3) Professor Betty Davis, host for Ralph Poynter's show, which airs on Tuesday nights at 9pmEST on Blogtalkradio, called me greatly frustrated because there was apparently no "submit" button in view on her screen when she created the setup for the July 14 show. I went into the create field and set up the show, and my "submit" button was not operational until I wrote to the United Nations. Racist eugenicists in the United States must recognize that I can do nothing to make them stop attacks against my human rights to speak and write freely, but I can and will stop them from carrying out these attacks covertly.

6) ANATOMY OF OPPRESSION – PART IIThe flag is down, now what?  America loves to talk about democracy but hates people elected democratically or who successfully fight for a true democratic electoral process.  The current incarceration of Rev. Community Control of police is against the organization of government control from the top down.

7) The process of democracy in the work place is a cure for capitalism. Community Control is a cure for a lack of democracy in the workplace AND POLICE BRUTALITY. Therefore, community control is a cure for capitalism. The purpose of this episode is to attack metaphysical imperialism by attacking ‘phony issues’ that deflect us from the true solutions to the problems of oppression. The reality is Black people are still being killed by ‘KILLER COPS‘ every 26 to 28 hours, and MASSACRES STILL HAPPEN. - Ralph Poynter.

8) I wrote quite a bit at Twitter on July 2 and 3 as @koffietime, including a thank you to China for chastising the United States about its disregard for Americans' human rights, particularly the right to life of African Americans. African Americans are regularly attacked and our numbers are reduced by police brutality and violent corrections officers working in brutal prisons where scores of African Americans are mass incarcerated in torturous and life-threatening conditions. I also advocate for mentally ill Americans of all races who are continuously killed and brutalized after treatment is withheld in order to increase the numbers of these Americans with mental disabilities who suffer behind bars, presently 1.25million people. After my July 2 and 3 tweets, the operating system to my Chromebook computer was immediately destroyed. Eugenicists obviously knew that the warranty on the Chromebook expired in June 2015, and that they could destroy the computer without my ability to repair/replace it easily.

10) I rely on you who may be allowed to read this article to help replace my computer equipment. This is my 11th computer that hackers working for a fraudulent law firm, eugenicists in government positions, and/or prison investors have destroyed within the 10 years I have worked online for human rights in the United States. I reported computer attacks and phone tampering to the police and was told by Detective Miller of DeKalb County, Georgia Police Department that it is NOT illegal to destroy my computer equipment and interfere with my ability to communicate. They refused to trace the IP addresses and car tag I gave the police related to my illegal, covert harassment and computer destruction. 

11) My email boxes are continually robbed of mail that I was not allowed to receive, and my phones are robbed of voice mails I am prevented from hearing. Even U.S. Mail to and from my address has been compromised. As a barricade is placed around an enemy country, so are my avenues of communication being illegally shut off in violation of the United States Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

A 21st CENTURY DRED SCOTT TRIAL IN MICHIGAN - Everyone in the world should be keenly aware of the prosecution of an African American human rights activist who is being tried before an all-white jury for election fraud although the prosecution admits there is NO EVIDENCE OF WRONGDOING. Rev. Pinkney's trial on election fraud charges begins on Oct. 27 at 8:30am at Berrien County Courthouse. It should be televised. This will be an exercise in corrupt court processes that will demonstrate how the legal system in America is used to persecute people for exercising the "rights" we have on paper that do not apply to any who use those rights to contest the absolute authority of the government and major corporations. Rev. Pinkney reports:

Prosecutor Mike Sepic asked the jury pool on three or four occasions, "Could you convict someone without evidence?" Each time he asked the question, he nodded his head, indicating that they should answer in the affirmative. Prosecutor Sepic also told the jury pool several times that evidence was not necessary in order to convict someone.

I have probably seen a thousand courtroom movies, all of which led me to believe that evidence was needed to win a conviction. Rev. Pinkney was also the first minister in America who was ordered into house arrest for quoting the bible (Deuteronomy 28 offended a judge who considered it a "terrorist threat"). Furthermore, Pinkney was the first American to be ordered not to use the Internet (while waiting for his hearing date on May 30). Nobody who was convicted of using the Internet for child porn, cyberstalking, or embezzling people via computer was ordered off the Internet, but Rev. Pinkney, who has a popular Blogtalkradio show, was. His wife Dorothy was ordered not to use the Internet in her home, although she faced no criminal charges whatsoever. Now Rev. Pinkney will be the first African American in the 21st century to be tried under the Dred Scott Decision: "A black man has NO rights a white man is bound to honor." Pinkney's life was interrupted, he was arrested and will be tried before an all-white jury that has already agreed that conviction requires no evidence of wrongdoing. What will the prosecutor say? "We don't like Pinkney; find him guilty"?

This trial transcript will undoubtedly be more interesting than any in a long time. It should be disclosed in mainstream media and published in law books to be studied by law students. If Pinkney is convicted, NO Michigan prosecutors may see it as necessary to present evidence in cases against African Americans or human rights activists again. Mike Sepic will become every prosecutor's hero if he eliminates the need for evidence to win convictions.

Protesters in ‪Ferguson and throughout America should be interested in Rev. Pinkney's trial and beware. These legal proceedings may be intended as a lesson for YOU. Protesting against government practices that Pinkney perceived as being unfair is how he got on Michigan's list of TARGETED INDIVIDUALS. 

You are probably more surprised about these criminal proceedings without any evidence of wrongdoing than I am. I was issued a court order saying that whatever The (Johnnie) Cochran firm did to prevent my family from suing Memphis Shelby County Jail for the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal was "immaterial." Until then, I did not know a judge could declare fraud and malpractice "immaterial," but it happened. Neither did I know that any Americans could be held in indefinite detention (in torturous solitary confinement) for years to force a plea bargain, but it happens to African Americans quite often during this - our "post racial" period. Isn't it strange that America's "post racial" period is similar to the pre-Civil War era?

You and I may not be able to attend Rev. Pinkney's trial in Berrien County, Michigan, but I hope you will join us in supporting Rev. Pinkney on a special radio broadcast. Human rights activists cannot always count on press coverage from mainstream media, which is why we must continue to fight Internet censorship. Thank you, Rev. Pinkney, for standing with the People and exposing sellouts in our communities. The NAACP refuses to assist thousands of blacks in America against systemic racism. The organization refused to assist my family after the jail lynching of Larry Neal, a mentally, physically disabled black man, and numerous members of the famous organization actually helped to cover up his death in Memphis Shelby County Jail. NAACP President, Benjamin Justice, nearly pushed me to the ground on September 17, 2011, at the "Save Troy Davis" rally in downtown Atlanta when I tried to hand Troy Davis's sister, Kim, a flyer saying people who wanted to save Troy Davis should boycott for justice. It seems very inappropriate that Ben Jealous should be walking arm-in-arm with one traumatized sister who was about to lose her beloved brother while shoving another grieving sister to her knees. America's Sold-out Negro Leaders

When Africans in America have justice issues, people ordinarily suggest that we go to our "leaders" for help. But they may not be aware that many "leaders" have joined the New World Order and operate against the interests of 99% people. See Rev. Sharpton flash the pyramid. The NAACP entered a lawsuit to benefit defrauded homeowners against Wells Fargo. But the lawsuit was promptly dropped when the bank agreed to fund a NAACP Convention. In 2011, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) petitioned Congress to outlaw menthol cigarettes to gain even more African American prison laborers. "HAVE THE NAACP PETITION CONGRESS FOR A LAW AGAINST MENTHOL CIGARETTES. THAT'S THE KIND THAT 85% OF BLACK SMOKERS USE." The Black Congressional Caucus in 1986 supported stiffer sentencing for crack than for power cocaine, resulting in racist laws that unfairly targeted African Americans for a disproportionate incarceration rate that continues today. Wikipedia states, "The Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986 created a 100 to 1 sentencing disparity for crack vs. powder cocaine possession . . . a racist law which discriminates against minorities. The Congressional Black Caucus backed the law, implying that the law cannot be racist." On New Year's Eve 2011, President Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), with provisions for indefinite military internment of Americans without criminal charges. If NDAA is ever used to encamp African Americans, other nations must not think that is not racist because blacks helped to pass the bill and sign the internment orders. It is traditional to use blacks against other blacks in America. It started with loading the slave vessels in Africa. Presidential candidate Ron Paul promises to PARDON ALL INMATES WHO WERE CONVICTED OF NONVIOLENT DRUG OFFENSES and give addicts treatment instead of punishment. Paul's pardons would restore tens of thousands of black families. Ron Paul is also against NDAA concentration camps, World War III, extrajudicial assassinations, and the death penalty. That is why Paul is censored in the media and painted as being a racist by blacks who work for real racists. There are fifteen(15) links in this article.

Accomplishments under the leadership of Attorney General Eric Holder include covering up the police lynching of a mentally, physically disabled black man, Larry Neal http://WrongfulDeathofLarryNeal.com . Larry was secretly arrested (kidnapped) for 18 days and killed in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. The United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) was in overview of the jail after the publicly-owned correctional facility was sued by the United States in 2000 for its pattern of inmate brutality. Rather than upholding the law, the feds in overview of the jail allowed Shelby County Jail to file fraudulent reports in its Release Hearings in 2006 that omitted Larry Neal's arrest and murder. All of Shelby County's officials who signed the false reports are corrupt and should be jailed for defrauding the USA. Many Shelby County officials were NAACP members, like Michael Hooks, nephew of former president, Ben Hooks (who later went to prison in connection with the "Tennessee Waltz corruption").

Rather than doing his job, Eric Holder refuses to submit records, documents, and things that would expose the fact that officials became accessories after the fact to Larry's murder by police. I am censored, stalked, and terrorized to keep the handicapped man's murder a national secret. In August 2012, I was robbed - our home was burglarized, and the only items stolen were two boxes that contained original court records in two Neals v. The Cochran Firm cases and evidence that Georgia judges refused to allow me to present to a jury. Instead, judges pretended there is no Cochran Firm law office within the State of Georgia. The NAACP leads families to The Cochran Firm after deaths by police, then The Cochran Firm (under new management) often defrauds its clients. Mainstream media censors this information so The Cochran Firm can continue its mission of defrauding blacks for government agencies and corrupt corporations after deaths and catastrophic injuries of black people.
