First American Banned from Internet: Rev. Pinkney

“We have, as far as possible, closed every avenue by which light may enter [slaves'] minds. If we could extinguish the capacity to see the light, our work would be complete; they would then be on a level with the beasts of the field, and we should be safe.” - Henry Berry addressing Virginia House of Delegates, 1832.

The Internet is important for marketing products and services, and it is convenient for dissemination of information that politicians want released. The downside for the corporate government structure is that human rights advocates also use the Internet to air news and voice opinions that are not considered beneficial to the "status quo," which is elite white supremacy. Among other things, online activists object to wars, environmental destruction, mass incarceration, racism and class consciousness in the justice system, and the destruction of citizens' rights supposedly for increased security.

Before the Internet, freedom of press was not a widely used right. Until recently, elitists could contain certain news by simply placing a call to owners of mainstream media companies. Controlling news reports made it possible to largely control public opinion. That day is gone now that hundreds of thousands of individuals have made of themselves news reporters through video uploads, blogs, and independent news companies online. Some people use the Internet to release a single video depicting overuse of force by police, and others galvanize tens of thousands of people around a cause. Along with increased use has come increased attacks against the First Amendment rights that Americans have. In fact, an activist minister from Michigan has apparently become the first person in history to be banned from using the Internet - the Reverend Edward Pinkney.

Rev. Pinkney has not been convicted of any crime whatsoever, but a gag order was issued forbidding him from using the Internet. His wife Dorothy has not even been accused of any crime, but she is forbidden from using the Internet in their home. No person who has been convicted using the Internet for cyber stalking, child pornography, or bank fraud has ever been banned from using the Internet, but Rev. Pinkney, who is accused of election fraud, was ordered to refrain from going online for any reason.

Rev. Pinkney sponsored a recall petition against the mayor of Benton Harbor, Michigan that gathered sufficient signatures. The recall petition has been more rigorously investigated than murders of young black men whose bodies are continually found in that area. Armed police officers went door to door interviewing petitioners and asking exactly what day (as much as six months before) they signed the petition. The rigorous investigation led to criminal charges against Pinkney. When he went to the hearing connected with this matter, a gag order was instituted that completely blocks him from using the Internet, although the petition for recall of the mayor did not collect online signatures.

Rev. Pinkney's gag order was probably instituted to prevent success of his following initiatives:
1) the annual OCCUPY the PGA demonstration, protesting the sale of public lands for a golf course for elitists;
2) the boycott against Whirlpool products;
3) the protest against Benton Harbor Police Department for refusing to investigate the deaths of numerous black people, which are perceived by Rev. Pinkney and others as being unrequited racial murders; and
4) the recall of elected officials who Rev. Pinkney and others perceive as being in place to represent corporation interests rather than the people of Benton Harbor.

The democratic process allows for elections and recalls of government officials. America allegedly has a government of, by and for the People. The People decide who represents them by voting for officials they choose and recalling officials as they see fit. But as Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. discussed years ago, there is a disconnect between what actually happens in America (particularly regarding black people) and what "she said on paper." Therefore, an activist minister has become the first person to be banned from using the Internet. A number of years ago, the same man was the first minister prosecuted for reciting bible verses when a judge perceived it as a terrorist threat when Rev. Pinkney quoted Deuteronomy 28.

Attorney Robin Yeamans joined this radio host on May 29 to explain how unprecedented the ban against Rev. Pinkney's Internet use is. Listen to the two(2) tapes of radio shows at the links below, IF they let you.

The Internet allows working class and indigent people throughout the world to unite and promote or oppose whatever they choose in a way that was not possible before. Any languages can be translated by computer, making all humans able to speak "one language," as stated in Genesis 11:6. There is nothing so frightening to oppressive elitists as regular people having control over the flow of information and the ability to influence public opinion. As GOD said, united people who speak a common language can accomplish any goal.

And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. ~Genesis 11:6

Repeat of Paragraphs 1 and 2: “We have, as far as possible, closed every avenue by which light may enter [slaves'] minds. If we could extinguish the capacity to see the light, our work would be complete; they would then be on a level with the beasts of the field, and we should be safe.” - Henry Berry addressing Virginia House of Delegates, 1832.

Challenge: Online Justice Advocacy re Recidivism

The U.S. Justice Department announced that hundreds, and possibly thousands of inmates will be eligible for prison release upon receipt and processing of their clemency applications. Prison release is a positive development, especially for inmates who were overly sentenced under the racist powder to crack cocaine law before the Fair Sentencing Act. But prison release will not resolve mass incarceration. That is partly because 67.5 percent of released prisoners recidivate within three years of their release. Two psychologists addressed the issue of recidivism on two of our radio shows recently: Dr. Earle Williams and Dr. Jean Kennedy. International human rights attorney Dr. Mustafa Ansari joined us on the May 19th show, which seems to be delayed in posting. Tapes for our shows are ordinarily available within an hour of completing the broadcasts. See the emails below:

subject: Human Rights for Prisoners March Blogtalkradio Broadcasts - May 18 - 19, 2014
mailed-by: gmail.com

Many thanks to you for participating in tonight's discussions regarding recidivism. The tape for tonight's broadcast seems to be delayed. The broadcast for May 19 should be available at this link
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/nnia1/2014/05/20/human-rights-for-prisoners-march
The broadcast for Sunday, May 18, should be at this link:
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/humanrightsdemand/2014/05/18/human-rights-for-prisoners-march

There is growing opposition to mass incarceration, and many people are pleased about the recent announcements by the Justice Department about impending prison releases. Unfortunately, 67.5 percent of prisoners recidivate within three years of release. Society must begin to address reasons why that is so. The information you shared on our programs Sunday and Monday should help officials and the general populace realize how to help released prisoners reintegrate into society.

Below are my ten(10) suggestions to reduce recidivism:
1) Over half of America's inmates are mentally ill people who should have been treated in their communities or hospitalized and never imprisoned in the first place. Upon prison release, all inmates who were treated for mental illness behind bars should be released under AOT programs, which provide subsistence assistance (food and housing) and mandate continuous psychiatric treatment, i.e., Laura's Law and Kendra's Law. Mentally ill people in AOT programs experience over 85 percent fewer incidents of homelessness, arrests, hospitalization, and imprisonment - a tremendous success rate for the participants and for their communities, which were made safer by treating rather than punishing people with serious mental illnesses (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe PTSD, and others).

2) All correctional facilities should focus on rehabilitation services, including skills training and opportunities to achieve high school diplomas and college degrees. Correctional facilities should be given incentives according the number of inmates who become certified in a skill and/or are awarded diplomas and degrees.

3) The Bureau of Prisons should make every attempt to keep prisoners in the area where they lived before incarceration. Studies indicate that released prisoners have a higher rate of success if they maintain close ties with their family and friends while incarcerated. Moving prisoners out of state should be avoided, as it prevents visits.

4) Companies and government entities that use prison laborers should be mandated to hire a percentage of the released prisoners who worked for them behind bars.

5) Released prison workers should qualify for unemployment benefits.

6) Psychological therapy should be offered to all released prisoners to help them recover from PTSD, which Dr. Williams said they are likely to experience.

7) Job applications should not ask about people's criminal backgrounds.

8) Criminal background information should be expunged, except perhaps for repeat sex offenders and violent criminals.

9) Voting rights should be restored.

10) Ex-offenders should qualify for all entitlement programs (subsistence) and college assistance at the same rate as anyone else within their financial status. They should not be relegated to a permanent underclass.

Again, many thanks for sharing your professional opinions with the audience of "Human Rights for Prisoners March" radio shows at Blogtalkradio. Thank you, Dr. Williams, for giving information regarding books and publications you have authored. We wish you much success on your upcoming documentary. All of you are encouraged to share the links to the broadcasts, which are in the first paragraph of this email. I will update this article when our May 19th tape is made available for your access. It is challenging for me to publish articles and radio shows about prisoners' rights, opposition to mass incarceration, and anti-death penalty news. Earlier today, I was locked out of my Google account temporarily by stalkers who were presumably hired to interfere with my online advocacy for human rights. Thanks for hearing and sharing the Blogtalkradio broadcasts about recidivism. Cyber War v. James Causner and Campaign4Justice

~ James Causner, of Campaign4Justice ~

#NSA, #CoIntelPro, and/or other #Stalkers, please stop attacking James Causner's emails at Campaign4Justice12@gmail.com. I am glad you stole the email I sent to him even as he was reading it to me to ensure that he received ALL of it. I know how stalkers steal data and links from emails; therefore, when emails are important, I usually speak to the addressee to ensure that they received my emails intact. Causner's affidavit about this particular theft will join others regarding your covert activities: taking over my telephones, disrupting my radio broadcasts, removing or preventing emails (incoming and outgoing), etc. The affidavits will be filed with my complaint to the International Court regarding my handicapped brother's secret arrest and murder, refusal of records and accountability, and my years of stalking and censorship to prevent disclosure about the murder and suppress activism for other prisoners in America.

The stolen email pertained to the #Campaign4Justice website at http://www.campaign4justice.com/ and the data I requested for him to include on the website. I noticed the surveillance team had redirected one of the links on his website. The link for Rev. Pinkney under the tab "History and Human Rights" then under "Current Struggles" actually opens a "Stolen Lives" page. Rev. Pinkney is an activist minister in Benton Harbor, Michigan who is currently under house arrest and a gag order to prevent wide disclosure about the racist corporate takeover of government in that area. Please STOP redirecting links on James Cosner's website. The U.S. Congress did not pass #SOPA. Neither I nor anyone I correspond with are terrorists, so nobody has any right to conduct #cyberwar against us under NDAA, explained in "Lawfare: Offensive Cyberspace Operations, the NDAA, and the Title 10-Title 50 Debate," by Robert Chesney at

http://www.lawfareblog.com/2011/12/cyberoperations/

The only terrorists I know about are positioned in houses around mine to facilitate burglaries on my home, follow me when I leave, and have better access to interrupting my telephone and Internet connections. I also met one in 2010 who substituted himself for a computer technician I called to clean your viruses off my computer. In August 2012, burglars actually stole my original court files for two lawsuits against The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm along with hard copy evidence that Georgia courts prevented from going before a jury by dismissing the lawsuits based on perjury: In Georgia Superior Court, the Cochran Firm falsely claimed it has no law offices whatsoever in the State of Georgia. In federal court, the unethical lawyers claimed having no law offices whatsoever in the City of Memphis, Tennessee. In 2013, another terrorist came to my home under the false pretense of having been sent by my mother's home health care company. There have been other incidents. Google "Cochran Firm Fraud."

I also requested in my email to James Causner, which you people stole, that he would include a link to the "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" website at
http://WrongfulDeathofLarryNeal.com and include the photo of Larry, which I attached to the email. Larry is the mentally, physically disabled man who was murdered under secret arrest, a murder for which the government refuses to acknowledge responsibility and refuses to release records. Censorship to hide that government murder is ten years long. It led to The Cochran Firm fraud, which is a conspiracy of JFK proportions.

I hereby ask everyone who has emailed James Causner at Campaign4Justice12@gmail.com to assume that NSA, CoIntelPro, and/or other stalkers may have stolen your emails. Please send them again. James changed his password, and he should be able to access his emails now. James had left Gmail open on his computer, which uses Windows as an operating system, and stalkers had their way with his email account. You can also email Causner at causner@yahoo.com. Request that links to your human rights campaigns for justice be added to those already featured at the Campaign4Justice website.

James uses Windows. Windows and Microsoft are associated with #BillGates, and I explained to James that the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is a prison investor. Therefore, Windows seems to be a bad choice for prisoner activists to use. I experienced nothing but trouble while using computers running Windows, perhaps because freeing innocent prisoners and decriminalizing mental illness would be financially inconvenient for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Advocates for justice reform should check other Internet companies for prison investors, including those that run social networks or produce anti-virus software.

James has launched a HUNGER STRIKE for #humanrights, demanding the release of certain political prisoners, prosecution of certain murderous police officers, and an immediate end to deportations of #immigrants. You stalkers should be ashamed of yourselves for censoring this man, who is risking his life for the sake of #justice. Former U.S. Government employee #EdwardSnowden said stalkers make plenty of money, but "what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?" Repent and be saved, NSA, CoIntelPro, and/or other stalkers. James Causner affirmed:

I vow to the Creator, my Ancestors, and to the people that I will go until death, except if the following demands are met by the US government who has the complete power to do so!

1st: Free Leonard Peltier, Move 9/8, Mumia Abu Jamal, Ramsey Muniz, and Rocky Boice immediately!

2nd: Fire immediately and file 1st degree murder charges against the following officers: Gregory Sur and company for killing Mark Garcia, retry Johannes Mehserly for killing Oscar Grant, John Moody for killing Ernest Duenez, Miguel Masso for killing Allen Blueford, Steve Gilley for killing Michael Nida, Manuel Ramos for killing Kelly Thomas, Richard Hastings, Mikeal Ali, and Mathew Lopez for killing Kenneth Harding Jr., Dan Hurtado, Ray Drabek, and Mike Brannigan for killing Martin Angel Hernandez, John Nesbitt, Gregory Dunn, and Erick Azarvand for killing James Rivera, Dominique Perez and Keith Sandy for killing James Boyed, Eric Gelhaus for killing Andy Lopez, and Marcy Norega for killing Everado Toress!

3rd: Stop Deportations and Detainments of Immigrants!

James Causner is adamant about his hunger strike, although we tried to discourage him. We decided to therefore support his justice quest to ensure that he does not make this sacrifice in vain. Listen to James Causner and/or other representatives from Campaign4Justice every Saturday at 3pm EST on HUMAN RIGHTS DEMAND channel at Blogtalkradio. The call-in number is (347)857-3293. Facebook Stalkers Burned My Books

Like most members, I selected books and movies to appear on my Facebook page, but stalkers removed mine. I don't know exactly when my Facebook page was robbed like my home was burglarized to remove original copies of my lawsuits against The Cochran Firm and hard copy evidence, but I suppose these are books and films "they" plan to burn some day:

BOOKS:

ANIMAL FARM, by George Orwell
ALL ANIMALS ARE EQUAL, BUT SOME ARE MORE EQUAL THAN OTHERS.
When the animals take over the farm, they think it is the start of a better life. Their dream is of a world where all animals are equal and all property is shared. But soon the pigs take control, and one of them, Napoleon, becomes the leader of all the animals. One by one the principles of the revolution are abandoned until the animals have even less freedom than before. - Anonymous

ALL I REALLY NEED TO KNOW I LEARNED IN KINDERGARTEN, by Robert Fulghum
Robert Fulghum published a simple credo that became a phenomenal #1 New York Times bestseller. The book shows that the most basic aspects of life bear its most important opportunities. By applying the precepts we learned as little children, we could resolve most of the world's problems, such as respecting others, cleaning up after ourselves [instead of covering-up], and uniting [for justice].

HOLY BIBLE, KING JAMES VERSION
Whether or not readers are religious, biblical truths are instructive for mankind. The Bible has profound but simple instructions to love our neighbors; care for the elderly, the disabled, and children; respect people's human rights; avoid conflicts as much as possible, but resist evil and insist on justice; and many other valuable lessons for life in the 21st century and throughout time. I prefer the King James version, because many scriptures were change (watered down) in later versions. For instance, see how Proverbs 31:8 was translated in various bible versions to replace the word "destruction" so that Christians won't understand our duty to oppose executions:
http://biblehub.com/proverbs/31-8.htm

THE NEW JIM CROW, by Michelle Alexander
An attorney argues that the war on drugs and policies that deny felons equal access to employment, housing, education and public benefits create a permanent undercaste based largely on race. Michelle Alexander believes many of the gains of the civil rights movement have been undermined by the mass incarceration of black people in America.

FAHRENHEIT 451, by Ray Bradbury
A dystopian novel published in 1953, the book presents a future American society where books are outlawed and "firemen" burn any books that are found. The title refers to the temperature that Bradbury understood to be the kindling point of paper. The novel focuses on the historical role of book burning in suppressing dissenting ideas. In a 1956 radio interview, Bradbury stated that he wrote Fahrenheit 451 because of his concerns at the time (during the McCarthy era) the threat of book burning in the United States (Wikipedia). As America's most censored person, I recognize Internet censorship as being the modern equivalent to Nazi book burning.

THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK, by Anne Frank
The book contains the writings from the Dutch language diary kept by a girl while she was in hiding for two years with her family during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands. The family was apprehended in 1944 and Anne Frank died of typhus in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. The diary was retrieved by Miep Gies, who gave it to Anne's father, Otto Frank, the family's only known survivor.

Although I am a middle aged black woman in Georgia, USA, I lived like Anne Frank did during a period of self-imposed house arrest after the government and/or other oppressors began to follow me. I was denied assistance by local police and all other government agencies regarding harassment and terrorism (online and in person). This happened because of government oppression and a secret murder that is denied justice - the "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" (see link below). Like Anne, I am in this position because I am a minority in America and my justice quest is therefore considered "immaterial" (USDC Judge Timothy Batten). I found refuge in writing during the 1.5 years while I remained home, only venturing out of my house if I had something to do that nobody could do for me, like appointments with doctors or dentists. Because I used the Internet for writing, I experienced cyber terror and censorship that continues today. Much of it is recorded in my Justice Gagged blog, and some videos capturing censorship are at my Youtube channel (see the data at the links below). I plan to make more of my censorship videos available with the purchase of my books, "Cochran Firm Fraud," "Extreme Punishments - SHU and DP," and "21st Century Slave Songs."
http://www.wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com/main.html

Anne Frank did not live to meet people who became her friends through her writing like I do. I appreciate and greatly value you, online friends! Anne's diary has been published in more than 60 different languages, and her oppression by Nazis is as well known as I hope my own oppression by Nazis might be one day.

MOVIES:

The movies I enjoyed will be listed in this blog later. I am hungry right now and must eat some of my leftovers from Mother's Day dinner! Stay tuned for my movie list. I believe you might enjoy them, too.

Blessings,
MaryLovesJustice

Stalkers Cherry Pick Koffietime Tweets that Post Publicly

MY TWEETS ARE BACK. It must have been the stalkers. I will leave this blog up in case they disappear again. My Koffietime tweets show a striking similarity to The Cochran Firm frauds: first you see them, then you don't. If people do not want me to use Internet services for human rights work, they should try justice. That works.

WHAT THE HELL HAS HAPPENED TO TWITTER? These people are apparently cherry picking the tweets that can show on my profile view! I have not used Twitter since Easter until today, May 6. I was greeted with offers to reformat my Twitter page, which I did not elect to do. I found that I was following four fewer people than I should have, but that is not new. I posted the tweets below, then went to my Profile View (at "me") to ensure that all my tweets posted. Many of them were not in view - very important news that my followers need to know about. I was absolutely livid!

I had to go to "Old Tweets: Koffietime (Mary Neal)" at Tweet Tunnel to see my tweets about:
1) The homeless people in Fresno who are being robbed by the government.
http://dogjusticeformentallyill.blogspot.com/2014/05/homeless-man-in-fresno-ca.html
2) Requests to government officials to be more responsible about entertainers they use for government-sponsored and campaigning events: "Pushing Black Youths to the Drug Culture"
http://humanrightsforprisonersmarch.blogspot.com/2014/05/pushing-black-youths-to-drug-culture.html
3) The USDOJ plans to examine racism in the very criminal justice system
http://newsone.com/3007679/eric-holder-criminal-justice-reform/
4) Our prayers for (a) Mayor Swearingin, Fresno; (b) Prosecutor Angela Corey, FL, and (c) Gov. Mary Fallin, Oklahoma, who are (a) targeting homeless people for prosecution, (b) overly prosecuting Marissa Alexander and other blacks in Florida, and (c) torturing and murdering death row inmates with mystery drugs. http://www.blogtalkradio.com/nnia1/2014/05/05/marylovesjustice-prayer-meeting  We pray for U.S. elected and appointed officials every Sunday at 9pm ET on Blogtalkradio show "MaryLovesJustice Prayer Meeting," because the Bible instructs us to pray for those in authority over us.

I had other important news to share, but I am too exasperated right now. Internet censorship is the American equivalent of Nazi book burning. Twitter censorship is specifically against African Americans. "Business Insider" reports that blacks are more likely to use Twitter than other social networks. Excerpt: "New data confirms that Twitter's population is disproportionately black. According to Edison Research's annual report on Twitter, black people represent 25% of Twitter users, roughly twice their share of the population in general." Read more: http://www.businessinsider.com/twitter-study-results-2010-4#ixzz30wVlefwy

See my REAL tweets posted May 6 below, and compare them with the ones handpicked by CoIntelPro that are allowed to show on my Profile View at https://twitter.com/koffietime . Slavery continues in the USA. Black people are NOT allowed to use free speech and freedom of press RIGHTS. The white-owned media companies and government are determined to control what information gets released to the world through the Internet. With this development, Twitter is worse than Facebook.

Google should not be rash about demoting Google+. Google is a free speech hero that African Americans and others whose news is censored online will need more than ever before as time winds down. TechCrunch reports, "Today, Google’s Vic Gundotra announced that he would be leaving the company after eight years. The first obvious question is where this leaves Google+, Gundotra’s baby and primary project for the past several of those years. What we’re hearing from multiple sources is that Google+ will no longer be considered a product, but a platform — essentially ending its competition with other social networks like Facebook and Twitter.

Google+ certainly can compete with Twitter and Facebook and WIN if my censorship today is an indication of what other members are experiencing - unless the missing tweets on my Profile view were snatched by CoIntelPro (NSA) instead of cherry picked by Twitter, itself. See my tweets from May 6 below. Censorship is infuriating, and it hurts my feelings. I do not curse online or show sexually explicit material, and I usually TRY to post news from major news sources rather than perceived "less reliable" media, IF the mainstream media carries the stories. Sometimes they don't (Google "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal," for an example). By the way, human rights advocates should NOT cite USA Today news and drive people to that site. While other media companies referred to the victim of Oklahoma's botched execution by name, USA Today referred to him as "the killer." We have enough work to do without having to contend with pro-execution media companies.

Support Pinkney: House Arrest and Gagged

Breaking News!

Civil rights fighter and UFAA friend Rev. Edward Pinkney of Benton Harbor, MI has been arrested and charged with election law violations.  He’s under house arrest and tethered.  Cannot leave his house for ANY reason.

He could face another 5 years as a political prisoner for his valiant efforts to recall Benton Harbor mayor and corporate stooge James Hightower. Pinkney is a true leader for working and poor people, embroiled in a critical moment for the defense of American democracy. Please visit http://bhbanco.org and contribute what you can to Rev. Pinkney’s legal defense.  He would like 1,000 people to call the courthouse, ask for Michael Sepic, chief prosecutor. Free Pinkney!

Rev. Pinkney is facing election fraud charges less than two weeks before the recall election for the mayor of Benton Harbor.

The sheriff went out to intimidate and harass the people.  In one hand they had the original signed petition, in the other hand a computer copy of the recall petition with a whited out first digit.  They asked the resident which day they signed the recall petition with 2 different dates in their hand, confusing the person, and trying to force the person to say they did not sign the petition on the original date.  Also, they claimed that 4 people signed 2 different petitions twice.  The law is clear on that.  A person who knowingly signed a recall petition more than once, or signed a name other than his own, is violating the provisions of Michigan election law. Pinkney never allowed anyone to sign the petition twice.  This is another attempt to silence Pinkney. He can no longer use his computer.  He’s under house arrest 24/7.  He cannot leave his house for any reason.  They are trying to silence him completely.  Please spread the word.

Get on Twitter and Facebook, call in to radio shows, write letters to newspapers, call your representatives, and don’t let corporate welfare queens and their hired thugs back down the citizens of Benton Harbor! We want jobs, not dictators! And we demand our rights to freedom of speech, assembly and political representation!

”Benton Harbor reminds me of Mississippi in the late 1950′s and early 1960′s. I have never been one to rave about how much progress my generation has made, but I had hoped to see an end to these horrors in my lifetime.  All citizens have the civil right to recall an elected official or initiate a referendum by way of petition.  This is our only outlet.” – Rev. Edward Pinkney, 4/20/14

WHAT WE CAN DO

Let the world know about the activist minister who was arrested for obeying Proverbs 31:8-9: "Speak for the poor and needy and all who are appointed for destruction."

Do not allow a corporate takeover of government in Benton Harbor, Michigan while the main voice against it has been silenced through criminal prosecution on false charges, house arrest and gag order. Protest this injustice through phone calls, letters and emails to authorities, and help Rev. Pinkney raise his legal fees.

It is little wonder why Rev. Pinkney faces this ordeal right before the "May 24, Occupy the PGA event" to protest the sales of public lands to corporations and corruption in the police department, which was announced at this webpage
http://hreventsbymlj.blogspot.com/2014/02/protest-benton-harbor-pd-march-1.html

I speak for Rev. Pinkney, because he helped me to have a voice to expose racism, class consciousness, and health discrimination in the justice system while most other people do not, including black media companies and ministers. He understands that censorship is the ordinary course to silence truth-tellers among oppressed people. His online radio shows give a voice to the voiceless of all races. Now Rev. Pinkney is himself censored again, and he faces incarceration for standing up for oppressed people. It is our duty to object to this injustice and support Rev. Pinkney's legal fight.

I love America more than any other country in this world, and, exactly for this reason, I insist on the right to criticize her perpetually. ~James A. Baldwin
