I am glad you stole the email I sent to him even as he was reading it to me to ensure that he received ALL of it. I know how stalkers steal data and links from emails; therefore, when emails are important, I usually speak to the addressee to ensure that they received my emails intact. Causner's affidavit about this particular theft will join others regarding your covert activities: taking over my telephones, disrupting my radio broadcasts, removing or preventing emails (incoming and outgoing), etc. The affidavits will be filed with my complaint to the International Court regarding my handicapped brother's secret arrest and murder, refusal of records and accountability, and my years of stalking and censorship to prevent disclosure about the murder and suppress activism for other prisoners in America.

The stolen email pertained to the #Campaign4Justice website at http://www.campaign4justice.com/ and the data I requested for him to include on the website. I noticed the surveillance team had redirected one of the links on his website. The link for Rev. Pinkney under the tab "History and Human Rights" then under "Current Struggles" actually opens a "Stolen Lives" page. Rev. Pinkney is an activist minister in Benton Harbor, Michigan who is currently under house arrest and a gag order to prevent wide disclosure about the racist corporate takeover of government in that area. Please STOP redirecting links on James Cosner's website. The U.S. Congress did not pass #SOPA. Neither I nor anyone I correspond with are terrorists, so nobody has any right to conduct #cyberwar against us under NDAA, explained in "Lawfare: Offensive Cyberspace Operations, the NDAA, and the Title 10-Title 50 Debate," by Robert Chesney at

The only terrorists I know about are positioned in houses around mine to facilitate burglaries on my home, follow me when I leave, and have better access to interrupting my telephone and Internet connections. I also met one in 2010 who substituted himself for a computer technician I called to clean your viruses off my computer. In August 2012, burglars actually stole my original court files for two lawsuits against The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm along with hard copy evidence that Georgia courts prevented from going before a jury by dismissing the lawsuits based on perjury: In Georgia Superior Court, the Cochran Firm falsely claimed it has no law offices whatsoever in the State of Georgia. In federal court, the unethical lawyers claimed having no law offices whatsoever in the City of Memphis, Tennessee. In 2013, another terrorist came to my home under the false pretense of having been sent by my mother's home health care company. There have been other incidents. Google "Cochran Firm Fraud."

James changed his password, and he should be able to access his emails now. James uses Windows. Windows and Microsoft are associated with #BillGates, and I explained to James that the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is a prison investor. Therefore, Windows seems to be a bad choice for prisoner activists to use. I experienced nothing but trouble while using computers running Windows, perhaps because freeing innocent prisoners and decriminalizing mental illness would be financially inconvenient for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Advocates for justice reform should check other Internet companies for prison investors, including those that run social networks or produce anti-virus software.

James has launched a HUNGER STRIKE for #humanrights, demanding the release of certain political prisoners, prosecution of certain murderous police officers, and an immediate end to deportations of #immigrants. You stalkers should be ashamed of yourselves for censoring this man, who is risking his life for the sake of #justice. Former U.S. Government employee #EdwardSnowden said stalkers make plenty of money, but "what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?" To Admiral Rogers and successor, please instruct the cyberwar security force that it is ridiculous to suppress information about incidents that have already been published by numerous mainstream media companies and respected independent news organizations. Last night I had to fight to publish "Houdini Suicides by Black Suspects" in my "Human Rights for Prisoners March" blog. People throughout the world already know about the numerous young black men who were killed in police cars after having been searched and handcuffed by police officers and about the Denver man who police killed for "attacking police" after "wiggling out of his handcuffs."

I am a Georgia resident who has no access to top secret government information. The overwhelming majority of my articles re-publish incidents that are in the public domain and already available online. Therefore, it seems wasteful to spend taxpayers' money to censor my reports. The only two reports that I make that are not already in the mainstream are (1) the secret arrest and wrongful death of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, whose kidnapping and murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail is treated like a national secret and protected by an elaborate government conspiracy, and (2) The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm's fraud against African Americans. I believe it is morally wrong and a violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility for government entities and major corporations to use a private law firm to prevent due process of law to African Americans or any people. Therefore, I expose the lawsuits against that law firm by former clients and attorneys who discovered its racism and fraud.

The five deaths of black men in custody, four of which were called "suicides," discussed in "Houdini Suicides by Black Suspects" were accompanied by links to these news sources: NewsOne, NBC, Daily Kos, Russia Today, and Denver Post. What purpose could be served by censoring the deaths if mainstream news and respected independent news companies already carried the stories to the ends of the earth via television broadcasts and the Internet?

The International Business Times reported, "The National Defense Authorization Bill 2012, unanimously backed by the Senate and passed in the House of Representatives Thursday, contains some language that allows the Pentagon to effectively wage a cyberwar on any domestic enemies of the state. The bill is a serious violation of First Amendment human and civil rights, including freedom of speech and freedom of the press, and the legislation could potentially hinder . . . whistleblowers in independent news media from exposing corruption from within the government."

I assure you that my articles are not published in the spirit of enmity with the State. I pray for God to bless America with justice for all. I instruct my readers to contact their representatives about situations that cause them concern, especially on behalf of the incarcerated mentally ill. As you know, numerous judges and elected officials are also concerned about the plight of America's mentally ill people like my brother Larry was. In fact, U.S. District Court Judge Lawrence Karlton in Sacramento, recently ruled that California's treatment of mentally ill inmates violates constitutional safeguards against cruel and unusual punishment through excessive use of pepper spray and isolation. Associated Press recently published reports about Jerome Murdough, a mentally ill homeless veteran who was baked to death while in custody on Riker's Island. It is not a violation of national interest to report crimes against and the negligence of our most vulnerable citizens, Admiral. It is a community service to expose and oppose crimes against humanity.

If the cyberstalkers who censor me were not ordered to do so by the National Security Agency (NSA), then I ask that you please determine what entity monitors my Internet input 24 hours a day and censors me. Who is engaged in a cyberwar against Mary Neal? Is it the private prison companies? Is it The Cochran Firm? I know that you have the ability to investigate and stop my cyberstalkers, and you should. I believe in peaceful resolution of the problems facing our country and promote this by informing the public about challenges and asking Americans to petition their elected and appointed officials about perceived problems. 

Freedom of expression is my human and civil right, and I would appreciate it if NSA would help protect my First Amendment rights. The stalkers even prevented my communication with the Office of Inspector General over the United States Department of Justice to stop me from asking him to investigate the USDOJ's role in my mentally ill brother's secret death in a jail that was operating under the direct supervision of the USDOJ after lawsuit by the USA. This is wrong, and Internet censorship should be stopped when it has nothing whatsoever to do with terrorism or international politics. How America treats its mentally ill citizens is a domestic issue, and I am happy to report that many elected and appointed officials, including judges and U.S. representatives, as well as voters are committed to improvement.

Numerous black suspects allegedly committed suicide or attacked police (same result) after having been searched by veteran police officers and handcuffed behind their backs. They were somehow able to hide a weapon from the officers who searched them (even if they were searched twice). Preventing Christian Unity Online

Pastor Miller publishes the importance of salvation through Jesus Christ and the absolute REQUIREMENT of repentance. He denounces the new, false gospel that we can have Jesus as "savior" without accepting Him as the lord of our lives. I did not learn about this new gospel until 2013. I have heard it from numerous pastors and teachers. They say, "Come as you are; stay as you are. Your sins are covered by grace."

WHY SATAN HATES MESSAGES DEMANDING REPENTANCE FROM SIN
Satan and His worshipers have an issue with real Christians. As long as God is on the throne in our lives, He has our love, respect, and complete obedience. Yes, we still fail - sometimes badly. We repent when we sin like King David did and ask for forgiveness. We strive to be like Christ in words and deeds. We recognize that God hates sin. We understand that the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. We who fear Him do not want to provoke Him. People who don't fear God are both unwise and unsaved.

Satan cannot convince everyone that nothing from nowhere clashed against nothing from nowhere and banged out a world. Therefore, his new tactic is to convince Christians that there is no need to actually obey God because He is a pushover who will never demand accountability for sin. Pastor Eric Miller challenges Christians to get right with God according to His holy Word and not operate on some false idea of an ever-patient, ever-loving, ever-forgiving Father who punished people in ancient times but stopped now. Satan also understands the power of unity. That is likely why NSA or other stalkers prevented me from "following" Pastor Miller on Google+. I already am affiliated with two activist pastors who put the Word into action: Rev. Floyd Harris, Jr. and Rev. Edward Pinkney; both are Christian revolutionaries.

The Bill of Rights has five important provisions, and all five are regularly violated for Mary Neal: free speech, freedom of press, freedom of religion, the right to peaceful assembly, and the right to petition government for a redress of grievances. Preventing my online association with Pastor Miller violates the first four, so I hereby petition the government AGAIN for a redress of grievances: U.S. Gov, either stop your CoIntelPro interference with my electronic communication, or investigate the crimes and make the responsible party stop. If you refuse to do either of these, then please show good cause why Mary Neal is targeted for oppression. Note: Oppression to cover up the secret arrest and wrongful death of my disabled brother, Larry Neal, and to stop my advocacy for 1.25 million mentally ill inmates would be unacceptable to any real Christian. They are certainly unacceptable reasons to me.

I have not studied Pastor Miller's posts yet, but I do know what the Word says and that God's Word remains unpopular with corrupt and totalitarian governments. Officials over governments that do or plan great evils do not want their actions being judged by what the Word says, because Jesus was and is the world's greatest human rights advocate. Therefore, people who emulate Christ are necessarily considered "dissidents" in such regimes. Read below Christ's stance on some topics, and you will see that His position is adversarial to totalitarian governments:

Jesus Christ is against capital punishment (Psalm 102:19-20), prisoner torture (Heb. 13:3), victimizing people (Matt. 25:40), avoidable wars (Rom. 12:18 ), all forms of discrimination (Gal. 3:28 ), and apathy about human suffering, which is inexcusable (Prov. 31:8).

God gave His best! But too many so-called Christians expect Him to settle for limp excuses: "I'm only human." Whereas that is true, God admonishes us to strive to be PERFECT: "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect" Matt.5:48. "Ye shall be holy; for I am holy" Leviticus 11:44, 45.

Endeavor to live a life that is pleasing to One who created you, gave you His Son, and offers you eternal life in Paradise. Although you and I will surely fail in our quest for holiness and perfection, that should be our aim. Goal-oriented people study hard for degrees and certifications, sacrifice much of their lives working from 8 to 16 hours a day, and some will kiss up to anyone and everyone who they feel will help them to advance. God sees all that we do for worldly success, but millions feel it is good enough to tell Him, "I'm only human." I really, really think you should read the Bible and learn the truth that sinful leaders won't tell you. Your chances of success with that excuse will be the same as a person with a middle school education applying for a CEO position. People who refuse to repent from sin are grossly under-qualified for God's worship and service.

We have discussed two of Satan's tactics: 1) spread the idea that there is no God; and 2) spread the false doctrine that God does not expect holiness from His people - anything goes! The third lie is for people who are too sensible to accept either of those. The third concept is most dangerous. It says, "God is real. He demands holiness, but you have time." Millions of people intend to repent and take a stand for righteousness, but they procrastinate. They plan to obey God, but not today. They ignore biblical messages conveying urgency.

Only fools say there is no God (Psalm 14:1). It is useless to argue with them, but there is hope for people who have been fed misinformation about the necessity of repentance and urgency. Our Father knows the problem with people who say "I'm only human" and "I will repent later" is they want a savior without having a lord. He says, "And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?" The "I'm only human" crowd will be rejected, as will those who are sleeping when Christ returns. There is no "bargain salvation."  It will become increasingly challenging to stand for righteousness in these Last Days. Christians not only have our own flesh to battle but also repressive governments that order "Don't feed the homeless! Don't say 'Christmas'! Don't care about your neighbors!" Although it is frightening, we are admonished to resist fear and the devil and be faithful to God. Holiness requires sacrifice, but we must TRY to please God every day in all our ways. When you fail, repent quickly, ask for forgiveness, and try, try again. Heaven is going to be worth it - a never-ending PARTY that nothing equals. Don't miss it. Blessings.

My brother was secretly arrested for 18 days and MURDERED by Memphis/Shelby County Jail in 2003. Since that time, we have been denied any explanation, records, or investigation regarding the murder of this mentally disabled heart patient. We have been censored, terrorized, and financially persecuted for seeking due process of law. The USDOJ was in overview of that facility after a lawsuit was filed against the jail by the USA, but the USDOJ also refuses to answer any FOIA requests for information about Larry Neal's murder. 

America violates citizens' rights by covering up crimes against humanity done by police and abusive correctional facilities. The indictment of former vice president Dick Chaney and former U.S. Atty. Gen. Antonio Gonzales in Wallacy County, TX in 2008 alleged that high government officials receive pay-offs from abusive jails and prisons in order to avoid federal investigations. I BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED IN LARRY NEAL's MURDER COVER-UP. NDAA started for America's mentally ill people decades ago, and oppressors are only widening their range.

Police Spying on Black Activists

CoIntelPro activities continue in the 21st century under the current Washington and local government administrations. See a letter below from a human rights advocate complaining about CoIntelPro-like activities that are still happening in Memphis, Tennessee, where Rev.  The "social order" that CoIntelPro protected was/is dominance by white elitists with a Nazist manifesto. Dr.Martin Luther King, Jr., Malcolm X, and many people who protested the Viet Nam War or systemic racism were targeted by COINTELPRO, especially members of the Black Panther Party. Most of COINTELPRO's budget went to suppressing African Americans' quest for civil and human rights. One of the FBI program's main goals was to "prevent the rise of a black Messiah," but whites and Jews were also punished and some died for protesting racism and war. Consider the Kent State massacre on May 4, 1970.

CoIntelPro supposedly lost its budget and ended after the Church Committee Hearings in 1972. However, the Patriot Act was passed by President George Bush in 2001. On May 26, 2011, President Barack Obama signed the PATRIOT Sunsets Extension Act of 2011, a four-year extension of three key provisions in the USA PATRIOT Act: roving wiretaps, searches of business records (the "library records provision"), and conducting surveillance of "lone wolves"—individuals suspected of terrorist-related activities not linked to terrorist groups. Thanks to revelations by whistleblower Edward Snowden and others, we know that surveillance is not really limited to "individuals suspected of terrorist-related activities." Literally everyone in America and many foreign nations, and even the United Nations, are surveilled by the National Security Agency (NSA). All emails, telephone calls, and online activities are recorded by NSA, which operates out of the War Department budget. Furthermore, the controversial NDAA law gives NSA war powers to conduct a cyberwar against the communication of targeted individuals, groups, and companies. The cyberwar can be (and is) initiated against individuals and groups that are not engaged in any terrorist-related activities, but they threaten to "disrupt the social order," which still is world dominance by white elitists with a Nazist manifesto. 

Unprecedented surveillance against American citizens is not going forward without challenges in courts. Civil liberties groups like the ACLU say the mass telephone call-tracking program is “perhaps the largest surveillance operation ever carried out by a democratic government against its own citizens.” The group has filed suit against the NSA, and the hearing occurred Friday morning, November 22, in New York. On Monday, November 18, the Supreme Court declined an unusual request from the Electronic Privacy and Information Center asking the Supreme Court to hear a challenge to the NSA surveillance even before the issue could play out in the lower courts. Without comment, the Supreme Court refused the request.

Whereas the Government admits to conducting surveillance, the fact that there is a cyberwar being conducted against communication among certain individuals and groups is hardly mentioned by civil and human rights groups that bring court challenges. Censorship is the object of this cyberwar. Africans in America are the primary targets, just as they were the primary targets of the FBI's CoIntelPro program. As stated by the Memphis Black Autonomy Federation in the letter above, spying and other illegal activities are done to co-opt, disrupt and destroy First Amendment rights to write about and speak out, organize and protest against police brutality and mass incarceration. 

My computer and phones are monitored and controlled because writing, speaking, and protesting to support victimized mentally challenged Americans and condemned inmates are treated like terrorist activities in America. The prospect of all Americans, including blacks, having free and open communication terrifies wrongdoers. The cyberwar against such activism must be conducted sneakily, since discrimination against people based on their race, ethnicity, or health disability violates the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Code.

Local governments conduct surveillance, censorship and persecution against targets probably on orders from federal agencies, which will neither assist nor instruct local police departments and citizens police to desist from such gregarious violations against the constitutional rights of African Americans. The U.S. Government's "War on Black America" continues in this age of technology. Freedom of press and free speech are chief among other human rights denied to the Neal family as we ask how and why Larry Neal, a mentally, physically disabled man from Memphis, Tennessee, died under secret incarceration - a murder that was covered-up by the Shelby County Jail, Shelby County Government, the United States Department of Justice, and The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm. Wrongful deaths of black people by police are given the same response in 21st century America that a slave mistress gave a distraught, black mother who was sold separate from her children in the hit movie "12 Years a Slave." NSA Prevents Complaints to OIG of USDOJ?

The NSA, FBI, The Cochran Firm, Shelby County, TN officials, and/or other criminals apparently interrupted my communication to Michael E. Horowitz, in which I filed an official Complaint against the United States Department of Justice on August 18, 2013. Mr. Horowitz was confirmed as Inspector General for the Department of Justice (DOJ) by the U.S. Senate on March 29, 2012. He was sworn in as the fourth confirmed Inspector General on April 16, 2012.

As Inspector General, Mr. Horowitz oversees a nationwide workforce of approximately 450 special agents, auditors, inspectors, attorneys, and support staff whose mission is to detect and deter waste, fraud, abuse, and misconduct in DOJ programs and personnel, and to promote economy and efficiency in Department operations.

There is a cyberwar against Mary Neal to prevent the world from knowing that whereas America wages wars purportedly for human rights, some federal government employees (the USDOJ) uses the resources of this country to deny free speech and freedom of press rights to prevent widespread knowledge about the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, a mentally, physically disabled man who died under SECRET ARREST in Memphis Shelby County Jail while that facility was under direct overview of the USDOJ following lawsuit against the facility by the USA regarding its pattern of abusing the rights of inmates housed therein. I was told on August 19, when I filed the Complaint, that I could expect a response within 30 days. Today when I called the office of the Inspector General, I was told that the office did not receive my Complaint for which I received a confirmation of receipt via Internet on August 18 and that I am to FAX it to Mr. Horowitz at 202-616-9881. Complainant completed the form to file a complaint with the Office of Inspector General on Sunday, August 18, 2013 against the USDOJ. Complainant alleges racial discrimination, health discrimination, age discrimination, terrorism, censorship, and denial of due process of law regarding wrongful death, kidnapping, harm to a disabled U.S. citizen, persecution for exercising U.S. Constitutional rights, persecution for filing lawsuits, persecution for planning lawsuits, etc., in violation of the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Code.

On August 1, 2003, Larry Neal, a lifelong mentally ill heart patient died after 18 days of secret incarceration in Memphis Shelby County Jail, Tennessee. The jail was under direct overview of the USDOJ. Shelby County officials, DOJ officials, and The Cochran Firm colluded to cover-up the inmate's murder. Neither the jail nor the USDOJ will release information about Larry Neal's death. Neither will the USDOJ or the jail release information and records regarding its overview of Memphis Shelby County Jail. Attempts to gain information through federal subpoena or Freedom of Information Act requests have been resulted in no release of documents or information relevant to the murder of inmate Larry Neal or the USDOJ's overview of Shelby County Jail during the time period of Larry Neal's arrest and murder there.

Complainant incurred retaliation after filing suit against The Cochran Firm for defrauding her and her family regarding the wrongful death of Larry Neal.

Complainant has endured retaliation for making inquiries about Larry Neal's murder and for advocating for other similarly situated Americans (incarcerated mentally ill people and other prisoners whose human rights are violated, victims of police brutality, victims of court corruption and lawyer fraud, inmates who died or face death in correctional facilities by brutality, including execution). Retaliation include following, takeover of phones and computers, cyber terror, illegal editing of online communication, prevention of incoming and outgoing electronic communication, U.S. Mail tampering, police harassment, denial of free speech and freedom of press rights.

Complainant has been denied recourse regarding the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, harassment, and denial of free speech and freedom of press rights, persecution for filing lawsuit against The Cochran Firm, and has been victimized by crimes in addition to electronic takeovers, including:

1. home burglary (wherein only records related to Neals v. The Cochran Firm and evidence to be used in lawsuit against the USDOJ, Shelby County Jail, The Cochran Firm, corrupt courts, certain Internet companies, etc., were stolen)

2. sexual assault on Hattie Neal, Complainant's mother, by a person who impersonated a home health nurse to gain entrance to Hattie Neal's bedroom

3. vandalism on Complainant's car

4. hit and run incident on Complainant's son's car

5. fraud and perjury allowed in Georgia Superior Court and United States District Court regarding The Cochran Firm's fraud against the Neals in the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal civil matter

6. Censorship throughout the Internet by/on Internet sites

7. denial of investigation, protection, and/or remedy by:
DeKalb County Police Department, USDOJ, FBI, Tennessee State Bar, U.S. Senators, U.S. District Court, Georgia Superior Court, U.S. Congresspersons, Tennessee Governor, Georgia Governor, Georgia Attorney General, DeKalb County District Attorney, U.S. Attorney General, U.S. President, FBI, Homeland Security, FCC, FTC, etc.

Complainant demands:
$300,000 in lost wages (Complainant was followed home from work each night by stalkers and denied police services. Complainant quit working in 2008. Complainant was denied Internet access to communicate with potential employers, denied access to income from Internet articles, etc.)
$4 million for secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal in a correctional facility under the direct overview of the USDOJ, whose death was covered-up by the USDOJ, Memphis Shelby County Jail, and The Cochran Firm
$10 million in damages for terrorism, denial of freedom of press, free speech, stalking, monitoring, CoIntelPro-like surveillance, etc., during the ten years since the kidnapping and murder of Larry Neal

Regarding the cover-up of a mentally, physically disabled inmate's secret incarceration and secret murder in the custody of Memphis Shelby County, TN Jail, I wish to clarify the USDOJ's role in the cover-up. This is an addendum to a complaint filed by Mary Neal.

1. When police admitted that Larry Neal, who had been in their secret custody for 18 days had died, Shelby County Jail was under an Agreement with the USA to report all inmate deaths to the USDOJ.

2. The USDOJ claims that Shelby County Jail made no such report about Larry Neal, yet the DOJ refused to investigate the murder in the jail where it had oversight.

3. The USDOJ went on to conduct release hearings for the jail in 2006, wherein it allowed the officials over the Memphis Shelby Co. Jail to enter perjury and forgery in the court records, by omitting any information about Larry Neal's kidnapping and murder in that facility.

4. Since 2006, I have been subjected to computer and telephone interference, and my 90-yr-old mother was sexually assaulted by an impostor nurse who probably came to our home to insert a poison suppository up her rectum in April 2013.

5. My home was burglarized in August 2012, and nothing was stolen but two boxes of files - hardcopies of our evidence of fraud and collusion between the USDOJ, Shelby Co. Jail, and police in GA and others to cover-up Larry Neal's murder in the jail.

It is criminal to act as an accessory to a murder after the fact by preventing disclosure about a wrongful death and terrorize and censor survivors. It is wrong to knowingly allow and accept false testimony and records in a U.S. District Court to help hide inmate abuse. This is what the USDOJ is involved in doing - protecting rather than prosecuting criminals.

Censorship re Monroe Isadore's Murder by SWAT

Monroe Isadore, age 107, partially deaf, legally blind, dementia

I watched a video regarding Net Neutrality, which is the concept of giving equal weight to all online information. Net neutrality (also network neutrality or Internet neutrality) is the principle that Internet service providers and governments should treat all data on the Internet equally, not discriminating or charging differentially by user, content, site, platform, application, type of attached equipment, and modes of communication (Wikipedia).

I published an article about Monroe Isadore in my MaryLovesJustice blog which I cannot find online. It is titled "World's Oldest Police Victim: Monroe Isadore, a Black Man, 107".

I referenced that article in other articles that respond to my search using Google, but the actual article does not respond. Bing and Yahoo show neither the article nor references to the title in other articles.

Do you think the issue of the "missing article" is a net neutrality issue, or is this another NDAA Sec. 954 cyberwar issue? I think it is a cyberwar issue - covert censorship is usual and ordinary regarding my work as director for Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI). I suppose it was believed to be inconvenient to allow my article to expose another police murder of a mentally unsound person during the same time period when America is examining whether or not to invade Syria for "human rights." Such murders happen continually, and I often publish articles about how they can be avoided.

Years ago when I began publishing at Care2, where Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill organization began, I noticed that some posts would disappear after a few weeks. Therefore, I started copying my posts and saving them on my desktop. Since I had to frequently wipe clean my computers and reinstall Windows, I also saved my data on discs and flashdrives. When I copied and pasted my Care2 posts to my desktop, I discovered that embedded codes would show up that were not visible at Care2, the most disturbing of which was "HIDE THIS," written in red. That code would appear at the top of the posts that would later disappear from the AIMI site. The code only showed up when I copied and pasted the posts into a Word document. I don't know where all of our "disappeared" posts went, but I found that some of my articles which were published in my Care2 Sharebook were "parked" at an Internet parking service, and that seemingly prevented them from responding to searches for the titles. When only part of my Care2 posts were to be censored, the offending parts would appear in borders when I copied the articles into a Word document.

You may notice if you search for my title that many journalists and bloggers wrote about Monroe Isadore's death. What is special about my article that would cause it to incur censorship, you may ask. Actually, I don't think it is the objective of my censorship to hide a particular story, although the SWAT murder of a 107-year-old man who was reportedly partially deaf, legally blind, and suffering from dementia was awful and seemed unnecessary. The problem for authorities may be that I write about many such deaths. Mr. Isadore probably suffered from age-onset dementia. Ethan Saylor, whose larynx was crushed by police, had Down syndrome. Kelly Thomas, who police beat to death, and Tim Souders, who was killed on a Michigan jail's restraint table, had schizophrenia. So did Carlos Umana, who starved to death in a Utah jail. Christian Freeman, Brian Claunch, and Mohamed Bah, who police shot to death, were all mentally ill or emotionally distressed. Anna Brown (depression) and Kathia Casseus (retarded) died of medical neglect while in custody. Monroe Isadore was probably the oldest American who I wrote about when police killed him due to his lack of mental clarity, but he was certainly not the first. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER CORPSES OF AMERICA'S MENTALLY ILL - black ones, white ones, Latinos, and Asians from teenage to old age throughout the country.

Ironically, Americans know how many people were allegedly killed in a Syrian chemical attack but not how many mentally ill Americans are killed every year under the color of law in the U.S. There is a very simple explanation for that: WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COLLECT AND REPORT THAT INFORMATION. To be plain, very little information is collected on a national level concerning police injuring and killing of people with disabilities. The issue for the U.S. censorship team is not hiding Monroe Isadore's death by police. My article about Isadore does not respond to search to keep the public from learning about my own brother, Larry Neal, who was murdered after 18 days of secret incarceration in Memphis Shelby County Jail, and my family was denied any due process of law - no records, no investigation, no accountability whatsoever. One of my refusals from the Department of Justice regarding my Freedom of Information Act requests said that information is withheld as a "national security issue."
