America's justice system has become a corrupt, racist slavery system that allows the torture and murders of non-whites and mentally ill people of all races. It could not have evolved IF human and civil rights organizations, politicians (particularly those politicians of color), churches, temples, civic organizations, labor unions, and average citizens actively tried to stop the abuse. My emails often bounce when I attempt to communicate with large human rights organizations. This could be because of cyberstalkers, but it might be because large human rights organizations do not care to acknowledge receipt of my reports and the fact that they were informed about crimes against humanity that regularly occur in the United States of America, especially to Americans with disabilities. REJECTED EMAIL: Comment to PressTV's article, "U.S. Executes Mentally Ill Black Prisoner" (Jan. 30, 2015)

Eugenics has gone to the next level in the USA, where eugenicists are no longer satisfied to prevent births among mentally challenged people and those who are considered "undesirable" because of black skin. Now such citizens are tortured in the jails and prisons and killed, with or without trials and execution orders. Tortures and deaths occur on a one-by-one basis currently, as far as I know. However, if other nations do not intervene on behalf of disabled people in America, roundups and mass murder could happen here. Carolina has already considered a roundup and internment of homeless Americans in the absence of any crime, and Oregon does "mercy killings." There is no compassion because money is god in the United States. Slavery may be America's fastest growing industry, partly because corporations prefer not to pay full salaries and employee benefits.

Prison investors work in the Justice Department, prison investors issue court orders, prison investors prosecute and "defend" defendants, prison investors work as crime lab technicians, and prison investors legislate laws. Their conflicts of interest are never mentioned when media companies discuss why America has the largest prison population in world history, because owners of media companies are also likely to be prison investors. America is more invested in slavery than it was in the 1700's. Whole towns rely on prisons for their economy, just as entire plantations relied on slavery over 150 years ago.

Mentally handicapped slaves may be considered "useless eaters" and are often killed - sometimes for sport. Families of the mentally ill may be censored, terrorized, financially persecuted, or subjected to a worse fate for complaining and seeking justice after wrongful deaths of disabled family members. We need intervention by the United Nations on behalf of non-white people in the USA and for mentally ill people of all races. Thanks for this article about another wrongful execution that is offensive to every civilized human being.

The man pictured at the top-right side of the collage is the only mentally ill man of the four who is still alive so far. Terrell Scott has been interned in Pennsylvania for over five years with trial denied. Brian Claunch, a mentally ill double-amputee was killed by police in his Texas care home where he sat in a wheelchair holding an ink pen for protection. Kelly Thomas, bottom-left, was beaten to death by six Fullerton County, CA police officers. Larry Neal, bottom-right, was secretly arrested, interned for 18 days while Memphis Shelby County police lied and denied having him in custody, then returned to his family as a naked corpse with no excuse or explanation, and all requests for information and records and due process of law have been denied to his survivors for twelve years. I suppose human and civil rights organizations in the United States do not want to acknowledge receipt of reports about the genocide that is happening within the USA to the mentally ill first -- just like Nazi Germany.

PressTV, Did USA Forbid Mary Neal Interviews?

Not all targeted individuals suffer from remote neural monitoring, etc. I am followed, censored, and persecuted, but have been attacked by this new technology only once when I was blasted with a directed energy device. It has been some time since I was interviewed by PressTV, and I wonder if the USA forbade foreign press to interview me like I suspect was done to U.S. media companies. I have interviewed privately with major media companies in the USA, but they never publish the interviews. The secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother Larry Neal is a highly censored topic. The criminalization of African Americans and the mental ill for prison profits is also censored, and those are my main topics. Furthermore, The Cochran Firm continues to operate as CoIntelPro in the black community, and a good deal of money was used to open those law offices throughout the country. People say that America's gross national product is down, but they may fail to realize that American citizens are the nation's biggest commodity. Americans are considered to be in a "slave pool," especially African Americans. When there is a need for "fresh stock," police officers simply go fishing and draw in a catch. In 2011, the U.S. Congress and president assigned the White House the power to indefinitely intern anyone, including citizens, without levying criminal charges or allowing victims a speedy, open trial with adequate defense counsel provided (Sixth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution), but this seems to happen only to African Americans thus far. Criminal charges are levied, but prosecutors know there is no real requirement to take the cases to trial. Victims are simply arrested and tortured behind bars until they agree to lie on themselves and accept plea deals (see North Carolina v. Shannon Nyamodi, and see Pennsylvania v. Terrell Scott). They may be sentenced and extorted of probation fees upon release. When victims fail to pay the extortion money timely, they are then re-arrested and forced to serve the entire prison sentence - all without any trial-by-jury. Presto! A new prison sentence to buy or sell on Wall Street.

Wrongfully convicted people have trouble getting new trials with post-conviction evidence and are denied DNA tests to prove their innocence, because guilt and innocence are basically irrelevant. The irrelevance of innocence was pointed out by U.S. Supreme Court justices in the following two cases: 

(1) the majority opinion in "Alaska District Attorney's Office vs. Osborne," denied a convicted man the right to conduct DNA tests on the State's evidence.

Justice Scalia wrote: 'This Court has never held that the Constitution forbids the execution of a convicted defendant who has had a full and fair trial but is later able to convince a habeas court that he is ‘actually’ innocent. Quite to the contrary, we have repeatedly left that question unresolved, while expressing considerable doubt that any claim based on alleged ‘actual innocence’ is constitutionally cognizable.”

I know very few government secrets. I publish information that is presented in the public domain, except for (a) my mentally, physically disabled brother's kidnapping and murder, (b) The Cochran Firm's fraud against African Americans, and (c) systemic discrimination against the mentally ill. Therefore, I suspect that revealing these three secrets cause my intimidation and censorship. Reports about the victimization of mentally ill Americans (except Larry Neal's murder) are widely published online and even by mainstream news companies, but the reports are treated as individual circumstances and not as hate crimes and systemic discrimination against a class of people. Health discrimination is exactly what is happening in the USA, and it is done BY the justice system.

Over half the victims of police violence and prisoner abuse and murders are people with acute mental illness of all races and ages. Perhaps you have been too busy living your life to notice that, but I hope you will begin to take note. One in five Americans has mental illness and/or suffers from substance abuse problems; therefore, you very likely have a relative, neighbor or friend with such issues. Begin to notice systemic discrimination and hate crimes against our most vulnerable citizens, please, including African Americans, the mentally ill, and addicts. It is your duty to notice and to demand relief for these people.

They let me join Al Jazeera America! Thank you, CoIntelPro. I used my FB to enter and got no password. Also, my new +Google Chromebook clicked the entire time while I had +AL JAZEERA open on the computer. That never happened before - a CLICKING sound. Obviously, CoIntelPro doesn't want me to communicate with Al Jazeera. They can monitor me without all that clicking. I'm tired of them destroying my computers, so I logged out when the clicking resumed AFTER I reset the Chromebook OS. I am very grateful to PressTV for exposing crimes against humanity in America. In order to cover-up the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, my family lives under constant surveillance, and I endure censorship, cyberstalking, and terrorism to prevent disclosure about Larry's murder and frequent abuse and murders of other acute mental patients. Although it does not happen as often for white people as for blacks, white mentally ill persons are also brutalized and killed in America, like Kelly Thomas and Tim Souders were (Google their names to see films showing their murders by police). The difference is that when police kill white mentally ill people, their families are not subjected to the an elaborate government cover-up involving attorney fraud and gangstalking to prevent disclosure, which is the modern equivalent of cross-burning to silence opposition to lynchings.

The Neal family is hopeful that terrorism and censorship to prevent disclosure about Larry Neal's murder will end with the release of PressTV's documentary on racism and the release of "Lawless America - The Movie" and my book "Cochran Firm Fraud."

Since being interviewed by PressTV, my home was burglarized in August 2012, and the only things stolen were boxes of original court records from our two lawsuits against The Cochran Firm, CoIntelPro attorneys who were apparently instructed to keep Larry's wrongful death case against Memphis Shelby County Jail from going to court. This was done by contracting with my aged mother to represent the Neals in a wrongful death civil action but withholding any legal work on the case while the Tennessee statute of limitations ran. They used U.S. Mail fraud to keep us apprised of legal work that was not actually happening. Meanwhile, the U.S. Department of Justice allowed the jail to file fraudulent documents and testimony in federal court that simply omitted Larry Neal's death, which happened after 18 days of secret arrest. All parties refuse to release information regarding the circumstances of Larry's death. Dog murders are treated as crimes, while the police kidnapping and murder of a black man in America is not. Contrarily, the victim's family is treated like criminals for asking for justice.

Can Media Save America? by Mary Neal

The Bible says, "There is nothing hidden that will not be revealed." Millions of Americans are relying on that promise. The U.S. Supreme Court recently ruled that Americans have the right to videotape police officers, which is a step in the right direction. Millions of people try to fill the gap left by mainstream news media and keep people on their social sites informed about abuses of power that are happening and planned. People fill YouTube with videos about their individual justice quests, hoping that someone with power and the inclination will address their victimization. But can media save individuals and this country from oppression?

U.S. Vice President Joe Biden

Vice President Joe Biden advised Iran to give its citizens greater freedom when he spoke at the University of Kentucky immediately after the Egyptian uprising last February. He said: "I SAY TO OUR IRANIAN FRIENDS: Let your people march, let your people speak, release your people from jail, let them have a voice!" I don't have nearly that level of freedom, and I doubt if any American does. It is a worthy goal for every nation, but not a reality for me. I am so censored that when a reporter called me last week, stalkers played her a lying message saying my phone was out of service. Imagine the surprise when she called a friend to report her difficulty reaching me and learned that her friend was on the phone with me at that very moment talking on the phone the liars had indicated was out of service! Sometimes stalkers make all of my family's incoming calls go to voice mail, then erase the messages without my family's receipt. The censorship is to hide my brother's lynching and disrupt my advocacy against mass incarceration.

 I do not know what Bill Windsor may be going through because he will produce the world's largest whistleblower project - "Lawless America Movie." Neither do we know what Judge Katherine Forrest is going through because she put a temporary injunction against concentration camps in America in May 2012, but please pray for them and for me. The climate of terror that many Americans live in probably rivals what is happening elsewhere on the globe. Gangstalking, censorship, malicious prosecution and worse have been inflicted on some people, and now there are drone planes in our skies that I read are equipped with Tasers.

I am hopeful that participating in radio shows, "Lawless America Movie," and Press TV interviews will influence people to give up censoring and intimidating my family and me to hide Larry Neal's lynching. Weeknights, I often join discussions hosted by Exploratory Committee on Dr. Shirley's Blogtalk Radio Show, "Justice for Us." One night we were pleased to see that Rep. Ron Paul had listened in on the show. We were discussing the bill Rep. Paul introduced in January 2012 to repeal indefinite military detention, H.R. 3785. Please Google the bill and ask your elected officials to support it. Ron Paul has a strong philosophy of liberty, and his campaign suffers censorship and voter fraud because of it. We must pray continually for him and for the brave author and journalists who sued in Judge Forrest's court to stop concentration camp internment under NDAA. Their lawsuit led to her court order ruling indefinite military detention to be unconstitutional. The Obama administration tried to get Judge Forrest to lift her court order, but she stood strong this week. Pray that her strength endures whatever will be brought against her and that other judges and elected officials also find the courage and integrity to be true to their oaths of office. Real Leaders Pray

May God bless Judge Forrest, America's Esther, Rev. Pinkney, who is the People's Pastor, Rep Ron Paul, William Windsor, and everyone else who stands up for liberty. God bless you, also, especially if you help by sharing this article. All we can do is pray and keep trying to get free. We will not awaken soon and find out this was all a bad dream. Our situation is precarious right now, but we must trust God and help each other. Some of you are just learning about threats against freedom in the United States, whereas I have lived almost like a prisoner for years with my phones and computers continually monitored and taken over and stalkers assigned to follow me wherever I go to prevent my access to net freedom. It is important that we never allow ourselves be divided among racial and socioeconomic lines. No one who is in the 99% seems to have human rights that are respected and protected by authorities as we should. This is the time for unity. Man plans, but God decides. God repeated a simple but very difficult command many times in His Word that we must apply in these trying times: "FEAR NOT." 

"Do not be afraid, but speak, and do not keep silent. For I am with you and no one will attack you to hurt you; for I have many people in this city" (Acts 18:9-10).

Can media exposure about what Americans are going through save our country? No, only God can. Having media exposure will help alert people to the problem, but only God saves. He said, "If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and heal their land." Please, let us petition heaven together to lift the heavy burden we find ourselves toiling under.

Mary Neal, a Christian human rights advocate working to decriminalize mental illness and protest mass incarceration, avoidable wars, and capital punishment, according to Proverbs 31:8-9. Prayer can change things. I did not know six months ago that I would be in a movie, but God sent William Windsor and "Lawless America." Why Do Cyberstalkers Make me Use IE-8?

In July 2011, I filmed three videos showing that cyberstalkers who were assigned to censor me prevented Google Chrome from downloading on my computer. See one of the videos at this link http://youtu.be/VLAcrHijdYI called "Hackers Block Google Chrome (Tape 1) Mary Neal." Since then, the computer was wiped clean and Windows was re-installed. In March 2012, cyberstalkers allowed Google Chrome to download, but it cannot be used. (There are three links in this article).  IE-8 continues to be the Internet connection the computer uses, although the icon on my desktop looks like Google Chrome! Furthermore, there is an icon shaped like a head on the left top of my screen. If I click the head, numerous names appear: Awesome, First User, Slice, and Sweetness. Sweetness has an email address attached - PreventionIndustry@gmail.com . Why must cyberstalkers maintain IE-8 as my Internet browser? How do I get rid of IE-8 and the cyberstalkers who use it?

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

In conjunction with PressTV, several African American activists are creating a documentary to both discuss the grave problems of the African American National Minority group. Our focus is to show the glaring differentials in the broadly defined areas of Health, Education and Welfare as evidence of systematic neglect writ large and the existence of an inherent lack of will by the present socioeconomic and political structure of the United States to solve issues that hurt blacks disproportionately. Further, we are seeking scholars, activists, laypersons, and artists to help frame the current situation that faces African Americans to spur both national and international discussion and action on reversing the ethnocide of African Americans. We in particular want persons who work in the social services, schools, communities, judicial systems, and non-governmental agencies to provide relevant and understandable examples of systemic failure and neglect. This film is a call for people to discover their HUMAN RIGHTS. We wish to have use of photographs, film, and related visual materials to make the case for the need for the African American people to begin to see themselves as part of the global majority with a world where over 97% of the world's population lives outside of the USA. 

Our film crew is lead by Mrs. Marzieh Hashimi who is the only African American anchor with PressTV which is the Iranian government-owned television network that broadcast world-wide. Mrs. Hashimi is a native of Louisiana's Jefferson Parish. She was a student activist, and she immigrated to Iran to escape state-sponsored Islamophobia in the USA. Hashimi has been a powerful voice for the oppressed all over the world, and she is responsible for internationalizing the Trayvon Martin case--by having this story put in twenty-four hour rotation on PressTV 6 days before it was reported in the mainstream American media. Many credit Hashimi's prescience to helping spur the largest awakening of African Americans in twenty years. She has come to America to try to help empower her people to secure their God-given rights that their government seeks to deny them by prompting an international discussion and movement to demand the rights of the world's largest ethnic national minority group that is wholly oppressed similar to the Palestinians.

We want to go into the communities and homes of those people who know first-hand the issues that hold a people captive to the excesses of the so-called "American exceptionalism". We believe by looking at health, food, employment, education, and all the facets of the society we can demonstrate a pattern of oppression that is both insidious and obvious; however, so vast in some dimensions that those oppressed do not totally see scope and scale of their barriers to freedom. We aim to present before the world many of the answers to why some of the circumstances exist in the African American situation, and, more importantly, the goal is to explain that the African American people have never breathed free in 500 years as an indigenous people unique in their history and creation as a modern-day nation-within a nation.

Those interested in sharing their perspectives are welcome. We are devoted to linking the African American challenges to the issues of our corporate need for self-determination and dignity and control over our fate as a united people. Death of Africans in America: Anglo American Ethnocide in 21st Century

In January 2009, the entire world witnessed the inauguration of President Barak Hussein Obama as the United States' first black president. The ascent of this son of a Kenyan and Anglo-American woman to hundreds of millions seemed to signal that the United States had overcome its long history stained by racism, slavery, xenophobia, and related intolerance. On the surface, African Americans could realistically aspire to hold the highest elected office in the United States. Nearly four years have passed since President Obama and his family settled in the White House, many intellectuals, activists, and clergy believe that the symbolism of a black president has done little for the situation of some 50 million African Americans. Since 2008, living standards and other indices of social well-being of African Americans, already in steep decline under former President George W. Bush, appear to have progressively gotten worse. African Americans are over represented in the negative social statistics in the United States. Given that they are a national minority that some have called a "nation within a nation", the constant flow of dismal by the American conglomerated media stories of bad health, prisons, crime, unemployment, poverty, the erosion of the family, AIDS, educational under-achievement, a toxic popular culture rife with hedonism, anomie, mediocrity, and the rare exceptional art and sport prodigies tossed in for cathartic relief appears to mask a far more serious matter. America was built on land acquired through genocide of the Native Americans who remain marginalized and confined to the periphery of society. It is accepted as an academic banality that there was a deliberate policy of genocide was implemented by the United States federal and states' governments to destroy Native Americans. Many of the negative stereotypes and social issues associated with African Americans are shared by Native Americans. Is this a coincidence?

In spite of the tremendous challenges faced by African Americans, millions have striven to leave the tobacco and cotton fields of serfdom of the South and urban slums to join the middle classes. For four centuries they have battled, mostly non-violently, against a racist, super-exploitative, and maniacally cruel Anglo-American Apartheid system as a pariah minority unaided and alone. They have had to struggle against a sophisticated oppressive system that has ever been able to mutate new methods of subjugation including an internalized caste system, forced economic dependency, eugenics, forced mass illiteracy,
imposed anomie, collective punishment, extrajudicial and judicial terror, systemic unjust enrichment, forced servitude, and the use of state and local agencies to erode family life. Miraculously in past generations, African Americans rose to the occasion and spawned movements each successive decade from the 1640s into the 1980s

Is it possible that the same America that was built by the bone, sinew, and backs of African laborers has desired to redux the old Indian Policy but refashioned for the blacks? Why is the land of the free and home of the brave so able to assimilate and receive into its middle classes virtually every other people under the sun but not its oldest population? Going beyond recitation of problems of African Americans, we want to look at root causes of troubling statistics and frightening demographic trends. The fact that nearly 11% of the world's prisoners are African American men who comprise less than a percent of the world's population poses serious questions about Americans society and how it treats its largest single ethnic group. As African communities are sacked by developers, farms stolen or seized via unjust means, schools shuttered, homes foreclosure, and data that points to a systematic program that is highly integrated and orchestrated, the world seems not to notice, and the gallant African American people appear to be fainting due to centuries of demographic fatigue resulting from centuries of oppression atavistic of the Anglo-American system of slow destruction.

The challenge of the African American might seem overwhelming, if not insurmountable; however, the options since the days of Abolition remain in place. The international community's power and influence has historically been in favor of black people. However, the established civil rights organizations in the 1940s waived their chances to truly address the African American question. Virtually all African American leaders that have sought to explore the use of international pressure as a tool to challenge injustice have been assassinated, overlooked, disappeared, or driven into exile. Nonetheless, Dr. Yussuf Naim Kly of the International Human Rights Association for American Minorities, a disciple of Malcolm X and a gifted writer an international lawyer, in the 1990s used the United Nations to combat the Los Angeles Police Department's brutal treatment of African American motorists Rodney King. Kly's small but well-educated and disciplined cadre of scholars and lawyers nearly forced the United States to face international scrutinity and sanction for the heinous abuse of its African American national minority ethny of over 45 million persons, which represents the largest single ethnic group in the world without any self-determination other than what is granted by a majoritarian democracy that stymies their self-development. Since 1990, a small but steady stream of African American activists, chief among these Queen Quett Macquette Goodwine of the Gullah Geechee Nation, have begun to demonstrate the potential of changing the reality of a people whose identity and historical formations was forged in chattelized slavery and centuries of gross human rights violations.

Today, we are seeking the freed voices of African American intellectuals, activists, artists, and laypersons that not only know the problems of their people but realize that the path blazed by William Patterson, Paul Robeson, Malcolm X, and Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. to bring the United States before the world and demand reparations, reform, self-determination, and all human rights available to the African American people. The opinions are those of duly qualified persons able to see that the American duopoly of Republicans and Democrats hold no solution to the plight of the African Americans. They not bring their case for the professed America be prostrated to the truth of the practiced America.
