emails to numerous people and to my circles of data I posted at Google+, but now it says I selected too many even when I only put one. It used to give an option to send emails to the 277 people I email from Gmail who are not Google+ members. (The denial of this feature began before I got a Chromebook, but I had hoped that using a Chromebook would fix it).

I am going to keep reading the instructions, and I may find some of the questions will be answered by so doing. Thanks in advance for your TEN(10) responses.
