Today my assigned stalkers fight freedom of press regarding "Mental Health News April 2013," a new article in my "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog at

I published the article around 4:30 p.m. EST on April 17, but it could not be found by that title on Google search twelve hours later. I also published an excerpt of the article under that title in my Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) groups at Google+, Care2, and Facebook. I discovered that it had been removed from Facebook's AIMI group, and I re-published it there. I frequently return to my articles to add new information and find stalkers have interfered with my freedom of press rights. I edited "Mental Health News April 2013" to add a disturbing report regarding the "Boston Marathon Bombing and HIPPA Rights," which was reported by Natural News. It appears that Governor Cuomo has ordered all mental health care records confiscated, which would appear to violate HIPPA rights. That subtitle became Item 2 in "Mental Health News April 2013." (Unsubstantiated Report) New York Governor Cuomo has ordered state officials to confiscate private patient records from psychiatrists, meaning that all your assumed "doctor-patient confidentiality" is now a fairytale. Everything you've ever told a psychiatrist, psychologist, doctor or therapist is now subject to government confiscation, and whatever they find will be used against you. This writer recommends that all police officers be given psychological evaluations periodically, not just during the hiring phase, and that they be tested for drugs and alcohol immediately after all violent incidents that result in catastrophic injuries or deaths. Police officers and military people work in stressful, volatile situations requiring quick decisions. Mental illness and drug or alcohol addictions can negatively impact their ability to accurately comprehend and respond appropriately to stimuli. For example, steroids are often used by police officers as well as sportsmen and can cause brain damage and feelings of aggression.

MENTAL HEALTH LAW
http://www.desmoinesregister.com reports that the Iowa State Senate voted 33-17 Tuesday to pass a $42.8 million appropriations bill aimed at supporting the redesign of Iowa’s mental health system. Hatch said the Senate bill spends $13 million more than the House version to insure that no counties have waiting lists for mental health services or an interruption of services. The bill now goes to the House.

MASS INCARCERATION OF THE MENTALLY ILL AND WORLD POLITICS
One can trace America's booming prison population growth to the "de-institutionalization" of the mentally ill in the 1970s, which actually transferred acute mental patients to prisons rather than hospitals and community care. This was done in large part to facilitate private prisons and meet the guaranteed occupancy levels municipalities promise private prison owners. Today, 1.25 million of America's inmates are mentally ill. Sixty percent of those in solitary confinement are sick people, and eighty percent of prisoners in cruel solitary confinement are minorities. Having an obviously racist and health conscious prison system negatively impacts America's ability to advocate for human rights around the world, and it makes military intervention based on human rights seem hypocritical. Moscow pointed to this country's record-high incarceration rate and the torture and frequent deaths of inmates (within the USA and abroad) in its response to President Obama.

CALMING EFFECTS OF MUSIC
Music is a relatively common and very traditional therapy used to achieve a calmer state of being. One mental health clinician, who is also an experienced music therapist, uses music to help her patients stir up emotional images and claims that the music “The vibration in music releases tension in the cells and organs,” thus creating a feeling of relief. One musical group has dedicated its time to playing in nursing and convalescent homes and cite that they have observed their music help the elderly people living there achieve a feeling of calm. Dentists and surgeons also cleverly use music to decrease their patients’ worry and increase their pain threshold: the type of music playing in the elevator and lobby are not accidental and the type of music played during surgery prep is considered part of the prep itself. Biblical David played his harp to assist the mental troubles of King Saul, and later King George commissioned similar musical therapy to aid in stress reduction. Mary Neal Pickets at Beverly Hall's Trial

The educators [in Atlanta] in are being prosecuted for FRAUD, a charge that Americans have been told cannot be applied to bankers, who are "too big to fall." The allegations against Beverly Hall and others do not rise to the level of FRAUD that bankers did that caused millions of home foreclosures and evictions and brought the nation to the brink of bankruptcy. The educators' fraud does not surpass what The Cochran Firm [and co-conspirators] did to the Neal family to prevent a lawsuit against Memphis Shelby County Jail after the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, a mentally, physically disabled man, and crimes continue against the Stone Mountain family to prevent disclosure. The Neals are subject to a reign of terror that is allowed by some of the same parties who now prosecute Hall and other educators. That is why Mary Neal plans to picket the trials. Everyone should join in protesting the prosecution of some frauds but not others. On April 5, DeKalb County Police Department said the woman's fraud was NOT ILLEGAL. 

Everyone who wants to help picket at trials for Beverly Hall and other Atlanta educators who are prosecuted for FRAUD while bankers and The Cochran Firm are excused from prosecution for the same offense, TRY to call me at 678.531.0262 (terrorists frequently take control of our phone and prevent our calls). Laws in America are used to prosecute blacks but not to help a family get accountability after the secret arrest and murder of a mentally ill heart patient whose death was covered up, and laws are not used to demand accountability for families victimized by housing fraud and predatory lending. Instead, we are told that banks are "too big to fall." 

Police said it is not illegal to gain entry into an elder's home and bedroom by pretending to be a health care provider who was sent by her home health company, conduct medical tests on the elder, and force the elder to expose her naked buttocks to the impostor. We complained to Senator Saxby Chambliss and Rep. Hank Johnson, and will file a complaint with Internal Affairs. If lawmakers and police oversight agree that it is not illegal to impersonate a medical health care provider to abuse elders, we will propose that such a law is introduced without hesitation. Satanists Take the 99% for Fools

Satanic elitists hope for a race war to excuse them applying their destructive plans for America. This is a comment at my MaryLovesJustice blog article entitled "You've Got to be Taught" at  http://marylovesjustice.blogspot.com/2012/04/youve-got-to-be-taught.html  .  The stalkers I was assigned hate Christians and everything to do with Jesus Christ. Their bosses have the same sentiments, no doubt. We had a major disagreement when stalkers wanted the Bible verse in a paragraph in that article to be in small print. They despise the entire article because it calls for Americans to lay aside prejudice and unite for liberty and justice for all. That concept would not lead to Martial Law, which would involve disarming American citizens, using concentration camps, excusing an invasion by NATO troops, and that would give an opportunity to for a Change of government. Therefore, the stalkers were instructed to attack messages about love and unity among races. See the comment below:

Stalkers hate this statement rejecting prejudice. They are particularly adverse to the Bible verse at the end. They made the Word of God small font on my view. I used the Google tool for removing formatting, but before I could hit "submit," the stalker had again changed the font to small for the Bible verse Gen. 11:6. The stalkers are Satanists, and they likely work for Satanists. I have video showing how the Satanic stalker at Care2 would engage me for over an hour changing the "G" in "God" to a lower case alphabet, and I would change it back to a capital letter. The contested paragraph in "You've Got to be Taught," appears beneath people in Trayvon Martin t-shirts. The statement is below:

The t-shirt says, "It's not a black or white thing; it's a wrong thing." Let us not deny that racism exists. There are two empty graves: Jesus Christ's and Jim Crow's. However, We the People should be too busy uniting for social and economic justice to hate. Racial prejudice is an unnatural emotion that is learned. It benefits the oppressors, not the People. Reject it. UNITY is strength for the 99%. People who are united in purpose and speak the same language like computers make possible can have whatever they work toward, even real democracy (Gen. 11:6).

Elitists planned for Americans to riot and have a race war over Trayvon Martin. Instead, whites joined blacks in outrage over Martin's tragic death. We recognize that there is inadequate supervision of police officers and guards who work under the color of law. I find it suspicious that whereas shootings like Martin suffered are usually hushed up in the media, ignored by mainstream media except for cursory mention, and disregarded by federal officials and some civil/human rights organizations, they grandstand on Trayvon Martin's coffin after the youth was killed by a neighborhood watchman in a shooting that does not lay any government agency open to lawsuit by the grieving family.

Police murders get much less press, and justice for victims' families depends on how much support they have in their own black communities. The Oscar Grant murder proved this. Even with continuous public demonstrations and online protests, Grant's murderer was tried for manslaughter, not murder, and Johannes Mehserle, former B.A.R.T. police officer, only served 11 months behind bars. He is now in the Court of Appeals trying to get his conviction overturned and resume his career as a police officer as though he and other BART officers in San Francisco never did a coldblooded murder. Mehserle and gang laid the 22-yr-old unarmed father who was pleading for his life facedown on cold concrete at a train station on January 1, 2009, and Mehserle fatally shot Grant in the back. Videos of that murder were seen worldwide. If the murderer gets his conviction overturned and resumes work as a police officer, that will send a message to racist police officers across the country: "OPEN SEASON ON YOUNG BLACK PEOPLE." And if that does occur, it will be the fault of people in positions of trust over the government who actually want disunity and social unrest for their own purposes - to make even more money on the prison slave trade by filling their concentration camps, excuse Martial Law to confiscate Americans' guns, and weaken The People's defense against a Change of government.

Murders by police are common, unfortunately, but murders by neighborhood watchmen are not. However, as I stated, authorities and the media exploit Martin's death to the exclusion of others that they actually cover up, like my handicapped brother Larry Neal's death. They cover-up some murders in order to limit government liability regarding wrongful death lawsuits, save police officers from judicial accountability, and reduce the number of world citizens who would learn by the frequent police brutality and murder reports that poor whites and minorities do not have Dog Justice in America. Martin's death is an exception to many deaths and abuses that get poor or no news coverage. I a convinced that his murder was handpicked to cause civil unrest and lead the nation to disastrous Change.
