I wonder if police killed my mentally disabled brother Larry Neal that way. Shelby County Jail in Tennessee and the Department of Justice refuse to give my family any records or explanation about the circumstances of Larry's death. Black people who lack wealth or friends with clout do not always get the courtesy of an explanation in the United States. My stalkers did not let the tweet go to my Twitter lists. LeVert begged and begged, "Please, please, no! No! No!" but police paid no attention to his agony. Black people are not quite human to many whites or their black plantation overseers. I called DeKalb County, Georgia Police Department on Sunday, August 19, to report that my home was burglarized and that my court records and evidence related to my two lawsuits against The Cochran Firm were stolen. I reported on Twitter (where I am koffietime) and in my FreeSpeakBlog how hurt and outraged I was that the responding officer REFUSED to take my burglary report (but he may have been a police impersonator!). My family never got to present our evidence of The Cochran Firm fraud to any jury, because Georgia judges dismissed our lawsuits on the basis of perjury by the law firm. I published plans to sue the USDOJ and Cochran Firm and other parties who suppress records and deny my family's right to due process of law in order to cover-up Larry Neal's murder while under secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. Nervous about the abundant proof they recognized I had and still have about this lynching cover-up, my home was recently burglarized, and only two boxes of our Neals v. Cochran Firm court records and documentary evidence were stolen, plus a crystal vase. I was surprised and disappointed when Officer Davidson, who responded to my call, came to my home Sunday but REFUSED to take a police report on the burglary. It was even worse to talk to so many officials Monday, none of whom agreed to give my family a police report, including the U.S. Attorney's Office, the Georgia Bureau of Investigations, the Tucker Police office, and Officer Benjamin at Internal Affairs. Now I wonder if I really talked to any of those offices! I called Tucker police precinct again today, because the lieutenant did not call me back yesterday like he promised.

The woman I spoke with today expressed doubt that I had actually talked to a lieutenant there at all yesterday. She said the Tucker precinct does not usually have superior officers there until night. She promised to have an officer call me.
A DeKalb County officer just called me, as promised, and said there is no report of any officer having responded to my burglary call on Sunday, but she confirmed that the record does show I placed the call. I thought it was strange that the policeman who responded Sunday did not appear to be wearing a gun. His name tag said "Davidson" if I remember correctly, but the Tucker precinct says it has no officer by that name. He was driving a DeKalb County Police car. The Tucker precinct also reports that they have no record of my calls and conversations with police supervisors there that occurred yesterday when I called to complain about Davidson denying me a police report on the burglary. (The people I talked with in the Tucker precinct on Monday knew Officer Davidson, but they may have been stalkers and not the actual police precinct at all. The woman who took my call said to someone, "Hey, Officer Davidson went to this lady's house and refused to give her a police report!" Then she supposedly had a lieutenant call me back and get more details.) If Davidson was a fake, that means my home was burglarized and then defrauded by someone impersonating a police officer responding to my crime report. Maybe that was staged to prevent us from reporting the crime to real police officers. On the other hand, if Officer Davidson was not at my home Sunday in service to DeKalb County Police, then what happened to the police officer who should have responded to my call? The Cochran Firm fraud is a drama no one should have to endure. That is why I ask people to pray for Chavis Carter's family. He is the young man who Jonesboro, Arkansas police say committed suicide while handcuffed and double-locked inside a police car recently. Regular families like ours are not trained in espionage. I can only call authorities when crimes happen and hope that some of them care about justice.
I called the same number today as I did yesterday to reach the Tucker precinct. If the officer tonight was telling the truth, then yesterday I reached imposters by dialing the number that worked today to reached the real police. I know that can happen. Stalkers sometimes redirect my family's phone calls and pretend to be the parties we try to call. In addition, saboteurs sometimes lie to people who call our number and say our phone is out of service, circuits are busy, or they take a voice mail message that we never actually receive. They do this to prevent us from applying for jobs or speaking with attorneys and human/civil rights organizations about our essential kidnapping. I am usually followed wherever I go, and my computer and phone are under stalkers' control. (Google "SIX VIDEOS PROVE MARY NEAL'S CENSORSHIP). Cyberstalkers have completely taken over my online human rights advocacy group, Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill. Saboteurs deny my posts in that Care2 group religiously and will not let me update the billboard. In 2010, a computer technician named Michael Moon intercepted my phone call to an authorized computer repair company in order to gain entrance to our house and destroy my computers (Google "HOME INVASION," by Mary Neal). He extorted us of $80 for the "repair," but he actually placed my computers on his own network. He had me write the check to "AHS," which could have been initials for "Attorney Hezekiah Sistrunk," the managing partner of The Cochran Firm's Atlanta law office (that law office that claims not to be a Cochran Firm office when defrauded clients sue in court).
I wonder now if the two police officers and mental health worker who came to my home in June 2010 were frauds like Officer Davidson may have been. They said they came to warn me to never try again to see DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis to complain that police refuse to investigate crimes against me that I report. I had been to the Cresant Road central police office to file reports about the stalker who admitted following me because it "paid well" and to give police the IP addresses my computer security system captured that belong to stalkers who break into my computers continuously. Stalkers regularly steal documents from my hard drive, edit and delete my Internet input, and control my browsing. No detectives followed up on my police reports.

When I called, DeKalb County Police Detective Miller said those are not crimes, although numerous people are jailed today for cyberstalking and in-person stalking. I was denied an investigation of every crime I reported. I expected the police to trace the young man who admitted stalking me by the car tag I gave them and question him, at the very least. I hoped we would finally be able to trace my censorship and cyberterror and gangstalking to its source. However, police did not respond to the reports. Therefore, I emailed the county's CEO, but received no response. I then went to DeKalb County Government's office in Decatur to request an appointment in person, and two police officers came to my house the following day. I was so glad to see them on my porch; I thought Burrell Ellis had sent them to help me, but my hopes were dashed when they said I must never again try to tell authorities that police ignore my crime reports. The female officer said it would be best for me to never go back to DeKalb County Government's office again. Were those officers moonlighting for The Cochran Firm without DeKalb County Police Department knowing about their visit and threat (a black man and black woman and a white man who was supposedly from Mental Health)? Were they even real police officers? (Google "CRAZY IDEA: JUSTICE IN AMERICA" for the whole story).
It is intimidating when police officers (or people impersonating officers and driving police cars) do such things. I cannot figure out who is truthful; I just pray. Thank you for your prayers. The Cochran Firm fraud reminds one of a childhood poem: "What a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive." DeKalb County Police said they will send a real police officer to take my burglary report tomorrow. I hope they also investigate Officer Davidson, a possible police impostor. He walked into my home, and I showed him where the Cochran Firm court records had been stored. That is false entry on his part, just like Michael Moon. Davidson's false entry brings my home invasions up to three occurrences: Moon, burglars, and then Davidson. The crimes against my family to cover-up Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder in Shelby County Jail and hide The Cochran Firm Fraud multiply continually.
Now I wonder about the ten people dressed in DeKalb County Police uniforms (with what looked like real guns and police cars) who lined Biffle Road in February 2010 and stood single-file watching me until I boarded my bus. First, I was very glad to see them, thinking they came to protect me because I had hand-delivered video proof of my terrorism and online censorship to federal and local law officials (see samples by browsing for "SIX VIDEOS PROVE MARY NEAL'S CENSORSHIP." When there was no follow-up by authorities, I thought maybe the ten officers had come to intimidate me at the bus stop, because even former First Ladies of the USA don't have ten people guarding them. Were they actors or off-duty police officers working for The Cochran Firm? (Google "LETTER TO MARY NEAL'S TERRORISTS" for a report about that event.) What do you think about these things? I don't know what to expect or who to believe. This is like a James Bond movie, but no one handed me a script. So I don't know what to do about the crimes or where they will stop. All we can do is pray.
Were any of the people I met or talked to about my burglary real police officers? Are the people at The Cochran Firm real lawyers? When they pretend to file lawsuits that they don't actually file, who pays them? This justice quest is so terrifying that someone in my family always stays awake at night, but people who masquerade as regular neighbors, police officers, and personal friends can undermine one's defenses. Readers, you will not believe the phone call I just received! A lady told me the fake police officer who pretended to come in response to my call to police about the burglary is called a "Cousin Nancy." She said as a "TI" I should have known about that. I told her I never read much about the TI program. I just thought a billionaire law firm hired their poor, evil relatives to harass my family and me. I figured the law firm had secured permission to do these crimes against us from government authorities which the law firm protects from black people's lawsuits. When my caller said that man was a "cousin nancy." I said, "What? It was a man." She said a "cousin nancy" is gangstalker lingo for people who impersonate police or may really be police officers but they moonlight as gangstalkers. That means they do illegal things to "TI's" that are outside their official capacities as police officers. I suppose the officer who responded to my burglary and lawyers who sent him thought when he told me I could not have a police report about my burglary that I would just say, "Oh well." How can they listen to all my phone calls and my every burp and not know me better than that?

If people participating in programs of deception, terrorism, and harassment don't repent, they will go to hell. I advise them to ask God to forgive them and stop being evil today. My court records won't do your bosses one bit of good, because God will thwart their plans. Hopefully, no one will multiply their crimes by Changing the actual court records in either of my lawsuits against The Cochran Firm. That would be worse for them than the damning things they already fear the world will discover that they did to deny our elderly mother records, information, and restitution for murdering her mentally, physically disabled son, Larry Neal. It seems to me that justice is much simpler and probably cheaper than hiring teams of gangstalkers and computer saboteurs to be on standby 24/7 to censor me online, or paying helicopter pilots to fly over our house and stand still for 30 minutes, and all the other really outlandish and very uncharitable things these people do.
