Censorship re Rally Against Brutality and Deaths in Custody at Georgia Capitol

Certain parts of my article, "Rally Against Brutality and Deaths in Custody," which refers to our upcoming rallies at the Georgia Capitol, are censored. I will show you here which parts:
XXXIII.
This writer cannot say whether federal officials are paid by abusive police departments and correctional facilities to disregard their oversight responsibilities, as was alleged in the criminal indictments against former U.S. Vice President Dick Chaney and former U.S. Attorney General Antonio Gonzales in 2008, but one thing is certain: Abusive police departments and correctional facilities actually have no reliable oversight except by the People. Even China chastises America for its human rights abuses. Your participation is needed. Other censored parts include:
I.
In-custody brutality and deaths threaten peace in the United States, yet they are becoming the modus operandi of murderous police officers. This is true presumably because they are easier to cover-up. Some media companies are attempting to fill the gap in reporting deaths by police, which the U.S. Justice Department deliberately leaves, but journalists should include deaths that occur soon after arrest in order to get a more accurate total. Increasingly, victims are hauled off to jail before killings, where police cannot be filmed by commuters. Some arrestees, like Freddie Gray and Kelly Thomas, are barely living shortly after their police encounters, and other doomed victims, like Larry Neal and Daniel Linsinbigler, live in custody for a couple of weeks. Many arrestees receive capital punishment in extrajudicial killings without any benefit of trial. In fact, numerous victims die before their first appearance in court. (The paragraphs in this article are labeled I through XXXV to discourage hackers. This article has absolutely NO empty lines. If any empty lines appear, they represent sabotage by hackers, and we will schedule more rallies.)
II.
In addition to jail deaths, America has an extremely high rate of deaths in prisons - 346 in Florida alone in 2014. The United Nations Committee Against Torture addressed the United States' high rate of in-custody deaths after its review last fall. Its findings and recommendations are below.
XIX
(The Guardian will not publish this news. The media helps the U.S. Government to cover-up certain wrongful deaths by police. The missing trillions probably went to media participation for withholding truth.)
XXI.
ENCOURAGEMENT.
We congratulate journalists and human rights advocates for their interest in making America more "true to what she said on paper" (MLK). Documenting deaths by police is a good place to start. Our principle goal should be to have a nation where everyone's right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness are honored and protected. Fortunately, many police officers recognize the importance of better police oversight, including Blacks in Law Enforcement of America (BLEA).
XXIII.
The U.S. Congress reduced the chances that anyone reading this article will have relatives "disappear" and die in jail without the in-custody deaths being reported, which happened to Larry Neal. The "Death in Custody Reporting Act of 2013" became law on December 18, 2014. ("There was a Death in Custody law on the books, but it somehow was allowed to expire in 2006. Why? Who knows?" - NonprofitQuarterly.com)
XXV
Everyone is invited to enter the fight to eliminate racism, class consciousness, and health discrimination from the legal system. If you are unable to attend, you can still participate by sending photographs and brief information about victims of in-custody brutality and deaths to me by email, preferably on one page. A donation for printing, copying, and distributing the information at the Capitol is needed. See the section below entitled "Your financial assistance ..."

XXVII.
Your financial assistance is also invited. My computer equipment is regularly attacked by persons who disagree with the concept that all persons deserve equal protection under the law. My operating system was destroyed on July 3, after I informed the public that United States District Court, Central District of California, determined that neither The Cochran Firm nor any of its district offices qualify to be called "a law firm." c) Purchase "Bloody Toombs," by Bob Darby. Darby is an excellent writer and a lifelong human rights advocate, peace activist, and founder of the Atlanta chapter of "Food Not Bombs." Read a free preview at Amazon.com
http://www.amazon.com/Bloody-Toombs-Allegory-Bob-Darby/dp/1512301981 . The "Food Not Bombs" Atlanta chapter won an important federal court victory to feed homeless people in public places, including parks. Darby's memoir and allegory covers recent American history from the Jim Crow era to present. This brilliant man has bipolar disorder that has been in remission for over 20 years. He has always fought against racism, class consciousness, and avoidable wars. That caused many conflicts with his family and their affluent friends and guarantees interesting reading. The book is also available at CreateSpace https://www.createspace.com/5512374 - It will soon be released as a Kindle ebook.

Addendum
Actually, the entire article is censored. That is why I will read it on July 31, 2015, at NNIA1, Saturday at NNIA1, and Sunday at "Human Rights Demand" radio channels. I will print it and pass out copies at the rallies. The rallies were originally only one planned rally, but our Blogtalkradio show was censored on July 31, making it evident that activists must go out and meet the public and actually put material into their hands. The Internet has been completely taken over by racist Nazis, including a good many blacks.

UN, Help HR Activists Speak in USA

1)  In Paragraph 12 below, please find three ways to help promote justice in the United States of America. I was allowed to create the Blogtalkradio show for "Ralph Poynter What's Happening" for July 14, 2015, only after sending the following message to the United Nations in New York:

2) Hello. I need to speak with someone about the continuous attacks against our freedom of speech and press using online services in the United States of America. I run two channels on Blogtalkradio, including "Human Rights Demand" and "NNIA1" and numerous blogs exposing and opposing oppression against African Americans and the mentally ill of all races, including torture and unrequited murders. Please call (678)531.0262. "They" may block your calls. Please also email Mary Neal.
*******

3) Professor Betty Davis, host for Ralph Poynter's show, which airs on Tuesday nights at 9pmEST on Blogtalkradio, called me greatly frustrated because there was apparently no "submit" button in view on her screen when she created the setup for the July 14 show. I went into the create field and set up the show, and my "submit" button was not operational until I wrote to the United Nations. Racist eugenicists in the United States must recognize that I can do nothing to make them stop attacks against my human rights to speak and write freely, but I can and will stop them from carrying out these attacks covertly.

4) Topics usually covered on the "Ralph Poynter What's Happening" weekly broadcasts include:
a) objections to human rights violations against Palestinians
b) objections to the spread of imperialism
c) objections to the slow deaths of political prisoners behind bars in the United States
d) objections against using the legal system to punish dissent, such as the wrongful incarceration of Rev. Edward Pinkney, an African American minister who was convicted by an all-white jury of voter fraud without any evidence of wrongdoing as punishment for launching a successful recall petition in Benton Harbor, Michigan
d) objections to the unrequited murders of African Americans and mentally ill people of all races under the color of law

5) Usual guests on the Ralph Poynter show include world renowned human rights activists: former attorney Lynne Stewart, Professor Betty Davis, Larry Pinkney, and a host of educators and others with a dedication to human rights. Ms. Davis was unable to post the description below on the Blogtalkradio billboard for the July 14 show, and I had trouble posting it:

6) ANATOMY OF OPPRESSION – PART IIThe flag is down, now what?  America loves to talk about democracy but hates people elected democratically or who successfully fight for a true democratic electoral process.  The current incarceration of Rev. Pinkney illustrates this fact. We supposedly have the inalienable right of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, but Black and Brown people live now and have always lived under and around arbitrary authority that is white authority. Control of education is an integral part of democratic organization - a very natural and obvious structure. Community Control of police is against the organization of government control from the top down.

7) The process of democracy in the work place is a cure for capitalism. Community Control is a cure for a lack of democracy in the workplace AND POLICE BRUTALITY. Therefore, community control is a cure for capitalism. The purpose of this episode is to attack metaphysical imperialism by attacking ‘phony issues’ that deflect us from the true solutions to the problems of oppression. The reality is Black people are still being killed by ‘KILLER COPS‘ every 26 to 28 hours, and MASSACRES STILL HAPPEN. - Ralph Poynter
.
8) I wrote quite a bit at Twitter on July 2 and 3 as @koffietime, including a thank you to China for chastising the United States about its disregard for Americans' human rights, particularly the right to life of African Americans. African Americans are regularly attacked and our numbers are reduced by police brutality and violent corrections officers working in brutal prisons where scores of African Americans are mass incarcerated in torturous and life-threatening conditions. I also advocate for mentally ill Americans of all races who are continuously killed and brutalized after treatment is withheld in order to increase the numbers of these Americans with mental disabilities who suffer behind bars, presently 1.25million people. After my July 2 and 3 tweets, the operating system to my Chromebook computer was immediately destroyed. Eugenicists obviously knew that the warranty on the Chromebook expired in June 2015, and that they could destroy the computer without my ability to repair/replace it easily.

10) I rely on you who may be allowed to read this article to help replace my computer equipment. This is my 11th computer that hackers working for a fraudulent law firm, eugenicists in government positions, and/or prison investors have destroyed within the 10 years I have worked online for human rights in the United States. I reported computer attacks and phone tampering to the police and was told by Detective Miller of DeKalb County, Georgia Police Department that it is NOT illegal to destroy my computer equipment and interfere with my ability to communicate. They refused to trace the IP addresses and car tag I gave the police related to my illegal, covert harassment and computer destruction.

11) My email boxes are continually robbed of mail that I was not allowed to receive, and my phones are robbed of voice mails I am prevented from hearing. Even U.S. Mail to and from my address has been compromised. As a barricade is placed around an enemy country, so are my avenues of communication being illegally shut off in violation of the United States Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

13) I will lodge a formal complaint with the United Nations about frequent destruction of my computer equipment, which police sanction, my phone takeovers, surreptitious edits of my online articles and social media posts, and the attempt to silence activists on my radio shows because of their positions for human rights. Thank you for your support.

14) My articles' first paragraphs are often invisible on cellphone view. The Cochran Firm, which I have declared to be a racist fraud for years, was determined by federal court not to be a law firm at all on May 12, 2015, yet the unethical lawyers continue to advertise services as a law firm while the FCC does nothing. That is another possible reason for my censorship. See this video for an example of hackers' interference:
