Media companies may be inclined to hide the fact that The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm has been declared by United States District Court, Central District of California, not to exist as a law firm. This should conclude The Cochran Firm fraud against African Americans by Southern whites and Confederate Negroes who sabotage their clients' cases in tune with the CoIntelPro mandate to "keep wealth out of black hands." See the Order below that was issued May 12, 2015, by United States District Court Judge Philip Gutierrez dissolving (i.e., cancelling and dismissing) the preliminary injunction that The Cochran Firm had obtained to "protect" its alleged trademark.The Cochran Firm, P.C. - Order Dissolving Preliminary Injunction related to The Cochran Firm vs. Randy McMurray, Esq. Among the highlights from the order are the following passages:

1. "Defendant [McMurray] has met his burden that Plaintiff [The Cochran Firm] has unclean hands in the use of its trademark by advertising itself as a national law firm when there is no evidence that the individual offices are connected other than through agreements with Plaintiff." (Page 11.)

2. "In assessing whether [The Cochran Firm] meets the definition of a law firm under the California Rules of Professional Conduct, the Court finds that ... [The Cochran Firm], together with all of the individual regional offices, do not fit this definition." (Page 12.)

THE COCHRAN FIRM IS A NOW A COURT-DECLARED FRAUD PERPETUATED AGAINST ITS CLIENTS, ITS ATTORNEYS, OPPOSING ATTORNEYS AND PLAINTIFFS, PARTNERING LAW FIRMS, ADVERTISERS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

This writer sued The Cochran Firm in two courts after the lawyers helped Memphis Shelby County Jail escape accountability for secretly arresting her mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, and killing him after 18 days of secret incarceration. From mid-July until August 1, 2003, Larry Neal was in custody and denied his prescription heart drugs and psychiatric medications. Whether he died because of the sudden cessation of his vital medications or if more was done to kill the lifelong schizophrenic heart patient, the Neal family cannot say. Requests for records by way of Freedom of Information Act Requests to the U.S. Department of Justice were either ignored or answered falsely for 12 years. A federal court subpoena to Memphis Shelby County Government officials brought no information. 

The conspiracy to cover up Larry Neal's murder in custody makes this writer believe that however Larry died, it was probably worse than other in-custody deaths that have come to America's attention, like the deaths of Freddie Gray, Daniel Linsinbigler, Phillip White, Jesus Huerta, Christopher Lopez, Eileen DiNino, Matthew Ajibade, and too many others to name here. Most were black or mentally ill, and they all lacked wealth. The individuals killed in custody fit the same criterion used to determine who would be involuntarily sterilized in America's eugenics movement from 1932 to the 1970s. The eugenics movement took a deadly turn in the 21st century, when police and corrections officers regularly kill people from the same groups. Christopher Lopez's death happened 17 months before the prison reported it to the Department of Health. Larry Neal's death was never reported to the Department of Justice (USDOJ), according to statements by the USDOJ. The USDOJ was placed in direct overview of Shelby County Jail after a federal investigation and lawsuit by the USA. It is unacceptable that when this writer reported Larry's demise under secret police custody to the feds, the USDOJ did nothing about it - no investigation and no prosecution for Larry's kidnapping and murder or Shelby County officials having violated the terms of the Jail's Agreement after lawsuit by the USA by its failure to report an inmate's demise. Therefore, Agreements between the USDOJ and abusive police departments and correctional institutions mean nothing, unless it means abusers will have protection for future murders by the USDOJ cover-up artists. Larry Neal's murder was never reported in the press, and his family is surveilled, censored, and persecuted for asking, "What happened to Larry Neal?"

The Cochran Firm helped Shelby County Jail escape public outcry and legal accountability by entering contract with Larry's family after his 18-day ordeal which ended in his death. The Cochran Firm entered contract with Larry's family as our wrongful death attorneys, then allowing the Tennessee statute of limitations to pass without doing any legal work on the case. Since then, we have found numerous other Cochran Firm fraud victims, and sometimes they find this writer and call to expose their cases of victimization and fraud by white racists and Negro Confederate soldiers in that non-law firm. That is likely the main reason why my phone was taken over by hackers, and so was my Google Voice line.

CNN wrote about the increase in deaths in custody in an article entitled "Not Just Freddie Gray: Others who died in police custody." Naturally, CNN omitted Larry Neal's murder because the U.S. Government wanted them to do so. Censoring my brother's murder and The Cochran Firm's many frauds against African Americans led this writer to picket CNN. See the photograph below.

Knowing how useful The Cochran Firm is to elitist racists by swindling their mostly black clients to reduce or eliminate payouts for government agencies and large corporations, the intention of mainstream media may be to keep quiet about the fact that THE COCHRAN FIRM HAS BEEN FOUND TO BE NONEXISTENT AS A LAW FIRM BY A FEDERAL COURT. As usual, when it comes to news about Cochran Firm frauds against black legal consumers, this writer decided to report it herself. 

Congratulations to Randy McMurray, Esq., former partner of The Cochran Firm in Los Angeles. The USDC Court Order resulted from his litigation against the non-law firm. His lawyer used "Neals v. The Cochran Firm" as proof that The Cochran Firm advertises itself as "one of America's largest plaintiffs' law firms" only until plaintiffs who are former clients sue them for fraud and malpractice. Then the various law offices, like Memphis and Atlanta, deny any association with each other or the firm's home office in Dothan, Alabama. This writer was glad to help ring the death toll on the biggest fraud against black people since mercenary, racist whites sailed to Africa and said, "Want a ride?"

Report on Our Protest Against the NAACP - April 4, 2013

The anniversary of the murder of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King was celebrated with a protest. Black groups, churches, and community activists from Chicago, Philadelphia, Detroit, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Utah, Colorado, and Pittsburgh came together to protest at the NAACP national headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland. The protest was tremendous, exciting, and very successful. The protest was well covered by the media.

The purpose was to commemorate Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King's death and to demand new NAACP leadership. Rev. Dr. King was murdered by an assassin's bullet and pronounced dead on April 4, 1968, at 7:05 p.m. 

The NAACP, smothered to death with decades of corporate money, was pronounced dead on April 4, 2013.

The national office of the NAACP taped off the front of the building and the street like a crime scene in preparation for our protest. The NAACP is out of touch with the community. This was the very first time the NAACP national office had been marched on by protesters.

The protesters got the community and surrounding workers' attention and then the NAACP called the police to attempt to force protesters to stop picketing. The police told the NAACP we had every right to protest. The NAACP then called the sheriff, who also refused to help the NAACP [by violating protesters' First Amendment rights].

We shut the NAACP's national office down. We made history.  We demanded the resignations of Ben "sell us" Jealous and the Executive Board, and that the NAACP's nonprofit status be revoked.

April 4, 2013 will be remembered forever. The protest was tremendous. FoxNews took a survey to find out whether the NAACP is still relevant, and 100% of the people polled voted NO!

If necessary, every year on April 4 we will protest the NAACP in Baltimore.

Pinkney and many concerned people of all races will come to Atlanta to protest at the Beverly Hall trial and trials of other educators who are being prosecuted for fraud in the standardized test cheating scandal, whereas frauds by banks and The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm were allowed to avoid prosecution. Secret Government Murder of Larry Neal

This writer has been fighting injustice since 2006, since recognizing the American justice system is corrupt and racist. Actually, I did not know exactly how corrupt it was then. I still expected that exposure would bring remedy six years ago. I proved myself wrong in the intervening years. (July 18, 2009) NowPublic, I will try to break it down to you. It is very simple, actually. Someone simply DELETED my "Naked Demonstation" article and SUBSTITUTED it at links for another of my articles.

1) I wrote “Naked Demonstration to End Censorship," and published it at NP
2) I put an excerpt and link to it at Care2 News Network
3) “Naked Demonstration” was read by many, and excerpts appeared on other people’s websites in the US and some foreign countries, with links back to NP for the full article
4) The article was DELETED at NP, and but its link title remained on the web as “Naked Demonstration.” Upon activating the link, people were instead taken to another of my articles entitled “Theft of Emails . . . “: http://my.nowpublic.com/health/theft-emails-re-wrongful-death-larry-neal-and-cochran-firm-fraud
5) When I found my article had been deleted and traffic to the “Naked Demonstration” link was being diverted to another of my articles, “Theft of Emails,” I complained
6) Since I discovered the cyberstalking and complained, the cyberstalker then changed most of the links on the Internet to be the same as the name of the article folks were being directed to, but whoever did that forgot to change the excerpt. The excerpt that appeared with the link remained the first sentence of the deleted article. The cyberstalker did an insufficient cover-up job. See what I mean in the example below – new title and link to the excerpt were used, but the Naked Demonstration article is GONE.

The Care2 link goes to the Theft of Emails article, because the public was diverted there. NOTICE THAT although the cyberstalker who did this obviously had the power to change the title of my article on the Internet (and he/she did that, but left the original excerpt) the cyberstalker did not have the ability to change the title at Care2 News. Therefore, the title, picture, and excerpt remain unchanged at Care2 News, but the link is redirected like all the links were.

More samples of this bit of cyberstalking were published in the comments at my “Maybe LaToya Jackson Is Right” article. In every case, the link that should go to the "Naked Demonstration" article goes back to the “Theft of Emails” article instead. The Naked Demonstration article was deleted and substituted.

Now do you understand what happened? Cyberstalkers. ALL of the people who commented on the article who visited NP and read the Naked Demonstration article KNOW that the link originally led to the "Naked Demonstration" article and not to any Email theft article. So the cyberstalker does stupid things that are easily proved and witnessed.

That should answer your question about the DELETED article and the REDIRECTED LINK. If you want to know why these things are done, read further. If not, you have the info you requested. The reasons why I am censored and a victim of cyberstalking are detailed below.

In addition to cyberstalkers, I have in-person stalkers who followed and accosted me at neighborhood businesses last year (2008). I always make sure everything is in the public eye. Although I have witness statements about the in-person stalking, nothing was investigated by police and so far, nothing has been done about my online stalking, such as the deletion of my article and substitution of another at the links. This is why I stay home for safety like Ann Frank and slaves in the Underground Railroad. When the USDOJ itself is in the wrong, there is apparently no one to help citizens. A friend said I should take the matter to the UN, but I think that because the U.S. is the most powerful nation in the UN, that body would not be likely to be able to make the DOJ release records and protect my family from stalking either.

Here is what happened: Shelby Co. Jail secretly arrested and killed my handicapped brother, Larry. The jail did not file the necessary report on his death to the DOJ, not having an excuse for his death. They appointed The Cochran Firm to contract with us to pretend to be our wrongful death attorneys. The Cochran Firm played its role by NOT doing any legal work while it pretended under contract that our lawsuit was going forward against the jail. When we caught the lie, it was already too late for another attorney to investigate, prepare, and file the three lawsuits. So the folks who killed Larry escaped responsibility. We sued The Cochran Firm for fraud. The law firm got Judge Wendy Shoob to say it did not exist in Atlanta and dismiss our lawsuit. Meanwhile, the federal government had hearings to determine whether Shelby Co. Jail had complied with the terms of its agreement with the USA after lawsuit for mistreating inmates. Although the DOJ knew about Larry's secret arrest and death in custody of the Jail, the DOJ allowed Shelby Co. to enter perjury into federal proceedings by omitting any account of Larry's death. Any records the jail submitted were necessarily fraudulent, because the DOJ affirmed twice that it had no records from Larry Neal dying in the jail. Deliberate omissions are perjurous. But the DOJ already knew the jail was lying by omission, and accepted the false testimony entered into federal court proceedings for the jail to gain release from overview, just as though Larry never existed. That is the BIG SECRET that everybody is lying and hiding records to protect.

Meanwhile, they planned to kill me because I tell everybody about it. I keep telling folks about the NWO working together to suppress this truth, figuring there is some safety in disclosure. My writing about it is deleted and sabotaged online, and I am followed and accosted in person. I reported the stalking when we sued The Cochran Firm in United States District Court, Northern Dist. of GA. Judge Timothy Batten did nothing about the illegal activities under U.S. Code 18, sections 242 and 245. He also dismissed our lawsuit against The Cochran Firm, saying everything the law firm did to prevent open disclosure and accountability by Shelby Co. Jail was "immaterial." Legally, we never should have been allowed to file suit in USDC under the diversity rule, because there most certainly is a Cochran Firm office in Georgia - right where they said in court it did not exist - 127 Peachtree Street. After Batten issued his Order dismissing our case, The Cochran Firm then published a YouTube video advertising the office to other unsuspecting minority people -- like Ms. Kathryn Johnston's family was when she was murdered by police in Atlanta in 2006. That is why I call them the NWO gang.

Many parties in power worked together against Larry's family's due process of law and keep this quiet so other black families would continue to trust The Cochran Firm with confidential information and with their legal cases against police. The cover-up continues in mainstream media, so I figure it is very important to break through the shroud of cover-up. How could they hope to keep the secret with me telling about it daily? They must be up to NO GOOD.

I don't know if they do the computer sabotage from their own locales, or if they hire people at the sites where I write. They don't tell me. I am not even sure who "they" are. I just know EVERYONE WASTES THEIR TIME TELLING ME THIS IS A COMPUTER GLITCH -- TOO MUCH EVIDENCE, TOO MANY WITNESSES, TOO MUCH FILM.

For instance, the Cochran Firm Atlanta Office YouTube commercial was loaded on NP with my article "Mary Neal Requests Meeting with the USDOJ." But it was not permitted to show after the first few days. When I tried to bring the footage forward, the cyberstalker who is assigned to attack my input here deleted the entire article! They are something! I call them New World Orderlies. They deserve a raise (and more training). Now, that film cannot be transferred from YouTube at all - it is now on lockdown.

Plenty of examples are in the comments of my "American Concentration Camps Proposed in Congress - H.R.645" article. They REALLY got busy when I published that. I figure they do not want to delete it because it would look really, really bad. Plus, too many other sites already republished it - not just an excerpt. I plan to tell the public from now on to always copy my entire article if they find it worthwhile, because deletions are getting to be rather common. Like Nazi book burning.

The NWO attack against my family to conceal government crimes is much the same as the Guantanamo torture camps. That did not come out in the news for a long time. Now that it is out, much of the related documents are kept secret, and it is doubtful if there will ever be accountability or punishment for the prisoner torture. Larry Neal, a mentally ill heart patient, was treated like those people who are in prison camps who are suspected terrorists - only he was a sick American citizen who could not even spell "terrorist." It was the same USDOJ, under the same command. The determination to keep this secret is just as intense, I suppose, so folks cyberstalk and censor me. And the Obama DOJ did not respond timely to our FOIA requests - nothing yet, almost a month overdue. Not really hard to understand, but the story has a lot of chapters. Thanks for your interest. If you can trace this illegal activity, please do. But be careful. You may end up hiding at home like my 86-yr-old mom and me, surrounded by lots of new neighbors who took over all of the foreclosed homes on our street in the days preceding and immediately after Judge Batten's ruling. Most use drive-out tags or back into their driveways, making it hard to get their tag numbers. However, I put some tag numbers in the comments to my Supreme Court and DNA testing rights article and mailed them far and wide. Somehow, they live in expensive homes, drive lovely late modeled vehicles, but don't seem to have work schedules.

I am glad we are discussing this. If my family has to sue the DOJ to get the responsive records regarding Larry Neal in response to our FOIA request, I know the cyberstalkers and in-person stalkers may go crazy! One of President Obama's first executive orders strengthened the Freedom of Information Act. I suppose the DOJ did not get a copy of Obama's executive order.

If we had known this was a NWO thing - Larry's death cover-up conspiracy - we probably would have gone to the funeral and just said good-bye, with no questions asked. I believe that must be what the families do in Communist China and probably what people did when folks went "missing" and died in government custody in WWII Germany. We just did not know that America had become one of those places. I did not read the announcement that the Constitution and Bill of Rights had been nullified. Maybe they will announce it later.

When we sued The Cochran Firm, we believed it was a simple matter of a couple of crooked attorneys helping their friends over the Shelby Co. Jail hide an inmate death. We thought The Cochran Firm would pay us damages and deal with its attorneys - David McLaughlin and Julian Bolton. Instead, we are embroiled in a super spy novel-type of mess. I am not Ms. Bond and have no training in how to deal with this. All I know to do is tell the police and FBI (and they don't care) and tell the public. When the same folks you have to run to for help are themselves operated by the folks you are telling on, what kind of situation is that? It is one of those God-sized situations. The NAACP entered a lawsuit to benefit defrauded homeowners against Wells Fargo. But the lawsuit was promptly dropped when the bank agreed to fund a NAACP Convention. Larry was secretly arrested (kidnapped) for 18 days and killed in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. The United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) was in overview of the jail after the publicly-owned correctional facility was sued by the United States in 2000 for its pattern of inmate brutality. Rather than upholding the law, the feds in overview of the jail allowed Shelby County Jail to file fraudulent reports in its Release Hearings in 2006 that omitted Larry Neal's arrest and murder. All of Shelby County's officials who signed the false reports are corrupt and should be jailed for defrauding the USA.
