Assata's Stolen Email to MaryLovesJustice

Hello, Google. Could you check and see if the "Angry Librarians" have interfered with an email I should have received from "Assata Shakur Forums"? I completed the registration for that forum and was told an email would arrive that I should follow back to the site, but the email never came to my inbox. I conducted a search for it, and it apparently never arrived at all or "they" stole it. "They" don't allow me to join many groups that have mostly Africans, presumably in order to protect The Cochran Firm frauds and other black frauds, including some in government, who fear people learning the truth about them. The email should have come from http://www.assatashakur.org/ . Some people suggest that I use a different email account, but I don't feel I should have to use multiple email accounts to speak to whomever I want, about whatever I want, anytime I want, being a "free" American citizen. After all, Masta freed us in the 1860's, and I have also signed my own Emancipation Proclamation, as Dr. King suggested.

My grandfather on my mother's side told his children about an event that happened when he was a little slave boy in the Mississippi Delta. He said Masta rang the bell to gather the slaves, which was highly unusual for the middle of a work day. All the slaves left the fields or stopped cooking or cleaning the Big House - whatever they were doing anywhere on the plantation, they stopped and assembled in the dusty yard of the slave quarters. Old Man Nelson, as my grandfather was called in his later years, said that there was a soldier dressed in blue and sitting atop a large black horse in the middle of their common yard. The masta was there, also. My grandfather said the soldier read to them from a paper that I imagine looked like a scroll. After the soldier finished reading, nobody said a word. The soldier then said, "That means you're free."

After that, some of the former slaves went back into the fields to complete their day's work, and others returned to their various tasks. Eventually, the idea of being free got through to some of them, and they left the plantation although they were given no money to sustain themselves as they began their new lives as freed men and women. That is why others accepted Masta's offer to stay and continue their slave jobs in exchange for rent on the shack and their rations of food and clothes. They were called "sharecroppers."

My grandfather, who was literate, grew up and became a Methodist minister and was respected by blacks and whites (to a certain point). My mother's dad never looked at a white person in the face but always kept his eyes cast downward at his feet respectfully whenever they addressed him. I must take after my Father's side. CoIntelPro, STOP interrupting my emails! I just received a message from a mom who needs my help publishing her son's murder. 

She wrote, "Hi i sent fbi report 2 yr email but did not go through got rt address its cocktail Pro? [She means "CoIntelPro"]. Bill Windsor and i r going 2 sigma chi Sunday, and others tried 2 snd u a message; looks like it got chopped off." 

That disturbing message reached me at my Facebook email box from Denise Johnson. Her son Gregory was killed in 2008 in the Sigma Chi frat house at San Jose University. Federal officials allowed Shelby County Government to enter testimony and reports into federal records that omitted Larry Neal's arrest, knowing that the mentally ill heart patient had indeed been secretly arrested and died in custody. They colluded to defraud the Government, which is a felony. Rather than to arrest and prosecute officials who participated in the cover-up, the system employed a program of gangstalking and censorship against Larry's family to prevent public disclosure. The injustice system that imprisons and executes people at astronomical levels in the USA is itself criminal and covers its crimes through censorship, intimidation, false arrests and murders. It is racist and class conscious and thoroughly hypocritical. Like every criminal, its main objective is to avoid disclosure and punishment.

The Cochran Firm's role in the cover-up was to contract with Larry's family, then withhold any legal work while the Tennessee statute of limitations passed. When the Neals discovered The Cochran Firm's fraud and sued, the CoIntelPro lawyers were allowed to plead "not guilty by reason of nonexistence" and prevail based on that obvious perjury. After being denied justice, this writer discovered that Johnnie Cochran's name is being used to lure many unsuspecting blacks to that law firm which actually fired or forced out Cochran's attorneys immediately after his death. Certain clients are defrauded in cases of catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths that occurred under the color of law or because of corporate wrongdoing, while media companies, human and civil rights organizations, state bars, politicians, and legal referral services know about The Cochran Firm's real purpose but enable the frauds against black legal consumers by keeping the news about Larry Neal's murder cover-up and numerous lawsuits against The Cochran Firm by its former clients and lawyers out of mainstream news. Asking "What happened to Larry Neal" made me the most censored person in the country - probably in the entire world. When Africans in America have justice issues, people ordinarily suggest that we go to our "leaders" for help. Wikipedia states, "The Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986 created a 100 to 1 sentencing disparity for crack vs. powder cocaine possession . . . a racist law which discriminates against minorities. The Congressional Black Caucus backed the law, implying that the law cannot be racist." On New Year's Eve 2011, President Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), with provisions for indefinite military internment of Americans without criminal charges. If NDAA is ever used to encamp African Americans, other nations must not think that is not racist because blacks helped to pass the bill and sign the internment orders. It is traditional to use blacks against other blacks in America. It started with loading the slave vessels in Africa. Presidential candidate Ron Paul promises to PARDON ALL INMATES WHO WERE CONVICTED OF NONVIOLENT DRUG OFFENSES and give addicts treatment instead of punishment. Paul's pardons would restore tens of thousands of black families. Ron Paul is also against NDAA concentration camps, World War III, extrajudicial assassinations, and the death penalty. The need for private prisons and jails arose when our correctional institutions were overrun with sick Americans who were released from hospitals or never had the opportunity of inpatient care when needed because the mental hospitals were already gone by the time their symptoms emerged. Mainstream media never reported that H.R.619 was on the table, and my own efforts to publicize the bill and get widespread support for H.R.619 were cyberstalked. AOTs provide community care and subsistence assistance for mentally challenged people and already proved to reduce homelessness, arrests, re-hospitalization, and incarceration by up to 85% among New York program participants. The rate of improvement was derived by comparing their experiences while in the AOT program with their experiences three years before joining the AOT program. The significant improvement saved lives, restored people to wholesome living, saved tax money on police services as well as court and prison costs, and made communities safer. Justice Dept: Ignore Mary Neal's Civil Rights; She's Black

Numerous reports indicate that Caucasian Americans worry that Attorney General Eric Holder is biased in favor of blacks. The opposite is true, as evidenced in these eight(8) paragraphs and one link this article carries. I assure America that the Department of Justice remains as racist as it reportedly was under Attorney General Hoover and even allows or facilitates CoIntelPro-like activities against minority citizens. Google "Cochran Firm Fraud."

Like three attorney generals before him, Holder’s Department of Justice covers up the government murder of Larry Neal, a disabled black man who was secretly arrested for 18 days in 2003 and killed under circumstances Memphis Shelby County Jail and the USDOJ refuse to disclose. In fact, Larry’s survivors are stalked online and in person, censored, and persecuted for requesting open disclosure and accountability regarding Larry’s death and for advocating to decriminalize mental illness in America. That Change would negatively impact prison profiteers.

I assure whites that Attorney General Holder and other black officials in government, certain civil and human rights organizations, and media companies oversee the plantation with zeal. Police brutality against African Americans and deaths of blacks in custody are frequently denied the public disclosure or investigations and corrective measures that follow dog abuse. Attorney General Holder even ignores Freedom of Information Act requests about my brother’s lynching, despite the presidential Executive Order regarding such requests. Larry was a harmless, lifelong schizophrenic heart patient who irritated police in their enforced role as psychiatric caretakers that followed Larry’s release from 20 years of psychiatric inpatient care.

White supremacy is safe when justice is entrusted to officials who blatantly disregard a black citizen’s right to life and his family’s right to due process of law regarding a wrongful death, then allow or facilitate crimes against the victim’s survivors to prevent public disclosure. In fact, there has been an “elite integration” among black and white decision makers who almost unanimously agree that Americans of no race deserve the protections afforded under the United States Constitution.

Alarmingly, almost 400 senators and members of Congress recently voted in favor of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which allows indefinite detention of Americans minus criminal charges or due process of law. "With the enactment of the NDAA, Americans suspected by the President of having committed a “belligerent act” may be apprehended by the military and detained without recitation of charges and without access to an attorney until such time as the President decides that the “War on Terror” is over" (New American). There can be no doubt that NDAA is  intended to intern Americans when one considers the fact that H.R. 3676 by Congressman Jeff Landry (R-LA), which would have eliminated the possibility of indefinite detention for Americans, was rejected by Congress. H.R.3676 stated: "United States citizens may not be detained against their will without all the rights of due process afforded to citizens in a court ordained or established by or under Article III of the Constitution of the United States."

Whereas millions of Americans are shocked that their representatives would pass a law that virtually eliminates the Bill of Rights, the Neal family has been subjected to such blatant disregard of human and civil rights for nearly a decade. The same is true for other minorities and whites who lack wealth. Complaining about such human rights crimes as having disabled relatives arrested and murdered may even qualify as “belligerent acts," under NDAA, which is how my complaints on behalf of Larry and other missing, abused and murdered mental patients of all races seem to be perceived by officials. Whenever Americans go missing in the future, their families might indeed have to ignore empty chairs at their dinner tables like people probably do in Communist China, especially African Americans and disabled citizens. Fear of FEMA camp internment would lessen the need for censorship that is applied to efforts by members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill on behalf of incarcerated mental patients and condemned Americans (see the comment below this article).

Is Eric Holder a gunrunner, too?

I can't believe it! Well, that's not true - I believe anything now. I have had a steady diet of Red Pills for seven years. My awakening started when the U.S. Department of Justice conspired with Memphis/Shelby County Jail to cover-up the 18 days of secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal in 2003. The Cochran Firm was hired to trick my elderly mother into a contract hiring the fraud lawyers as our wrongful death attorneys, and they defrauded us to help the jail escape accountability. Someone arranged to keep Larry's death and The Cochran Firm fraud out of mainstream media. When I began publishing the crimes online, stalkers were hired to follow me and censor me on the Internet to prevent public disclosure. Now it appears that the U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder is a gunrunner! That is not hard for me to believe since he is an accessory after the fact regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal ( http://WrongfulDeathOfLarryNeal.com ) and so were three U.S. Attorney Generals before Holder. Police were instructed to ignore the crimes against my family when my articles became widely read and stalking increased.
