FEAR of Mary Neal's Photographs

Human rights for prisoners is treated like hate speech by prison investors. Stalkers at Blogtalkradio have decided to prevent my photographs from showing on the billboard there. I suspect that is because somebody at Blogtalkradio is a prison investor. Tonight we interviewed Alexyss Taylor, whose son was allegedly attacked and brutalized by a police officer at DeKalb County Police Department, in Georgia in January 2015. Our guests recounted the most frightening night of their lives during our Human Rights for Prisoners March radio broadcast on the "Human Rights Demand" channel, March 2, 2015. The photographs that stalkers, perhaps at the police department, NSA, CIA, FBI, or Blogtalkradio itself, prevented from showing at the billboard for the show are below. Radio shows are archived for your access 24/7. Listen at this link

Alexyss Taylor and Dinero Red will return next Monday at 3pm, where you can call in and speak to them at (347)857-3293. The first photo is our guest, Alexess Taylor. The video shows her sons's injuries:

More photographs about police brutality are at Google Images

My billboard at Blogtalkradio is not allowed to post photographs. I am America's most censored person, as pointed out in an article naming 14 reasons why http://goo.gl/aELp3 See the screenshot below of our blank billboard:

Thanks for your interest in how news about America's Holocaust is being censored. Justice is gagged. On previous articles, I entered information here that revealed how to remove agents' codes from links if readers are prevented from reaching the targeted data. I discovered last night that NSA, FBI, CIA or other stalkers have now devised a way to redirect links without codes that show up using the methods I laid out to my readers. The next "Justice Gagged" article is "Mail from Mary Neal Rejected by "Human Rights First.org"

Extreme Censorship at G+ (Invisible Posts)

Below is evidence of censorship on my G+ page, where days of posts are not in view. The following stories were not in view:

1. Mark Bowles, a badly beaten mentally ill Caucasian man who received a traumatic brain injury when attacked in a Missouri jail by a black inmate who wanted to rape him. Bowles is being prosecuted because his epileptic spasms frightened a nurse in the hospital where he was treated. His attacker was not charged with any crimes.

2. Posts about The Cochran Firm fraud against African Americans, including a “Where Are They Now?” article by The Root. Posts included:

a) an NPR interview by Shawn Chapman-Holly, a former Cochran Firm attorney who sued the firm for fraud, racism, sexism

b) an interview and posts about Randy McMurray, a former Cochran Firm partner who sued the firm for RICO Act racketeering and fraud.

3. Posts about prison investors in Pennsylvania who imprison black mental patients for years with trails denied and arrests poor women and others for overdue bills.

4. Recent radio broadcasts by the Strong Heart Warrior Society on “Human Rights Demand.” Canupa Gluha Mani issues strong statements against Eurocentric oppression and urges unity among Native Americans and other justice advocates each Wednesday at 3pm.

5. News stories about socially deviant prison investors in Pennsylvania who imprisoned Terrell Scott for five years with trial denied in order to force a plea deal, released him once he capitulated only for two months, then re-arrested him on false charges alleging probation violations.

6. Update on Rev. Pinkney’s justice quest re his arrest and gag order preventing his use of the Internet and next steps.

7. News stories, videos, and comments about the Vatican announcing that Jesus will not return; and that the Vatican plans to, or may have already, purchased the Jewish temple and other holy areas in Israel.

8. Updates on Shannon Nyamodi, a North Carolina youth who was indefinitely detained without trial in North Carolina in Franklin County Jail to force him to sign a plea bargain on false charges after enduring two years of torture.

9. Article named “MOM DIES iN PA DEBTORS PRISON,” about a Pennsylvania mother of seven who was arrested for an overdue debt she lacked the funds to pay and mysteriously died in jail.

10. Updates on Mary Neal’s oppression, including terrorism for revealing crimes against humanity.

11. Mary Neal’s news stories that are missing include most/all of these:

Human Rights for Prisoners March Blog
Dog Justice for Mentally Ill Blog
Justice Gagged blog

I assume that posts made at G+ may also be rendered invisible for other days throughout my G+ wall.

There is a CoIntelPro war against my having freedom of press and free speech, since I use my “freedoms” to expose crimes against humanity that happen continually in the United States, including racism, class consciousness, and government cover-ups. I also oppose government murders, like my handicapped brother, Larry Neal, endured while under secret incarceration in Memphis/Shelby County Jail in 2003. I am against the government and major corporations (including prison investors) using law firms to defraud people and deliberately withhold adequate legal services from clients they contract to represent.

Many of the “missing posts” were not only placed on public view on at G+ wall but also were posted in G+ communities, particularly communities peopled with lawyers and justice advocates. Many of the people I advocate for are in need of greater support from justice advocates as well as attorneys to provide legal services. It is reasonable to assume that attorneys and prisoner advocates may not have received these communications, either.

Tonight, I followed a post of mine that had been “shared” post to the page of the G+ friend who shared it, and I did not see the post on the friend’s wall. Therefore, it is also obvious that other G+ members are also being censored, especially when it comes to sharing material posted by MaryLovesJustice Neal, but possibly other material as well.

I do not know who does this censorship; we have not been introduced. I do know why it is done: Censorship protects oppressors and enables them to continue their pattern of abuse without suffering any backlash.

“We have, as far as possible, closed every avenue by which light may enter their (the slaves) minds. If we could extinguish the capacity to see the light, our work would be complete; they would then be on a level with the beasts of the field and we should be safe.” ~ Henry Berry, speaking in the Virginia House of Delegates in 1832.

Challenge: Online Justice Advocacy re Recidivism

The U.S. Justice Department announced that hundreds, and possibly thousands of inmates will be eligible for prison release upon receipt and processing of their clemency applications. Prison release is a positive development, especially for inmates who were overly sentenced under the racist powder to crack cocaine law before the Fair Sentencing Act. But prison release will not resolve mass incarceration. That is partly because 67.5 percent of released prisoners recidivate within three years of their release. Two psychologists addressed the issue of recidivism on two of our radio shows recently: Dr. Earle Williams and Dr. Jean Kennedy. International human rights attorney Dr. Mustafa Ansari joined us on the May 19th show, which seems to be delayed in posting. Tapes for our shows are ordinarily available within an hour of completing the broadcasts. See the emails below:

Many thanks to you for participating in tonight's discussions regarding recidivism. The tape for tonight's broadcast seems to be delayed. The broadcast for May 19 should be available at this link
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/nnia1/2014/05/20/human-rights-for-prisoners-march
The broadcast for Sunday, May 18, should be at this link:
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/humanrightsdemand/2014/05/18/human-rights-for-prisoners-march

There is growing opposition to mass incarceration, and many people are pleased about the recent announcements by the Justice Department about impending prison releases. Unfortunately, 67.5 percent of prisoners recidivate within three years of release. Society must begin to address reasons why that is so. The information you shared on our programs Sunday and Monday should help officials and the general populace realize how to help released prisoners reintegrate into society.

Below are my ten(10) suggestions to reduce recidivism:
1) Over half of America's inmates are mentally ill people who should have been treated in their communities or hospitalized and never imprisoned in the first place. Upon prison release, all inmates who were treated for mental illness behind bars should be released under AOT programs, which provide subsistence assistance (food and housing) and mandate continuous psychiatric treatment, i.e., Laura's Law and Kendra's Law. Mentally ill people in AOT programs experience over 85 percent fewer incidents of homelessness, arrests, hospitalization, and imprisonment - a tremendous success rate for the participants and for their communities, which were made safer by treating rather than punishing people with serious mental illnesses (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe PTSD, and others).

2) All correctional facilities should focus on rehabilitation services, including skills training and opportunities to achieve high school diplomas and college degrees. Correctional facilities should be given incentives according the number of inmates who become certified in a skill and/or are awarded diplomas and degrees.

3) The Bureau of Prisons should make every attempt to keep prisoners in the area where they lived before incarceration. Studies indicate that released prisoners have a higher rate of success if they maintain close ties with their family and friends while incarcerated. Moving prisoners out of state should be avoided, as it prevents visits.

4) Companies and government entities that use prison laborers should be mandated to hire a percentage of the released prisoners who worked for them behind bars.

5) Released prison workers should qualify for unemployment benefits.

6) Psychological therapy should be offered to all released prisoners to help them recover from PTSD, which Dr. Williams said they are likely to experience.

7) Job applications should not ask about people's criminal backgrounds.

8) Criminal background information should be expunged, except perhaps for repeat sex offenders and violent criminals.

9) Voting rights should be restored.

10) Ex-offenders should qualify for all entitlement programs (subsistence) and college assistance at the same rate as anyone else within their financial status. They should not be relegated to a permanent underclass.

Again, many thanks for sharing your professional opinions with the audience of "Human Rights for Prisoners March" radio shows at Blogtalkradio. Thank you, Dr. Williams, for giving information regarding books and publications you have authored. We wish you much success on your upcoming documentary. All of you are encouraged to share the links to the broadcasts, which are in the first paragraph of this email. I will update this article when our May 19th tape is made available for your access. It is challenging for me to publish articles and radio shows about prisoners' rights, opposition to mass incarceration, and anti-death penalty news. Earlier today, I was locked out of my Google account temporarily by stalkers who were presumably hired to interfere with my online advocacy for human rights. Thanks for hearing and sharing the Blogtalkradio broadcasts about recidivism. If you have trouble accessing the information at the links on this webpage, please notify me by email or by commenting below.

Sound Effects and Commercials Overlaying Radio Shows

Did you listen to the "Human Rights for Prisoners March" show on BlogTalkRadio Monday night, April 28? When I listened to it, there was a loud siren in the background on the second part of the show. When we taped that show, I don't think there was a siren sound in my area or in the areas of my guests. Creepy stuff like that - adding sound effects to my tapes - is so juvenile. I wish they'd hire stalkers over age 25, don't you? We were discussing the need for better police training and accountability with prisoner activist Nancy Lockhart and organizational psychologist Dr. Jean Kennedy. I don't think I would have forgotten the intrusive siren if it had happened.
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/nnia1/2014/04/29/human-rights-for-prisoners-march

I thought at first it was a sound effect that only I could hear, but it seems to still be on the tape. Sometimes, commercials are superimposed over our conversations. Again, I don't know if that only happens when I playback or if other people hear them, too. Little skips also appear in the tapes - just enough to take out a single word or two. For instance, if I say "black man," the skip will appear at the word "black." I will start writing comments in the field after taping shows to tell you the omitted words, OK?

Thanks for your interest in my freedom of press and free speech rights. You can see a list of my offerings at this article: "MaryLovesJustice Blogs and Radio Shows"

Shannon Nyamodi's Mother Elizabeth Crudup Beaten, Arrested

Shannon Nyamodi's mother, Elizabeth Crudup, stands in the prison industrial complex's way of gobbling up her son on false criminal charges. She continually goes on radio talk shows, attends political meetings, and speaks to citizen journalists (mainstream news is not interested) about Shannon's innocence and the torture her teenager suffers in solitary confinement in Franklin County, North Carolina to force a plea deal that his devious attorney, Maitri (MIke) Klinkosum, and the prosecutor apparently agreed will resolve Shannon's case. Therefore, on Friday, March 14, Elizabeth Crudup was removed from her car by three Dunn, North Carolina police officers on the private lot of Holiday Inn, where she and a friend had driven for a meeting, and Crudup was severely beaten and arrested. As the police officer beat her, Crudup reports that he said, "So you think you're an attorney, huh?" Click the photograph below for a larger version:

Call (347) 857-3293 to discuss the Shannon Nyamodi case on "Human Rights for Prisoners March" a 3pm EST Sunday, March 16. We may be joined by Shannon's mother Elizabeth Crudup, if she is able.

The Blogtalkradio broadcast will be archived at the link above and available for public listening.

The system of indentured servitude and slavery was never been abolished in the United States. The prison industrial complex is sovereign. It is protected by the government as one of America's leading industries. The nation's citizens are its most valuable possessions. They must serve the country as taxpayers, military troops, or as prisoners. Inmates are human commodities who keep the prison industry viable. Their prison sentences and the products they produce as slaves are used as collateral for loans and are traded on Wall Street.

Working class and poor Americans are considered to be in a slave pool, especially African Americans. Whenever the prison industrial complex desires new slaves, it sends out its fishermen to draw in fresh citizens, whether or not they have committed crimes. Prisoners in U.S. correctional facilities are treated brutally, tortured and murdered. There is little to no legal recourse for victims and their families. People who object to prisoner abuse and murders are subject to censorship, intimidation, police beatings and murder. Americans are not allowed to expose and oppose systemic racism, class consciousness, and brutality to handicapped citizens while the U.S. is on the world stage as a proponent of human rights.

We the People are falsely presented to the world as being "free" people. History books and mainstream media tend to ignore and omit evidence to the contrary, and government goons in NSA and police departments silence dissenters through censorship and intimidation, arrests and malicious prosecution, or murder.

On August 16, 2012, the prison industrial complex and judicial system it uses to draw in a fresh catch opened its wide mouth and swallowed the son of Elizabeth Crudup, Shannon Nyamodi. Elizabeth Crudup responded like most Americans do, thinking that release for her teenage son would depend on proving his innocence. This belief is the result of a lifetime of indoctrination through watching television programs like "Perry Mason," "Columbo," "Cops," and many others. Over half of America's movies and television programs have to do with crime and punishment that support the misinformation that innocence and guilt matter. Newspapers and mainstream news programs further "prove" the lie.

Americans read and watch news about the court process and assume that they, too, have the right to a fair, public trial by jury while represented by competent defense counsel. The truth is very different. The Sixth Amendment was virtually set aside for most U.S. prisoners. They were forced to accept plea deals that bypass trials on the criminal charges that rendered them prison slaves. Outlandish bonds are set to ensure that people who are "innocent until proved guilty in courts of law" remain behind bars until a mythical trial date that never arrives. Therefore, prosecutors levy whatever charges they desire on American citizens, knowing they will not be required to defend the charges in public trials.

Rather than gather evidence as portrayed on television crime shows, prosecutors continually threaten to triple accused people's sentences if they exercise their right to trials. Jailers ensure that inmates awaiting trials fully understand how torturous their incarceration will be. Defense attorneys often join in the intimidation. Months and sometimes years pass before imprisoned defendants are given a trial date. That time is spent enforcing a plea bargain. Broken prisoners are made to sign false confessions that eliminate the necessity of proving the allegations in trials. The prison industrial complex gobbles up the self-admitted criminals, burps, and picks its teeth.

The prosecutor puts more notches on his belt, reviews his prison investment portfolio, and ascends to a judge's seat. Wrongfully convicted prisoners, their families, and supporters still don't realize what happened. They continually publish websites and gather evidence to prove the inmates are actually innocent - as though anyone in the injustice system cares. The U.S. Supreme Court has never found that courts must consider post-conviction evidence of actual innocence, and they very seldom do. Occasionally, an actually innocent American is released from prison after much effort that takes years and often decades, but that only fuels the lie that innocence matters. Between five thousand and ten thousands wrongful convictions occur in the United States annually, but media focuses on the handful of wrongfully convicted people whose sentences are overturned.

Shannon Nyamodi is still alive, but he is traumatized. According to data released by researchers, his brain has been changed physiologically by solitary confinement torture, but he has made no false confessions. While this black youth yet breathes, while his mother and chief advocate is still living, it is time now for the community to rise up and STAND for justice. Demand justice for Shannon Nyamodi and for every American. Stand for the Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments to be actually enforced in the United States and not merely used to impress foreign countries about rights that working class and indigent Americans do not really have.

"All we say to America is, 'Be true to what you said on paper.'" ~Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr.
