Internet radio makes it possible for anyone to broadcast their own radio programs at any time from almost anywhere at a low price or for free. Mass communication is accessible for ordinary people through the Internet, but that is a major concern for those who wish to suppress free speech and freedom of press. I operate two radio channels at Blogtalkradio. They are not both owned by Mary Neal. They do not have the same passwords and account names. However, Blogtalkradio has apparently mixed up the programming for them. I consider this to be deliberate cyber stalking and censorship. Consider the following facts:

I just scheduled a program at NNIA1 station at Blogtalkradio for tomorrow night - MaryLovesJustice Prayer Meeting. I placed a link for the show at Google+. See it below. I copied the link directly from the show's url across the top of the screen:

I was NOT allowed to schedule our "Johnny Strozier Keeping It Real" show tonight at "Human Rights Demand" channel. Instead, I reached a lying message saying that I had already used the time allowed at that channel for today. Click the screenshot below to enlarge it and view the lie in yellow.

I sent a help message to Blogtalkradio then signed in again at the "Human Rights Demand" channel and elected to see the episode page. Strangely, the program that we broadcast today at NNIA1 appeared on top. It was called "Solitary Confinement and Wrongful Deaths Under the Color of Law." In fact, all of the shows listed were NNIA1 shows, not "Human Rights Demand" shows. Yet, you can tell that I am signed in as "Human Rights Demand" by looking at the icon for human rights at the right on the black line near the top of the screenshot below. If I were signed in as NNIA1, that icon would be a photo of Rev. Floyd Harris, Jr. leading a demonstration (click to enlarge). 

No Blogtalkradio host should be able to access another host's episode page after logging in to his/her own account. If I sign in as "Human Rights Demand," as you can see above, I should NOT be allowed to look at the episode page for "Justice for All" at "NNIA1." This is a security crisis if any host at Blogtalkradio can access other hosts' episode pages, studio pages, and account data after they sign in at Blogtalkradio using their own personal account information.

This proves that Blogtalkradio is censoring MaryLovesJustice radio shows, each of which I pay to broadcast. That is FRAUD and THEFT. Blogtalkradio has PREVENTED the "Johnny Strozier Keeping It Real" broadcast tonight. Johnny Strozier is a man who spent 46 years behind bars in Georgia prisons. He has a large following of prisoner activists and churches who meet with him at Human Rights Demand channel on Saturday nights and discuss how they can help prevent recidivism. They discuss opportunities for released prisoners to find work, housing, clothing, and other subsistence assistance. They offer spiritual advice for staying out of trouble in the future. Blogtalkradio may be prison investors like Microsoft is. Blogtalkradio seems not to want reentry for prisoners to be successful. Blogtalkradio must not like to see how Johnny Strozier is uniting people in the community to come together and build a coalition to help released inmates. 

It is my opinion that if Blogtalkradio did not actually sabotage my radio programming for tonight, the management of that Internet company is at least guilty of allowing my security to be breached by the government or other stalkers who want to undermine our advocacy to lower America's recidivism rate, which is presently 67.5 percent. Prison investors fear reduced recidivism rates, because that means a reduced value for their stock portfolios. 

I was switched to the "create" page and the "episode page" for NNIA1 every time I signed in at Blogtalkradio as "Human Rights Demand" tonight. Since we already broadcast today at NNIA1, I was NOT allowed to create a radio show for the "Johnny Strozier Keeping It Real" program. That is censorship, and I will SUE BLOGTALKRADIO for doing it.

Google has millions of clients. Suppose clients could access other people's Google accounts merely by signing in at Google+ using their own sign-in data. Suppose when you enter your user name and password at your bank you were able to open other people's bank accounts online. That is absolutely ludicrous. BlogTalkRadio has revealed itself, and I thank them. I need the money.

The block of data on the left proves that the account I actually accessed was "Justice for All" at NNIA1. I was NOT allowed to reach "Human Rights Demand" channel to schedule Johnny Strozier's show to reduce recidivism. Blogtalkradio obviously does NOT want recidivism reduced. Perhaps Blogtalkradio is a prison investor like the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is/was. I had PLENTY of trouble using Windows before buying a Google Chromebook. Perhaps that is why other prisoner activists have trouble communicating on Windows, also. Could Robert E. Lee be trusted to carry messages to help Ulysses S. Grant free the #slaves ?

Owners of Internet companies should choose which business to do: prison profiteering or Internet services. Most Internet companies that try to do both cannot seem to resist censoring their own clients who use Internet services to eliminate mass incarceration. Prison investors in government should be forced to divest or resign so they won't be tempted to use the nation's surveillance equipment and NSA personnel to circumvent efforts by Americans who advocate for prison reform, greater police accountability, and ending discrimination against America's mentally ill people from whom treatment is withheld so they will have crises that result in greater prison profits for them. From the censorship we encountered scheduling the "Johnny Strozier Keeping It Real" reentry show, prison investors also want to keep America's recidivism rate high. It is presently 67.5 percent.

Thanks for your interest in how news about America's mass incarceration and 21st century slavery is censored. Justice is gagged. On previous articles, I entered information in this space that revealed how to remove agents' codes from links if readers are prevented from reaching the targeted data. I discovered last week that NSA, FBI, CIA or other stalkers have now devised a way to redirect links without using codes that show up when the link is copied and dropped into a Word document or message field of an email. Therefore, perform a Google search for the name of the document if a link is inactive. The next "Justice Gagged" article is one you should not miss. Thank you.

MaryLovesJustice Prayer Meeting Censored

BlogTalkRadio, I had to refresh the playback page ten times to hear this MaryLovesJustice Prayer Meeting tape recorded August 31. Is that because you gave me a completely blank board to use and I discussed the violation against my free speech rights and right to practice my religion? I had another completely blank board when we used Blogtalkradio to record the "AIMI vs. USA" Claimants Conference on September 6 on Human Rights Demand channel, also. I could not see my own phone number or any of the callers' numbers. I could not see my audio files, our chat room, or anything else in the studio. Americans have a Constitutional right to peaceful assembly. Peaceful assembly for religious purposes is protected in the First Amendment. Please read it. And it is customary to censor what stalkers censored, but I gather proof as it happens. Since we are going to International Court, I am sure you understand why.

Is this tape censored because it was taped right before Labor Day, and I warned union ‪#‎workers‬ that prison investors are transferring former union jobs to prisons? Are Americans intended not to know that their jobs transferred behind bars along with 2.3 million people, over half of whom were nonviolent offenders? Are you against workers' rights, Blogtalkradio? Were you instructed to prohibit Mary Neal from discussing "AIMI vs. USA" in public? We you instructed to censor this recording because I revealed the murder of Mr. Gregory in Memphis Shelby County Jail? He was beaten to death by another mentally ill person when guards released two mentally ill inmates and commanded them to engage in a human dog fight. Are you supposed to keep the world from hearing about the torture and murders that happen to sick, black people imprisoned in America? Why are murders at Memphis Shelby County Jail protected by Internet companies in Silicon Valley? Did the USDOJ make some arrangement with that facility?

According to the indictment for former Vice President Chaney and former Attorney General Antonio Gonzales, they accepted payoffs from correctional facilities in Wallacy County, Texas for withholding federal investigations of brutality and murders in that county. Did that also happen regarding Larry Neal's murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail? Is that why this particular tape is censored? Is that why the USA and Shelby County Jail refuse to disclose the method of Larry Neal's murder for eleven years and counting? Do corrupt government officials rely on censorship by Internet companies to hide their corruption? Be aware that the law provides that people who help cover up murders are accessories after the fact. Is Blogtalkradio an accessory after the fact for Mr. Gregory's and Larry Neal's murders in Shelby County Jail in Memphis?

Of course, we the People recognize that America is lawless. Laws are meant to hold the common man accountable, not high government officials or rich Internet executives. But I try, anyway. I take such high and mighty people before the court of public opinion here and in foreign countries. One never knows when another country might admonish America to STOP VIOLATING THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF AMERICANS, even black people.

Christianity is censored in the United States of America, especially in the Prison Industrial Complex. In fact, all religions may be persecuted in prisons and jails. I was contacted by a Muslim woman who said she experienced extreme disrespect when she visited her husband at a prison wearing her Qur'an (head covering) and khimÄ r. In fact, her husband lost his visiting privileges. Daniel Linsinbigler, 19, was murdered by suffocation (death ruled homicide) in Clay County Jail in Florida in March 2013 after guards teased him about being a Christian. Apparently, prison owners and investors are satanists who want all Americans to either be atheists or serve their god, Satan. Shannon Nyamodi's Mother Elizabeth Crudup Beaten, Arrested

Shannon Nyamodi's mother, Elizabeth Crudup, stands in the prison industrial complex's way of gobbling up her son on false criminal charges. She continually goes on radio talk shows, attends political meetings, and speaks to citizen journalists (mainstream news is not interested) about Shannon's innocence and the torture her teenager suffers in solitary confinement in Franklin County, North Carolina to force a plea deal that his devious attorney, Maitri (MIke) Klinkosum, and the prosecutor apparently agreed will resolve Shannon's case. Therefore, on Friday, March 14, Elizabeth Crudup was removed from her car by three Dunn, North Carolina police officers on the private lot of Holiday Inn, where she and a friend had driven for a meeting, and Crudup was severely beaten and arrested. As the police officer beat her, Crudup reports that he said, "So you think you're an attorney, huh?" Click the photograph below for a larger version:

The system of indentured servitude and slavery was never been abolished in the United States. The prison industrial complex is sovereign. It is protected by the government as one of America's leading industries. The nation's citizens are its most valuable possessions. They must serve the country as taxpayers, military troops, or as prisoners. Inmates are human commodities who keep the prison industry viable. Their prison sentences and the products they produce as slaves are used as collateral for loans and are traded on Wall Street.

Working class and poor Americans are considered to be in a slave pool, especially African Americans. Whenever the prison industrial complex desires new slaves, it sends out its fishermen to draw in fresh citizens, whether or not they have committed crimes. Prisoners in U.S. correctional facilities are treated brutally, tortured and murdered. There is little to no legal recourse for victims and their families. People who object to prisoner abuse and murders are subject to censorship, intimidation, police beatings and murder. Americans are not allowed to expose and oppose systemic racism, class consciousness, and brutality to handicapped citizens while the U.S. is on the world stage as a proponent of human rights.

We the People are falsely presented to the world as being "free" people. History books and mainstream media tend to ignore and omit evidence to the contrary, and government goons in NSA and police departments silence dissenters through censorship and intimidation, arrests and malicious prosecution, or murder.

On August 16, 2012, the prison industrial complex and judicial system it uses to draw in a fresh catch opened its wide mouth and swallowed the son of Elizabeth Crudup, Shannon Nyamodi. Elizabeth Crudup responded like most Americans do, thinking that release for her teenage son would depend on proving his innocence. This belief is the result of a lifetime of indoctrination through watching television programs like "Perry Mason," "Columbo," "Cops," and many others. Over half of America's movies and television programs have to do with crime and punishment that support the misinformation that innocence and guilt matter. Newspapers and mainstream news programs further "prove" the lie.

Americans read and watch news about the court process and assume that they, too, have the right to a fair, public trial by jury while represented by competent defense counsel. The truth is very different. The Sixth Amendment was virtually set aside for most U.S. prisoners. They were forced to accept plea deals that bypass trials on the criminal charges that rendered them prison slaves. Outlandish bonds are set to ensure that people who are "innocent until proved guilty in courts of law" remain behind bars until a mythical trial date that never arrives. Therefore, prosecutors levy whatever charges they desire on American citizens, knowing they will not be required to defend the charges in public trials.

Rather than gather evidence as portrayed on television crime shows, prosecutors continually threaten to triple accused people's sentences if they exercise their right to trials. Jailers ensure that inmates awaiting trials fully understand how torturous their incarceration will be. Defense attorneys often join in the intimidation. Months and sometimes years pass before imprisoned defendants are given a trial date. That time is spent enforcing a plea bargain. Broken prisoners are made to sign false confessions that eliminate the necessity of proving the allegations in trials. The prison industrial complex gobbles up the self-admitted criminals, burps, and picks its teeth.

The prosecutor puts more notches on his belt, reviews his prison investment portfolio, and ascends to a judge's seat. Wrongfully convicted prisoners, their families, and supporters still don't realize what happened. They continually publish websites and gather evidence to prove the inmates are actually innocent - as though anyone in the injustice system cares. The U.S. Supreme Court has never found that courts must consider post-conviction evidence of actual innocence, and they very seldom do. Occasionally, an actually innocent American is released from prison after much effort that takes years and often decades, but that only fuels the lie that innocence matters. Between five thousand and ten thousands wrongful convictions occur in the United States annually, but media focuses on the handful of wrongfully convicted people whose sentences are overturned.

Shannon Nyamodi is still alive, but he is traumatized. According to data released by researchers, his brain has been changed physiologically by solitary confinement torture, but he has made no false confessions. While this black youth yet breathes, while his mother and chief advocate is still living, it is time now for the community to rise up and STAND for justice. Demand justice for Shannon Nyamodi and for every American. Stand for the Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments to be actually enforced in the United States and not merely used to impress foreign countries about rights that working class and indigent Americans do not really have.

When I filmed COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD 1 I did not expect to be a human rights advocate for long - just until our lawsuit against The Cochran Firm successfully concluded. However, Georgia Superior Court Judge Wendy Shoob dismissed our lawsuit against The Cochran Firm, saying there is no Cochran Firm office in the State of Georgia where we served suit (can you believe that?). Second, Judge Timothy Batten ruled in federal court that The Cochran Firm defrauding the Neal family to help Memphis/Shelby County Jail and The Justice Dept cover-up Larry Neal's three weeks of secret arrest and murder was 'immaterial.' Therefore, a wrongful death case that should have been settled when The Cochran Firm represented us did not. Lawyers worked for the jail behind our backs and withheld any legal work. The lawyer fraud and malpractice case that should have been settled when we sued The Cochran Firm received no justice. Since then, I became a voice for the mentally ill and all prisoners in the United States."
