Facebook is Racially Prejudice

I have a new cover photograph at Facebook that acts different from any other cover photo I have posted. I cannot edit it and neither can I tag it. It is not obscene or violent. It does depict Africans lying jammed together like sardines, much like they were on slave vessels.


I wrote the following description on the cover photo and TRIED to tag the names indicated. But the names did not really tag. I will invite these friends to join the race discrimination lawsuit, although some of them are Caucasians. They will be as offended as I am that I am being censored:

Many African Americans have lost their fight to remain sane and sober-minded in this racist system. Mentally ill people as well as drug and alcohol addicts are now delivered into slavery rather than treated for their diseases. "AIMI vs. USA" plans a lawsuit in International Court for slaves of every race who are wrongly used as prison commodities -- enslaved because of mental illness and drug addictions. Facebook refused to allow my cover photo to be tagged with names. Neither am I permitted to edit it. The photo is not indecent or violent in any way. I removed the same photo off this post in case they LIE and say it is because I used the same photo twice, although that has never been a problem before. I am calling the United Nations​ and make a report about this infringement on my First Amendment rights. If you would like for me to add your names to the cover photo (they won't really tag), so that you can enter the lawsuit. 

Not only are African Americans being captured for slavery like they were and brought to toil and die in this country, but censorship is used by Internet companies to prevent discussion about it. I CANNOT WAIT TO SUPOENA FACEBOOK'S PRISON INVESTMENT PORTFOLIOS.

After the founding of Pennsylvania in 1682, Philadelphia became the region's main port for the import of slaves. The first recorded formal protest against slavery was the 1688 Germantown Quaker Petition Against Slavery. (Wikipedia). Pennsylvania today probably has more prison investors in its justice system than any other state. In fact, 21st century Pennsylvania slave masters dispensed with the Sixth Amendment in some cases and simply kidnaps black people and incarcerates them for prison profits, denying the prisoners any right to trials. This happened to Holly Alston​'s son, Terrell Scott. He has been held six years without trial to get YOUR TAX MONEY. (Yes, Eric Holder knew about it. We'll see what Ms. Lynch says soon.)

North Carolina is no better than Pennsylvania. In North Carolina, Africans in America are captured and tortured sometimes for years until they confess to crimes they did not do. This happened to the son of Elizabeth Crudup​. Shannon Nyamodi was arrested at age 18 and held in solitary confinement torture in Franklin County Jail for two long years until he apparently broke mentally and finally made a false confession. All the authorities were notified about this infringement on the youth's rights, and nobody in the USA did a thing about it. Nyamodi was targeted particularly because his family is from Kenya, like President Obama's family.

Both of these cases - Terrell Scott and Shannon Nyamodi - will go to International Court in "AIMI vs. USA".

Thank you, GOD, for allowing these NAZIS to infringe on my First Amendment rights so boldly and with such bodacious a feeling of entitlement as this, the very week while Baltimore burns with dreams denied.

Removing AdSense Ads

I would like to remove AdSense ads at "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog. Too many of the ads have nothing whatsoever to do with our subject matter, which includes mental health care, drug/alcohol treatment, homelessness, and the need for ethical legal services. I believe appropriate, related ads could be found, but they are not. In any case, I cannot remove the AdSense widget, because it is not visible in my layout view. The ads run at the bottom of each article, but the widget for the ads is nonexistent on my view of the layout page (click the two(2) photographs below for a larger view).


I actually doubt if all the ads that I see at DogJusticeforMentallyIll blog page actually come from Google. I fail to see what an ad about removing "dark spots" has to do with the subject matter in our blog where we advocate for treatment to replace incarceration for mentally ill Americans. The only relation might be that the director of "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" has a dark complexion, because I am an African American. I assure the world that my dark skin is nothing I long to rid myself of having, and I would hope no stalkers are implying that they'd like to get rid of me.


I was hoping for ads that would feature care homes, treatment centers, and legal services for people who are inappropriately discriminated against for reasons of mental illness, developmental disabilities, or addictions. Such advertisers might have services that could help our AIMI members, and that is why I initially elected to have AdSense ads running. I never received a penny of AdSense advertising income for any of my blogs (probably because I am financially persecuted for being a human rights advocate), although I believe some payment is due. Therefore, I should have the option to dispense with such ads if I choose, but that option seems to be withdrawn from me. I would appreciate any assistance and advice. Thank you.

Absurd Censorship of MaryLovesJustice

This is so absurd that it is almost comical. I posted the url to my petition for free speech at Facebook, and asked for a few more people to sign it so I could submit it to the Department of Justice. I wrote:

With three(3) more signatures on my Petition to Free Mary Neal (free speech), I will go ahead and send it to the Department of Justice. Thanks to all my online friends and supporters. Large corporations have lobbyists, but poor and working class people have advocates. When advocates are censored, all Americans for whom they speak are also censored. A friend wrote a note in the comments section. Joy Ghillie wrote "Mary Neal when I click on the link it says that the page can't be found."

My gratitude to all of my petition signatories and to those who tried to sign it and could not. I really do not use petitions to motivate decisions makers to do right. Petitions help to inform the People about problems that exist. Especially among people who were not allowed to even access the FREE MARY NEAL petition, that goal was accomplished. 

Another problem is that Google Blogger bloggers can select the specifications for accepting comments at their blogs, except MaryLovesJustice. All of my blogs are set to accept comments from anyone and everyone without Captcha codes. However, people email me and say their comments were REFUSED (disappeared time they hit "submit"). I know my setting to accept comments without monitoring and without Captcha codes is overridden by free speech opponents, because I sometimes must decipher Captcha codes to comment at the blogs myself, especially FreeSpeakBlog, which is my first and main blog. 

We have quite a bit of trouble with Internet radio broadcasts, also. We use Blogtalkradio to interview people who experience abuses of rights under the color of law and to inform the public about human rights news and viewpoints from several hosts, including Dorothy Mackey, Ralph Poynter, Johnny Strozier, Bob Darby, and guest hosts, Elizabeth Eaglefeather and others. Obviously, stalkers do not like the idea of Americans having a turn at the mic to air grievances or report progress in the struggle for justice for all:


Q: Is censorship practiced in America?
A: Only when there's something to hide.

Bob Darby Advocacy Censored at Blogtalkradio

I apologize, friends. The "Bob Darby Human Rights Advocacy" show was kept off air today by stalkers working against me at +BlogTalkRadio. See proof below. Bob will be absent next week when he protests the School of the Americas in Washington, D.C. Join us for one of his tapes next Thursday at 3pm. We hope we can get on air then, but as you can see, censorship is fierce in the USA. Large corporations have lobbyists who are welcome in the halls of Congress, but middle class and poor people have advocates like Bob Darby, who advocates primarily for homeless people. We are not allowed freedom of press. See my denial of service in scheduling the show in yellow - "Sorry. We couldn't create your episode" (click the photo for a larger view). Darby is a peace advocate, and he is also against racism, poverty, and war. We have had numerous problems scheduling his shows lately,+United Nations. In fact, Darby is my most censored host on the "Human Rights Demand" channel. Thank you.

Darby got his B.A. in psychology from Emory University and attended Harvard Divinity School and Crane Theological School of Tufts University. Darby is from a privileged background in Georgia. "My family owned the bank and other important businesses in Vidalia, Georgia," he said.

Darby studied to become a Unitarian Universalist minister. He is a human rights activist who was active in the anti-war movement during the Vietnam conflict, an anti-racism activist who grew up in a very racist environment, and he is founder of Food Not Bombs in Atlanta. He is the host of "Bob Darby, Homeless Advocacy" show on the "Human Rights Demand" channel at Blogtalkradio every Thursday at 3pmEST (when we are not prevented from going on air).

As soon the censorship stops, which we experience at Blogtalkradio, Bob Darby plans to invite many of his friends 
to his weekly programs at "Human Rights Demand," including people from the Vietnam anti-war movement, Harvard and other Ivy League colleges and universities, and people who advocate against racism like Darby does, as well as his "Food Not Bombs" colleagues.

Darby's memoir will soon be published. Like the movie "Forest Gump" and the book, "Having Our Say," by the Delaney Sisters, Darby's memoir parallels many important national news events over decades from the standpoint of an exceptional young white man who came of age in the Deep South during the civil rights movement and during the USA's last military conflict when the draft was employed.

MaryLovesJustice met Darby during a "Save Troy Davis" rally sponsored by Amnesty International. "How could I hate black people when my second mother, the woman who helped raise me, was black?" Darby asked.

The photo of Darby above was taken at the 2015 Selma, Alabama "Bloody Sunday" commemorative activities. He also was among activists who traveled to Alabama after the first "Bloody Sunday" march. Darby has been against racism all of his life. Darby was also among hundreds of Caucasian students attending Ivy League colleges and universities who came to the rescue of hundreds of sharecropper families when they were evicted from their homes 
in the 1960's for trying to register to vote in Fayette County, Tennessee, which is my home area. 

Read about the causes of the first lawsuit filed under the Civil Rights Act of 1966, which originated from Fayette County area of Tennessee and its Tent City protesters at the link below this paragraph. The sharecroppers' protest would have been less successful without leaders like Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., donations from sympathetic whites in the nation's labor unions, and white liberals like Bob Darby from Northern colleges and universities. Unity was key to seriously wounding Jim Crow during the civil rights movement, and that is no less true now.

It is important for everyone, especially black people, to recognize that many Caucasians like Darby have always risked their own security and withstood extreme disapproval from some of their peers because of their stance for racial justice, including Southerners and whites who came from privileged backgrounds. There is no clear "us" and "them" racial divide when it comes to justice.

"AIMI vs. USA" Claimants Conference Censored at Facebook

UPDATE: This post is now eligible for "boosting service" at Facebook. Might have been a glitch.

Certain posts at Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) are available for Facebook's boosting service. AIMI plans a lawsuit against the USA in International Court regarding the disregard of mentally ill people's civil and human rights. Today, we had a claimants' conference with two mothers of mentally disabled, physically ill prisoners in Florida. The conference was recorded and is available for public listening and comments. We request officials throughout the United States, whether in federal or state levels of government, including prison officials, to please institute appropriate care for the sons of the women we spoke with today and all 1.25 million mentally ill inmates in the United States, who comprise the larges class of prisoners. American taxpayers are charged for psychiatric and medical treatment for these inmates, and we make a human rights demand that they actually receive appropriate care. 

Gemma Pena said she was told that her son, Kristopher Rodriguez, refuses to accept his medication and that the prison cannot do anything since he will not cooperate with treatment. Rodriguez is a mentally ill inmate, and he deserves intravenous treatment if he is beyond accepting his meds. This was done for the son of Heather Chapman, Nikko Albanese, who is a Caucasian mentally ill inmate, and we expect no less for Rodriguez, who is Latino. Rodriguez is reportedly refusing to cooperate with treatment because he was at one time given the wrong medication and nearly died. His reluctance to comply with medical treatment may be valid; but we must not allow him to die.

As readers can see by proof shared in this and other articles in "Justice Gagged" blog, Mary Neal and members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill experience censorship to prevent our objections to criminalizing mental illness. However, we will not be reticent about the abuses done to America's most vulnerable citizens. Frederick Douglass, a great abolitionist of the 1800's said, "Power concedes nothing without a demand; it never has, and it never will." 

We thank our Internet supporters and justice-minded people everywhere for helping to give ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL. You save lives when you share my articles to help get this issue before the People, who are obviously decent and care about mentally ill people being denied treatment to become prison commodities, then subjected to torture and wrongful deaths without accountability behind bars. RICO Act Racketeering Against Larry and Mary Neal


Neither Tennessee nor Georgia or the United States of America had/have the legal authority to deny Larry Neal or Mary Neal, being free people (13th Amendment), of the right to life, liberty, or the pursuit of happiness (which pursuit is curtailed while denied the right to privacy and freedom of expression), and the rights to full citizenship (14th Amendment), and the rights to equal protection of the laws (14th Amendment and Civil Rights Act of 1866), or to deprive Mary Neal of the right to vote in the 2008 election by following her everywhere, with police services denied, as intimidation and persecution for asserting the aforementioned rights (15th Amendment).

However, I assert that officials in State and Federal Government did and do collude to violate Larry Neal's and Mary Neal's rights that are protected under the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and the Civil Rights Act of 1866, making co-conspirators, including officers of the court and officers of various Internet companies as well as police officials and other elected and appointed government officials, guilty of RICO Act racketeering and collusion against Larry Neal's and Mary Neal's rights not only under the U.S. Constitution but also under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA), the Civil Rights Act, the Convention Against Torture, and Executive Order 13107, implementing human rights treaties.

Dred Scott v. Sandford, 60 U.S. 393 (1857), was a landmark decision by the U.S. Supreme Court in which the Court held that African Americans, whether enslaved or free, could not be American citizens and therefore had no standing to sue in federal court, and that the federal government had no power to regulate slavery in the federal territories acquired after the creation of the United States. The Dred Scott decision of 1857 was functionally superseded by the Civil Rights Act of 1866 and by the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, which gave African Americans full citizenship.

The Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution abolished slavery and involuntary servitude, except as punishment for a crime. On December 18, 1865, Secretary of State William H. Seward proclaimed its adoption. It was the first of the three Reconstruction Amendments adopted following the American Civil War.

The Civil Rights Act of 1866, 14 Stat. 27-30, enacted April 9, 1866, was the first United States federal law to define US citizenship and affirmed that all citizens were equally protected by the law. It was mainly intended to protect the civil rights of African-Americans, in the wake of the American Civil War.

The Fourteenth Amendment (July 9, 1868), Section 1. Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. The Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment provides a broad definition of citizenship, overruling the Supreme Court's decision in Dred Scott v. Sandford (1857), which had held that Americans descended from African slaves could not be citizens of the United States.

The Fifteenth Amendment (Amendment XV) to the United States Constitution prohibits the federal and state governments from denying a citizen the right to vote based on that citizen's "race, color, or previous condition of servitude." It was ratified on February 3, 1870, as the third and last of the Reconstruction Amendments.

Censorship for Financial Persecution

Gee, I need a massage. It is such a hassle being America's most censored person. Google+, would you PLEASE tell the censorship team at your site to let Mary Neal publish whatever she wants unless it is something vulgar or libelous? Gee whiz! They won't let me publish information about my niece's book and bring it to the attention of my previous featured authors. I wrote about her book, "A Murder at Midnight" in the "MaryLovesJustice" blog at this url:

I recognize that my entire family is under financial persecution, but I don't believe a work of fiction is likely to Change our financial status significantly, even if it is wildly successful. I get so tired of being denied the right to publish and getting terrorism online that I'm going to fix a snack and work offline for a while - but NOT on this Chromebook. "They" don't let me work offline on this computer, Google. They are afraid they might miss something.

Last Week Tonight with John Oliver: Government Surveillance (HBO)


I wonder if the audience would think the surveillance program is funny if it was turned on them and their attempts to communicate full force, with four agents going online with them every time they log on in order to surveil and control every word and photo the people in the audience upload. How funny would it be if censorship was used to cover-up the secret arrest (a police kidnapping) and murder of their most vulnerable relative - a mentally, physically disabled American like my brother, Larry Neal? How funny would it be if they were followed in person by a man who says, "It pays well to follow you," and cops refuse to question the stalker? Government censorship to hide government crimes against humanity are not very funny to me, but I'm glad Oliver is talking about it. 

Where should the limits be? Oliver says Section 215. I don't know what is in Section 215, but I believe they should stop controlling my TV to prevent our access to local news every time a mentally ill person is killed in Georgia by police or if the state plans an execution ("they" don't like for me to write about those events). They should stop controlling my cellphone to prevent incoming and outgoing calls to/from people with whom they don't want me to communicate. They should NEVER AGAIN turn off the electricity in my home immediately after I book a guest to appear on our Blogtalkradio show who is apparently someone they do not want on air. They don't like for me to write about what I perceive as being the eugenics program against mentally ill Americans and black people in the USA. But if it is supposed to be a secret, it would have been wiser not to introduce the idea of putting Margaret Sanger on the $20 bill (see her pictured on the money below). Her image on U.S. money would speak louder than all of my articles about eugenics in America. By the way, three urls should appear in this aricle above this point, but you never know. Most stalkers think like children. Half the things they do are just for the sake of irritating targets.

Censorship at iPetition?

I do not see the comments from Lorenzo Komboa ErvinLa Mesha Irizarry, Rev. Edward Pinkney, and other friends whose comments should appear on my Petition to Free Mary Neal. I was delighted to read their comments when they signed, especially Lorenzo's. Because he is an original Black Panther Party member, he knows all about CoIntelPro and spoke about that program in his comments. Unless the missing comments SHOW UP QUICK, I will also sue that petition company. 

I invite everyone who signed the petition to check for your signatures and comments. If they were removed, you are invited to join me in a First Amendment lawsuit. There are numerous repeats of signatures and comments dated Feb. 4, which seems strange. Whereas "they" have the courts fixed and we human rights advocates may be illegally denied justice, our lawsuit will expose corruption and censorship. 

At first I thought the reason I could not see my friends' comments any longer was because I was not signed in as owner, so I did. However, that did not Change anything. I have had enough of CoIntelPro activity that was intended to keep my handicapped brother's murder secret, iPetition. Don't go there. Put my signatures and comments back, in the name of Jesus Christ, the name that is above every other name.

Black teachers in Atlanta, Georgia went directly from court to jail last week, sentenced for fraud. That is outrageous, considering that the court where they were sentenced is party to The (Johnny) Cochran Firm's fraud against my family to prevent justice for my disabled brother who was murdered in Memphis, Tennessee while under secret arrest in 2003. Frauds are done routinely in the USA to Africans in America, and nobody is even questioned about it.

Yesterday was Black Martyrs' Day. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated on April 4, 1968, and thousands more black martyrs have been murdered since he was. Cop Block reports that police killed 100 people in March 2015. The "secret war" on Black America and victims' families is so evident now that America is no longer trying to hide it, apparently.

Censored at Blogtalkradio: Bob Darby, Johnny Strozier, Mary Neal

Corporations have lobbyists while poor and middle class people have advocates. Advocates are censored, unfortunately, but lobbyists are not. The Internet was never intended for use by people who advocate for poor and middle class Americans. In fact, two of my Blogtalkradio shows were severely censored within the last seven days. Johnny Strozier has a reentry show for released inmates for whom he has assembled a network of ministers, churches, and missionaries. They meet at Blogtalkradio on Saturday nights to help address released prisoners' material and spiritual needs and reduce recidivism. That angers prison investors. Bob Darby is an advocate for homeless people. During his broadcasts, he explains that homelessness is allowed although the United States can and should eliminate homelessness before embarking on wars for human rights elsewhere. Both these shows were censored at Blogtalkradio.

I reported to Support@blogtalkradio.com that when I tried to schedule a program for my "Human Rights Demand" channel on Saturday, March 28, 2015, by inserting my user name and password in the fields at Blogtalkradio, the account that opened belonged to National Network in Action (NNIA1). That prevented me from scheduling "Johnny Strozier Keeping It Real" last week. Blogtalkradio members can only schedule one radio show per day on a given channel, and I had already used NNIA1 that day. QUESTION: What browser allows members to open accounts other than their own at Blogtalkradio? Some people would use that information to try to access accounts at banks, also. What browser makes it possible for people to open accounts other than the one they enter the user name and password for, Blogtalkradio? I responded to Sherry Sanland's first message thusly:
Thank you for confirming that the "scheduler is working properly at my site." As I said, while signed in at Blogtalkradio as "Human Rights Demand," I was repeatedly taken to the account for "NNIA1." That seems to be deliberate sabotage and censorship, as the two accounts:(a) have different owners
(b) have different passwords
(c) have different user names

This has ZERO to do with the computer or software I use and everything to do with sabotage at Blogtalkradio. No clients should be able to use their own sign-in information to open other accounts.

I was directed to NNIA1 simply because I had already used the time allowed for NNIA1 for that day, and there was a concerted effort (successful) to prevent me from scheduling a show on Human Rights Demand channel. I pay for BOTH these Blogtalkradio channels, and they have no other common connection.

Explain yourself please. This is NOT a computer issue but a security nightmare if anyone with Blogtalkradio shows can input their user names and passwords and other other people's accounts.

You alleged, Ms. Sanland, that it is somehow my computer's fault that although I input the user name and password for "Human Rights Demand" channel at Blogtalkradio, the channel that opened was NNIA1. It does not take expertise in computer technology to know that this is not true. I suggest that Blogtalkradio should stop all hacking at accounts associated with Mary Neal and/or that it should find and mend security breaches immediately. Happy Easter.

Censorship at Blogtalkradio Against Bob Darby, 
Advocate for the Homeless
 Thursday, April 2, 2015, I scheduled a program for "Bob Darby, Advocate for the Homeless" on "Human Rights Demand" channel at Blogtalkradio. I switched my screen to another tab I had open - my Twitter account, where I am @koffietime. I announced to my Twitter followers that Bob Darby's show was about to go on air at Blogtalkradio, and I placed the phone number for callers to listen to the show and speak on air, with questions and comments. I also placed the url for the show. When I left Twitter and opened my Blogtalkradio tab, which I had never closed, the studio had gone completely dark. I had no way to accept incoming calls, not even from Bob Darby. I took a screenshot of the studio (click to see larger view):
I went ahead and recorded my portion of the show. Then I called Darby and explained that his show was being censored. I told him I would not be able to admit his guests for the broadcast and asked him to record whatever he wanted at Blogtalkradio, and he did. I wrote the following tweet to my followers at Twitter (the show is recorded at the link below):

Twitter automatically shortens links. The "JC" in my tweets stands for JESUS CHRIST, who selected me to be his human rights advocate for justice in America.

I just called Johnny Strozier and notified him that we would have a show at 10:30pm on April 4, 2015, and all my lights went out immediately. They want me to know they're in control of the electricity in my house. I already knew that, CoIntelPro. I explained to Johnny Strozier on radio why his reentry show was prevented from going on air at BlogTalkRadio last Saturday at the link below. I invited guests to call (347)857-3293 to listen and comment. Elitists do not want successful reentry. They want high recidivism. The U.S. recidivism rate is 67.5 percent, and prison investors like that. Mass incarceration is their income. When Strozier agreed to go on air with me, all of my lights went out at my house immediately. CoIntelPro has power of electricity, but Jesus has all power.

Care2 Censors "AIMI v. USA" Petition AGAIN

Thank you, Greg Skomaroske. Thanks for confirming that our "AIMI vs. USA" petition at the Care2 Petititonsite is being censored, as I knew it would be. Care2 continually censors efforts to relieve mentally challenged Americans and immigrants from negligence, brutality, and wrongful deaths under the color of law.

Friends, please review the petition at Care2 and notify me if YOUR freedom of speech is also attacked by that social site. Everybody who is censored by Care2 can join our lawsuit for violations against their First Amendment rights, which will be filed soon. Some people might experience a denial of service (DoS) that prevents the "AIMI v. USA" petition from opening. Others will sign and check later and see their signatures are missing, like Greg Skomaroske did. This happened to every petition I ever posted at Care2 Petitionsite, and it seems to happen at other petition hosting sites as well, because America is firmly invested in slavery once again. Unfortunately, many Internet companies may be owned or operated by prison investors who cannot resist the temptation to subvert prisoner activists' efforts to eliminate mass incarceration by using their social sites.

Shortly after this advocate posted the petition, Care2 took it offline to prevent signatures after I added a petition showing a mentally ill man being shot by Dallas police officers. That video has a warning before it begins to play that warns that it has graphic violence. It is online at YouTube and has been shared by thousands of people throughout the country. Yet Care2 took our petition that is intended to notify the country about a lawsuit in International Court to help mentally ill people, like the victim on the video, to have a right to life that is actually respected by their government.

Please sign the "AIMI vs. USA" petition at the link above. It is a petition of, for, by and TO Americans and immigrants -- not to U.S. officials, although they are welcome to also sign it. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) is through begging for the human and civil rights of mentally challenged Americans and immigrants to be honored and protected in the United States. We have begged for over 10 years, and our efforts are continually scorned and disregarded by officials in the USA. This is unacceptable for any country, especially one that bombs other nations for violating human rights within their boarders.

"AIMI vs. USA" will be filed in International Court in 2015 in order to expose and oppose the negligence, brutality, and wrongful deaths of mentally disabled persons in America. The lawsuit will be filed to win restitution to affected persons, their families and survivors, if applicable. AIMI is convinced that if the United States must pay a sizable amount of money to affected parties and families, it will begin to respect the rights to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness that are inalienable rights of mentally challenged people as much as they are for any other person in this country. None of those rights, particularly the right to life, should be removed by the government without due process of law. Police officers and prison guards who violate the right to life callously, which continually happens in this nation, must be held accountable. The nation, itself, must be held accountable for allowing and, in at least one case, HELPING to cover-up crimes against humanity that happen here. The wording to the petition that Care2 finds worthy of censorship is below.

AIMI vs. USA

Petitioners agree to share the good news with others. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") plans a lawsuit in International Court against the USA to compensate mentally ill persons and families of people with serious mental illness whose civil and human rights have been or are presently being violated under the color of law.

Everyone whose present or past circumstances involve denial of timely, appropriate psychiatric treatment has a case against the USA. Every person with psychiatric conditions that led to violence and torture and deaths under the color of law or as a long-term homeless person may also have a case. The families that underwent or still experience legal abuse syndrome while trying to extract their sick relatives from the prison industrial complex have cases. Especially if you have not received a settlement already, AIMI is arranging to take your cases before the United Nations to International Court for payment from the USA for crimes against humanity. People who suffered burglaries, assaults, or wrongful deaths because of their neighbors' untreated drug/alcohol dependencies or untreated mental illness also deserve payment.

None of the circumstances named above should have happened, and you are and were due protection under one or all of the following laws. Blaring failures exist regarding the U.S. Constitution, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA), the Civil Rights Act, the Convention Against Torture, and Executive Order 13107, implementing human rights treaties.

Mentally ill people and/or their relatives are being told to "get over it" and to "pull themselves up by their own bootstraps." Many of them deserve money to buy boots. Let AIMI help you get it. We are suing the USA for a subsantial amount of money to convey the following message: Don't execute the mentally ill. Stop using mentally ill people as prison commodities. Do not torture mentally challenged people with solitary confinement. Stop police violence against this vulnerable population. Prosecute murderous police officers and prison guards, especially when their crimes are proved with videotapes and medical examiners' reports. Honor the U.S. Constitution and Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Many thousands of mentally challenged people in the United States are chronically homeless. Thousands more are killed during lunacy arrests and as inmates annually, and 1.25 million of our most vulnerable fellow citizens are cruelly warehoused in prisons and jails, where there is virtually no accountability for torture and deaths. The mentally ill comprise over 60 percent of the inmates experiencing solitary confinement torture, which causes their conditions to worsen. Families and friends who seek psychiatric care are usually denied unless and until mentally challenged people PROVE (usually through violence) to be a danger to self and others.

Denial of treatment while awaiting crimes in order to earn prison profits from vulnerable people's arrests creates unnecessary risks for people with serious mental illness as well as to their families and communities. Innocent people's safety is risked by withholding psychiatric treatment until another avoidable tragedy happens. This is unacceptable in the United States, a country that enforces human rights throughout the world.

"AIMI vs. USA" will only sue for monetary damages for claimants, not for release of prisoners or policy changes. AIMI believes that if enough money is paid by the United States to persons whose human rights are or were violated, policy changes will be a natural consequence of the international exposure and financial loss resulting from this lawsuit. Claimants are encouraged to continue using regular legal channels to seek prisoners' releases and improve humane conditions during incarcerations. AIMI will sue for monetary compensation to claimants for pain and suffering. Generally, persons who have already settled monetary claims for personal injuries and deaths will be ineligible as claimants for "AIMI vs. USA," but feel free to apply. AIMI's International Human Rights Attorney will begin reviewing up to 100 cases by the first of August 2015, and "AIMI vs. USA" is expected to be filed within 2015.
