A friend asked for a link to our January 8 interview with George Mallinckrodt, author of "Getting Away with Murder." The book is in its second edition, and it was recently banned by the Florida DOC. A reported 346 prisoners died in Florida prisons in 2014. Darren Rainey was scalded to death by guards in 2012, but his murder was not widely exposed until 2014, after Mallinckrodt's book and a series of Miami Herald articles highlighted his torture and death. I appreciate Screencastify software by Google, which allows me to upload videos showing my censorship rights are attacked to hide the murders of black and mentally ill Americans. Sometimes it takes lots of espionage to upload films from my digital camera to YouTube. I am followed when I leave home, and hackers take over whatever computers I use in libraries or at friends' houses. Therefore, we now have hundreds of videos proving my censorship and proving that I am followed. We plan to upload the videos at and sell them to the public, because (a) I am financially persecuted and need funds, and (b) funds would help with our advocacy to decriminalize mental illness in the USA (where sick people are used as prison commodities).
I hope that the world will be interested in my censorship and intimidation as a survivor of a black mental patient who was kidnapped by police and secretly arrested and killed in the Memphis Shelby County Jail in Tennessee, USA. Interestingly, neither of the two videos above appeared among my videos presented at Twitter, where I am @Koffietime https://twitter.com/koffietime >>. The videos are apparently censored. In America, censorship is used to contain news about crimes against humanity, which happen frequently, then more censorship is used to hide the fact that censorship was used initially.
A website that attempts to document police killings by using news reports is "Killed By Police" at http://killedbypolce.net >> It records 1,500 police killings since January 2014. "Killed By Police" omits murders of U.S. prisoners and police-related killings that were censored initially, like Larry Neal's was, which were never reported in the news. For example, the State of Florida reports 346 inmate deaths for 2014 alone. America has 50 states, all of which have abusive correctional facilities and pathetically irresponsible oversight.

This civil action is properly filed in United States District Court under the diversity rule, with Plaintiff and Defendants residing in separate states of the United States of America.
I. Cause of Action
1. Mary Neal published three comments at an article on invitation by RawStory along with other members of the general public.
2. The comments were the creative products of Mary Neal, a Christian human rights activist.
3. The comments contained no foul language and discussed no planned violence.
5. Not only were Mary Neal's comments removed, but Mary Neal was subsequently barred from commenting at RawStory, in violation of Mary Neal's First Amendment rights to freedom of press.
6. Mary Neal's comments were published after intense interference by hackers, which is recorded at Ex. 1: YouTube video youtu.be/jdtaXdmPjds
7. After the first comment published, the next two comments were entered without further hacker interference, presumably because arrangements had been made with RawStory to remove Mary Neal's comments and ban her from making future comments at RawStory (Ex. 2).
8. The comments Mary Neal published regarded extreme racism and health discrimination, including the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, her mentally, physically disabled brother who was secretly arrested in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003 and killed under the color of law (Ex. 3).
9. Mary Neal is director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI), an organization founded after Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder to help decriminalize mental illness in the United States of America.
10. Mary Neal and members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill rely on their freedom of press rights to inform the public about the mass incarceration, brutality, and murders of mentally ill Americans and persuade elected and appointed officials to stop treating acts that result from acute mental illness as being criminal.
11. Mary Neal and members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill note that 1.25 million of America's prisoners are mentally ill people who should be treated for their psychiatric conditions rather than warehoused in prisons and jails as criminals.
12. Mary Neal and members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill hold the opinion that mental illness is the only "criminal" health condition and that this discrimination is allowed simply because the nation's decision makers, including Justice Department personnel, lawmakers in the federal and state governments, judges, prosecutors, crime lab technical staff, law enforcement personnel, and even defense attorneys are allowed to engage in conflicts of interest as private prison and private jail investors.
13. Mary Neal is regularly deprived of freedom of press and free speech in the United States of America, but such deprivation of freedom of press is done secretly by hackers (presumably in the National Security Agency (NSA)).
14. RawStrory, on the other hand, blatantly and flagrantly denied Mary Neal's freedom of press rights in order to help prison investors censor her in violation of her First Amendment rights.
15. The article referred to Ms. Obama's complaints about racism, which Mary Neal also undergoes to a much greater degree than Ms. Obama does or could imagine in the 21st century, supposedly in a "post-racial" era.
16. Mary Neal is censored, terrorized, and financially persecuted in order to prevent her from exposing and opposing racial discrimination and health discrimination in the United States of America against Americans with mental disabilities, particularly those who are black and brown.
17. Black and brown Americans are tortured and frequently killed under the color of law in America by police officers and by corrections officers without any accountability being demanded for these crimes against humanity and without any criminal charges being brought or sentences imposed on those who torture and murder mentally ill Americans.
18. White Americans are also tortured and killed for being mentally ill, but unlike Latinos and African Americans, white survivors are ordinarily compensated for such wrongdoing whereas intimidation and censorship are used to silence black and brown survivors of brutalized and murdered mentally ill citizens of the United States of America.
19. In addition to removing Mary Neal's comments at RawStory, death certificates of other Mary Neals appeared at Google Images search when searching for MaryLovesJustice after RawStory removed Mary Neal's comments.
20. Mary Neal was chosen by Almighty God and exercises her Christian duty to speak for the voiceless, the poor and needy, and all who are appointed to destruction despite censorship by RawStory, NSA, or anyone in the entire world. Mary Neal is unafraid of Genesis 6:4 giants. She stands as the voice crying out in the wilderness, reminding the inhabitants of planet earth that they will be judged not by their bank accounts or the types of cars they drive or their earthly addresses. They will be judged by how they treat sick, naked prisoners (Matthew 25:40). Everybody in prison wears clothers (usually orange jumpsuits) except for the mentally ill, who are usually kept naked in solitary confinement where they ordinarily lose whatever grip on reality they used to have.
21. RawStory had no legal right to remove Mary Neal's comments or to ban her from making future comments at its website, which is held out as a public news source to the public, which ban is in place simply to prevent Mary Neal's access to RawStory readers and continue to prevent the public's access to information about the secret arrest and murder of Mary Neal's mentally ill brother and the brutality and murders of other mentally ill Americans, and to prevent the public's knowledge about the denial of due process rights that followed the murder of Larry Neal and others who died under the color of law.
Note: This lawsuit will be revised before filing to add Defendants and restate the crimes against Mary Neal's First Amendment rights violated by RawStory in the illegal removal of Mary Neal's comments and banning her from making future comments at RawStory articles (Ex. 3).
Thanks, RawStory. I've been waiting on one of you to stick your neck out this far for a very long time. You're it. Get your Democratic bosses who tell you what to publish and what to censor to pay your legal bills, flunkies. Remind them that you can no longer call yourselves "progressive, liberal" news carriers, since you employ Nazi censorship tactics to allow mentally ill Americans to be isolated in concentration camps and slaughtered like Nazi Germany did in the beginning of its Holocaust to some 300,000 mentally ill people of all races. Since you are interested in eliminating racism, and you recently expressed an interest in improving mental health services for Americans with serious mental illness, I hope you will help me to emphasize that kidnapping and killing mentally ill black people like Larry Neal is illegal. Such murders should be investigated and prosecuted with the same vigor as anyone else's kidnapping and murder would be, Ms. Obama. We request officials throughout the United States, whether in federal or state levels of government, including prison officials, to please institute appropriate care for the sons of the women we spoke with today and all 1.25 million mentally ill inmates in the United States, who comprise the larges class of prisoners. American taxpayers are charged for psychiatric and medical treatment for these inmates, and we make a human rights demand that they actually receive appropriate care. Gemma Pena said she was told that her son, Kristopher Rodriguez, refuses to accept his medication and that the prison cannot do anything since he will not cooperate with treatment. Rodriguez is a mentally ill inmate, and he deserves intravenous treatment if he is beyond accepting his meds. This was done for the son of Heather Chapman, Nikko Albanese, who is a Caucasian mentally ill inmate, and we expect no less for Rodriguez, who is Latino. Rodriguez is reportedly refusing to cooperate with treatment because he was at one time given the wrong medication and nearly died. His reluctance to comply with medical treatment may be valid; but we must not allow him to die. As readers can see by proof shared in this and other articles in "Justice Gagged" blog, Mary Neal and members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill experience censorship to prevent our objections to criminalizing mental illness. However, we will not be reticent about the abuses done to America's most vulnerable citizens. BlogTalkRadio, I had to refresh the playback page ten times to hear this MaryLovesJustice Prayer Meeting tape recorded August 31. Is that because you gave me a completely blank board to use and I discussed the violation against my free speech rights and right to practice my religion? I had another completely blank board when we used Blogtalkradio to record the "AIMI vs. USA" Claimants Conference on September 6 on Human Rights Demand channel, also. I could not see my own phone number or any of the callers' numbers. I could not see my audio files, our chat room, or anything else in the studio. Americans have a Constitutional right to peaceful assembly. Peaceful assembly for religious purposes is protected in the First Amendment. Please read it. And it is customary to censor what stalkers censored, but I gather proof as it happens. Since we are going to International Court, I am sure you understand why.
Is this tape censored because it was taped right before Labor Day, and I warned union #workers that prison investors are transferring former union jobs to prisons? Were you instructed to prohibit Mary Neal from discussing "AIMI vs. USA" in public? We you instructed to censor this recording because I revealed the murder of Mr. Gregory in Memphis Shelby County Jail? He was beaten to death by another mentally ill person when guards released two mentally ill inmates and commanded them to engage in a human dog fight. Are you supposed to keep the world from hearing about the torture and murders that happen to sick, black people imprisoned in America? Why are murders at Memphis Shelby County Jail protected by Internet companies in Silicon Valley? Did the USDOJ make some arrangement with that facility?
According to the indictment for former Vice President Chaney and former Attorney General Antonio Gonzales, they accepted payoffs from correctional facilities in Wallacy County, Texas for withholding federal investigations of brutality and murders in that county. Did that also happen regarding Larry Neal's murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail? Is that why this particular tape is censored? Is that why the USA and Shelby County Jail refuse to disclose the method of Larry Neal's murder for eleven years and counting? Do corrupt government officials rely on censorship by Internet companies to hide their corruption? Be aware that the law provides that people who help cover up murders are accessories after the fact. Is Blogtalkradio an accessory after the fact for Mr. Gregory's and Larry Neal's murders in Shelby County Jail in Memphis? Of course, we the People recognize that America is lawless. Laws are meant to hold the common man accountable, not high government officials or rich Internet executives. But I try, anyway. I was contacted by a Muslim woman who said she experienced extreme disrespect when she visited her husband at a prison wearing her Qur'an (head covering) and khimÄ r. In fact, her husband lost his visiting privileges. Daniel Linsinbigler, 19, was murdered by suffocation (death ruled homicide) in Clay County Jail in Florida in March 2013 after guards teased him about being a Christian. Apparently, prison owners and investors are satanists who want all Americans to either be atheists or serve their god, Satan. A Latino man whose uncle was shot to death by police in Ellicott City, MD has had NOBODY respond to him about his great loss. That shows how heartless people in America have become. But maybe it does not. Maybe it only shows how well mainstream media companies censor their comments. The man wrote the comment below, and I responded as shown below his comment. That is my second effort to reach out to this suffering family, but WBAL TV seems to be withholding my comments. it was my uncle and a very good person, he was not to kill him ... just because he was latino think they can do whatever they want with them. He was a tireless worker and most of his life I leave in the United States. It seems wrong that this country will pay that. He had a family and like everyone was having bad times, but not to kill him, as they did. I hope justice is done and stop killing people because. Please help notify people about a congressional bill that has a provision for Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training for police and corrections officers that should help reduce brutality and deaths to mentally ill people like your uncle: H.R.3717 - Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act. It is pending before Congress now, and as director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill, I am pretty excited about it. Also, we plan to make a Complaint against the USA for aggression toward mentally challenged people to the United Nations in 2015.
