Believe it or not, authorities and police are actually angry with me for expecting justice for the secret arrest and murder of my disabled brother, Larry Neal, and for helping other families in need of justice.

In Southaven Mississippi, Troy Goode, died in police custody after being arrested in July.While the state did run an autopsy on Goode, the family had an independent examination performed. The results, according to their lawyer, do not match.
Originally, drugs were credited for Goode’s death. Tim Edwards. the family attorney, tells WREG the autopsy pinpoints the way the man was tied that caused his death.
“The medical examiner will support the proposition that hogtieing and placing in a prone position is lethal force,” family attorney Tim Edwards, of Ballin, Ballin & Fishman, said during a press conference.
The attorneys also state that Goode wasn’t a threat, but was tased, had a K-9 dog on him, and was “hog-tied” until his death at the hospital. The family says that Goode wasn’t untied until he had already died.
The secondary autopsy states that in this hog-tied position, Goode wasn’t getting enough oxygen, which caused the rhythm change and eventually stopped his heart.

Published on Jul 20, 2015 On July 18, 2015 Troy Goode was seized by Southaven Mississippi Police and hogtied. He passed away after being taken into custody. UPDATE: There have been a lot of questions and comments from people that do not have a grasp of the facts or the law. I am attorney David A. McLaughlin with Morgan & Morgan Memphis, LLC. My 14 year old son filmed this tragic event. He stopped recording because his mother told him to stop, he did not know whether it was allowed and was quite shocked, as we all were, in the aggressive tone taken towards us.
What the video does NOT show was my interaction with the person in the white shirt, who bellowed in our general direction. He was with the Fire Department. I will not state his name now, though I know it. I believe that he was acting at the behest of the Police Department, though I do not have any proof on that point other than the way he was commiserating with the Police. I responded, "You talking to me?" before the video stops. He instructed me to come to him. I yelled to him that I am not going anywhere, and if he wanted to speak to me he needed to march right over. He came over and changed his tone immediately to a more civil tone. I explained to him in no uncertain terms that I was an attorney and that I have handled lawsuits where people have died due to "positional asphyxiation". I told him that their hogtie was ill-advised. He said that the individual was with a paramedic and did not seem to understand the grave danger Mr. Goode was facing. There was plenty more discussed that will be revealed at the appropriate time and in the appropriate forum.

Eventually, we will learn why Mr. Goode died. In the meantime, the discussion should be whether anybody who is clearly having a medical emergency (heat exhaustion, psychological break, LSD trip, drunk, asthma attack, diabetic emergency, or whatever) should EVER and I mean EVER be placed in a position (hogtied) where their ability to breathe is impaired.
Mary NealThank you, Lynda Barnett. Yes, Memphis and Southaven are neighbors. I am so sorry for Troy Goode's murder. Whatever methods killed Larry Neal, neither Memphis Shelby County Jail nor the USDOJ, which was in direct overview at the time, will reveal presently. It must have been horrendous, just as Goode's murder was. I was told about one black mentally ill inmate in Minnesota who was likely used for waterboarding practice to train "enhanced interrogation experts" to torture the War on Terror camp detainees. The U.S. Gov. answered one of my FOIA requests by claiming that revealing information on how Larry Neal was murdered and why he was placed under secret arrest would "threaten national security." These murders are too atrocious to allow to continue. We must stop them, Lynda -- somehow. Blessings.
Mary NealPeople are lucky who have videos, such as the #attorney's son captured of Goode's abuse which led to his death. My family must rely on God's promise that nothing is hidden that will not be made known. We plan to launch a fundraiser for a reward for people who are willing to tell us about Larry's fatal arrest. The authorities and the media are in bed together on Larry Neal's death under secret arrest, so we're on our own. Lynda BarnettWOW Mary I have read a lot about Larry's murder since I met you, but I don't remember reading that revealing information would threaten national security. I'm sure, because he was mentally ill, it never occurred to them that he would have a loving family & sister a willing to risk it all to find out what happened & never give up. You are right, we can never give up fighting for all of the men & women being abused & murdered by our criminal justice system. Somehow one day if we fight long & hard enough it will happen.

I know of no other family deprived of an inquest, records, explanations, excuses, or anything after a relative died in secret police custody (kidnapped for nearly three weeks by #police). They followed it up about a week later saying they have no records from Memphis about Larry's death, which was another lie. I sent the USDOJ his death cert. and the Shelby County Attorney wrote and told me that the USDOJ had been informed about Larry's death, just as the Agreement between Shelby Co. Jail and the USA mandates. Facebook post with six comments so far discussing cover-ups regarding deaths in custody in the Memphis area. Larry Neal expired in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003; Goode died in Southaven, Mississippi, a neighboring town, more recently. Fortunately, Goode's family seems to have contracted with REAL wrongful death attorneys who are not interested in protecting Goode's killers, unlike the Neals. We contracted with The Cochran Firm frauds and got defrauded, naturally. That is what they do.
Question: Mary Neal, did Georgia judges really dismiss your righteous lawsuit against The Cochran Firm by accepting perjury? Did the courts say there is no Cochran Firm law office in the State of Georgia and dismiss the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal?
Answer: Yes. You see, Larry Neal died after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail on August 1, 2003. The jail was already under federal overview. Dick Cheney and other federal officials were later indicted on charges alleging that they accepted payoffs from certain jails and prisons to withhold federal investigations and prosecution regarding inmate abuse (including deaths) (Willacy County, TX, 2008). Their case never went to trial, but there is no other way to explain why the feds would actually help cover up the secret arrest and murder of a mentally ill heart patient for over 12 years by allowing or doing censorship and intimidation against the victim's family. I figure someone in the federal government got paid off for covering-up Larry Neal's murder and that The Cochran Firm's assigned role was to keep his wrongful death case out of court, which the lawyers did by defrauding his family.
Question: What is happening now to address this RICO Act racketeering by a law firm that many Blacks in America depend on with particularity?
Answer: Randy McMurray, Esq., a former partner in The Cochran Firm's California office, is suing the firm alleging that The Cochran Firm is not worthy to wear Johnnie Cochran's name. Cochran died shortly after announcing that he would sue the USA and major corporations that used leased slaves (reparations). He would be outraged at what southern whites and others to whom he sold interest in his firm are now doing to his people by misusing his name and legacy. The United States District Court, Central District of California, agreed with McMurray and ruled that The Cochran Firm headquarters and all of its district offices fail to meet the criterion to be called "a law firm." The Cochran Firm appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court, and the matter goes to trial on January 12.
Question: This is major news. Why is it not being broadcast? And why does The Cochran Firm continue to win awards if it defrauds its own clients, former attorneys, partnering law firms, and the general public and has been sued dozens of times for racism, fraud, malpractice, etc., as documented in cases laid out in the article, "Treacherous Lawyers: The Cochran Firm"?
Answer: I believe The Cochran Firm is a 21st century CoIntelPro scheme (by the government and big business) to "keep wealth out of Black hands" and to "maintain the existing social order" (elite white supremacy). Many so-called "liberals" are parties to the swindle, including courts, bar associations, media companies, and legal associations. If the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals does condone the frauds against Black legal consumers, it will be far from the first court that acquiesced to the crimes against Black U.S. citizens. It is ridiculous to be angry with the Neals for exposing the absurd lie that was told in Georgia courts: The Cochran Firm's lawyers actually defrauded the courts, saying there are are no Cochran Firm law offices in Georgia or in Memphis, Tennessee. See how many times Cochran Cherry Givens & Smith denied having any association with The Cochran Firm and with any of its sister law offices in its Responses to Interrogatories in "Neals v. The Cochran Firm." It is amazing.

In the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the liars and frauds are fighting to be considered ONE law firm everywhere in the USA (even in states where it has no law offices (see the "Chris Tucker vs. The Cochran Firm" case out of Oklahoma). His lawsuit against The Cochran Firm frauds settled recently, but lots of other people are waiting to sue for RICO Act racketeering, no matter which way the Ninth Circuit rules. The Neals are far from being the only clients who were told by The Cochran Firm that its own advertising was false. Yet, the media continues helping to defraud the public. Media companies won the right to lie to the public a few years ago, and they use that "right" liberally to omit negative news about The Cochran Firm frauds while selling ads to the transFIRMers.
Perhaps most officials (Blacks and Caucasians alike) believe as Sen. Huckabee said recently. Huckabee stated that the Dred Scott Decision is still the law of the land, meaning "Negroes have no rights that white people are bound to honor." The Dred Scott Decision further stated that Blacks could not be citizens of the USA. As a woman whose brother just died after battling cancer, which resulted from Agent Orange in Vietnam, I find racism and fraud disgusting and inexcusable, especially with Blacks in high offices. This civil action is properly filed in United States District Court under the diversity rule, with Plaintiff and Defendants residing in separate states of the United States of America.
I. Cause of Action
1. Mary Neal published three comments at an article on invitation by RawStory along with other members of the general public.
2. The comments were the creative products of Mary Neal, a Christian human rights activist.
3. The comments contained no foul language and discussed no planned violence.
5. Not only were Mary Neal's comments removed, but Mary Neal was subsequently barred from commenting at RawStory, in violation of Mary Neal's First Amendment rights to freedom of press.
6. Mary Neal's comments were published after intense interference by hackers, which is recorded at Ex. 1: YouTube video youtu.be/jdtaXdmPjds
7. After the first comment published, the next two comments were entered without further hacker interference, presumably because arrangements had been made with RawStory to remove Mary Neal's comments and ban her from making future comments at RawStory (Ex. 2).
8. The comments Mary Neal published regarded extreme racism and health discrimination, including the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, her mentally, physically disabled brother who was secretly arrested in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003 and killed under the color of law (Ex. 3).
9. Mary Neal is director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI), an organization founded after Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder to help decriminalize mental illness in the United States of America.
10. Mary Neal and members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill rely on their freedom of press rights to inform the public about the mass incarceration, brutality, and murders of mentally ill Americans and persuade elected and appointed officials to stop treating acts that result from acute mental illness as being criminal.
11. Mary Neal and members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill note that 1.25 million of America's prisoners are mentally ill people who should be treated for their psychiatric conditions rather than warehoused in prisons and jails as criminals.
12. Mary Neal and members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill hold the opinion that mental illness is the only "criminal" health condition and that this discrimination is allowed simply because the nation's decision makers, including Justice Department personnel, lawmakers in the federal and state governments, judges, prosecutors, crime lab technical staff, law enforcement personnel, and even defense attorneys are allowed to engage in conflicts of interest as private prison and private jail investors.
13. Mary Neal is regularly deprived of freedom of press and free speech in the United States of America, but such deprivation of freedom of press is done secretly by hackers (presumably in the National Security Agency (NSA)).
14. RawStrory, on the other hand, blatantly and flagrantly denied Mary Neal's freedom of press rights in order to help prison investors censor her in violation of her First Amendment rights.
15. The article referred to Ms. Obama's complaints about racism, which Mary Neal also undergoes to a much greater degree than Ms. Obama does or could imagine in the 21st century, supposedly in a "post-racial" era.
16. Mary Neal is censored, terrorized, and financially persecuted in order to prevent her from exposing and opposing racial discrimination and health discrimination in the United States of America against Americans with mental disabilities, particularly those who are black and brown.
17. Black and brown Americans are tortured and frequently killed under the color of law in America by police officers and by corrections officers without any accountability being demanded for these crimes against humanity and without any criminal charges being brought or sentences imposed on those who torture and murder mentally ill Americans.
18. White Americans are also tortured and killed for being mentally ill, but unlike Latinos and African Americans, white survivors are ordinarily compensated for such wrongdoing whereas intimidation and censorship are used to silence black and brown survivors of brutalized and murdered mentally ill citizens of the United States of America.
19. In addition to removing Mary Neal's comments at RawStory, death certificates of other Mary Neals appeared at Google Images search when searching for MaryLovesJustice after RawStory removed Mary Neal's comments.
20. Mary Neal was chosen by Almighty God and exercises her Christian duty to speak for the voiceless, the poor and needy, and all who are appointed to destruction despite censorship by RawStory, NSA, or anyone in the entire world. Mary Neal is unafraid of Genesis 6:4 giants. She stands as the voice crying out in the wilderness, reminding the inhabitants of planet earth that they will be judged not by their bank accounts or the types of cars they drive or their earthly addresses. They will be judged by how they treat sick, naked prisoners (Matthew 25:40). Everybody in prison wears clothers (usually orange jumpsuits) except for the mentally ill, who are usually kept naked in solitary confinement where they ordinarily lose whatever grip on reality they used to have.
21. RawStory had no legal right to remove Mary Neal's comments or to ban her from making future comments at its website, which is held out as a public news source to the public, which ban is in place simply to prevent Mary Neal's access to RawStory readers and continue to prevent the public's access to information about the secret arrest and murder of Mary Neal's mentally ill brother and the brutality and murders of other mentally ill Americans, and to prevent the public's knowledge about the denial of due process rights that followed the murder of Larry Neal and others who died under the color of law.
Note: This lawsuit will be revised before filing to add Defendants and restate the crimes against Mary Neal's First Amendment rights violated by RawStory in the illegal removal of Mary Neal's comments and banning her from making future comments at RawStory articles (Ex. 3).
Thanks, RawStory. I've been waiting on one of you to stick your neck out this far for a very long time. You're it. Get your Democratic bosses who tell you what to publish and what to censor to pay your legal bills, flunkies. Remind them that you can no longer call yourselves "progressive, liberal" news carriers, since you employ Nazi censorship tactics to allow mentally ill Americans to be isolated in concentration camps and slaughtered like Nazi Germany did in the beginning of its Holocaust to some 300,000 mentally ill people of all races. Shame on you "white liberals" and black Confederates, if there are any token blacks at RawStory (I don't know if RawStory could find any black Confederates because there are so many sorry negroes (small "n" intentional) hired to drive by my house in Georgia and walk pit bulls by my house whenever I publish a story their bosses hate). Tell the gangstalkers they can save their gasoline and helicopter fuel, because this Christian human rights advocate is not impressed. My advice to RawStory: Hurry and choose a judge and pay him/her to declare RawStory nonexistent like The Cochran Firm probably did. George Mallinckrodt was fired as a Florida psychoanalyst when he complained about corrections officers torturing mentally ill inmates. He worked in Dade Co. Correctional Institution, where Darren Rainey was scalded to death while he screamed for help for over 45 minutes. Mentally ill people, especially black ones, are treated like sub-humans in the USA, and people who reveal crimes against humanity find that our First Amendment rights are infringed upon, Ms. Obama. Please inspire the USDOJ to answer my Freedom of Information Act request HONESTLY, and provide information about the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, who died in Memphis Shelby County Jail while it was under direct overview by the USDOJ following a lawsuit by the USA related to its proven history of gross infringements against prisoners' rights. My objections about refusal of due process of law will not simply go away. Black people have human rights, if not civil rights. Thank you in advance. And one other thing . . .
Ms. Obama, another big problem is that African Americans apparently have a CoIntelPro law firm assigned to "keep wealth out of black hands" - The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm. This occurred since Cochran's death according to an NPR interview by former Cochran Firm attorney Shawn Chapman Holley athttp://www.npr.org/templates/s... Please see an article documenting numerous lawsuits against that law firm alleging racism, fraud, and deliberate malpractice that were done to reduce or eliminate damages to police departments and major corporations being caused by The Cochran Firm's clients, who are mostly African Americans. I called ABC when The Cochran Firm had itself declared "nonexistent" in the State of Georgia, and ABC said, "So what?" I was very hurt. The BBB refused to take my complaint, and neither would the FCC and FTC do anything but take the complaint and omit follow-up, as far as I know. I suppose I could file a Mail Fraud Complaint with the USPS, because The Cochran Firm mailed us lying updates on our wrongful death case about actions the lawyers were not really taking, but I got sick from dealing with it. Every morning I had to board MARTA and see the Cochran Firm commercials for its Atlanta office after our lawsuit was dismissed by the court agreeing with the frauds that there was no Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm. That was the beginning of my understanding that we have NOT overcome racism in the USA. I'm sorry you experience it, too, in the White House.
