Assata's Stolen Email to MaryLovesJustice

Hello, Google. Could you check and see if the "Angry Librarians" have interfered with an email I should have received from "Assata Shakur Forums"? I completed the registration for that forum and was told an email would arrive that I should follow back to the site, but the email never came to my inbox. I conducted a search for it, and it apparently never arrived at all or "they" stole it. "They" don't allow me to join many groups that have mostly Africans, presumably in order to protect The Cochran Firm frauds and other black frauds, including some in government, who fear people learning the truth about them. The email should have come from http://www.assatashakur.org/ . Some people suggest that I use a different email account, but I don't feel I should have to use multiple email accounts to speak to whomever I want, about whatever I want, anytime I want, being a "free" American citizen. After all, Masta freed us in the 1860's, and I have also signed my own Emancipation Proclamation, as Dr. King suggested.

My grandfather on my mother's side told his children about an event that happened when he was a little slave boy in the Mississippi Delta. He said Masta rang the bell to gather the slaves, which was highly unusual for the middle of a work day. All the slaves left the fields or stopped cooking or cleaning the Big House - whatever they were doing anywhere on the plantation, they stopped and assembled in the dusty yard of the slave quarters. Old Man Nelson, as my grandfather was called in his later years, said that there was a soldier dressed in blue and sitting atop a large black horse in the middle of their common yard. The masta was there, also. My grandfather said the soldier read to them from a paper that I imagine looked like a scroll. After the soldier finished reading, nobody said a word. The soldier then said, "That means you're free."

After that, some of the former slaves went back into the fields to complete their day's work, and others returned to their various tasks. Eventually, the idea of being free got through to some of them, and they left the plantation although they were given no money to sustain themselves as they began their new lives as freed men and women. That is why others accepted Masta's offer to stay and continue their slave jobs in exchange for rent on the shack and their rations of food and clothes. They were called "sharecroppers."

My grandfather, who was literate, grew up and became a Methodist minister and was respected by blacks and whites (to a certain point). My mother's dad never looked at a white person in the face but always kept his eyes cast downward at his feet respectfully whenever they addressed him. I must take after my Father's side. He said, "RESIST evil, and it will flee from you" James 4:7.

Each time I tried to publish the post at Google+, I got different error messages, which I plan to share at this article. Stalkers should not bother hiding the sins of Atlanta. The fact that homeless centers are closing in Atlanta has already been published by mainstream media, so I suspect that is NOT the news that stalkers want to contain. They probably want to hide the fact that I was threatened by Atlanta police officers for attempting to do as Atlanta's favorite son, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., did and stand for the weak and oppressed. 

I asked Mayor Kasim Reed and the Atlanta City Council to apologize and pay damages for police preventing my right to exercise free speech on the public sidewalk in Atlanta, and they refused. Obviously, they were not concerned about the public knowing that Mary Neal was told she has no free speech in Atlanta. Police officers threatened me with Tasering and arrest for speaking on behalf of the mentally ill. Perhaps officials were not concerned because they had been assured by the cyber stalkers that they could prevent my using the Internet. Maybe officials were not concerned because they knew murderous plans were made for Mary Neal like they were for Dr. King. For whatever reason, Atlanta officials refused to apologize for their police officers' abuse of power and pay nominal damages for violations against my free speech. Now I find they have cyber stalkers protecting their sins from public disclosure. 

Who are these cyber stalkers? I used to think they were sent by The Cochran Firm, but they protect many more corrupt enterprises than that racist, fraudulent law firm. According to reports, the CIA admits monitoring Facebook and other social networks. Somebody does much more than monitor. Somebody prevents and removes certain posts from the Internet in America in an attempt to make it appear that We the People actually have the rights that are "written on paper" (MLK). The Associated Press published a report today detailing, for the first time, a unit within the CIA, referring to itself as the ‘vengeful librarians,’ that is responsible for monitoring the vast and various social networks, local and international news, radio, and television, Internet chat rooms, and pretty much anything from which they can procure intelligence.

The unit is part of the CIA’s Open Source Center. Their goal is to monitor every facet of the internet in every imaginable language, cross-referencing that information with local news reports and information gleaned in the more traditional, cloak-and-dagger, spy-type espionage. Much of the information, according to the AP, ends up in the hands of White House officials and even in President Obama’s daily intelligence briefings.

One day, oppressors may completely delete human and civil rights advocacy in the United States. Right now, it is still the law of the land that we may legally raise our voices against lawlessness and corruption. I offered Atlanta officials a blessing, which they refused apparently on the supposition that they did not need forgiveness for suppressing my free speech rights, because cyber stalkers would prevent disclosure. They did not know then that I would expose and oppose the oppression I suffered to the entire world online and in my book which will be published soon: "The Cochran Firm Fraud." Atlanta opened the National Center for Civil and Human Rights on June 23, 2014, and proudly quote Dr. King, while putting into action few or none of his principles. Three homeless centers in Atlanta are on the chopping block, which will evict over 500 men, women, and children onto our streets. We discussed that in the radio broadcast that cyber stalkers prevented me from posting at Google+. Moreover, I mentioned the fact that I am not allowed to discuss such wrongdoings on Atlanta sidewalks. Instead, police threaten to Taser and arrest me. That is a secret you were never intended to know, or the fact that my entire family lives under threat in Georgia because I am a human rights advocate.

Government officials should read the bible, which tells Christians that if we have an issue with a brother, we must first take the matter privately to our brother and attempt to resolve it. If that fails, Christians are to return with more people to point out the error. I hope you will stand with me and denounce my being forced to stop talking to people in Atlanta about the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal and the needs of other mentally ill Americans. Please write to Mayor Reed and the Atlanta City Council and say that you feel Mary Neal should have free speech rights. Please tell the U.S. Justice Department that you feel Mary Neal should have freedom of press rights, also. I am an advocate for the incarcerated mentally ill. That is my right and my Christian duty.

Foreword: Mary Neal's Black History Month 2011

This was the foreword to my HubPages article called "Mary Neal's Black History Month 2011." The foreword was too long. Sometimes I get carried away writing about crimes against humanity in the United States. I decided to move it here and make the foreword an article in itself. Sometimes I would go to my article called "Mary Neal's Black History Month 2011," and not see the photo of MARY NEAL PICKETING CNN FOR RACIST OMISSIONS IN THE MEDIA TO PERPETUATE THE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD AGAINST BLACKS IN AMERICA. I posted photos of (a) Tent City in Somerville, Tennessee where I lived as a child, and (b) Mary Neal picketing racists media companies at the top of this article. Several days ago when I published "Justice Mountain," I discovered there was another copy of this "Black History Month" article in my HubPages list that had no photo of me picketing CNN, and there should not be. I deleted it. Today when I came to this article, my photo of Tent City was blown up full size to take up the whole computer screen, and my scrolling past that photo was delayed. I feel this was done to give cyberwolves time to get the CNN photo posted below the Tent City photo.

Cyberwolves go across the Internet and sabotage my work in order to hide what I feel is a CoIntelPro program against African Americans to deny justice after police violence and corporate wrongs through The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm. I have notified hundreds of thousands of people about The Cochran Firm fraud against blacks and browns through the Internet, but just one newscast on mainstream media would notify millions. But the CoIntelPro program is censored in the media. If you come to this article and do not see Mary Neal picketing racist CNN, please let me know by TRYING to call me at 678.531.0262. I say "try," because my phone is often on lockdown by people who lie and say the phone is out of service, circuits are busy, give three short beeps and a hangup, or allow callers to leave messages they erase to disallow the Neal family from hearing them.

The media is prejudice against African Americans and helps The Cochran Firm defraud us by refusing to report the numerous lawsuits against The Cochran Firm by irate former clients. Compare that omission with the media blitz regarding Bishop Eddie Long's lawsuits, Tiger Woods' infidelity, Jessie Jackson's love child, Bill Cosby's alleged love child, and many other African Americans. If The Cochran Firm were really a law firm that acted on behalf of African Americans after police violence and corporate wrongs result in wrongful deaths and catastrophic injuries, mainstream media would not be DEVOTED TO SHIELDING THE COCHRAN FIRM from negative press, courts of law would not dismiss lawsuits against The Cochran Firm based on obvious perjury, and authorities would investigate and prosecute cyberstalkers who continuously, illegally edit my Internet articles, steal data from my computer hard drive, send cyberterror to the Neals, and interfere with my freedom of press RIGHTS as proved at my YouTube channel JKEMPP703. I tweeted about the FTC refusing to censure The Cochran Firm for advertising its Atlanta office throughout the world via Internet ads, television, billboards, telephone ads, etc., and being allowed to deny the existence of its Atlanta law office in Georgia Superior Court and United States District Court. Apparently, using an alias to dodge legal proceedings can be effective. In June 2007, I asked the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) about whether The Cochran Firm is guilty of perjury in Georgia Superior Court or whether it is guilty of false advertising. The FTC notified me that it has opened a file on this. (FTC Ref No. 10807359.)

When this writer notified media company ABC about The Cochran Firm denying it operated in the State of Georgia and the City of Memphis, Tennessee in court (obvious perjury), ABC said, "So what?" ABC continued to carry ads for The Cochran Firm office in Georgia to help the CoIntelPro program defraud blacks, knowing the Neals' lawsuit against The Cochran Firm was wrongly dismissed on the perjury that the suit was served wrong. The judge and Cochran Firm lawyers lied and said there is no Cochran Firm office in Georgia. Neither will other media companies report the fraud on African Americans: FOX, NBC, NPR, Oprah and other black-owned press. The media is sold out and probably bought out by fascists. Nazis always hated minorities, and that has not Changed.

Despite the refusal by mainstream media to report consumer news of import for African Americans, democracy still has a backbone, and it is called "Google" and "Twitter" and "HubPages." Many other Internet companies that make it possible for dogged-out Americans to upload articles, photos, and videos giving news reports that are censored by mainstream media. Because authorities wish to continue calling America a land of "liberty and justice for all" without actually striving to "be what it said on paper" (MLK), That is why Americans' net freedom is under continuous attacks from Washington, DC in the form of Internet censorship bills. The latest free speech attack is the Whistleblower Improvement Act. [Presently it is the Trans-Pacific Partnership Act.] If that bill passes, it will allow retaliation against Americans who report illegal and/or unethical acts done by government and corporations. I write about attacks against democracy, and that is why my articles, photos, emails, and phone are monitored and subjected to illegal controls.

I also removed the following story in the "Black History 2011" article to shorten it: If you join my followers at Twitter, where I am @koffietime, check from time to time to see if you are still following me. Some people have to join my followers several times due to cyberstalkers who remove their names. [Over 1100 of my tweets were taken offline during the Georgia prison labor strike of 2010.] Although news about the December prison labor strike was suppressed in mainstream media, San Francisco Bay View and a few other publishers carry information about that ongoing human rights struggle. Google “37 missing inmates.” Furthermore, Georgia executed two of the three condemned prisoners who were killed within the last five months using faulty anesthesia purchased from a one-man wholesaler operating in the back of a British driving academy. America’s supply of the sodium thiopental, one of three shots administered for lethal injections, is diminished. The three prisoners died in agony, paralyzed so they could not even groan, including Brandon Rhode, a mentally challenged young white man. Be reminded that Troy Davis, a likely innocent man, awaits execution in Georgia, repeatedly denied a new trial by jury. Davis is already prohibited from groaning by a gag order to prevent him from saying, “I’m innocent. Please help.” (Google “Stop Agonizing Executions in the U.S.A.”)

As a journalism student, I learned that the media is called "the backbone of democracy." Maybe that's why we don't have democracy in America - it's backbone broke.

2014 UPDATE:  I wonder if the abuse in the video embedded below shows how Memphis Shelby County Jail murdered my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. This man was pepper sprayed while under full restraint in Rutherford Co., Tennessee. As far as we know, there are no videos of Larry Neal's murder, which continues to be America's big cover-up. The foreword above was written before Edward Snowden revealed America's secret surveillance through NSA. The complaints I made about cyber stalkers can be explained by his revelations about NSA, which may be used to prevent disclosure about America's secret extermination of a mentally, physically disabled black man. One day, I hope to offer a reward for information regarding how Larry Neal was murdered. Undoubtedly, one of the jail guards or police officers who worked there in 2003 might be willing to resolve the mystery for a few thousand dollars, and there is no statute of limitations on murder.

I decided to picket CNN to illustrate plainly the extent of cover-up. The sign I held says "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" on one side and "Cochran Firm Fraud" on the other. No reporter asked why I was picketing, because they likely already knew and were instructed to ignore me. We plan to "OCCUPY Silicon Valley on April 4th," because there is entirely too much censorship happening online. Whereas Internet companies may not be the ones doing the censorship, they certainly do not apply proper safeguards to Americans' ability to publish what they want without interference. April 4 is the anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s assassination. Dr. King said,

"All we say to America is, 'Be true to what you said on paper.' If I lived in China or even Russia, or any totalitarian country, maybe I could understand some of these illegal injunctions. Maybe I could understand the denial of certain basic First Amendment privileges, because they hadn’t committed themselves to that over there. But somewhere I read of the freedom of assembly. Somewhere I read of the freedom of speech. Somewhere I read of the freedom of the press. Somewhere I read that the greatness of America is the right to protest for right. And so just as I say, we aren’t going to let any injunction turn us around. We are going on."

Protest Against NAACP April 4, 2013 - Pinkney's Report

Report on Our Protest Against the NAACP - April 4, 2013

The anniversary of the murder of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King was celebrated with a protest. Black groups, churches, and community activists from Chicago, Philadelphia, Detroit, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Utah, Colorado, and Pittsburgh came together to protest at the NAACP national headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland. The protest was tremendous, exciting, and very successful. The protest was well covered by the media.

The purpose was to commemorate Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King's death and to demand new NAACP leadership. Rev. Dr. King was murdered by an assassin's bullet and pronounced dead on April 4, 1968, at 7:05 p.m. 

The NAACP, smothered to death with decades of corporate money, was pronounced dead on April 4, 2013.

The national office of the NAACP taped off the front of the building and the street like a crime scene in preparation for our protest. The NAACP is out of touch with the community. This was the very first time the NAACP national office had been marched on by protesters.

The protesters got the community and surrounding workers' attention and then the NAACP called the police to attempt to force protesters to stop picketing. The police told the NAACP we had every right to protest. The NAACP then called the sheriff, who also refused to help the NAACP [by violating protesters' First Amendment rights].

We shut the NAACP's national office down. We made history.  We demanded the resignations of Ben "sell us" Jealous and the Executive Board, and that the NAACP's nonprofit status be revoked.

April 4, 2013 will be remembered forever. The protest was tremendous. FoxNews took a survey to find out whether the NAACP is still relevant, and 100% of the people polled voted NO!

If necessary, every year on April 4 we will protest the NAACP in Baltimore.

America's Sold-out Negro Leaders

When Africans in America have justice issues, people ordinarily suggest that we go to our "leaders" for help. But they may not be aware that many "leaders" have joined the New World Order and operate against the interests of 99% people. See Rev. Sharpton flash the pyramid. The NAACP entered a lawsuit to benefit defrauded homeowners against Wells Fargo. But the lawsuit was promptly dropped when the bank agreed to fund a NAACP Convention. That was part of the reason, but The Cochran Firm saves government entities and major corporations billions by defrauding its own clients to reduce or eliminate payouts on lawsuits. In 2011, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) petitioned Congress to outlaw menthol cigarettes to gain even more African American prison laborers. "HAVE THE NAACP PETITION CONGRESS FOR A LAW AGAINST MENTHOL CIGARETTES. THAT'S THE KIND THAT 85% OF BLACK SMOKERS USE." Was the Black Congressional Caucus of 1986 rewarded for betraying Africans in America and helping to turn this into the prison nation that it is today?

The Black Congressional Caucus in 1986 supported stiffer sentencing for crack than for power cocaine, resulting in racist laws that unfairly targeted African Americans for a disproportionate incarceration rate that continues today. Wikipedia states, "The Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986 created a 100 to 1 sentencing disparity for crack vs. powder cocaine possession . . . a racist law which discriminates against minorities. The Congressional Black Caucus backed the law, implying that the law cannot be racist." On New Year's Eve 2011, President Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), with provisions for indefinite military internment of Americans without criminal charges. If NDAA is ever used to encamp African Americans, other nations must not think that is not racist because blacks helped to pass the bill and sign the internment orders. It is traditional to use blacks against other blacks in America. It started with loading the slave vessels in Africa. Presidential candidate Ron Paul promises to PARDON ALL INMATES WHO WERE CONVICTED OF NONVIOLENT DRUG OFFENSES and give addicts treatment instead of punishment. Paul's pardons would restore tens of thousands of black families. Ron Paul is also against NDAA concentration camps, World War III, extrajudicial assassinations, and the death penalty. That is why Paul is censored in the media and painted as being a racist by blacks who work for real racists. There are fifteen(15) links in this article.

Accomplishments under the leadership of Attorney General Eric Holder include covering up the police lynching of a mentally, physically disabled black man, Larry Neal http://WrongfulDeathofLarryNeal.com . Larry was secretly arrested (kidnapped) for 18 days and killed in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. The United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) was in overview of the jail after the publicly-owned correctional facility was sued by the United States in 2000 for its pattern of inmate brutality. Rather than upholding the law, the feds in overview of the jail allowed Shelby County Jail to file fraudulent reports in its Release Hearings in 2006 that omitted Larry Neal's arrest and murder. All of Shelby County's officials who signed the false reports are corrupt and should be jailed for defrauding the USA. Many Shelby County officials were NAACP members, like Michael Hooks, nephew of former president, Ben Hooks (who later went to prison in connection with the "Tennessee Waltz corruption").

Rather than doing his job, Eric Holder refuses to submit records, documents, and things that would expose the fact that officials became accessories after the fact to Larry's murder by police. I am censored, stalked, and terrorized to keep the handicapped man's murder a national secret. In August 2012, I was robbed - our home was burglarized, and the only items stolen were two boxes that contained original court records in two Neals v. The Cochran Firm cases and evidence that Georgia judges refused to allow me to present to a jury. Instead, judges pretended there is no Cochran Firm law office within the State of Georgia. The NAACP leads families to The Cochran Firm after deaths by police, then The Cochran Firm (under new management) often defrauds its clients. Mainstream media censors this information so The Cochran Firm can continue its mission of defrauding blacks for government agencies and corrupt corporations after deaths and catastrophic injuries of black people. Larry's murder cover-up is a family affair among the pyramid crowd. WHO IS LYING - THE JAIL OR THE USDOJ?  As an acute mental patient, Larry made quite an impression, especially when deprived of his psychiatric meds. The fact that Larry had numerous prior misdemeanor arrests, fingerprints on file, contact information on record, and left the jail as a naked corpse negate the idea that Larry's arrest and death could have escaped the notice of Shelby County officials. Therefore, the jail's failure to admit Larry was incarcerated and its failure report his arrest and death to the USDOJ had to be an intentional breach of its Agreement with the USA, and any reports officials did issue to the USDOJ omitting Larry's demise were a fraud on the government. The Shelby County Attorney claims the mandatory fatality report to the USDOJ was made regarding Larry's death. If that is true, the USDOJ lied when it denied receipt of the jail's report in order to cover-up the federal agency's knowledge of and acquiescence to Larry's murder. The Shelby County Attorney failed to back up his claim by forwarding a copy of any report that he claims the jail made to the USDOJ. Since any report authorities give regarding Larry's murder would expose and contradict another government agency, officials apparently decided to issue no further responses whatsoever to the Neals' inquiries about Larry's death.
