It appears that there is a conspiracy in Michigan to wrongly convict a Native American pastor, Jonas Mosley. I tried to upload an interview I conducted with his daughter, Jennifer, and I believe the hackers posted a false message saying that Blogtalkradio is down for maintenance. See the record of discussion about this issue below, beginning with my email to Support@Blogtalkradio.com. Because BlogTalkRadio has such lousy security -- or something -- I pre-record interviews at FreeConferenceCall.com. Therefore, you don't have to wait until hackers are finished earning their money from prison investors to hear the interview. Thank you.

I want to publish an interview I had with Jennifer about her father, a wrongly accused #NativeAmerican pastor in #Michigan - Pastor Jonas Moses. Apparently, Pastor Moses is set up on false child molestation charges by a former church member who demanded a return of the money he had paid into the church while a member. As a corrections officer, this former member seems to have the cooperation of the detective in this case. I responded:This message carries three links: 1) the Kalief Browder video, 2) the Innocence Project's article about Kalief Browder, and 3) an interview with the mother of Leonard Moreno, an 18-year-old who has also been imprisoned for three years in solitary, like Kalief was before he committed suicide. Which of the three links do you find offensive, #prison investors?
Prison investors want Americans to do nothing to save youths like Kalief and Leonard while they live, but we may be allowed to publish news about them if they die. If defendants die, prison profits are not threatened if their stories are relayed to the public. That may be why some advocates are willing to grandstand on dead people's coffins but reject pleas to help save people who yet live. I told Leonard Moreno's mother that it is time to speak with an attorney about Facebook preventing advocacy for her son, especially if Moreno's next suicide attempt succeeds or if he is sentenced to life in prison as a result of being coerced to forego his Sixth Amendment right to a public, fair trial by jury with adequate defense provided. That is the purpose of Leonard Moreno being warehoused three years in solitary confinement - to wear him down mentally and force him to plea bargain on the State's weak case against him, just as the legal system tried to do to Kalief over an allegation that he stole a backpack. Can you imagine how much money prison investors cost New Yorkers in Kalief Browder's wrongful imprisonment and for his suicide after release.
Question: Was Leonard Moreno's trial delayed while the child suffered in solitary confinement for three years because the United Nations recommended an end to such harsh punishment against juveniles and the U.S. Supreme Court banned mandatory life sentences for children? The Court's ruling did not help U.S. children if states are allowed to deny speedy trials and simply cage children for years in solitary until they reach adulthood.
I believe that no prison investors should own Internet companies or be government decision makers. In fact, the best thing to do is to make all prison investors Divest or Resign. We implore legislators to introduce a law barring prison investors from serving in government positions as legislators, judges, district attorneys, sheriffs, defense attorneys or Justice Department personnel. That is one way to eliminate mass incarceration and the criminalization of mental illness in America. Another would be to pass H.R.3543.
The H.R.3543 - "Justice Is Not For Sale Act" was introduced in September 2015 by Senator Bernie Sanders and other representatives. CommonDreams reports at the link below that the bill will ~Bar federal, state, and local governments from contracting with private companies starting two years after the bill is passed; ~Reinstate the federal parole system to allow "individualized, risk-based determinations regarding each prisoner and restore fairness in the system;" ~Increase oversight to prevent companies from overcharging inmates and their families for services like banking and telephone calls; ~End the requirement that Immigration and Customs Enforcement maintain a level of 34,000 detention beds; and ~End immigrant family detention. http://www.commondreams.org/news/2015/09/17/justice-not-sale-sanders-leads-charge-against-profit-prisons H.R.3543 should be amended to add two more provisions: 1) Make the Fair Sentencing Act retroactive; and 2) mandate that no defendant can be denied trial for years while under arrest even if they are influenced to waive their right to a speedy trial, particularly children and mentally ill defendants. There should be a mandated time limit set for prosecutors to present their evidence in court or release the defendants. In Mississippi, two mentally ill, black men were held without trials for 7 and 8 years, respectively. Meanwhile, taxpayers were forced to pay prison fees for the containment of these defendants who were innocent until proved guilty in a court of law. The "Justice Is Not for Sale Act" already includes a main provision that AIMI members fight for - barring government contracts with private prison companies. Passing H.R.3543 would eliminate the conflicts of interest that many legislators have now regarding the implementation of treatment before tragedies. Some lawmakers are prison investors, and others receive campaign contributions from private prison companies. It should be illegal for lawmakers to financially profit by passing the "tough on crime" laws. Hopefully, some representative will eventually introduce a bill saying that legislators on the federal, state, and local levels must Divest or Resign http://DivestorResign.blogspot.com Facebook investors should pressure Mark to sell his prison stocks to help him resist attempts to stifle free speech around prison issues, or the company might face lawsuit - a class action. Millions of people are concerned about this country's human trafficking, especially regarding incarceration of disabled people and children. He should decide whether he really wants to facilitate members' comments about WHATEVER THEY WANT TO USE THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS TO SAY or if he would prefer to retire from Facebook and become a CEO or board director for CCA, like Thurgood Marshall's son did.

This civil action is properly filed in United States District Court under the diversity rule, with Plaintiff and Defendants residing in separate states of the United States of America.
I. Cause of Action
1. Mary Neal published three comments at an article on invitation by RawStory along with other members of the general public.
2. The comments were the creative products of Mary Neal, a Christian human rights activist.
3. The comments contained no foul language and discussed no planned violence.
5. Not only were Mary Neal's comments removed, but Mary Neal was subsequently barred from commenting at RawStory, in violation of Mary Neal's First Amendment rights to freedom of press.
6. Mary Neal's comments were published after intense interference by hackers, which is recorded at Ex. 1: YouTube video youtu.be/jdtaXdmPjds
7. After the first comment published, the next two comments were entered without further hacker interference, presumably because arrangements had been made with RawStory to remove Mary Neal's comments and ban her from making future comments at RawStory (Ex. 2).
8. The comments Mary Neal published regarded extreme racism and health discrimination, including the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, her mentally, physically disabled brother who was secretly arrested in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003 and killed under the color of law (Ex. 3).
9. Mary Neal is director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI), an organization founded after Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder to help decriminalize mental illness in the United States of America.
10. Mary Neal and members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill rely on their freedom of press rights to inform the public about the mass incarceration, brutality, and murders of mentally ill Americans and persuade elected and appointed officials to stop treating acts that result from acute mental illness as being criminal.
11. Mary Neal and members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill note that 1.25 million of America's prisoners are mentally ill people who should be treated for their psychiatric conditions rather than warehoused in prisons and jails as criminals.
12. Mary Neal and members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill hold the opinion that mental illness is the only "criminal" health condition and that this discrimination is allowed simply because the nation's decision makers, including Justice Department personnel, lawmakers in the federal and state governments, judges, prosecutors, crime lab technical staff, law enforcement personnel, and even defense attorneys are allowed to engage in conflicts of interest as private prison and private jail investors.
13. Mary Neal is regularly deprived of freedom of press and free speech in the United States of America, but such deprivation of freedom of press is done secretly by hackers (presumably in the National Security Agency (NSA)).
14. RawStrory, on the other hand, blatantly and flagrantly denied Mary Neal's freedom of press rights in order to help prison investors censor her in violation of her First Amendment rights.
15. The article referred to Ms. Obama's complaints about racism, which Mary Neal also undergoes to a much greater degree than Ms. Obama does or could imagine in the 21st century, supposedly in a "post-racial" era.
16. Mary Neal is censored, terrorized, and financially persecuted in order to prevent her from exposing and opposing racial discrimination and health discrimination in the United States of America against Americans with mental disabilities, particularly those who are black and brown.
17. Black and brown Americans are tortured and frequently killed under the color of law in America by police officers and by corrections officers without any accountability being demanded for these crimes against humanity and without any criminal charges being brought or sentences imposed on those who torture and murder mentally ill Americans.
18. White Americans are also tortured and killed for being mentally ill, but unlike Latinos and African Americans, white survivors are ordinarily compensated for such wrongdoing whereas intimidation and censorship are used to silence black and brown survivors of brutalized and murdered mentally ill citizens of the United States of America.
19. In addition to removing Mary Neal's comments at RawStory, death certificates of other Mary Neals appeared at Google Images search when searching for MaryLovesJustice after RawStory removed Mary Neal's comments.
20. Mary Neal was chosen by Almighty God and exercises her Christian duty to speak for the voiceless, the poor and needy, and all who are appointed to destruction despite censorship by RawStory, NSA, or anyone in the entire world. Mary Neal is unafraid of Genesis 6:4 giants. She stands as the voice crying out in the wilderness, reminding the inhabitants of planet earth that they will be judged not by their bank accounts or the types of cars they drive or their earthly addresses. They will be judged by how they treat sick, naked prisoners (Matthew 25:40). Everybody in prison wears clothers (usually orange jumpsuits) except for the mentally ill, who are usually kept naked in solitary confinement where they ordinarily lose whatever grip on reality they used to have.
21. RawStory had no legal right to remove Mary Neal's comments or to ban her from making future comments at its website, which is held out as a public news source to the public, which ban is in place simply to prevent Mary Neal's access to RawStory readers and continue to prevent the public's access to information about the secret arrest and murder of Mary Neal's mentally ill brother and the brutality and murders of other mentally ill Americans, and to prevent the public's knowledge about the denial of due process rights that followed the murder of Larry Neal and others who died under the color of law.
Note: This lawsuit will be revised before filing to add Defendants and restate the crimes against Mary Neal's First Amendment rights violated by RawStory in the illegal removal of Mary Neal's comments and banning her from making future comments at RawStory articles (Ex. 3).
Thanks, RawStory. I've been waiting on one of you to stick your neck out this far for a very long time. You're it. Get your Democratic bosses who tell you what to publish and what to censor to pay your legal bills, flunkies. Remind them that you can no longer call yourselves "progressive, liberal" news carriers, since you employ Nazi censorship tactics to allow mentally ill Americans to be isolated in concentration camps and slaughtered like Nazi Germany did in the beginning of its Holocaust to some 300,000 mentally ill people of all races. Ms. Obama, another big problem is that African Americans apparently have a CoIntelPro law firm assigned to "keep wealth out of black hands" - The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm. Corporations have lobbyists while poor and middle class people have advocates. Advocates are censored, unfortunately, but lobbyists are not. The Internet was never intended for use by people who advocate for poor and middle class Americans. In fact, two of my Blogtalkradio shows were severely censored within the last seven days. Johnny Strozier has a reentry show for released inmates for whom he has assembled a network of ministers, churches, and missionaries. They meet at Blogtalkradio on Saturday nights to help address released prisoners' material and spiritual needs and reduce recidivism. That angers prison investors. Bob Darby is an advocate for homeless people. During his broadcasts, he explains that homelessness is allowed although the United States can and should eliminate homelessness before embarking on wars for human rights elsewhere. Both these shows were censored at Blogtalkradio. I reported to Support@blogtalkradio.com that when I tried to schedule a program for my "Human Rights Demand" channel on Saturday, March 28, 2015, by inserting my user name and password in the fields at Blogtalkradio, the account that opened belonged to National Network in Action (NNIA1). That prevented me from scheduling "Johnny Strozier Keeping It Real" last week. Blogtalkradio members can only schedule one radio show per day on a given channel, and I had already used NNIA1 that day. The responses I received from Blogtalkradio about this censorship were completely unacceptable. QUESTION: What browser allows members to open accounts other than their own at Blogtalkradio? Some people would use that information to try to access accounts at banks, also. What browser makes it possible for people to open accounts other than the one they enter the user name and password for, Blogtalkradio? I responded to Sherry Sanland's first message thusly:
Thank you for confirming that the "scheduler is working properly at my site." As I said, while signed in at Blogtalkradio as "Human Rights Demand," I was repeatedly taken to the account for "NNIA1." That seems to be deliberate sabotage and censorship, as the two accounts:(a) have different owners (b) have different passwords (c) have different user names
This has ZERO to do with the computer or software I use and everything to do with sabotage at Blogtalkradio. No clients should be able to use their own sign-in information to open other accounts.
I was directed to NNIA1 simply because I had already used the time allowed for NNIA1 for that day, and there was a concerted effort (successful) to prevent me from scheduling a show on Human Rights Demand channel. I pay for BOTH these Blogtalkradio channels, and they have no other common connection.
Explain yourself please. This is NOT a computer issue but a security nightmare if anyone with Blogtalkradio shows can input their user names and passwords and other other people's accounts.

It does not take expertise in computer technology to know that this is not true. Censorship at Blogtalkradio Against Bob Darby, Advocate for the Homeless
Thursday, April 2, 2015, I scheduled a program for "Bob Darby, Advocate for the Homeless" on "Human Rights Demand" channel at Blogtalkradio. I switched my screen to another tab I had open - my Twitter account, where I am @koffietime. I announced to my Twitter followers that Bob Darby's show was about to go on air at Blogtalkradio, and I placed the phone number for callers to listen to the show and speak on air, with questions and comments. I also placed the url for the show. When I left Twitter and opened my Blogtalkradio tab, which I had never closed, the studio had gone completely dark. I had no way to accept incoming calls, not even from Bob Darby. I took a screenshot of the studio (click to see larger view):
I went ahead and recorded my portion of the show. Then I called Darby and explained that his show was being censored. I told him I would not be able to admit his guests for the broadcast and asked him to record whatever he wanted at Blogtalkradio, and he did. I wrote the following tweet to my followers at Twitter (the show is recorded at the link below):

I explained to Johnny Strozier on radio why his reentry show was prevented from going on air at BlogTalkRadio last Saturday at the link below. Johnny Strozier has a reentry show for released inmates for whom he has assembled a network of ministers, churches, and missionaries to help address their material and spiritual needs and reduce recidivism. That angers prison investors. Bob Darby is an advocate for homeless people. During his broadcasts, Darby explains that homelessness is allowed here although the United States can and should eliminate homelessness before embarking on wars for human rights elsewhere. Both these shows were censored at Blogtalkradio.
