I am a writer and prisoner activist, publishing to end capital punishment and prisoner torture, decriminalize mental illness, and eliminate class and race consciousness in the U.S. justice system. This effort is met with censorship, intimidation, home burglary, and assaults on my 90-year-old mother. It is the job of the USDOJ to ensure that Americans actually have free speech and freedom of press, but my requests for assistance are ignored or actually retaliated against. According to a copy of a draft executive order on cybersecurity obtained by the Associated Press (AP), President Obama will soon order “U.S. spy agencies to share the latest intelligence about cyberthreats with companies operating electric grids, water plants, railroads and other vital industries to help protect them from electronic attacks.”

For some time, government officials have insisted that Iran is planning a cyberattack on the electronic communications infrastructure of the United States. The AP reports that Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said that the U.S. armed forces are “ready to retaliate” should Iran — or any other country — attempt an attack on U.S. cybersecurity.

Promises of the White House’s imminent issuing of the edict have been coming for months. The AP reports that regardless of the latest leak, “the White House declined to say when the president will sign the order." On September 19, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said the executive order granting the president sweeping power over the Internet is “close to completion.” (Use the link above for the entire article.)

Taking over the Internet may be one way to make sure there are no October Surprises like the world was promised by Donald Trump to be released. When Trump issued the announcement that he had a surprise for release on October 24 that would shake the election, I wondered if he was hoping for a deal. Today I wonder if we got the real information Trump threatened to release. Trump's October Surprise was allegedly an announcement that Trump would give $5m to the charity of Obama's choice if Obama will release his college transcripts and applications as well as his passport records. That is interesting, but hardly the upset one would expect. People all over the world already know these documents are on lockdown. Human and civil rights advocates must all hurry to download information that might be destroyed, or put videos of police brutality and other data the government might want destroyed in a secure cloud. Google had to face congressional hearings and was sued by numerous parties on false antitrust allegations around the time that Google refused to remove certain police brutality videos from YouTube in 2011. Mary Neal's YouTube Comments Blocked

I wrote a YouTube comment to Geneva, mother of Christopher Lee Ratcliff, who she says was killed in police custody but his death was ruled a suicide. At least Geneva is not censored and prohibited from discussing her son’s death like the Neal family is. I was prohibited from commenting at YouTube at the site of a video about Christopher’s death. The response was to try again. When I did, page 3 shows that the option was changed from "can view" to "can edit," including the copy to the USDOJ. The law firm works behind its own clients’ backs to enable police departments and major corporations to dodge accountability when blacks die. In fact, my home was burglarized on August 11, and the only things stolen were two boxes of court documents and evidence related to Neals v. The U.S. Department of Justice, The Cochran Firm, et al. for collusion to deny civil rights, racism, and terrorism.

Months ago, I alerted GodTube about their "second" FB page at Twitter and at this link: "Cyberwar Against Christianity and Freedom" at http://justicegagged.blogspot.com/2012/05/cyberwar-against-christianity-and.html - HOW MANY human and civil rights groups and religious organizations have a second FB page that the owners of the accounts do not know that people are being directed to when they try to access their FB pages? Is that why my AIMI page is not accessible without the number extension - because FB has several decoy pages represented as being Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill? I must say, for a woman who was declared to be "immaterial" by United States District Court, Norther District of Georgia, someone gives this immaterial black woman from Georgia quite a lot of thought. I cannot tell if Allen is pursuing DNA tests from the information at his petition. The petition sponsor points the public to a Facebook page that supposedly carries twelve pages of information, but the Facebook page seems to be unavailable. I am against capital punishment in any event, so I signed the petition and relay to you in this article the cyberstalking I experienced.

Paragraph 1 of 3 --- As I reported to you on June 11, 2012, when I tried to sign the petition for condemned man Billie Allen, I reached a lying page at Change.org saying "Change.org is Down for Maintenance." See attached print screen shot. Today I was allowed to sign Billie Allen's petition, but Change.org put a message saying "You have reached your sharing limit today," and I have not shared any petitions with friends today. Change.org is a fraud or it has very poor security. See the second attached print screen shot for proof. Billie Allen's petition is cyberstalked. I sent a copy of the email to many justice advocates, including the Innocence Project. Hopefully, they will receive the emails. My advocacy for human rights for prisoners made me America's most censored person.

Paragraph 2 of 3 --- I had trouble with that petition site before. Please post Billie Allen's petition with another service, not Change.org or Care2. See what happened to my Change.org petition regarding a new investigation into MacPhail's death to exonerate Troy Davis post mortem, called "Davis MacPhail Truth Committee Petition" http://dmtruth.blogspot.com/2012/04/davis-macphail-truth-committee-petition.html - I posted the petition for Officer MacPhail's death to be investigated again by the Georgia Bureau of Investigations and the United States Department of Justice, because the police investigation that led to Troy Davis's conviction and execution was faulty. I posted the petition at Change.org on November 13, 2011, but it was dated at Change.org as September 21, 2011. That meant most people reasonably believed it to be a petition to save Troy Davis, which it was already too late to do in November when my petition went online. They did not know this was a petition to investigate MacPhail's murder and possibly issue Troy Davis a post mortem exoneration, because Change.org dated it wrong.

Paragraph 3 of 3 --- The sabotaged petition for Billie Allen made three strikes on Change.org petitions regarding condemned people:1) Troy Davis petition was mis-dated, I was denied the option to post a photo or video; 2) Billie Allen's petition led to "Change.org is Down for Maintenance" on June 11, 2012; and 3) Billie Allen's petition had a message that I could not share with friends because I had reached a sharing limit (which must be zero, since I shared no petitions today). Therefore, I suggest that prisoner activists, especially for condemned persons, find a more honest petition site or one with better security, whichever the case may be. (There should be three(3) numbered paragraphs, two(2) links, and two(2) photos in this article. Cyberstalkers did something to the links. They should be blue, but on my view they are gray. They are hired to help prison investors and executioners keep their crimes under cover and continue to victimize people with wrongful convictions and executions.) Blessings!
