Ramsey Orta Entered the Secret War on Black America and Victims' Families

Orta, Pantaleo, and Garner

America's war on Black victims and their families is censored. Justice in the United States is gagged. Ramsey Orta published a film featuring Officer Daniel Pantaleo choking Eric Garner to death and now needs support as he fights criminal allegations that quickly followed. Thanks to Ramsey's award-winning video, people all over the world watched Garner's murder by police on the street in New York and heard Garner plead for air. "I can't breathe" became the motto of protests throughout the United States and around the world against police brutality. Not a single policeman was charged and arrested for killing Garner, but Orta was jailed and is being prosecuted on charges that he says are false and malicious.

Orta was not immediately able to pay his bond. He was refusing meals in jail and loosing weight because he fears being poisoned. According to information relayed at a recent press conference, numerous inmates at the jail have already died of rat poisoning. During the press conference, the mother of another man who police killed offered to pay most of Orta's bond. See the press conference on video at YouTube at https://youtu.be/vHJeFkMs_d8 and embedded below:

During Black History Month 2015, "Human Rights Demand" channel at Blogtalkradio presented programs revealing America's secret war on Black America and victims' families. Non-relatives like Orta, who is a Puerto Rican, enter the battlefield when they take action out of concern for Black victims. He and his family claim being targeted by New York Police Department for harassment and malicious arrests. Orta and his mother and a friend were arrested during a raid on Orta's home, but only Orta remains in custody. Orta was initially arrested immediately after filming Garner's death on the allegation that he gave someone an unregistered gun, although no DNA connected Orta with the gun police said Orta passed. Hear the six(6) radio shows at the links below with various guests discussing the secret war on Black Americans and victims' families:

Secret Revealed: Most U.S. Blacks are Indigenous Americans, Guests: Dr. David Imhotep, author of "The First Americans Were Africans"
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/humanrightsdemand/2015/02/26/secret-revealed-most-us-blacks-are-native-americans

Since the Civil War ended, Africans in America have lived as prisoners of war. We are an occupied people. Our foreparents were indigenous Americans and African slaves, as well as Europeans who committed sex crimes against enslaved Blacks. Most Blacks in America were not allowed to become literate during slavery and therefore developed unique forms of communication through songs and dance. The entire world is richer because of accomplished Black entertainers from America. Blacks also made significant contributions in science, technology, medicine, and other disciplines. Black athletes excel in most sports, and Blacks have made considerable contributions in theology, including gospel music. Our continuous, ongoing struggle for human and civil rights inspired generations of people everywhere. Protesters the world over follow Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s model of nonviolent protests and boycotts for social change.

Slaves were officially emancipated over 150 years ago, but still the war is not over; it wages on in secrecy. America attacks other countries supposedly for the sake of human rights; therefore, its war on African Americans remains incognito except for writers like Mary Neal and videographers like Ramsey Orta. Orta is intended to be imprisoned because he volunteered for battle on behalf of justice for Eric Garner, a man whose murder America has ruled "justified" because he was born black in this racist war zone called the United States. For the most part, oppressors use economic warfare. The FBI's secret racist program, CoIntelPro, had a mandate to keep wealth out of Blacks' hands. The United States also uses its very criminal justice system to warehouse outspoken Blacks and their allies like Orta as political prisoners. Examples are former Black Panther Party members, the Rev. Edward Pinkney, and many other warriors who are suppressed. The struggle continues.

Dead and Dying Black Men Rated "Mature Content" at HubPages

"Democracy cannot breathe in secret courts" is an article I published at HubPages. It was unpublished because moderators labeled it "Mature Content." Presumably, I was to remove the photo of Michael Brown rotting in the Ferguson, Missouri street and Eric Garner being choked to death in New York. Therefore, the top row of photos above were replaced with the photographs beneath them.

I agree that pictures of the war on black America are obscene, but men, women, and children in the apartment complex where Brown lived were not only subjected to the "mature content" of photos of his corpse, but they were in sight of Brown's actual shooting, then his corpse rotted in the hot street for over four hours after the teen was killed by Officer Wilson. Likewise, commuters and pedestrians in New York were traumatized to watch Garner's killing as a live NYPD episode. We cannot sanitize the truth that we wish to change. Nevertheless, Garner's picture in the article was changed to one of his funeral photos, and Brown's photo was changed to one that showed only his handsome, chubby face.

Having replaced the distressing photographs of black men dead and dying, I hereby request that the article be republished speedily so as not to interfere with people having access to its contents before the NY Supreme Court date of January 29 at 9am. The NY Supreme Court will consider Thursday whether to open the grand jury transcript regarding Officer Daniel Pantaleo, who killed Eric Garner. Mainstream media avoids publishing the fact that NYCLU and Legal Aid sued to release the transcript, and it appears that bloggers like Mary Neal are running into roadblocks publishing the information, also. Democracy cannot breathe in secret courts.

Both the photos that I replaced in this article have been widely released throughout the world, but I would not want to offend the sensibilities of HubPages readers.

See the article, "Democracy Cannot Breathe in Secret Courts."
http://maryneal.hubpages.com/hub/Democracy-Cannot-Breathe-in-Secret-Courts

HubPages claimed the right to delay publication for up to 72 hours after the "mature content" is removed, which could delay publication until after NYCLU and Legal Aid plead their case before NY Supreme Court to release the grand jury transcript. I also ran into difficulty publishing a post announcing this article at Google+ and wrote about it in an article entitled "Justice Gagged re Eric Garner Grand Jury Transcript."
http://justicegagged.blogspot.com/2015/01/justice-gagged-re-eric-garner-grand.html

It is my assumption that mainstream news, which I presume was bought with our tax money (the missing trillions), is ignoring the court date at the request of its true owners for one reason: THEY DON'T WANT PROTESTERS IN THE STATEN ISLAND NY SUPREME COURT AT 9:00 A.M. ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 29, TO HEAR NYCLU'S CASE FOR RELEASING THE PANTALEO GRAND JURY TRANSCRIPT.

Paragraph 1 repeated: "Democracy cannot breathe in secret courts" is an article I published at HubPages. It was unpublished because moderators labeled it "Mature Content." Presumably, I was to remove the photo of Michael Brown rotting in the Ferguson, Missouri street and Eric Garner being choked to death in New York. Therefore, the top row of photos above were replaced with the photographs beneath them.

Thank you for your interest in how America contains news about crimes against humanity that happen here. Justice is gagged.

NYPD Infanticide Report by NationalReport.net is SATIRE

POLICE ARE KILLING BABIES NOW. Police started with the mentally ill, then killed teens. Arkansas S.W.A.T. killed 107-year-old Monroe Isadore in 2013. Vulnerable people who are sick, disabled, young, or elderly receive most police violence in America. There is so much police violence, in fact, that it was not at all hard to believe the satirical story about police killing a three-month-old was true. NationalReport.net is a satirical site that published an article about an angry NYPD officer kiling three-month old infant Layla Smith because her mom publicly breastfed her. See an excerpt by the NationalReport.net below:

Officer Michael Fitzsimmons requested that Suzanne Smith stop feeding the baby in public as it was “indecent”. Ms. Smith refused to comply with the directive and told Officer Fitzsimmons that she wasn’t doing anything illegal. Officer Fitzsimmons again insisted that she stop and threatened to arrest her for indecent exposure. Ms. Smith calmly responded to the Officer that he could not arrest her because breastfeeding in public wasn’t against the law. “He got so mad at her”, said Tyrone Webb, who witnessed the unfortunate altercation. “He started yelling at her, saying that he was the police!"

The situation escalated when the bus came and Ms. Smith rose to board the bus. Officer Fitzsimmons forcefully grabbed the mother from behind and made her lose her grip on the baby girl. The baby fell from her mother's arms and crashed her skull on the sidewalk. The policeman saw what he had done and still arrested the mother after having murdered her baby for eating. NYPD issued a statement saying all citizens must comply with orders to submit to arrest peacefully so that accidental injuries can be avoided.

Again, the story is satire. Mothers have experienced trouble because of public breastfeeding, but police have not started killing their babies yet.
