Of course, I campaign for Bernie Sanders. Who else would I support? Sanders' platform is exactly what I have been writing about for a decade. 
~ Sanders is against the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP). TPP is expected to negatively impact U.S. workers and limit our use of Internet services.
~ Sanders is against racism and always has been. He was arrested as a 21-year-old college student at Chicago Univ. for demonstrating with Blacks for better educational opportunities.
~ Sanders is against privatizing prisons and jails. He and others in Congress introduced H.R.3543 in September 2015, the "Justice Is Not for Sale Act." If it passes, our local, state, and federal government will be barred from contracting with private prison companies, and predatory pricing on prisoners' phone calls, etc., will end.
~ Sanders would raise minimum wage.
~ Sanders would give free tuition for qualified students and lower the interest on student loans.
~ Sanders is for universal healthcare.
~ Sanders voted AGAINST the Iraqi War.
~ Sanders voted against the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in October 2015.
~ Sanders is censored like I am, and his supporters are apparently censored. News reports largely ignored the fact that demonstrations supporting SANDERS FOR PRESIDENT were held in from 45 to 70 cities throughout the nation last week.

If Southerners were not too illiterate and some too lazy to read, Sanders would have done much better on Super Tuesday. I also used to vote for candidates whose names were printed on Democrats' voting guides, which I received in the mail. Lynda Barnett Mary, Southaven is just across the Tn.-Ms. line close to Memphis. Wasn't Larry killed in Memphis.

In Southaven Mississippi, Troy Goode, died in police custody after being arrested in July.While the state did run an autopsy on Goode, the family had an independent examination performed. The results, according to their lawyer, do not match.

Originally, drugs were credited for Goode’s death. Tim Edwards. the family attorney, tells WREG the autopsy pinpoints the way the man was tied that caused his death.

“The medical examiner will support the proposition that hogtieing and placing in a prone position is lethal force,” family attorney Tim Edwards, of Ballin, Ballin & Fishman, said during a press conference.

The attorneys also state that Goode wasn’t a threat, but was tased, had a K-9 dog on him, and was “hog-tied” until his death at the hospital. The family says that Goode wasn’t untied until he had already died.

The secondary autopsy states that in this hog-tied position, Goode wasn’t getting enough oxygen, which caused the rhythm change and eventually stopped his heart.

On July 18, 2015 Troy Goode was seized by Southaven Mississippi Police and hogtied. He passed away after being taken into custody.
UPDATE: There have been a lot of questions and comments from people that do not have a grasp of the facts or the law. I am attorney David A. McLaughlin with Morgan & Morgan Memphis, LLC. My 14 year old son filmed this tragic event. He stopped recording because his mother told him to stop, he did not know whether it was allowed and was quite shocked, as we all were, in the aggressive tone taken towards us.

What the video does NOT show was my interaction with the person in the white shirt, who bellowed in our general direction. He was with the Fire Department. I will not state his name now, though I know it. I believe that he was acting at the behest of the Police Department, though I do not have any proof on that point other than the way he was commiserating with the Police. I responded, "You talking to me?" before the video stops. He instructed me to come to him. I yelled to him that I am not going anywhere, and if he wanted to speak to me he needed to march right over. He came over and changed his tone immediately to a more civil tone. I explained to him in no uncertain terms that I was an attorney and that I have handled lawsuits where people have died due to "positional asphyxiation". I told him that their hogtie was ill-advised. He said that the individual was with a paramedic and did not seem to understand the grave danger Mr. Goode was facing. There was plenty more discussed that will be revealed at the appropriate time and in the appropriate forum.

Eventually, we will learn why Mr. Goode died. In the meantime, the discussion should be whether anybody who is clearly having a medical emergency (heat exhaustion, psychological break, LSD trip, drunk, asthma attack, diabetic emergency, or whatever) should EVER and I mean EVER be placed in a position (hogtied) where their ability to breathe is impaired.

Mary Neal Thank you, Lynda Barnett. Yes, Memphis and Southaven are neighbors. I am so sorry for Troy Goode's murder. Whatever methods killed Larry Neal, neither Memphis Shelby County Jail nor the USDOJ, which was in direct overview at the time, will reveal presently. It must have been horrendous, just as Goode's murder was. I was told about one black mentally ill inmate in Minnesota who was likely used for waterboarding practice to train "enhanced interrogation experts" to torture the War on Terror camp detainees. The U.S. Gov. answered one of my FOIA requests by claiming that revealing information on how Larry Neal was murdered and why he was placed under secret arrest would "threaten national security." These murders are too atrocious to allow to continue. We must stop them, Lynda -- somehow. Blessings.

Mary Neal People are lucky who have videos, such as the #attorney's son captured of Goode's abuse which led to his death. My family must rely on God's promise that nothing is hidden that will not be made known. We plan to launch a fundraiser for a reward for people who are willing to tell us about Larry's fatal arrest. The authorities and the media are in bed together on Larry Neal's death under secret arrest, so we're on our own. Lynda Barnett WOW Mary I have read a lot about Larry's murder since I met you, but I don't remember reading that revealing information would threaten national security. I'm sure, because he was mentally ill, it never occurred to them that he would have a loving family & sister a willing to risk it all to find out what happened & never give up. You are right, we can never give up fighting for all of the men & women being abused & murdered by our criminal justice system. Somehow one day if we fight long & hard enough it will happen.

Mary Neal Thanks for affirming "it will happen," Lynda Barnett. Reading that brought tears to my eyes. I know of no other family deprived of an inquest, records, explanations, excuses, or anything after a relative died in secret police custody (kidnapped for nearly three weeks by #police). If they are allowed to get away with this, look for more such murders. Was Goode mentally challenged, by any chance?

Mary Neal I believe the Civil Rights Division of the USDOJ regretted sending me that letter, Lynda Barnett. They followed it up about a week later saying they have no records from Memphis about Larry's death, which was another lie. I sent the USDOJ his death cert. and the Shelby County Attorney wrote and told me that the USDOJ had been informed about Larry's death, just as the Agreement between Shelby Co. Jail and the USA mandates. If the USDOJ allows the jail and County Atty. to lie about this to cover-up a murder, it still amounts to a federal cover-up.http://www.wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com/.../Ex08... Share this news with Goode's attorney, please. Facebook post with six comments so far discussing cover-ups regarding deaths in custody in the Memphis area. Larry Neal expired in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003; Goode died in Southaven, Mississippi, a neighboring town, more recently. Fortunately, Goode's family seems to have contracted with REAL wrongful death attorneys who are not interested in protecting Goode's killers, unlike the Neals. We contracted with The Cochran Firm frauds and got defrauded, naturally. That is what they do.

Blogtalkradio Shows Sabotaged

I have been blocked from scheduling shows on Blogtalkradio three times within the last two days. I videotaped my failed attempts all three times. Unfortunately, my Screencastify videos from the June 14 interference do not appear to be saved on either YouTube or in my Screencastify file at Google Docs, as they should be. Unluckily for hackers, I save proof of everything they do multiple times, in a myriad of ways. 

Taking over my computer will NOT enable hackers to generate Blogtalkradio error messages like you see in yellow on the screenshots below. Only Blogtalkradio can generate such error messages, or perhaps NSA can. Each of two times this denial of the right to schedule shows on June 14 happened, I was allowed to schedule the shows after complaining. However, "Mothers March for Peace"missed having their show on June 15 but will be scheduled for Wednesday, June 17.

Notice the same error message appeared on the video exposing sabotage at the "Mothers March for Peace" broadcast -- same as when both the "Johnny Strozier Keeping It Real" show and the "MaryLovesJustice Prayer Meeting" show were initially prevented from scheduling:

As usual, I notified followers at @koffietime at Twitter about the "Mothers March for Peace" sabotage. (Screenshot 6 of 7)

Naturally, I informed Blogtalkradio about the interference on June 15 just as I did twice on June 14. However, seeing that my videos from the two attacks on June 14 were MYSTERIOUSLY GONE from YouTube and Screencastify, Blogtalkradio was the last one I complained to about the interference with scheduling the "Mothers March for Peace" broadcast, which was to be aired at 9pmEST on June 15, 2015. I believed that if I delayed showing the sharing the video again, it would also "disappear." 

Blogtalkrado claims that the "Ralph Poynter What's Happening" show was already scheduled for June 15 at 9pm and that is why I could not schedule "Mothers March for Peace." I doubt if that is true.

NOTHING was scheduled for 9pm on June 14, when I tried and initially failed to schedule Johnny Strozier, and NOTHING was scheduled for midnight EST when I tried and initially failed to schedule the "MaryLovesJustice Prayer Meeting." See above that I got the same error messages for EACH of those shows as the one I received when I tried to schedule "Mothers March for Peace": an error message claiming that the date and time I selected to schedule the show for had already been taken. Therefore, I believe hackers changed the date of Poynter's show from Tuesday, June 16, to Monday, June 15, in order to create an excuse for blocking "Mothers March for Peace." Professor Betty Davis says she did not schedule Poynter's show for June 15.

I also discovered last night that hackers had placed a warning message at my "Legal Victories" blog implying that NSA was watching people who read my articles there, as though there is something untoward about my "Legal Victories" articles, where I congratulate attorneys, judges, prosecutors, the Justice Department, and advocates for what many people consider to be (1) new precedents that will improve justice; (2) petitions that helped make positive change happen; (3) verdicts that freed innocent people and verdicts that should reduce corruption; and (4) judgments that compensated victims as well as the survivors of police violence victims.  

Notice that the warning (in the upper, left corner) in the screenshot below shows at my article about USDC ruling that The Cochran Firm is NOT a law firm. This is a court ruling made on May 12 that mainstream media is keeping secret from African Americans. See proof below and at Google+ that hackers placed a warning to people about reading "Legal Victories" blog.

Thank you for your interest in Mary Neal's continuous censorship. This happens because I am an effective human rights advocate. Censorship is happening lately to many more activists than in the past. Prison investors are seemingly getting desperate. So many people are writing against mass incarceration, and exposing prisoner torture and wrongful deaths, that NSA has more than 50,000 employees to monitor (and I believe to censor) advocates. This may be why some officials are DESPERATE to pass the Trans-Pacific Partnership Act (TPP), which apparently involves (restricts?) Americans' right to Internet access as well as workers' rights. Details of TPP are mostly SECRET, but I read that TPP regards both of those things.

Google+ and Globalization

I just shared a Google+ post by Susanne Posel that at first glance seemed to indicate that the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) will mean more bad news for American workers. It may level Americans' wages and benefits, making them compatible with those of similar workers in China. Naturally, TPP is being presented as a positive thing for Chinese workers, but I suspect it means doom to Americans. I did not read the article. Right now, the important thing is that hackers immediately attacked my access to Google+ when I tried to share Posel's article. I was immediately kicked off Google+, and this message appeared (click to enlarge):

Since I did not yet read Susanne's article, my presumption that the article relays information about leveling Americans' wages to make them compatible with workers in China, Africa, India, etc., comes from information I read a few years ago by Joseph Stiglitz, presenting his ideas about globalization gone wrong. https://www.bigspeak.com/economist-speakers/joseph-stiglitz/

The goal of globalization seems to be to level Americans' standard of living regarding personal liberties, wages, home ownership, etc., so that governments can oppress people everywhere and corporations can pay similar wages to workers across the world. In other words, TPP may bring us closer to the time when all working class people are slaves, as Revelation foretold.

The blatant censorship I experience and share proof of in this "Justice Gagged" blog is a preview of how "they" will interfere with your right to share information and ideas in the near future. Years ago, I warned that if the People allowed my mentally, physically handicapped brother's kidnapping by Memphis police and murder after 18 days of secret incarceration in Shelby County Jail to go unanswered, there would be many more in-custody deaths, and that has happened. It happened to Freddie Gray, Daniel Linsinbigler, Darren Rainey, Jerome Murdough, and more recently to Matthew Ajibade (featured below). It likely happened to thousands more (Florida's inmate death rate for 2014 was at least 346 people, and that is only one state). Police remove victims from commuters with cameras before committing murder frequently now, just as Larry Neal was arrested first. Maybe by and by, somebody white will warn you about these things. I had told the world for years about illegal surveillence through cable TV, computers, and phones before Edward Snowden did, but the information was only respected when Snowden exposed NSA. I pray that Americans get the warnings about TPP from someone they can respect soon.

The death of a 21-year-old computer science student in police custody has been ruled a homicide from blunt force trauma and has resulted in the termination of nine deputies who strapped him to a restraining chair on New Year’s Day and allegedly beat him to death. Although the county attorney’s office initially claimed that the deputies were fired last month for general policy violations, the coroner confirmed on Thursday that the deputies lost their jobs on the same day that he signed the student’s death certificate. The student’s family only became aware of the death certificate’s existence after a photograph of the document was leaked on social media.

Comments Against TPP Blocked at Google+

My comment to my post urging people to oppose the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) Agreement at Google+ is blocked. Click the screenshot below to enlarge it. I wrote a comment in response to a comment by Nicholas Jackson. I published the post below about lynchings that certain parties in government may want to keep quiet by entering secret agreements that probably censor Americans' use of the Internet. Jackson was repulsed by the lynching photo and called the killers barbarians. I TRIED to respond thusly:

We have no joined property to build a Great Wall, so we must learn to influence Big Business to make them stop. How, ? It is simple: Boycott4Justice. 

As you can see, the comment just sits there with the "post comment" button inactive. Below is the post to which my comment is not allowed to appear:

The men in the background did not go away. They had children and taught them carefully. Some of their children became stockholders in Internet companies and private prisons and jails. They don't want us to have free speech and freedom of press to contest slavery in the 21st century. Oppose the Trans-Pacific Partnership #TPP  if you want to continue using online services to demand #prison‬  reform and elimination of #police‬  violence. The Internet is important to freedom.

Numerous people managed to comment at the post, so I believe it is to censor my suggestion that people who believe "All Lives Matter" should influence Big Business to participate in our justice quests and demand an end to police violence and prisoner abuse in the USA. The only way to influence Big Business is to cost them money. This does not have to be done by riots and destruction of chattel property and real estate. We need only BOYCOTT4JUSTICE.

Thank you for protecting the First Amendment by defending freedom of press online: Oppose TPP. Google was asked to remove numerous police violence videos from YouTube but refused to do so without a warrant. People who do not recognize that TPP is likely a direct attack against press freedom, especially for African Americans, should read about my struggle to publish my disabled brother's secret arrest and murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail, and view the efforts to suppress my videos about that tragedy and more police violence at JKEMPP703, which is my YouTube channel.
