In May 2015, United States District Court of Central California ruled that The Cochran Firm has "unclean hands" and does NOT meet the requirements to be called "a national law firm." That matter is now before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ("McMurray vs. The Cochran Firm"). Yet CBS failed to report this to the public and instead plans to put forward an image of The Cochran Firm being some heroic law firm and featuring Johnnie Cochran's daughter - who apparently works in a law office that had Georgia Superior Court pronounce it NONEXISTENT as a Cochran Firm law office to avoid lawsuit by defrauded clients. Hattie and Mary Neal sued The Cochran Firm after it deliberately withheld legal work as the wrongful death attorneys of Larry Neal, a mentally ill African American man, age 54, who was secretly arrested and murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. Thanks to The Cochran Firm's perjury (denouncing the Atlanta office's association with the national law firm and with any sister offices (Memphis)), The Cochran Firm avoided accountability for its fraud.
Ever since Johnnie Cochran's death, this law firm that operates falsely in his name has defrauded literally hundreds of families of color, particularly after corporate wrongdoing and police murders. CBS is disgusting to withhold press reports about The Cochran Firm's legal troubles but instead to promote the firm by using Cochran's daughter as the public face of the firm. Have her telephones been taken over to prevent phone calls, and has she had 12 computers destroyed to prevent her from speaking freely about The Cochran Firm? How dare Edwards present herself as a spokesperson for a Cochran law office that declared itself NOT to be any such thing in Georgia courts? Bougie Negroes are amazing, like Edwards, who is Cochran's daughter, and like the son of Thurgood Marshall, who is on the board of directors for CCA, one of the largest prison companies. This civil action is properly filed in United States District Court under the diversity rule, with Plaintiff and Defendants residing in separate states of the United States of America.
I. Cause of Action
1. Mary Neal published three comments at an article on invitation by RawStory along with other members of the general public.
2. The comments were the creative products of Mary Neal, a Christian human rights activist.
3. The comments contained no foul language and discussed no planned violence.
5. Not only were Mary Neal's comments removed, but Mary Neal was subsequently barred from commenting at RawStory, in violation of Mary Neal's First Amendment rights to freedom of press.
6. Mary Neal's comments were published after intense interference by hackers, which is recorded at Ex. 1: YouTube video youtu.be/jdtaXdmPjds
7. After the first comment published, the next two comments were entered without further hacker interference, presumably because arrangements had been made with RawStory to remove Mary Neal's comments and ban her from making future comments at RawStory (Ex. 2).
8. The comments Mary Neal published regarded extreme racism and health discrimination, including the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, her mentally, physically disabled brother who was secretly arrested in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003 and killed under the color of law (Ex. 3).
9. Mary Neal is director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI), an organization founded after Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder to help decriminalize mental illness in the United States of America.
10. Mary Neal and members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill rely on their freedom of press rights to inform the public about the mass incarceration, brutality, and murders of mentally ill Americans and persuade elected and appointed officials to stop treating acts that result from acute mental illness as being criminal.
11. Mary Neal and members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill note that 1.25 million of America's prisoners are mentally ill people who should be treated for their psychiatric conditions rather than warehoused in prisons and jails as criminals.
12. Mary Neal and members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill hold the opinion that mental illness is the only "criminal" health condition and that this discrimination is allowed simply because the nation's decision makers, including Justice Department personnel, lawmakers in the federal and state governments, judges, prosecutors, crime lab technical staff, law enforcement personnel, and even defense attorneys are allowed to engage in conflicts of interest as private prison and private jail investors.
13. Mary Neal is regularly deprived of freedom of press and free speech in the United States of America, but such deprivation of freedom of press is done secretly by hackers (presumably in the National Security Agency (NSA)).
14. RawStrory, on the other hand, blatantly and flagrantly denied Mary Neal's freedom of press rights in order to help prison investors censor her in violation of her First Amendment rights.
15. The article referred to Ms. Obama's complaints about racism, which Mary Neal also undergoes to a much greater degree than Ms. Obama does or could imagine in the 21st century, supposedly in a "post-racial" era.
16. Mary Neal is censored, terrorized, and financially persecuted in order to prevent her from exposing and opposing racial discrimination and health discrimination in the United States of America against Americans with mental disabilities, particularly those who are black and brown.
17. Black and brown Americans are tortured and frequently killed under the color of law in America by police officers and by corrections officers without any accountability being demanded for these crimes against humanity and without any criminal charges being brought or sentences imposed on those who torture and murder mentally ill Americans.
18. White Americans are also tortured and killed for being mentally ill, but unlike Latinos and African Americans, white survivors are ordinarily compensated for such wrongdoing whereas intimidation and censorship are used to silence black and brown survivors of brutalized and murdered mentally ill citizens of the United States of America.
19. In addition to removing Mary Neal's comments at RawStory, death certificates of other Mary Neals appeared at Google Images search when searching for MaryLovesJustice after RawStory removed Mary Neal's comments.
20. Mary Neal was chosen by Almighty God and exercises her Christian duty to speak for the voiceless, the poor and needy, and all who are appointed to destruction despite censorship by RawStory, NSA, or anyone in the entire world. Mary Neal is unafraid of Genesis 6:4 giants. She stands as the voice crying out in the wilderness, reminding the inhabitants of planet earth that they will be judged not by their bank accounts or the types of cars they drive or their earthly addresses. They will be judged by how they treat sick, naked prisoners (Matthew 25:40). Everybody in prison wears clothers (usually orange jumpsuits) except for the mentally ill, who are usually kept naked in solitary confinement where they ordinarily lose whatever grip on reality they used to have.
21. RawStory had no legal right to remove Mary Neal's comments or to ban her from making future comments at its website, which is held out as a public news source to the public, which ban is in place simply to prevent Mary Neal's access to RawStory readers and continue to prevent the public's access to information about the secret arrest and murder of Mary Neal's mentally ill brother and the brutality and murders of other mentally ill Americans, and to prevent the public's knowledge about the denial of due process rights that followed the murder of Larry Neal and others who died under the color of law.
Note: This lawsuit will be revised before filing to add Defendants and restate the crimes against Mary Neal's First Amendment rights violated by RawStory in the illegal removal of Mary Neal's comments and banning her from making future comments at RawStory articles (Ex. 3).
Thanks, RawStory. I've been waiting on one of you to stick your neck out this far for a very long time. You're it. Get your Democratic bosses who tell you what to publish and what to censor to pay your legal bills, flunkies. Remind them that you can no longer call yourselves "progressive, liberal" news carriers, since you employ Nazi censorship tactics to allow mentally ill Americans to be isolated in concentration camps and slaughtered like Nazi Germany did in the beginning of its Holocaust to some 300,000 mentally ill people of all races. My advice to RawStory: Hurry and choose a judge and pay him/her to declare RawStory nonexistent like The Cochran Firm probably did. Our Claimants meeting for Saturday, December 6, was canceled. BlogTalkRadio is apparently having a crisis or was attacked. I pay for the premium membership. The time of our meetings - 9am Pacific Time - is only available for premium members. I have notified Blogtalkradio, and we believe the problem will be fixed for tomorrow's meeting. I will contact the United Nations on Monday, December 8, to see how it may be able to help us communicate. Naturally, the USA does not want to be sued regarding negligence, torture, and wrongful deaths of mentally ill Americans, and prison investors do not want to lose their 1.25 million sick inmates when mental illness is decriminalized, so Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill Claimants' plans to take the USA to International Court in 2015 are censored.
As a child growing up in a small Tennessee town in the 1960's, we would occasionally be treated to barbecue from "The Hut." Black patrons paid the same price for their meals as whites, but we were not allowed to eat inside or use the front carry-out window. It is now illegal to deny equal services to African Americans like Mary Neal or mentally ill people like those represented by Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) under her direction.

I applied for a picketing permit for Santa Clara County, CA. It is time to picket Silicon Valley, CA Internet companies regarding censorship at their sites. I applied for April 4th weekend, in commemoration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s assassination anniversary. We must not forget that he and tens of thousands of other people gave their lives in part so that Americans could have freedom of press and free speech. I do not feel that we should be censored without objecting. Our failure to protest censorship disrespects Dr. King's sacrifice and the sacrifices of all people who died fighting for civil rights and social justice throughout American history as well as in the military. I find that most human and civil rights activists consider themselves to be censored. Whether it is by the Internet companies or by the National Security Agency (NSA), it is done THROUGH the Internet companies that should deliver services without interference. I believe that African Americans should have all the benefits of membership at Internet companies that Caucasians have. Services should not be withheld to prevent free speech to any human and civil rights activists and organizations. I believe all of the Internet companies have the capacity to identify the sources of interference and stop it from happening, but we have failed to give them an incentive. For instance, I should have had the option to secure the announcement about "Occupy Silicon Valley" to the top of my Facebook wall, but I did not. That option has been REMOVED from my settings. Black women should have the same options as white women; human and civil rights advocates should have the same capacity to share information online as people who share cake recipes, but that is not what happens. Give me your thoughts in comments, IF they let you. I believe most or all of the censorship is by the NSA, using the methods Jacob Applebaum reveals in his two videos wherein he exposes how NSA takes over people's computers and telephones. We are thankful to Applebaum and aware of the risks he took to expose NSA's censorship methods. But much of the interference seems to also demand access to one's Internet sites to accomplish. For instance, some of the urls to my articles published in my Care2 Sharebook were corrupted. The three w's were exchanged for the word "primate," and those links led to a large, black gorilla rather than to my articles. When I wrote to the Care2 Helpdesk about it, the Helpdesk did nothing to address this racist behavior which censored you and me while insulting my race. As Frederick Douglass pointed out, censorship is a double wrong. Censoring online authors deprives their readers of receiving information that was published or would have been published for the readers' access. Years after my gorilla censorship, I read about Dr. Head, a teaching surgeon at UCLA Medical School. Dr. Head was demeaned by students with the apparent approval of the school's administration. The students used a photograph of Dr. Head and superimposed his head onto a picture of a gorilla's body. They then put a photograph of a Caucasian department chairman behind the doctor's massive, hairy gorilla body to simulate sodomy and bestiality. This picture was included in a slide show during a resident graduation event in 2006, after it had been reviewed by staff. The doctor complained like I did, was ignored like I was, then sued and won a sizable settlement. It is disturbing to know that young Caucasians in training to become doctors and young Caucasians in the computer industry are as prejudice in the 21st century as their grand daddies taught them to be. And most of them probably call themselves "liberals." African Americans in the 21st century and all human and civil rights advocates of every race are too laid back. We cannot merely sit home and type our grievances. We cannot simply start another petition from which NSA steals signatures and issues denials of service (DOS). We must leave the keyboards and protest in person. I recognize that I am America's most censored person. Nobody else in the USA is censored as heavily as I am. But everyone who I speak with in human rights or civil rights is censored to some degree. "Occupy Silicon Valley April 4th" is a protest is for everyone who was ever blocked from tagging people on Facebook photographs or prevented from adding friends. It is for people whose Internet posts suddenly disappeared. It is for people who were wrongly locked out of their accounts on Internet social sites or found their videos had been removed. This protest is for our children. We must keep the Internet accessible, or future generations will have no place to share information. Mainstream media cannot be trusted. We must have an uncensored Internet to educate, motivate, energize, mobilize and organize to take our communities to a higher level of awareness and stronger commitment to justice. We must stop being armchair revolutionaries and hit the pavement like the Freedom Riders did decades ago.

Frankly, this African American has not seen a measurable difference in having African Americans in high positions in government. I plan to sue for racism, terrorism, conspiracy to deny due process of law after a secret jailhouse murder, and disparate treatment. This administration has always made it clear that it does not demonstrate any partiality toward blacks despite winning over 90% of the black vote in 2008. I can attest to the truthfulness of that assertion.
Update 3/13/12 - The fact that my cyberstalkers are hired by racists has never been more clear than this morning. A Facebook friend tagged me in a photograph of William Lloyd Garrison, a slave abolitionist and women's suffrage advocate in the 1800s. I tried to put a few words about the very admirable human rights activist several times. Each time, the black Confederate soldiers on the Georgia plantation where I live bounced me out of Facebook. Their KKK bosses hate the idea that a white person ever cared about promoting human rights for blacks in America, which is what many whites did. Although nothing happens for enslaved people without their own rejection of oppression, I hold that it takes free people to free people. The Jews needed the Alied Forces, African slaves needed the Quakers, and the civil rights movement needed the anonymous donations and active support of many whites and jews who joined in protests and otherwise supported the attack on Jim Crow. Since no one is likely to step in and free Americans if we lose our freedom, we had better keep what is left of it and try to stay out of concentration camps. This morning, I wanted to quote the opening paragraph on Garrison from Wikipedia, but the censorship force would not allow it. (End of March 13 update)
I feel we should all keep our eyes on the ball - how politicians vote and what bills they support, and how well they uphold constitutional law that most of them know very well and all of them swore to uphold. That is all you have - promises. Insist on America being true to what she said on paper, like MLK demanded over four decades ago. And stop judging people by the color of their skin and their political parties. In November 2011, 289 congresspersons and 93 senators from EVERY party and race decided to eliminate the right to trial by jury for all Americans and foreigners on this soil. That is the whole ball game. People who can be arrested indefinitely without criminal charges and trial cannot be comfortable exercising any other "freedoms" like free speech, freedom of press, the right to peaceful assembly, the right to petition government for a redress of grievances and practice one's religion. Keep your eyes on the ball and try to get the Bill of Rights back intact. It was a significant loss. Support H.R.3785 to repeal NDAA no matter what you think about Rep. Ron Paul, who was interested in freedom enough to introduce it.
