Facebook is Racially Prejudice

I have a new cover photograph at Facebook that acts different from any other cover photo I have posted. I cannot edit it and neither can I tag it. It is not obscene or violent. It does depict Africans lying jammed together like sardines, much like they were on slave vessels.

I wrote the following description on the cover photo and TRIED to tag the names indicated. But the names did not really tag. I will invite these friends to join the race discrimination lawsuit, although some of them are Caucasians. They will be as offended as I am that I am being censored:

Many African Americans have lost their fight to remain sane and sober-minded in this racist system. Mentally ill people as well as drug and alcohol addicts are now delivered into slavery rather than treated for their diseases. "AIMI vs. USA" plans a lawsuit in International Court for slaves of every race who are wrongly used as prison commodities -- enslaved because of mental illness and drug addictions. Facebook refused to allow my cover photo to be tagged with names. Neither am I permitted to edit it. The photo is not indecent or violent in any way. I removed the same photo off this post in case they LIE and say it is because I used the same photo twice, although that has never been a problem before. I am calling the United Nations​ and make a report about this infringement on my First Amendment rights. If you would like for me to add your names to the cover photo (they won't really tag), so that you can enter the lawsuit. 

Not only are African Americans being captured for slavery like they were and brought to toil and die in this country, but censorship is used by Internet companies to prevent discussion about it. I CANNOT WAIT TO SUPOENA FACEBOOK'S PRISON INVESTMENT PORTFOLIOS.

After the founding of Pennsylvania in 1682, Philadelphia became the region's main port for the import of slaves. The first recorded formal protest against slavery was the 1688 Germantown Quaker Petition Against Slavery. (Wikipedia). Pennsylvania today probably has more prison investors in its justice system than any other state. In fact, 21st century Pennsylvania slave masters dispensed with the Sixth Amendment in some cases and simply kidnaps black people and incarcerates them for prison profits, denying the prisoners any right to trials. This happened to Holly Alston​'s son, Terrell Scott. He has been held six years without trial to get YOUR TAX MONEY. (Yes, Eric Holder knew about it. We'll see what Ms. Lynch says soon.)

North Carolina is no better than Pennsylvania. In North Carolina, Africans in America are captured and tortured sometimes for years until they confess to crimes they did not do. This happened to the son of Elizabeth Crudup​. Shannon Nyamodi was arrested at age 18 and held in solitary confinement torture in Franklin County Jail for two long years until he apparently broke mentally and finally made a false confession. All the authorities were notified about this infringement on the youth's rights, and nobody in the USA did a thing about it. Nyamodi was targeted particularly because his family is from Kenya, like President Obama's family.

Both of these cases - Terrell Scott and Shannon Nyamodi - will go to International Court in "AIMI vs. USA".

Thank you, GOD, for allowing these NAZIS to infringe on my First Amendment rights so boldly and with such bodacious a feeling of entitlement as this, the very week while Baltimore burns with dreams denied.

Absurd Censorship of MaryLovesJustice

This is so absurd that it is almost comical. I posted the url to my petition for free speech at Facebook, and asked for a few more people to sign it so I could submit it to the Department of Justice. I wrote:

With three(3) more signatures on my Petition to Free Mary Neal (free speech), I will go ahead and send it to the Department of Justice. Thanks to all my online friends and supporters. Large corporations have lobbyists, but poor and working class people have advocates. When advocates are censored, all Americans for whom they speak are also censored. A friend wrote a note in the comments section. Joy Ghillie wrote "Mary Neal when I click on the link it says that the page can't be found."

My gratitude to all of my petition signatories and to those who tried to sign it and could not. I really do not use petitions to motivate decisions makers to do right. Petitions help to inform the People about problems that exist. Especially among people who were not allowed to even access the FREE MARY NEAL petition, that goal was accomplished. 

Another problem is that Google Blogger bloggers can select the specifications for accepting comments at their blogs, except MaryLovesJustice. All of my blogs are set to accept comments from anyone and everyone without Captcha codes. However, people email me and say their comments were REFUSED (disappeared time they hit "submit"). I know my setting to accept comments without monitoring and without Captcha codes is overridden by free speech opponents, because I sometimes must decipher Captcha codes to comment at the blogs myself, especially FreeSpeakBlog, which is my first and main blog. 

We have quite a bit of trouble with Internet radio broadcasts, also. We use Blogtalkradio to interview people who experience abuses of rights under the color of law and to inform the public about human rights news and viewpoints from several hosts, including Dorothy Mackey, Ralph Poynter, Johnny Strozier, Bob Darby, and guest hosts, Elizabeth Eaglefeather and others. Obviously, stalkers do not like the idea of Americans having a turn at the mic to air grievances or report progress in the struggle for justice for all:

Care2 Censors "AIMI v. USA" Petition AGAIN

Thank you, Greg Skomaroske. Thanks for confirming that our "AIMI vs. USA" petition at the Care2 Petititonsite is being censored, as I knew it would be. Care2 continually censors efforts to relieve mentally challenged Americans and immigrants from negligence, brutality, and wrongful deaths under the color of law.

Friends, please review the petition at Care2 and notify me if YOUR freedom of speech is also attacked by that social site. Everybody who is censored by Care2 can join our lawsuit for violations against their First Amendment rights, which will be filed soon. Some people might experience a denial of service (DoS) that prevents the "AIMI v. USA" petition from opening. Others will sign and check later and see their signatures are missing, like Greg Skomaroske did. This happened to every petition I ever posted at Care2 Petitionsite, and it seems to happen at other petition hosting sites as well, because America is firmly invested in slavery once again. Unfortunately, many Internet companies may be owned or operated by prison investors who cannot resist the temptation to subvert prisoner activists' efforts to eliminate mass incarceration by using their social sites.

Shortly after this advocate posted the petition, Care2 took it offline to prevent signatures after I added a petition showing a mentally ill man being shot by Dallas police officers. That video has a warning before it begins to play that warns that it has graphic violence. It is online at YouTube and has been shared by thousands of people throughout the country. Yet Care2 took our petition that is intended to notify the country about a lawsuit in International Court to help mentally ill people, like the victim on the video, to have a right to life that is actually respected by their government.

Please sign the "AIMI vs. USA" petition at the link above. It is a petition of, for, by and TO Americans and immigrants -- not to U.S. officials, although they are welcome to also sign it. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) is through begging for the human and civil rights of mentally challenged Americans and immigrants to be honored and protected in the United States. We have begged for over 10 years, and our efforts are continually scorned and disregarded by officials in the USA. This is unacceptable for any country, especially one that bombs other nations for violating human rights within their boarders.

Many thousands of mentally challenged people in the United States are chronically homeless. Thousands more are killed during lunacy arrests and as inmates annually, and 1.25 million of our most vulnerable fellow citizens are cruelly warehoused in prisons and jails, where there is virtually no accountability for torture and deaths. The mentally ill comprise over 60 percent of the inmates experiencing solitary confinement torture, which causes their conditions to worsen. Families and friends who seek psychiatric care are usually denied unless and until mentally challenged people PROVE (usually through violence) to be a danger to self and others.

Denial of treatment while awaiting crimes in order to earn prison profits from vulnerable people's arrests creates unnecessary risks for people with serious mental illness as well as to their families and communities. Innocent people's safety is risked by withholding psychiatric treatment until another avoidable tragedy happens. This is unacceptable in the United States, a country that enforces human rights throughout the world.

"AIMI vs. USA" will only sue for monetary damages for claimants, not for release of prisoners or policy changes. AIMI believes that if enough money is paid by the United States to persons whose human rights are or were violated, policy changes will be a natural consequence of the international exposure and financial loss resulting from this lawsuit. Blogtalkradio Censors Prayer Meetings

Stalkers censored my MaryLovesJustice Prayer Meeting show taped March 29, 2015. I named the show "MaryLovesJustice Prayer Meeting: The Secret Rapture Already Began, Part 1." I wondered when I opened the studio page at BlogTalkRadio why my scheduled show was MISSING, although I scheduled it Saturday night and set up the billboard at Blogtalkradio at that time. Now I have the answer. I advertised the show under the name above and even captured the url and placed it at Google+ and Facebook and maybe Twitter. But the url I placed will not lead my listeners to this show, because stalkers removed the spaces between the words "Justice" and "Prayer," and between "Prayer" and "Meeting." Therefore, the link I posted last night looks the similar, but it will not lead to this Blogtalkradio program.

It is presently three(3) hours since the tape was completed, and Blogtalkradio still has not made it available for the public to select at the NNIA1 site. I got the link from the "episode" page. My most censored subjects are Christianity, executions, prisoner tortures and deaths, and police brutality, in that order. I seriously doubt if all of my broadcasts show up at Blogtalkradio's listing of "live" shows, no matter how explosive my titles are. In the years that I have been broadcasting there, I have only had two guests who came because they read my title at the "live shows" feed at Blogtalkradio. In fact, numerous invited guests have been turned away because when they called the phone number, Blogtalkradio said my show was not on air, even though it was (affidavits).

When I opened my studio page at Blogtalkradio 15 minutes before the show was to start on March 29, I was shocked to see that my show was not scheduled. This is a screenshot of what I saw - a message saying that no shows were scheduled. I hurried and created the show within 12 minutes (click the photo to enlarge it for a better view). I was able to do that by copying and pasting the data I used Saturday night, which I had shared already at social media sites.

I captured the short link for the show after completing the recording and electing to send the show to Facebook and Blogtalkradio friends who "follow" NNIA1 (I do not believe my Blogtalkradio followers ever really receive a copy of the show in their emails like they should). I used that short link to begin the show and hear the recording. At that point, I was at the show's page at Blogtalkradio, which you see in the screenshot below (click the photo to get a larger view). I immediately noticed that the spaces were missing between some words to make the url not match the url I had already shared for the show that stalkers removed. I suppose most people don't notice things like that, but I have learned to look for stalkers' trickery, and my careful review of articles, emails, and radio program pages often reveals censorship. 

Cyber stalkers have excellent technical skills and equipment but little common sense. They do the most blatant cyber stalking like removing spaces between certain words to change the url for my show and probably expect me not to notice. I do notice, and the camera notices and captures it for you to also take note. I have produced online MaryLovesJustice Prayer Meetings for a long time, and I have written about each show, but at no time have I ever written those words without spaces. "MaryLovesJustice" runs together because that is my user name for Blogtalkradio and other Internet sites, but after my user name should appear a space and then the name of the show.

Why do stalkers work so hard to prevent you from hearing MaryLovesJustice Prayer Meetings? Do you hear the scratching sounds during the first 20 minutes of the broadcast? I would have mentioned it and asked CoIntelPro to stop it, if the scratching sounds had been happening during my broadcast. If you have listened to my shows before, you may have heard me interrupt the broadcast to speak directly to stalkers if they get loud. Those sounds were added later. They are likely distractions to divert one's attention from the Word of God. When demonic people work so hard to prevent your hearing a message, I believe that message has value for you and your loved ones. Please listen to the show and share your opinion. 

The screenshots below prove that I had already created the MaryLovesJustice Prayer Meeting Blogtalkradio show on March 28, just as I assert, and I shared the link to it at Facebook on March 28 (picture "aa"). The second screenshot (picture "bb") shows what my listeners saw when they tried to use the "bad link" to the show after stalkers removed the scheduled show from Blogtalkradio to change the url by removing spaces after my user name in the title:

Stalkers sometimes remove the space between a link and the last word before the link to render links inactive, also. They occasionally bury hidden spaces within links to prevent their functionality. Small changes like adding or removing a space can prevent readers' access to your data, and stalkers can make these changes fast - between time it takes for you to submit your email or social media post and actually see it appear as a published work, which may be a couple of seconds.

Saboteurs did that to my PC after I printed and distributed fliers about prisoner abuse and also notified the public that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s final speech was censored online. References to "dogs" and "water hoses" and "illegal injunctions" were deleted from nearly all of the presentations of his Mountaintop address that appear as online text documents. Hopefully, they fixed those issues now. Surprisingly, some people told me they had also noticed it and never said a word. Sadly, Dr. King, who was also a CoIntelPro target, was still being censored 50 years after his assassination.



If you can suggest an attorney to handle the lawsuit against Blogtalkradio and other Internet companies for censorship, please notify me. We need not prove that the Internet companies are actually doing the censorship, only that it is continually done at their sites, proving negligence to secure their systems and safeguard their clients' data. Many human rights activists are experiencing an escalation in censorship, and it is time to take a stand for our First Amendment rights. I think I am in a better position to do that than others, because I save proof. It seems ridiculous for stalkers to continue censoring me when that illegal activity is being filmed, affidavits are collected, etc., but they do. The fact that I am censored seems just as criminal as whatever behavior their censorship hides. But as I said, common sense is very uncommon among Nazis.

Justice Gagged re Eric Garner Grand Jury Transcript

Police brutality and the torture and murders of prisoners are major problems in the United States. However, victims and victims' survivors are "discouraged" from exposing these occurrences online. I began writing about such crimes against humanity over a decade ago and have written volumes, but a friend summed up my years of human rights advocacy with just one statement:

If I understand this correctly: The ultimate goal seems to be to eliminate our right to freedom of speech to fuel mass incarceration to feed investors in the prison industrial complex. ~Carolyn Esparrza

Carolyn is correct. The prison investors' anthem could be "Feed me!" http://youtu.be/5ea5jKFGgUw Police officers should avoid feeding the beast. Only arrest people who NEED arresting like NYPD did during their work slowdown. Judges and prosecutors should avoid false convictions and excessive sentencing. All Americans should demand an end to mass incarceration. Starve private prisons! Don't be their Seymore and enact oppressive laws, legislators. Americans are NOT the worst people in the world history; our prison rate lies.

Perhaps because the prison industrial complex and police unions are very powerful, censorship is employed to reduce criticism of both. Justice is gagged regarding the New York Supreme Court hearing scheduled for 9am on January 29 to determine if the transcript from Officer Daniel Pantale's grand jury will be released to the public. Pantale was not indicted by the grand jury, and NYCLU and Legal Aid are fighting for the People's right to know what happened. The courthouse is located at 18 Richmond Terrace in Staten Island, NY 10301, across from the Staten Island Ferry Terminal. People who cannot attend the hearing are asked to call Prosecutor Daniel Donovan and ask that he release the Eric Garner grand jury transcript as well as the names of the police officers who were given immunity. His phone number is (718)876-6300. Donovan is running for Congress and has done all he can to make sure that the grand jury transcript remains sealed. Angry Librarians act like they did not even HEAR the president promise Americans a free and open Internet in his State of the Union address this week. Fire them, President Obama. Despite interference, I published an article at HubPages about the issue of secret courts, called "Democracy Cannot Breathe in Secret Courts." The article has polls to gauge readers' assessments about secret grand juries for Daniel Pantaleo and former Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson, who killed Michael Brown, as well as secret family courts in the USA and UK. Thus far, the article called "Democracy Cannot Breathe in Secret Courts" does not answer to a Google search for its name, and mainstream media companies do not publish reports about the upcoming NY Supreme Court hearing that might open the grand jury transcript in the Pantale matter. That attests to the strength of police unions, which might prefer for protesters to stop breathing somewhere other than the courthouse on Thursday morning.

Excerpt from "Cochran Firm Fraud"

I was so GLAD to see police officers standing on my porch that Saturday! I had never met anything but NICE police officers until then. There was a black woman, a black man, and a white man in plain clothes (I figured he was a detective). But they didn't come for the purpose I thought.

I had spent the day before passing out 100 flyers about "The Cochran Firm Fraud" to businesses in downtown Decatur, Georgia and trying to make an appointment to see Burrell Ellis, the former CEO of DeKalb County. I thought these police officers had come to take my statement about ignored police reports and to address my censorship. WRONG!

"The female officer spoke. She told me I'd better not EVER go back to the DeKalb County Government Building again. I asked her to repeat that, and she did. I then said, 'Let me get this straight -- I live in DeKalb County. I pay taxes here. Property taxes are paid on my home -- but I cannot ever step foot in the Government Building?"

She went to the car and made a call. Then she returned with new instructions. She said, "You can go to the DeKalb County Government Building, but you'd better NOT EVER tell anyone in authority that police ignore your police reports."

Again I repeated her instructions, and this time she stuck to them. I asked the white man, "Who are you?" He said he was a mental health professional and gave me a card. I then recognized the plan. They hoped I would lose my temper about this clear violation of my rights. Then they would Taser and arrest me, just like Atlanta police officers threatened when I told people in Atlanta about my disabled brother's lynching in Memphis Shelby County Jail and The Cochran Firm fraud.

I said, "Alright, officers." I knew that one day, millions of people throughout the world might read about what they did that Saturday morning.

G+ Stalkers Don't Want a Boycott

The stalkers at Google+ are acting like former NAACP president Benjamin Jealous. He viciously attacked Mary Neal to prevent her from giving Troy Davis's sister a flyer recommending that she call a BOYCOTT4JUSTICE to prevent Troy Davis's execution. The man pushed me so hard I nearly fell to the pavement at his feet, because he was determined to protect corporate interests. I discussed Officer Wilson's grand jury composition with a black woman who argues that Ferguson's grand jury for Officer Wilson is not racist, being nine whites in a mostly black town and only three blacks (she's probably one of those paid commentators). Google+ prevents me from posting this comment:

We do know this grand jury is the recipe for NO INDICTMENT, however it came about. African Americans and everyone who cares about Michael Brown's death by police need to BOYCOTT4JUSTICE. Choose a Missouri-based product like Busch beer, and boycott them until big business tells these people [over the justice system] that it wants justice. They only care about what big business wants, so use that.

African Americans have one strength. We shop. You don't have to go picket in Ferguson. Boycott Anheuser-Busch beer or another Missouri-based company. Politicians care about what big business wants. Get Busch to tell the officials to prosecute Wilson, and he won't go before a grand jury with 9 whites and 3 blacks, like they have selected. Police will stop shooting rubber bullets and tear gas at the protesters. 

Everybody who cares about Michael Brown's murder should immediately stop buying Busch beer or whatever other product you choose to target. It doesn't even have to be from a Missouri-based company. Just let the world know your boycott is for Justice in Ferguson. MONEY is the only key to the hearts of elitists and racists. We must learn to BOYCOTT4JUSTICE.

Marching and singing does not work in the 21st century, and it did not work in the 1960's, either. If MLK and protesters had not boycotted Montgomery Buses, we'd still be marching and singing on the backs of the buses today. Labor unions made human chains across companies' entrances to prevent commerce, and they won! BOYCOTT4JUSTICE and win! Neither Rev. Sharpton and Jackson nor any other government-assigned "leader" will remind you that protests without boycotts won't work, because they are paid not to do so. I find it interesting that idiscoverstars has 1,259,321 likes. Obviously the page is shared often and by many people, but Facebook won't allow Mary Neal to share it. The idiscoverstarssubmission page has only 75 likes and was just started on July 15, 2014.

As the error message said, I did let Facebook know why I consider its blockade around my sharing idiscoverstars to be wrong. I wrote, "If idiscoverstars is such a security risk, why does Facebook host the page?"

I don't know WHY Facebook is blocking me from sharing https://facebook.com/idiscoverstars , which is obviously a popular Facebook site. The page seems to have nothing to do with prison investors, racism, criminalizing mental illness, executions, The Cochran Firm fraud, government and judicial corruption, mass incarceration, or the wrongful death of Larry Neal - my usual censored topics. It seems like an online "Star Search." I have a request for my JusticeGagged readers who have Facebook accounts. Please try to share https://facebook.com/idiscoverstars in a post on your Facebook page, and tell me if you were allowed to do so. I will continue to contact people at Facebook and see if I can connect with the site's owners to let them know that Facebook is saying their site is spam (or that it is being censored and prevented from sharing by some specific people). They may not know it.

Question: Do you think I should sue the USA for all of my censorship before publishing my book, "Cochran Firm Fraud"? I am concerned that NSA, CoIntelPro, CIA or other agents can impact my receipt of profits from the book if I publish while the censorship force is instructed to censor my content and financially persecute me.

First American Banned from Internet: Rev. Pinkney

The Internet is important for marketing products and services, and it is convenient for dissemination of information that politicians want released. The downside for the corporate government structure is that human rights advocates also use the Internet to air news and voice opinions that are not considered beneficial to the "status quo," which is elite white supremacy. Among other things, online activists object to wars, environmental destruction, mass incarceration, racism and class consciousness in the justice system, and the destruction of citizens' rights supposedly for increased security.

Before the Internet, freedom of press was not a widely used right. Until recently, elitists could contain certain news by simply placing a call to owners of mainstream media companies. Controlling news reports made it possible to largely control public opinion. That day is gone now that hundreds of thousands of individuals have made of themselves news reporters through video uploads, blogs, and independent news companies online. Some people use the Internet to release a single video depicting overuse of force by police, and others galvanize tens of thousands of people around a cause. Along with increased use has come increased attacks against the First Amendment rights that Americans have. In fact, an activist minister from Michigan has apparently become the first person in history to be banned from using the Internet - the Reverend Edward Pinkney.

Rev. Pinkney has not been convicted of any crime whatsoever, but a gag order was issued forbidding him from using the Internet. His wife Dorothy has not even been accused of any crime, but she is forbidden from using the Internet in their home. No person who has been convicted using the Internet for cyber stalking, child pornography, or bank fraud has ever been banned from using the Internet, but Rev. Pinkney, who is accused of election fraud, was ordered to refrain from going online for any reason.

Rev. Pinkney sponsored a recall petition against the mayor of Benton Harbor, Michigan that gathered sufficient signatures. The recall petition has been more rigorously investigated than murders of young black men whose bodies are continually found in that area. Armed police officers went door to door interviewing petitioners and asking exactly what day (as much as six months before) they signed the petition. The rigorous investigation led to criminal charges against Pinkney. When he went to the hearing connected with this matter, a gag order was instituted that completely blocks him from using the Internet, although the petition for recall of the mayor did not collect online signatures.

Rev. Pinkney's gag order was probably instituted to prevent success of his following initiatives:
1) the annual OCCUPY the PGA demonstration, protesting the sale of public lands for a golf course for elitists;
2) the boycott against Whirlpool products;
3) the protest against Benton Harbor Police Department for refusing to investigate the deaths of numerous black people, which are perceived by Rev. Pinkney and others as being unrequited racial murders; and
4) the recall of elected officials who Rev. Pinkney and others perceive as being in place to represent corporation interests rather than the people of Benton Harbor.

The democratic process allows for elections and recalls of government officials. America allegedly has a government of, by and for the People. The People decide who represents them by voting for officials they choose and recalling officials as they see fit. But as Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. discussed years ago, there is a disconnect between what actually happens in America (particularly regarding black people) and what "she said on paper." Therefore, an activist minister has become the first person to be banned from using the Internet. A number of years ago, the same man was the first minister prosecuted for reciting bible verses when a judge perceived it as a terrorist threat when Rev. Pinkney quoted Deuteronomy 28.

Cyber War v. James Causner and Campaign4Justice

I am glad you stole the email I sent to him even as he was reading it to me to ensure that he received ALL of it. I know how stalkers steal data and links from emails; therefore, when emails are important, I usually speak to the addressee to ensure that they received my emails intact. Causner's affidavit about this particular theft will join others regarding your covert activities: taking over my telephones, disrupting my radio broadcasts, removing or preventing emails (incoming and outgoing), etc. The affidavits will be filed with my complaint to the International Court regarding my handicapped brother's secret arrest and murder, refusal of records and accountability, and my years of stalking and censorship to prevent disclosure about the murder and suppress activism for other prisoners in America.

The only terrorists I know about are positioned in houses around mine to facilitate burglaries on my home, follow me when I leave, and have better access to interrupting my telephone and Internet connections. I also met one in 2010 who substituted himself for a computer technician I called to clean your viruses off my computer. In August 2012, burglars actually stole my original court files for two lawsuits against The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm along with hard copy evidence that Georgia courts prevented from going before a jury by dismissing the lawsuits based on perjury: In Georgia Superior Court, the Cochran Firm falsely claimed it has no law offices whatsoever in the State of Georgia. In federal court, the unethical lawyers claimed having no law offices whatsoever in the City of Memphis, Tennessee. James uses Windows. Windows and Microsoft are associated with #BillGates, and I explained to James that the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is a prison investor. James has launched a HUNGER STRIKE for #humanrights, demanding the release of certain political prisoners, prosecution of certain murderous police officers, and an immediate end to deportations of #immigrants. You stalkers should be ashamed of yourselves for censoring this man, who is risking his life for the sake of #justice.
