Google Fiber Coming to Atlanta

1. My Chromebook computer cannot perform half the functions that it should. For example, I cannot work offline. Stalkers want me to only work online so they can control my input. Two days ago, stalkers turned off my Google phone at (571)335-1741. I finally found the puzzle piece with the red "x" on it and got it to behave, but many Chrome functions remain blocked. I don't know which of the blocked functions pertain to the list of plug-ins below for which I cannot remove the block.

2. Google Fiber will soon come to Atlanta, which should speed our connections. NSA may have to work even harder to contain information about government murders. A newscaster said that Google plans to offer basic Internet for free for the first seven years. https://fiber.google.com/cities/atlanta/home/

3. Stalkers did not buy my computer or the nine computers they destroyed in the last 10 years, but neither did stalkers save The Cochran Firm, the U.S. Justice Department, Memphis Shelby County Government, and Georgia courts from public exposure related to their cover-up conspiracy regarding the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, a mentally, physically disabled black man. Computer takeovers made it harder to disseminate information about collusion of those parties against justice, but cover-ups also made significantly more interesting stories, which you will soon read in "The Cochran Firm Fraud". Hattie Neal Discusses Larry Neal's Wrongful Death

My mother describes Larry as a child whose mumps infection leaked into his brain and rendered him mentally ill. That led to his commitment to a mental hospital at age 8 or 9 in the 1960s. His behaved like man with a child's mind and was given to hallucinations and angry outbursts. Like many people with severe mental illness, he refused to stay on psychiatric treatment each time he was released from the hospital. Larry was among the hundreds of thousands of mentally ill Americans who were evicted from his mental hospital in the 70s, when Medicaid was withdrawn for inpatient psychiatric care. He revolved in and out of jail thereafter - until police got fed up and decided to murder him. Mama talked about our trip to The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm to sign contract with lawyers who double-crossed the Neals to work for Shelby County Jail behind our backs. At first, the stalkers did NOT allow me to save the Blogtalkradio interview at my Google Drive. As far as I know, stalkers now prevent it from playing. The tape regards the secret arrest and Wrongful Death of Larry Neal, America's top secret government kidnapping and murder of a mentally ill, black heart patient who was my 54-year-old brother on August 1, 2003. Stalkers interfere with fulfillment of Google's contract obligations by deciding what I can and cannot save and share using my Google Drive. If NSA doesn't want it revealed that The Cochran Firm, Shelby County Government, and the U.S. Department of Justice colluded to cover up my disabled brother's murder, those parties should have pooled their VAST resources and paid the wrongful death settlement when The Cochran Firm contracted to sue Shelby County Jail for his wrongful death and file civil actions against Tennessee and Larry's final care home for their negligence. When The Cochran Firm did not, conspirators had TWO more opportunities to do justice when the Neals sued The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm twice for FRAUD. Instead, they engaged in a coverup protected by computer stalkers and reinforced by intimidation and persecution against Larry Neal's family for 11 years.

I have been intimidated, persecuted, stalked, found a Confederate "X" sprayed by plane over my house, and my mother has even been sexually assaulted on her hospital bed to discourage and outright prevent discourse about Larry's 2003 murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail, which is this country's third largest jail. I don't know what kind of good and valuable consideration was paid to prevent that jail from being investigated and save Larry's murderers from prosecution, but the cover-up has lasted through two presidential administrations of Mr. Bush and Mr. Obama. Whatever deals were made were AGAINST the Neal family and against the USA, which had sued the jail for its disregard of inmates' civil rights in 2000. I was NOT a party to that RICO Act racketeering, and I will NOT be induced to become party to it through terrorism. I have offered the elitist racists the opportunity to pay damages and make a confidential settlement regarding Larry's murder, but they refused. They are convinced that their stalkers can contain this information, but they are wrong. The matter will go before the International Court in "AIMI vs. USA", along with up to 99 other families who have been denied human rights and due process of law because of crimes against their mentally disabled relatives (Google "AIMI vs. USA").

I will save this mp3 file repeatedly, and thank God, my mother can make more interview tapes and videos. It the stalkers go this berzerk over an audio file, what will a video do to them? Stalkers waste their time and perhaps our tax money fighting the publication of this radio broadcast and mp3 tape and news about this secret government murder of a disabled heart and psychiatric patient.

Stalkers Phishing the WH from MaryLovesJustice Email

I received another receipt about an email sent from my Gmail account today that I did not send (see it below). If CoIntelPro has been instructed to send copies of my emails to the WH, I wish they would stop sending me receipts about it. Today I actually emailed ONLY Rev. Floyd Harris, Jr. a copy of the updated National Network in Action (NNIA) schedule at Blogtalkradio, which is online at this link: http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2013/10/new-human-rights-blogtalkradio.html

These receipts for emails that I did not send to the WH seem to have started in late July 2014. I will send a Freedom of Information Request to see what is being sent from my email box. At one point, so much spam mail was sent from my email box mln@wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com that people stopped accepting mail from that email box, and I stopped using it. My domain host said it is called phishing. The phishing necessitated my purchase of unlimited space for my email boxes that were bought along with the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal website at http://WrongfulDeathOfLarryNeal.com

Each time stalkers sent an email from mln@wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com or from mln@theywrong.com, that generated a Daemon mail notice that my email box had to receive. They sent hundreds a day, and I ran out of available space quickly after that started. I suppose the same thing is planned for my gmail account.

I find it disturbing that the WH appears to be the only addressee getting the fake emails from MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com, unlike the mln@wrongfuldeathoflarryneal account, which stalkers used to send emails to everyone. I believe most people who I really do email from my gmail account receive nothing. Furthermore, I was told by another friend this week that when she emailed me from her Yahoo account, her mail was returned as "undeliverable."

My phone number is posted all over the world, yet our phone only rang once today (September 11, 2014). Like prisoners must have someone on a visiting list to receive visits, the Neal family usually only receives calls from persons on our "frequently called numbers" list, saved on our phones. Our phone numbers are hidden when we call people, and sometimes another number shows on caller I.D. where our numbers should appear. This is probably done to prevent us from having regular employment, contacting lawyers, or receiving calls from groups that could help. I feel like people must have felt during the French Resistance.

This is a communication lockdown and mail fraud, unless the WH sends receipts to people who signed petitions that go to the WH. I sign numerous petitions for friends at Facebook. But if this is email fraud, it might be connected to "AIMI vs. USA," our planned legal action in International Court to (i) win restitution for Claimants who experienced long-term homelessness, brutal lunacy arrests, prison torture (including long-term solitary confinement), and wrongful deaths because of untreated mental illness; (ii) win restitution for persons who were victimized by untreated mentally ill people and drug/alcohol addicts, because this system ordinarily withholds treatment until the affected parties "prove to be a danger to self or others" before giving psychiatric treatment and addiction therapy; and (iii) request for the U.N. to make recommendations that will decriminalize mental illness and drug/alcohol addictions in the USA.

It is shameful for any society to use its most vulnerable citizens to generate prison profits, and I am persecuted for objecting to that. I also object to the wrongful deaths of mentally ill and homeless citizens, including my own disabled brother's. THAT is why I am targeted for a communication lockdown. Whereas I have asked the president to request the U.S. Attorney General to investigate Larry Neal's murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail while the USDOJ was in direct overview (after lawsuit by the USA), I recognize the lack of response as an answer, and I would certainly not continuously bother anyone who has the right to assassinate American citizens or have them "disappeared" without giving any cause or allowing any opportunity for defense.

It is shameful that this country committed genocide on indigenous people, warehoused Japanese Americans in concentration camps during WWII, discriminated against Jews for ages, enslaved Africans for hundreds of years, used CoIntelPro to suppress our fight for equality from the 30's to the 70's, used the U.S. Department of Health to experiment on African Americans with syphilis, and did other atrocious things to its citizens. However, I say what I have to say in articles and on Internet radio shows, as that is my right. I do not send continuous emails to the WH. To do such a thing in this present climate would be completely irrational, which I am not. If that is the intended assessment, I resent the implication and stigma on families of mentally ill Americans.

Larry Neal's mental illness was not genetic. He had mumps at age 8, before the MMR vaccines were available. The infection from the mumps went to his brain, and he was never rational after that. I have never had mumps. My mother, at age 91, is a completely rational woman 95 percent of the time. Like people one-third her age, she is sometimes disoriented upon first awakening. People who are related to mentally challenged Americans are not less rational than others, and I certainly know better than to irritate anyone with kingly powers. For the most part, I avoid mentioning the WH even in articles and on radio. At first I was hopeful like many Americans, but those days are long past.

My suppression always worsens during election periods, because neither Dems nor the GOP or Independents respond with appropriate action to open records requests regarding Larry Neal's murder in 2003 or pursue righteous prosecution of police and corrections officers who murder citizens, even when deaths are ruled homicides like the wrongful death of Daniel Linsinbigler, 19. He was murdered by suffocation in Clay County Jail in Florida in March 2013. Officials simply want Mary Neal to stop writing and speaking about such crimes against humanity. Prison owners and investors in government are very frightening people, giants among men (Gen. 6:4), but I must obey my Father (Proverbs 31:8-9).

I again request the WH to disregard any emails sent from MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com. If I ever need to communicate with the WH, I will use U.S. Mail, return receipt requested. I again request an investigation regarding violations against my First Amendment rights, including cyber crimes, and a thorough investigation of the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, which occurred in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003, and the coverup that continues.

Of course, we hope the White House and other officials listen to our broadcasts, but I did not send a copy of our NNIA program schedule or anything else to the WH today. I have heard that CoIntelPro fabricates crimes against people sometimes, and that is why I will send a FOIA request to see what is being sent to the WH and issue a formal denial that I am emailing that party. The mysterious receipt is below.

NSA Prevents Complaints to OIG of USDOJ?

U.S Department of Justice Inspector General, Michael E. Horowitz

The NSA, FBI, The Cochran Firm, Shelby County, TN officials, and/or other criminals apparently interrupted my communication to Michael E. Horowitz, in which I filed an official Complaint against the United States Department of Justice on August 18, 2013. Mr. Horowitz was confirmed as Inspector General for the Department of Justice (DOJ) by the U.S. Senate on March 29, 2012. He was sworn in as the fourth confirmed Inspector General on April 16, 2012.

As Inspector General, Mr. Horowitz oversees a nationwide workforce of approximately 450 special agents, auditors, inspectors, attorneys, and support staff whose mission is to detect and deter waste, fraud, abuse, and misconduct in DOJ programs and personnel, and to promote economy and efficiency in Department operations.

There is a cyberwar against Mary Neal to prevent the world from knowing that whereas America wages wars purportedly for human rights, some federal government employees (the USDOJ) uses the resources of this country to deny free speech and freedom of press rights to prevent widespread knowledge about the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, a mentally, physically disabled man who died under SECRET ARREST in Memphis Shelby County Jail while that facility was under direct overview of the USDOJ following lawsuit against the facility by the USA regarding its pattern of abusing the rights of inmates housed therein. I was told on August 19, when I filed the Complaint, that I could expect a response within 30 days. Today when I called the office of the Inspector General, I was told that the office did not receive my Complaint for which I received a confirmation of receipt via Internet on August 18 and that I am to FAX it to Mr. Horowitz at 202-616-9881. I spoke to operator no. 3.

Complainant completed the form to file a complaint with the Office of Inspector General on Sunday, August 18, 2013 against the USDOJ. Complainant alleges racial discrimination, health discrimination, age discrimination, terrorism, censorship, and denial of due process of law regarding wrongful death, kidnapping, harm to a disabled U.S. citizen, persecution for exercising U.S. Constitutional rights, persecution for filing lawsuits, persecution for planning lawsuits, etc., in violation of the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Code.

On August 1, 2003, Larry Neal, a lifelong mentally ill heart patient died after 18 days of secret incarceration in Memphis Shelby County Jail, Tennessee. The jail was under direct overview of the USDOJ. Shelby County officials, DOJ officials, and The Cochran Firm colluded to cover-up the inmate's murder. Neither the jail nor the USDOJ will release information about Larry Neal's death. Neither will the USDOJ or the jail release information and records regarding its overview of Memphis Shelby County Jail. Attempts to gain information through federal subpoena or Freedom of Information Act requests have been resulted in no release of documents or information relevant to the murder of inmate Larry Neal or the USDOJ's overview of Shelby County Jail during the time period of Larry Neal's arrest and murder there.

Complainant incurred retaliation after filing suit against The Cochran Firm for defrauding her and her family regarding the wrongful death of Larry Neal.

Complainant has endured retaliation for making inquiries about Larry Neal's murder and for advocating for other similarly situated Americans (incarcerated mentally ill people and other prisoners whose human rights are violated, victims of police brutality, victims of court corruption and lawyer fraud, inmates who died or face death in correctional facilities by brutality, including execution). Retaliation include following, takeover of phones and computers, cyber terror, illegal editing of online communication, prevention of incoming and outgoing electronic communication, U.S. Mail tampering, police harassment, denial of free speech and freedom of press rights.

Complainant has been denied recourse regarding the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, harassment, and denial of free speech and freedom of press rights, persecution for filing lawsuit against The Cochran Firm, and has been victimized by crimes in addition to electronic takeovers, including:

1. home burglary (wherein only records related to Neals v. The Cochran Firm and evidence to be used in lawsuit against the USDOJ, Shelby County Jail, The Cochran Firm, corrupt courts, certain Internet companies, etc., were stolen)

2. sexual assault on Hattie Neal, Complainant's mother, by a person who impersonated a home health nurse to gain entrance to Hattie Neal's bedroom

3. vandalism on Complainant's car

4. hit and run incident on Complainant's son's car

5. fraud and perjury allowed in Georgia Superior Court and United States District Court regarding The Cochran Firm's fraud against the Neals in the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal civil matter

6. Censorship throughout the Internet by/on Internet sites

7. denial of investigation, protection, and/or remedy by:
DeKalb County Police Department, USDOJ, FBI, Tennessee State Bar, U.S. Senators, U.S. District Court, Georgia Superior Court, U.S. Congresspersons, Tennessee Governor, Georgia Governor, Georgia Attorney General, DeKalb County District Attorney, U.S. Attorney General, U.S. President, FBI, Homeland Security, FCC, FTC, etc.

Complainant demands:
$300,000 in lost wages (Complainant was followed home from work each night by stalkers and denied police services. Complainant quit working in 2008. Complainant was denied Internet access to communicate with potential employers, denied access to income from Internet articles, etc.)
$4 million for secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal in a correctional facility under the direct overview of the USDOJ, whose death was covered-up by the USDOJ, Memphis Shelby County Jail, and The Cochran Firm
$10 million in damages for terrorism, denial of freedom of press, free speech, stalking, monitoring, CoIntelPro-like surveillance, etc., during the ten years since the kidnapping and murder of Larry Neal

Addendum added today when stalkers kept me from sending Detective Moore the picture of the navy blue vehicle that looks exactly like the one that the nurse impostor drove to my home to sexually assault Hattie Neal, age 90:

Regarding the cover-up of a mentally, physically disabled inmate's secret incarceration and secret murder in the custody of Memphis Shelby County, TN Jail, I wish to clarify the USDOJ's role in the cover-up. This is an addendum to a complaint filed by Mary Neal.

1. When police admitted that Larry Neal, who had been in their secret custody for 18 days had died, Shelby County Jail was under an Agreement with the USA to report all inmate deaths to the USDOJ.

2. The USDOJ claims that Shelby County Jail made no such report about Larry Neal, yet the DOJ refused to investigate the murder in the jail where it had oversight.

3. The USDOJ went on to conduct release hearings for the jail in 2006, wherein it allowed the officials over the Memphis Shelby Co. Jail to enter perjury and forgery in the court records, by omitting any information about Larry Neal's kidnapping and murder in that facility.

4. Since 2006, I have been subjected to computer and telephone interference, and my 90-yr-old mother was sexually assaulted by an impostor nurse who probably came to our home to insert a poison suppository up her rectum in April 2013.

5. My home was burglarized in August 2012, and nothing was stolen but two boxes of files - hardcopies of our evidence of fraud and collusion between the USDOJ, Shelby Co. Jail, and police in GA and others to cover-up Larry Neal's murder in the jail.

It is criminal to act as an accessory to a murder after the fact by preventing disclosure about a wrongful death and terrorize and censor survivors. It is wrong to knowingly allow and accept false testimony and records in a U.S. District Court to help hide inmate abuse. This is what the USDOJ is involved in doing - protecting rather than prosecuting criminals.

Mary Neal Pickets at Beverly Hall's Trial

The educators [in Atlanta] in are being prosecuted for FRAUD, a charge that Americans have been told cannot be applied to bankers, who are "too big to fall." The allegations against Beverly Hall and others do not rise to the level of FRAUD that bankers did that caused millions of home foreclosures and evictions and brought the nation to the brink of bankruptcy. The educators' fraud does not surpass what The Cochran Firm [and co-conspirators] did to the Neal family to prevent a lawsuit against Memphis Shelby County Jail after the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, a mentally, physically disabled man, and crimes continue against the Stone Mountain family to prevent disclosure. The Neals are subject to a reign of terror that is allowed by some of the same parties who now prosecute Hall and other educators. That is why Mary Neal plans to picket the trials. When Hattie Neal's doctor verified that the woman was an impostor and fraud, I called police at 2:58pm on April 4. On April 5, DeKalb County Police Department said the woman's fraud was NOT ILLEGAL.

Everyone who wants to help picket at trials for Beverly Hall and other Atlanta educators who are prosecuted for FRAUD while bankers and The Cochran Firm are excused from prosecution for the same offense, TRY to call me at 678.531.0262 (terrorists frequently take control of our phone and prevent our calls). Laws in America are used to prosecute blacks but not to help a family get accountability after the secret arrest and murder of a mentally ill heart patient whose death was covered up, and laws are not used to demand accountability for families victimized by housing fraud and predatory lending. Police said it is not illegal to gain entry into an elder's home and bedroom by pretending to be a health care provider who was sent by her home health company, conduct medical tests on the elder, and force the elder to expose her naked buttocks to the impostor. We complained to Senator Saxby Chambliss and Rep. Hank Johnson, and will file a complaint with Internal Affairs. If lawmakers and police oversight agree that it is not illegal to impersonate a medical health care provider to abuse elders, we will propose that such a law is introduced without hesitation. The U.S. Justice Dept Is Criminal

MARY NEAL WILL BE FEATURED IN "LAWLESS AMERICA MOVIE." While most "Lawless America" testimonies about government corruption go no further than their local courthouses, my family is victimized by the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) in an elaborate cover-up of a mentally, physically disabled man's death. Larry Neal died after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County, Tennessee Jail. The USDOJ was in overview of the jail after lawsuit by the USA for inmate abuse. Instead of doing its job to investigate the murder and bring justice, USDOJ officials, Shelby County Government officials, and The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm worked out an elaborate cover-up that has continued for nine years through two presidential administrations.

Federal officials allowed Shelby County Government to enter testimony and reports into federal records that omitted Larry Neal's arrest, knowing that the mentally ill heart patient had indeed been secretly arrested and died in custody. They colluded to defraud the Government, which is a felony. Rather than to arrest and prosecute officials who participated in the cover-up, the system employed a program of gangstalking and censorship against Larry's family to prevent public disclosure. The injustice system that imprisons and executes people at astronomical levels in the USA is itself criminal and covers its crimes through censorship, intimidation, false arrests and murders. It is racist and class conscious and thoroughly hypocritical. Like every criminal, its main objective is to avoid disclosure and punishment.

The Cochran Firm's role in the cover-up was to contract with Larry's family, then withhold any legal work while the Tennessee statute of limitations passed. When the Neals discovered The Cochran Firm's fraud and sued, the CoIntelPro lawyers were allowed to plead "not guilty by reason of nonexistence" and prevail based on that obvious perjury. After being denied justice, this writer discovered that Johnnie Cochran's name is being used to lure many unsuspecting blacks to that law firm which actually fired or forced out Cochran's attorneys immediately after his death. Certain clients are defrauded in cases of catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths that occurred under the color of law or because of corporate wrongdoing, while media companies, human and civil rights organizations, state bars, politicians, and legal referral services know about The Cochran Firm's real purpose but enable the frauds against black legal consumers by keeping the news about Larry Neal's murder cover-up and numerous lawsuits against The Cochran Firm by its former clients and lawyers out of mainstream news. Africans in America are the most hated and feared people on the planet. The Cochran Firm's purpose is to give the semblance of justice while actually working to prevent it.

Asking "What happened to Larry Neal" made me the most censored person in the country - probably in the entire world. I have a team of cyber stalkers who go online with me whenever I do, day or night, to disrupt my freedom of press rights and keep Larry's government lynching covered-up - at least until after election day 2012. It is an intense tale about criminals in government that expanded on August 11, 2012, when my home was burglarized and original court files and evidence were stolen that regard Neals v. The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm. This is strong evidence that we truly live in Lawless America. I do not know if saboteurs changed the number in the email that William Windsor, the movie producer, sent to me, or if they accomplished this another way. The War on Terror detainees are/were not the only prisoners secretly detained with some being killed. African Americans Request Dog Justice

Abuse a dog and go to prison for years.

Kill a black man and get paid leave in America.

I just listened to the tape of the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Radio Show for February 19, 2012 at this link http://goo.gl/a270a . Stalkers did not superimpose as much static over my voice as they did last week, but they turned down the volume when I said the title to my censored poem "DOG JUSTICE." That poem is too much truth for oppressors! Black men who are killed by police don't matter, but dogs' deaths do in America. Therefore, I am adding the poem "DOG JUSTICE" to every one of my articles, beginning with "Mary Neal on the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Show." I was so impressed with the zeal to enforce justice for pit bulls at Michael Vick's ranch that I penned this poem, wishing that certain people counted as much as dogs in America with their right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness protected like canine citizens. Laws are used to prosecute African Americans by the hundreds of thousands each year, but laws are seldom used to protect us:

DOG JUSTICE

Too bad you weren't a dog, my brother

In my heart, I cried

Many more people would care about you

And wonder why you died

You had no spots or floppy ears

You never fetched a ball

Instead, you were a human being

But poor, black, and flawed

You died in jail for mental illness

I know down in my heart

Your death would be investigated

If only you could bark

Dog deaths get swift justice

Their abusers are sent to jail

Poor Mama would have closure now

If you'd had a wagging tail

The mentally ill and American dogs
