The Athens-Clarke NAACP shocked many Athens residents. When the NAACP endorsed the downtown Athens Walmart in direct contradiction to the people and back a leading organization, who is pushing for voter ID laws.

The NAACP IS BACKING A STORE THAT WILL DO HORRIBLE THINGS TO OUR COMMUNITY. We feel the NAACP is our #1 enemy and the major problem in our community.

The NAACP treats their members worse than the slave master in Mississippi the slave master denied civil and human right to all slaves.

Thank you, Rev. Pinkney, for standing with the People and exposing sellouts in our communities. The NAACP refuses to assist thousands of blacks in America against systemic racism. The organization refused to assist my family after the jail lynching of Larry Neal, a mentally, physically disabled black man, and numerous members of the famous organization actually helped to cover up his death in Memphis Shelby County Jail. NAACP President, Benjamin Justice, nearly pushed me to the ground on September 17, 2011, at the "Save Troy Davis" rally in downtown Atlanta when I tried to hand Troy Davis's sister, Kim, a flyer saying people who wanted to save Troy Davis should boycott for justice. It seems very inappropriate that Ben Jealous should be walking arm-in-arm with one traumatized sister who was about to lose her beloved brother while shoving another grieving sister to her knees. As director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill, I advocate for mandated mental health treatment for persons exiting jails and mental hospitals and subsistence assistance through AOT programs. I recommend that mentally ill persons start or continue psychiatric treatment to avoid crises. Many people oppose psychiatric medications to their own harm. However, there are abuses. I am very grateful to PressTV for exposing crimes against humanity in America. In order to cover-up the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, my family lives under constant surveillance, and I endure censorship, cyberstalking, and terrorism to prevent disclosure about Larry's murder and frequent abuse and murders of other acute mental patients. Although it does not happen as often for white people as for blacks, white mentally ill persons are also brutalized and killed in America, like Kelly Thomas and Tim Souders were (Google their names to see films showing their murders by police). The difference is that when police kill white mentally ill people, their families are not subjected to the an elaborate government cover-up involving attorney fraud and gangstalking to prevent disclosure, which is the modern equivalent of cross-burning to silence opposition to lynchings.

The Neal family is hopeful that terrorism and censorship to prevent disclosure about Larry Neal's murder will end with the release of PressTV's documentary on racism and the release of "Lawless America - The Movie" and my book "Cochran Firm Fraud."

Since being interviewed by PressTV, my home was burglarized in August 2012, and the only things stolen were boxes of original court records from our two lawsuits against The Cochran Firm, CoIntelPro attorneys who were apparently instructed to keep Larry's wrongful death case against Memphis Shelby County Jail from going to court. This was done by contracting with my aged mother to represent the Neals in a wrongful death civil action but withholding any legal work on the case while the Tennessee statute of limitations ran. They used U.S. Mail fraud to keep us apprised of legal work that was not actually happening. Meanwhile, the U.S. Department of Justice allowed the jail to file fraudulent documents and testimony in federal court that simply omitted Larry Neal's death, which happened after 18 days of secret arrest. All parties refuse to release information regarding the circumstances of Larry's death. Dog murders are treated as crimes, while the police kidnapping and murder of a black man in America is not. Contrarily, the victim's family is treated like criminals for asking for justice.

My own testimony on "Lawless America - The Movie" involves the murder of my disabled brother, Larry Neal, who died under secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail and whose wrongful death civil action was prevented by corrupt lawyers at the Johnnie Cochran Firm. The unethical lawyers signed contract to represent my family against the jail, then proceeded to hold the case inactive on its shelves while the Tennessee statute of limitations passed in order to facilitate a murder cover-up that benefited Shelby County Jail and the United States Department of Justice. I later discovered that The Cochran Firm is a huge fraud against minority people to give the semblance of justice while actually working against its own clients to protect government interests and certain large corporations from their lawsuits. The corrupt justice system pays The Cochran Firm back for the times it "threw the fight" by dismissing the lawsuits that defrauded people of color file against the CoIntelPro lawyers once they know what was done to them.

Sometimes there are acceptable reasons for plaintiffs not to prevail in court or even have their cases heard by a court. Other times, people face "kangaroo courts." For instance, fraud lawsuits against The Cochran Firm usually get dismissed by judges in order to keep the cases from going to jury, regardless of the merits of the cases. Furthermore, the media refuses to report the lawsuits like they report lawsuits against other famous companies and persons, like Bishop Eddie Long. You usually only read about defrauded black people's attempts for justice against these CoIntelPro lawyers in legal journals. I keep record of the lawsuits filed against The Cochran Firm by its former clients and former attorneys in preparation for a RICO Act (racketeering) action against The Cochran Firm and other officers of corrupt courts. The latest plaintiff in a fraud lawsuit against The Cochran Firm is a D.C. law firm that the frauds partnered with to represent the son of Emil Mann in a wrongful death action. He was a member of the Ramapough Mountain Indians who was shot and killed by New Jersey Park Police Officer Chad Walder in April 2006 in Mahwah, N.J. The second link, which should open the story about The Cochran Firm being sued for another fraud, would not open. It led to a fake page saying that the article is not in FreeSpeakBlog.

According to a copy of a draft executive order on cybersecurity obtained by the Associated Press (AP), President Obama will soon order “U.S. spy agencies to share the latest intelligence about cyberthreats with companies operating electric grids, water plants, railroads and other vital industries to help protect them from electronic attacks.”

For some time, government officials have insisted that Iran is planning a cyberattack on the electronic communications infrastructure of the United States. The AP reports that Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said that the U.S. armed forces are “ready to retaliate” should Iran — or any other country — attempt an attack on U.S. cybersecurity.

Promises of the White House’s imminent issuing of the edict have been coming for months. Taking over the Internet may be one way to make sure there are no October Surprises like the world was promised by Donald Trump to be released. When Trump issued the announcement that he had a surprise for release on October 24 that would shake the election, I wondered if he was hoping for a deal. Today I wonder if we got the real information Trump threatened to release. Trump's October Surprise was allegedly an announcement that Trump would give $5m to the charity of Obama's choice if Obama will release his college transcripts and applications as well as his passport records. That is interesting, but hardly the upset one would expect. People all over the world already know these documents are on lockdown. Human and civil rights advocates must all hurry to download information that might be destroyed, or put videos of police brutality and other data the government might want destroyed in a secure cloud. Google had to face congressional hearings and was sued by numerous parties on false antitrust allegations around the time that Google refused to remove certain police brutality videos from YouTube in 2011.
