Dead: The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm Fraud

Media companies may be inclined to hide the fact that The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm has been declared by United States District Court, Central District of California, not to exist as a law firm. This should conclude The Cochran Firm fraud against African Americans by Southern whites and Confederate Negroes who sabotage their clients' cases in tune with the CoIntelPro mandate to "keep wealth out of black hands." See the Order below that was issued May 12, 2015, by United States District Court Judge Philip Gutierrez dissolving (i.e., cancelling and dismissing) the preliminary injunction that The Cochran Firm had obtained to "protect" its alleged trademark.The Cochran Firm, P.C. - Order Dissolving Preliminary Injunction related to The Cochran Firm vs. Randy McMurray, Esq. Among the highlights from the order are the following passages:

1. "Defendant [McMurray] has met his burden that Plaintiff [The Cochran Firm] has unclean hands in the use of its trademark by advertising itself as a national law firm when there is no evidence that the individual offices are connected other than through agreements with Plaintiff." (Page 11.)

2. "In assessing whether [The Cochran Firm] meets the definition of a law firm under the California Rules of Professional Conduct, the Court finds that ... [The Cochran Firm], together with all of the individual regional offices, do not fit this definition." (Page 12.)

THE COCHRAN FIRM IS A NOW A COURT-DECLARED FRAUD PERPETUATED AGAINST ITS CLIENTS, ITS ATTORNEYS, OPPOSING ATTORNEYS AND PLAINTIFFS, PARTNERING LAW FIRMS, ADVERTISERS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

This writer sued The Cochran Firm in two courts after the lawyers helped Memphis Shelby County Jail escape accountability for secretly arresting her mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, and killing him after 18 days of secret incarceration. From mid-July until August 1, 2003, Larry Neal was in custody and denied his prescription heart drugs and psychiatric medications. Whether he died because of the sudden cessation of his vital medications or if more was done to kill the lifelong schizophrenic heart patient, the Neal family cannot say. Requests for records by way of Freedom of Information Act Requests to the U.S. Department of Justice were either ignored or answered falsely for 12 years. A federal court subpoena to Memphis Shelby County Government officials brought no information.

The conspiracy to cover up Larry Neal's murder in custody makes this writer believe that however Larry died, it was probably worse than other in-custody deaths that have come to America's attention, like the deaths of Freddie Gray, Daniel Linsinbigler, Phillip White, Jesus Huerta, Christopher Lopez, Eileen DiNino, Matthew Ajibade, and too many others to name here. Most were black or mentally ill, and they all lacked wealth. The individuals killed in custody fit the same criterion used to determine who would be involuntarily sterilized in America's eugenics movement from 1932 to the 1970s. The eugenics movement took a deadly turn in the 21st century, when police and corrections officers regularly kill people from the same groups. Christopher Lopez's death happened 17 months before the prison reported it to the Department of Health. Larry Neal's death was never reported to the Department of Justice (USDOJ), according to statements by the USDOJ. The USDOJ was placed in direct overview of Shelby County Jail after a federal investigation and lawsuit by the USA. It is unacceptable that when this writer reported Larry's demise under secret police custody to the feds, the USDOJ did nothing about it - no investigation and no prosecution for Larry's kidnapping and murder or Shelby County officials having violated the terms of the Jail's Agreement after lawsuit by the USA by its failure to report an inmate's demise. Therefore, Agreements between the USDOJ and abusive police departments and correctional institutions mean nothing, unless it means abusers will have protection for future murders by the USDOJ cover-up artists. Larry Neal's murder was never reported in the press, and his family is surveilled, censored, and persecuted for asking, "What happened to Larry Neal?"

The Cochran Firm helped Shelby County Jail escape public outcry and legal accountability by entering contract with Larry's family after his 18-day ordeal which ended in his death. The Cochran Firm entered contract with Larry's family as our wrongful death attorneys, then allowing the Tennessee statute of limitations to pass without doing any legal work on the case. Since then, we have found numerous other Cochran Firm fraud victims, and sometimes they find this writer and call to expose their cases of victimization and fraud by white racists and Negro Confederate soldiers in that non-law firm. That is likely the main reason why my phone was taken over by hackers, and so was my Google Voice line.

CNN wrote about the increase in deaths in custody in an article entitled "Not Just Freddie Gray: Others who died in police custody." Naturally, CNN omitted Larry Neal's murder because the U.S. Government wanted them to do so. Censoring my brother's murder and The Cochran Firm's many frauds against African Americans led this writer to picket CNN. See the photograph below.

Knowing how useful The Cochran Firm is to elitist racists by swindling their mostly black clients to reduce or eliminate payouts for government agencies and large corporations, the intention of mainstream media may be to keep quiet about the fact that THE COCHRAN FIRM HAS BEEN FOUND TO BE NONEXISTENT AS A LAW FIRM BY A FEDERAL COURT. As usual, when it comes to news about Cochran Firm frauds against black legal consumers, this writer decided to report it herself.

Congratulations to Randy McMurray, Esq., former partner of The Cochran Firm in Los Angeles. The USDC Court Order resulted from his litigation against the non-law firm. His lawyer used "Neals v. The Cochran Firm" as proof that The Cochran Firm advertises itself as "one of America's largest plaintiffs' law firms" only until plaintiffs who are former clients sue them for fraud and malpractice. Then the various law offices, like Memphis and Atlanta, deny any association with each other or the firm's home office in Dothan, Alabama. This writer was glad to help ring the death toll on the biggest fraud against black people since mercenary, racist whites sailed to Africa and said, "Want a ride?"

Care2 Censors "AIMI v. USA" Petition AGAIN

Thank you, Greg Skomaroske. Thanks for confirming that our "AIMI vs. USA" petition at the Care2 Petititonsite is being censored, as I knew it would be. Care2 continually censors efforts to relieve mentally challenged Americans and immigrants from negligence, brutality, and wrongful deaths under the color of law.

Friends, please review the petition at Care2 and notify me if YOUR freedom of speech is also attacked by that social site. Everybody who is censored by Care2 can join our lawsuit for violations against their First Amendment rights, which will be filed soon. Some people might experience a denial of service (DoS) that prevents the "AIMI v. USA" petition from opening. Others will sign and check later and see their signatures are missing, like Greg Skomaroske did. This happened to every petition I ever posted at Care2 Petitionsite, and it seems to happen at other petition hosting sites as well, because America is firmly invested in slavery once again. Unfortunately, many Internet companies may be owned or operated by prison investors who cannot resist the temptation to subvert prisoner activists' efforts to eliminate mass incarceration by using their social sites.

Shortly after this advocate posted the petition, Care2 took it offline to prevent signatures after I added a petition showing a mentally ill man being shot by Dallas police officers. That video has a warning before it begins to play that warns that it has graphic violence. It is online at YouTube and has been shared by thousands of people throughout the country. Yet Care2 took our petition that is intended to notify the country about a lawsuit in International Court to help mentally ill people, like the victim on the video, to have a right to life that is actually respected by their government.

Please sign the "AIMI vs. USA" petition at the link above. It is a petition of, for, by and TO Americans and immigrants -- not to U.S. officials, although they are welcome to also sign it. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) is through begging for the human and civil rights of mentally challenged Americans and immigrants to be honored and protected in the United States. We have begged for over 10 years, and our efforts are continually scorned and disregarded by officials in the USA. This is unacceptable for any country, especially one that bombs other nations for violating human rights within their boarders.

"AIMI vs. USA" will be filed in International Court in 2015 in order to expose and oppose the negligence, brutality, and wrongful deaths of mentally disabled persons in America. The lawsuit will be filed to win restitution to affected persons, their families and survivors, if applicable. AIMI is convinced that if the United States must pay a sizable amount of money to affected parties and families, it will begin to respect the rights to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness that are inalienable rights of mentally challenged people as much as they are for any other person in this country. None of those rights, particularly the right to life, should be removed by the government without due process of law. Police officers and prison guards who violate the right to life callously, which continually happens in this nation, must be held accountable. The nation, itself, must be held accountable for allowing and, in at least one case, HELPING to cover-up crimes against humanity that happen here. AIMI vs. USA

Petitioners agree to share the good news with others. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") plans a lawsuit in International Court against the USA to compensate mentally ill persons and families of people with serious mental illness whose civil and human rights have been or are presently being violated under the color of law.

Everyone whose present or past circumstances involve denial of timely, appropriate psychiatric treatment has a case against the USA. Every person with psychiatric conditions that led to violence and torture and deaths under the color of law or as a long-term homeless person may also have a case. The families that underwent or still experience legal abuse syndrome while trying to extract their sick relatives from the prison industrial complex have cases. Especially if you have not received a settlement already, AIMI is arranging to take your cases before the United Nations to International Court for payment from the USA for crimes against humanity. People who suffered burglaries, assaults, or wrongful deaths because of their neighbors' untreated drug/alcohol dependencies or untreated mental illness also deserve payment.

None of the circumstances named above should have happened, and you are and were due protection under one or all of the following laws. Blaring failures exist regarding the U.S. Constitution, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA), the Civil Rights Act, the Convention Against Torture, and Executive Order 13107, implementing human rights treaties.

Mentally ill people and/or their relatives are being told to "get over it" and to "pull themselves up by their own bootstraps." Many of them deserve money to buy boots. Let AIMI help you get it. We are suing the USA for a subsantial amount of money to convey the following message: Don't execute the mentally ill. Stop using mentally ill people as prison commodities. Do not torture mentally challenged people with solitary confinement. Stop police violence against this vulnerable population. Prosecute murderous police officers and prison guards, especially when their crimes are proved with videotapes and medical examiners' reports. Honor the U.S. Constitution and Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Many thousands of mentally challenged people in the United States are chronically homeless. Thousands more are killed during lunacy arrests and as inmates annually, and 1.25 million of our most vulnerable fellow citizens are cruelly warehoused in prisons and jails, where there is virtually no accountability for torture and deaths. The mentally ill comprise over 60 percent of the inmates experiencing solitary confinement torture, which causes their conditions to worsen. Families and friends who seek psychiatric care are usually denied unless and until mentally challenged people PROVE (usually through violence) to be a danger to self and others.

Denial of treatment while awaiting crimes in order to earn prison profits from vulnerable people's arrests creates unnecessary risks for people with serious mental illness as well as to their families and communities. Innocent people's safety is risked by withholding psychiatric treatment until another avoidable tragedy happens. This is unacceptable in the United States, a country that enforces human rights throughout the world.

"AIMI vs. USA" will only sue for monetary damages for claimants, not for release of prisoners or policy changes. AIMI believes that if enough money is paid by the United States to persons whose human rights are or were violated, policy changes will be a natural consequence of the international exposure and financial loss resulting from this lawsuit. Claimants are encouraged to continue using regular legal channels to seek prisoners' releases and improve humane conditions during incarcerations. AIMI will sue for monetary compensation to claimants for pain and suffering. Generally, persons who have already settled monetary claims for personal injuries and deaths will be ineligible as claimants for "AIMI vs. USA," but feel free to apply. AIMI's International Human Rights Attorney will begin reviewing up to 100 cases by the first of August 2015, and "AIMI vs. USA" is expected to be filed within 2015.

Dallas PD and Facebook Do Fast Murders and Cover-ups

I published a post to Lorenzo Ervin's wall at Facebook as "Mary Neal," about a mentally ill black man who police shot within two seconds of encountering him. I then changed my identity to the director of "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill," then went to post the exact post at the "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" group wall to publish the same post. I realized it was not on my clipboard to post any longer, so I went back to Lorenzo Ervin's wall to copy it again, and it was not visible. The post I published on Lorenzo's wall was only visible to me when I went as "Mary Neal." Therefore, I assume nobody else can see it at any time. Facebook often chooses which of my posts to allow the public and my friends to see. Proof is below.

Notice the time on the first post is 12:41a.m., and my video is the last post on Ervin's wall (the latest posts go on top). It had been published for 12 minutes, meaning that I posted it at 12:29a.m. I never removed it, and neither did Ervin. Yet, the second screenshot shows that the post was not visible on Ervin's wall at 12:31a.m. when I looked at Ervin's wall as Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill. Actually, the video I posted was probably not showing at any point for anyone other than Mary Neal to see. This may be an example of "computer specific views." Click the three(3) screenshots below to view them.

Another woman posted a screenshot on her own wall for me to see a couple of weeks ago. I did not see the post on her wall. She sent me a copy of the screenshot that I could not see on her wall at Facebook. It captured her view of my Exposed FreeSpeakBlog article titled "Johnny Cochran's CoIntelPro Murder Theory," which had a black box across the data to prevent her from reading it:

Censorship about the senseless murders of mentally ill Americans will be taken before the International Court in "AIMI vs. USA." I have made American authorities aware of the violations against my First Amendment rights repeatedly, yet officials (who I suspect hired stalkers to do this) refuse to help. Mentally ill Americans, especially blacks, are intended to be killed on sight by police who then claim to have "feared for their lives." The USA is doing genocide against that population, and officials obviously do not want the public warned. See the message I posted and the video embedded below:

He was killed by police while holding a screwdriver after his mother called 911 for help getting him to Parkland Hospital while he was in a crisis. These cops gave Jason two seconds to respond to their command to "Drop that for me, guy." How did Jason know WHAT he was supposed to drop? Could have been his pants for all he knew. Oh well. The police "feared for their lives."

Do you see how quickly police shoot and kill mentally ill people who pose absolutely no danger to them or to anyone else? Can you see how little time they actually spend talking with someone who is known to have mental illness? Can police even be sure that Jason understood their command? "That" could have referred to anything - not necessarily the screwdriver he held.

FEAR of Mary Neal's Photographs

Human rights for prisoners is treated like hate speech by prison investors. Stalkers at Blogtalkradio have decided to prevent my photographs from showing on the billboard there. I suspect that is because somebody at Blogtalkradio is a prison investor. Tonight we interviewed Alexyss Taylor, whose son was allegedly attacked and brutalized by a police officer at DeKalb County Police Department, in Georgia in January 2015. Our guests recounted the most frightening night of their lives during our Human Rights for Prisoners March radio broadcast on the "Human Rights Demand" channel, March 2, 2015. Our Claimants meeting for Saturday, December 6, was canceled. BlogTalkRadio is apparently having a crisis or was attacked. I pay for the premium membership. The time of our meetings - 9am Pacific Time - is only available for premium members. I have notified Blogtalkradio, and we believe the problem will be fixed for tomorrow's meeting. I will contact the United Nations on Monday, December 8, to see how it may be able to help us communicate. Claimants have had numerous problems communicating that seem to be sabotage since we started meeting in September 2014. Hopefully, the United Nations has a way to help people to organize who experience interference.

Naturally, the USA does not want to be sued regarding negligence, torture, and wrongful deaths of mentally ill Americans, and prison investors do not want to lose their 1.25 million sick inmates when mental illness is decriminalized, so Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill Claimants' plans to take the USA to International Court in 2015 are censored.

As a child growing up in a small Tennessee town in the 1960's, we would occasionally be treated to barbecue from "The Hut." Black patrons paid the same price for their meals as whites, but we were not allowed to eat inside or use the front carry-out window. It is now illegal to deny equal services to African Americans like Mary Neal or mentally ill people like those represented by Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) under her direction.

PressTV, Did USA Forbid Mary Neal Interviews?

Not all targeted individuals suffer from remote neural monitoring, etc. I am followed, censored, and persecuted, but have been attacked by this new technology only once when I was blasted with a directed energy device. Iran saw it, but the video is censored in the USA.

It has been some time since I was interviewed by PressTV, and I wonder if the USA forbade foreign press to interview me like I suspect was done to U.S. media companies. I have interviewed privately with major media companies in the USA, but they never publish the interviews. The secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother Larry Neal is a highly censored topic. The criminalization of African Americans and the mental ill for prison profits is also censored, and those are my main topics. Furthermore, The Cochran Firm continues to operate as CoIntelPro in the black community, and a good deal of money was used to open those law offices throughout the country. People say that America's gross national product is down, but they may fail to realize that American citizens are the nation's biggest commodity. Americans are considered to be in a "slave pool," especially African Americans. When there is a need for "fresh stock," police officers simply go fishing and draw in a catch. In 2011, the U.S. Congress and president assigned the White House the power to indefinitely intern anyone, including citizens, without levying criminal charges or allowing victims a speedy, open trial with adequate defense counsel provided (Sixth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution), but this seems to happen only to African Americans thus far. Criminal charges are levied, but prosecutors know there is no real requirement to take the cases to trial. Victims are simply arrested and tortured behind bars until they agree to lie on themselves and accept plea deals (see North Carolina v. Shannon Nyamodi, and see Pennsylvania v. Terrell Scott). They may be sentenced and extorted of probation fees upon release. When victims fail to pay the extortion money timely, they are then re-arrested and forced to serve the entire prison sentence - all without any trial-by-jury. Presto! A new prison sentence to buy or sell on Wall Street.

Wrongfully convicted people have trouble getting new trials with post-conviction evidence and are denied DNA tests to prove their innocence, because guilt and innocence are basically irrelevant. The irrelevance of innocence was pointed out by U.S. Supreme Court justices in the following two cases:

(1) the majority opinion in "Alaska District Attorney's Office vs. Osborne," denied a convicted man the right to conduct DNA tests on the State's evidence.

Justice Scalia wrote: 'This Court has never held that the Constitution forbids the execution of a convicted defendant who has had a full and fair trial but is later able to convince a habeas court that he is ‘actually’ innocent. Quite to the contrary, we have repeatedly left that question unresolved, while expressing considerable doubt that any claim based on alleged ‘actual innocence’ is constitutionally cognizable.”

I know very few government secrets. I publish information that is presented in the public domain, except for (a) my mentally, physically disabled brother's kidnapping and murder, (b) The Cochran Firm's fraud against African Americans, and (c) systemic discrimination against the mentally ill. Therefore, I suspect that revealing these three secrets cause my intimidation and censorship. Reports about the victimization of mentally ill Americans (except Larry Neal's murder) are widely published online and even by mainstream news companies, but the reports are treated as individual circumstances and not as hate crimes and systemic discrimination against a class of people. Health discrimination is exactly what is happening in the USA, and it is done BY the justice system.

Over half the victims of police violence and prisoner abuse and murders are people with acute mental illness of all races and ages. Perhaps you have been too busy living your life to notice that, but I hope you will begin to take note. One in five Americans has mental illness and/or suffers from substance abuse problems; therefore, you very likely have a relative, neighbor or friend with such issues. Begin to notice systemic discrimination and hate crimes against our most vulnerable citizens, please, including African Americans, the mentally ill, and addicts. It is your duty to notice and to demand relief for these people.
