Fresno protesters threatened by Police Chief Dyer

On Martin Luther King, Jr. Day 2015 in Fresno, CA, protesters turned their backs as the Chief of Police spoke. Fresno People's Media reports, "At the beginning of the month, Chief Dyer was on television explaining a plan to “crack down on protesters”. In the plan, crafted by the district attorney and the police department, protest organizers are to be identified via police surveillance and sent a letter threatening retribution in the form of citations, $6,000 restitution, and jail time if the protests continued." 

Obviously, protesters feel their First Amendment rights should be protected, not threatened by the Chief of Police with retribution, incarceration, and extortion. Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King was faced with identical government injunctions against free speech and the right to protest. He responded in his final speech. See the excerpt below.

"If I lived in China or even Russia, or any totalitarian country, maybe I could understand some of these illegal injunctions. Maybe I could understand the denial of certain basic First Amendment privileges, because they hadn't committed themselves to that over there. But somewhere I read of the freedom of assembly. Somewhere I read of the freedom of speech. Somewhere I read of the freedom of press. Somewhere I read that the greatness of America is the right to protest for right. And so just as I say, we aren't going to let dogs or water hoses turn us around, we aren't going to let any injunction turn us around. We are going on." ~MLK in his final address in Memphis, TN 

Justice Scalia of the U.S. Supreme Court has announced that the Constitution is dead, dead, dead. Obviously, the Fresno district attorney and police department think so. The first protest organizer in Fresno who is issued a citation or arrested for organizing peaceful protests should appeal the infraction against the Constitution all the way to the Supreme Court and see how it is handled by the justices whose job it is to interpret the constitution. See if it said anything about "free speech" or the right to "petition government for a redress of grievances," or any of the other "rights" that free people should have in a government of, by and for the People.

We are grateful that Dr. King was not the only minister who walked his talk.

Our Claimants meeting for Saturday, December 6, was canceled. BlogTalkRadio is apparently having a crisis or was attacked. I pay for the premium membership. The time of our meetings - 9am Pacific Time - is only available for premium members. I have notified Blogtalkradio, and we believe the problem will be fixed for tomorrow's meeting. I will contact the United Nations on Monday, December 8, to see how it may be able to help us communicate. Claimants have had numerous problems communicating that seem to be sabotage since we started meeting in September 2014. Hopefully, the United Nations has a way to help people to organize who experience interference.

Naturally, the USA does not want to be sued regarding negligence, torture, and wrongful deaths of mentally ill Americans, and prison investors do not want to lose their 1.25 million sick inmates when mental illness is decriminalized, so Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill Claimants' plans to take the USA to International Court in 2015 are censored.

As a child growing up in a small Tennessee town in the 1960's, we would occasionally be treated to barbecue from "The Hut." Black patrons paid the same price for their meals as whites, but we were not allowed to eat inside or use the front carry-out window. It is now illegal to deny equal services to African Americans like Mary Neal or mentally ill people like those represented by Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) under her direction.

Was Myron May Experiencing Harassment?

1)  Myron May, the Florida State University shooter, sent some interesting mail to ten people before his shooting rampage at FSU. Although I acknowledge that May was mentally ill, he was right about being under surveillance. Who isn't? At some point, benign surveillance becomes active harassment for some people. Because this young lawyer joined a Targeted Individuals ("TI") group at Facebook and promised that he would help the group's members legally, I believe May was definitely placed under heightened surveillance at that time if not before.

2)  Addressees who receive mail from May have been told by police NOT to open the packages but to turn them over to authorities. Why do police want May's mail, if not to contain whatever proof May may have disbursed about the surveillance that apparently drove him mad? Just asking . . .  If the mail is not suspected of being dangerous to the public, as authorities say, WHY are police desperate to get the mail unopened? It sounds very suspicious to me. 3)  If May's heightened surveillance could be proved (perhaps with videos and documents in his mailings), his family might have a good cause for a #wrongfuldeath civil action. What do you think, #lawyers ? Some people don't have as much stamina as others do.

4)  Friends who receive May's packages should open them and view any videos and read from his journal, if that is what he mailed, and copy the data before giving it to police. The data could be evidence that May was targeted by police and the government as he alleged. All Americans are under surveillance, and some are harassed more than others. If May's mental illness was worsened by the type of surveillance and harassment I experience, I believe the students and employees at FSU are due an explanation and personal injury settlements from whomever targeted May. 5)  I know that my harassment is done to prevent disclosure about my brother's secret arrest and murder and to interfere with my advocacy to decriminalize mental illness in America. But mentally ill people like May might be pushed over the edge with some of the situations that were done to me. In-person stalking, computer hacking, and telephone takeovers are illegal, but these are not unusual methodologies employed to harass people for being justice advocates. May's friends should please open the packages and copy their contents before delivering them to police. 6) I believe the government should stop targeting people altogether, if it is doing this. Certainly, no mentally ill people should be subjected to harassment, and nobody, especially people with mental illness, should be used as citizens police to follow and harass people. I was told that was why Zimmerman was following Trayvon Martin, which could explain why Martin's murder was covered on most news shows and got tremendous attention from Washington, D.C. instead of being basically ignored like hundreds of other people killed under the color of law during the same time period.

7)  The police or government reported that three pieces of May's mail to his friends had been INTERCEPTED. That is not just strange - it is illegal. Authorities seem to be as desperate to stop May's mail as they were to send stalkers to follow me to the library and post offices and intercept mine when I mailed discs proving my terrorism. By the way, I received a call offering me General Electric Home Security services as I typed this article. They usually call me with subtle threats like that when I reveal what they do - things that others might perceive as being usual and ordinary. Sometimes, though, callers play a recording of someone screaming at me in Chinese or Spanish. May was mentally ill, but so are some people in government. Believe that.

I don't know if ABC will show my comment, because that network is very dedicated to helping police and the USDOJ as well as Georgia courts to cover up the secret arrest and murder of my disabled brother, Larry Neal, and The Cochran Firm fraud against African Americans.

I am glad you stole the email I sent to him even as he was reading it to me to ensure that he received ALL of it. I know how stalkers steal data and links from emails; therefore, when emails are important, I usually speak to the addressee to ensure that they received my emails intact. Causner's affidavit about this particular theft will join others regarding your covert activities: taking over my telephones, disrupting my radio broadcasts, removing or preventing emails (incoming and outgoing), etc. The affidavits will be filed with my complaint to the International Court regarding my handicapped brother's secret arrest and murder, refusal of records and accountability, and my years of stalking and censorship to prevent disclosure about the murder and suppress activism for other prisoners in America.

The stolen email pertained to the #Campaign4Justice website at http://www.campaign4justice.com/ and the data I requested for him to include on the website. I noticed the surveillance team had redirected one of the links on his website. The link for Rev. Pinkney under the tab "History and Human Rights" then under "Current Struggles" actually opens a "Stolen Lives" page. Rev. Pinkney is an activist minister in Benton Harbor, Michigan who is currently under house arrest and a gag order to prevent wide disclosure about the racist corporate takeover of government in that area. Please STOP redirecting links on James Cosner's website. The U.S. Congress did not pass #SOPA. Neither I nor anyone I correspond with are terrorists, so nobody has any right to conduct #cyberwar against us under NDAA, explained in "Lawfare: Offensive Cyberspace Operations, the NDAA, and the Title 10-Title 50 Debate," by Robert Chesney at

The only terrorists I know about are positioned in houses around mine to facilitate burglaries on my home, follow me when I leave, and have better access to interrupting my telephone and Internet connections. I also met one in 2010 who substituted himself for a computer technician I called to clean your viruses off my computer. In August 2012, burglars actually stole my original court files for two lawsuits against The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm along with hard copy evidence that Georgia courts prevented from going before a jury by dismissing the lawsuits based on perjury: In Georgia Superior Court, the Cochran Firm falsely claimed it has no law offices whatsoever in the State of Georgia. In federal court, the unethical lawyers claimed having no law offices whatsoever in the City of Memphis, Tennessee. In 2013, another terrorist came to my home under the false pretense of having been sent by my mother's home health care company. There have been other incidents. Google "Cochran Firm Fraud."

James changed his password, and he should be able to access his emails now. James had left Gmail open on his computer, which uses Windows as an operating system, and stalkers had their way with his email account. You can also email Causner at causner@yahoo.com. Request that links to your human rights campaigns for justice be added to those already featured at the Campaign4Justice website.

James uses Windows. Windows and Microsoft are associated with #BillGates, and I explained to James that the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is a prison investor. Therefore, Windows seems to be a bad choice for prisoner activists to use. I experienced nothing but trouble while using computers running Windows, perhaps because freeing innocent prisoners and decriminalizing mental illness would be financially inconvenient for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Advocates for justice reform should check other Internet companies for prison investors, including those that run social networks or produce anti-virus software.

James has launched a HUNGER STRIKE for #humanrights, demanding the release of certain political prisoners, prosecution of certain murderous police officers, and an immediate end to deportations of #immigrants. You stalkers should be ashamed of yourselves for censoring this man, who is risking his life for the sake of #justice. Former U.S. Government employee #EdwardSnowden said stalkers make plenty of money, but "what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?" Repent and be saved, NSA, CoIntelPro, and/or other stalkers. James Causner affirmed:

Activists on Lock Down

I've been on "lock down" in my home since serving a federal lawsuit on The Johnnie Cochran Firm in 2008 (I didn't know then that they are CoIntelPro). I felt it was less dangerous after a government vehicle and four other cars followed me six miles and waylaid me at the neighborhood Chevron station and emergency 911 police refused to respond to my location. Staying home may sound boring, but it really isn't. Every time I publish something despite CoIntelPro interference, I go sit on the porch and see who CoIntelPro sends. Sometimes they send lots of BLACK CONFEDERATE SOLDIERS to circle my block. They used to turn around in my driveway (I have films). Most often, they send someone to walk by slowly with a BIG, VICIOUS DOG to mock my justice quest, which I call "Dog Justice." Dogs have more rights in the United States than many citizens, particularly blacks and people who are mentally ill. Kill a dog, and you go to jail. Kill a black man or a mental patient, and it's usually called a "righteous kill." Some deaths are simply covered-up, like my brother's police kidnapping and murder. "Dog Justice" poem (below) runs them crazy.

The chemtrail pictured above was placed over Mary Neal's home in Georgia. It appears to be in the shape of an "x" or a KKK cross. It was a beautiful day with clear, blue skies except for the "x" over my house. "Citizen" is defined as a person owing loyalty to and entitled by birth or naturalization to the protection of a state or nation. No citizen should be censored and terrorized for working diligently to help make her nation better - more humane, less prejudice, a place of liberty and justice for ALL. This writer resents attempts to intimidate her for the following thirteen (13) actions:

1. Exposing The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm fraud against its clients to prevent or reduce payouts to certain victims of police violence and corporate wrongdoing

2. Founding and directing Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI), an online advocacy organization to decriminalize mental illness in America, increase and upgrade mental hospitals and encourage use of assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs that enforce treatment for acute mental patients and supply subsistence assistance

3. Exposing the 2003 murder of her mentally, physically disabled brother (Larry Neal) after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail in (a kidnapping and murder) and denial of records by the U.S. Department of Justice and the jail and denial of due process of law

4. Giving voice to many voiceless people whose loved ones are wrongly convicted, excessively sentenced and/or brutalized behind bars

5. Standing against mass incarceration for prison profits

6. Campaigning for Dr. Ron Paul during the 2012 presidential campaign, because he was the only candidate from a major political party who denounced mass incarceration, the War on Drugs, and the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which allows indefinite detention of Americans without crimes or a defense

7. Advocating against capital punishment

8. Advocating against prejudice directed at persons based on their race, socioeconomic status, health status, political party, and religion or lack thereof

9.  Exposing the hypocrisy of the media and certain civil and human rights organizations, politicians, and ministers who refuse to report and stand against oppression, such as the secret murder of Larry Neal and continuous victimization of black people in America

10. Proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, the world's greatest human rights advocate

11. Advocating for passage of certain congressional bills, including H.R.619 to reinstate Medicaid insurance payments for inpatient mental hospital treatment and Ron Paul's H.R. 3785 to remove the threat of concentration camps, and advocating against certain draconian bills like SOPA, PIPA, NDAA and numerous others that threaten liberty and justice in America

12.  Publishing numerous petitions and polls to inform people about injustices (online petitions and polls experience interference to the point that they are useless to assess the level of public support)

13. Exposing numerous acts of censorship and terror against Mary Neal and her family, including:

    a. The "x" chemtrail that was sprayed over the Neal's home

    b. The sexual assault on Hattie Neal, 90, by an impersonator who gained entrance to her home by pretending to be a nurse from Hattie Neal's home health service (April 2013)

    c. Burglary at the Neals' home, when only the Neals v. Cochran Firm court records were stolen plus evidence that judges prevented from reaching a jury by wrongly dismissing lawsuits (August 2012)

    d.  Financial persecution by preventing communication with potential employers

    e. DeKalb County police warning Mary Neal to never try to speak with Burrell Ellis, DeKalb County CEO, about their refusal to investigate her crime reports regarding persons who follow her in person and people who prevent her freedom of press online and prevent her telephone calls at will. 

   f.  Atlanta police warning Mary Neal that she would be tasered and arrested if she continues to tell people about the Cochran Firm's fraud against its own clients in the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal and against the family of Kathryn Johnston after the elder's murder by Atlanta police

Mary Neal's cyberstalkers are probably employees of the National Security Agency (NSA). I believe this since the stalkers are able to follow Mary Neal across all Internet sites; prevent calls to and from the Neals' phone; erase voice mail messages; delete emails; prevent U.S. Mail from reaching parties timely or at all; redirect links and remove photographs and selected text in articles; remove links from emails, etc., and police refuse to track the IP addresses involved. Stalkers are working on this article right now.

Mary Neal's articles have proclaimed for years that stalkers exercise the ability to hear what is said in her home, track her movements in her car, and do other surveillance that seemed astonishing to many readers. Now the world knows about these covert, unscrupulous surveillance techniques. One's cell phone, cable TV connections, and Internet connections can and are being used to spy on all people in America and report their movements. This writer was possibly a test subject for the international surveillance program. Tens of thousands of people are employed by NSA. If they are my stalkers, then I assert that their job is not only monitoring like Edward Snowden revealed, but also preventing communication.

Sometimes I look back at the articles I wrote regarding all the horrible things you have done to me, and I feel very sorry for myself. I weep for myself and everyone who you oppress and those you will yet oppress because they will not listen or have not heard. You are very unkind.

As America distances itself from God, it spends more money on mass incarceration, wars, and security against people inside and outside of the country who oppose its policies, including its own loyal citizens who deserve its protection. I believe that patriotism requires Americans of all races and socioeconomic backgrounds to unite and promote policies that will make this a land of liberty and justice for all - for the very first time. Americans have sacrificed many precious rights since 9/11 for the sake of security. However, the Word declares:

Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain. ~Psalm 127:1

And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me. 9 And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision.10 When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him. 11 And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the Lord hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews. 

Acts 12:7 is interesting. The angel smote (hit) Peter and commanded that he arise. Only AFTER Peter stood, heavily chained, did the chains fall off.

We are hit with many obstacles, but we must take a stand, WHILE oppressed, in order to overcome.
