Media companies may be inclined to hide the fact that The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm has been declared by United States District Court, Central District of California, not to exist as a law firm. This should conclude The Cochran Firm fraud against African Americans by Southern whites and Confederate Negroes who sabotage their clients' cases in tune with the CoIntelPro mandate to "keep wealth out of black hands." See the Order below that was issued May 12, 2015, by United States District Court Judge Philip Gutierrez dissolving (i.e., cancelling and dismissing) the preliminary injunction that The Cochran Firm had obtained to "protect" its alleged trademark.The Cochran Firm, P.C. - Order Dissolving Preliminary Injunction related to The Cochran Firm vs. Randy McMurray, Esq. Among the highlights from the order are the following passages:

1. "Defendant [McMurray] has met his burden that Plaintiff [The Cochran Firm] has unclean hands in the use of its trademark by advertising itself as a national law firm when there is no evidence that the individual offices are connected other than through agreements with Plaintiff." (Page 11.)

2. "In assessing whether [The Cochran Firm] meets the definition of a law firm under the California Rules of Professional Conduct, the Court finds that ... [The Cochran Firm], together with all of the individual regional offices, do not fit this definition." (Page 12.)

THE COCHRAN FIRM IS A NOW A COURT-DECLARED FRAUD PERPETUATED AGAINST ITS CLIENTS, ITS ATTORNEYS, OPPOSING ATTORNEYS AND PLAINTIFFS, PARTNERING LAW FIRMS, ADVERTISERS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

This writer sued The Cochran Firm in two courts after the lawyers helped Memphis Shelby County Jail escape accountability for secretly arresting her mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, and killing him after 18 days of secret incarceration. From mid-July until August 1, 2003, Larry Neal was in custody and denied his prescription heart drugs and psychiatric medications. Whether he died because of the sudden cessation of his vital medications or if more was done to kill the lifelong schizophrenic heart patient, the Neal family cannot say. Requests for records by way of Freedom of Information Act Requests to the U.S. Department of Justice were either ignored or answered falsely for 12 years. A federal court subpoena to Memphis Shelby County Government officials brought no information. 

The conspiracy to cover up Larry Neal's murder in custody makes this writer believe that however Larry died, it was probably worse than other in-custody deaths that have come to America's attention, like the deaths of Freddie Gray, Daniel Linsinbigler, Phillip White, Jesus Huerta, Christopher Lopez, Eileen DiNino, Matthew Ajibade, and too many others to name here. Most were black or mentally ill, and they all lacked wealth. The individuals killed in custody fit the same criterion used to determine who would be involuntarily sterilized in America's eugenics movement from 1932 to the 1970s. The eugenics movement took a deadly turn in the 21st century, when police and corrections officers regularly kill people from the same groups. Christopher Lopez's death happened 17 months before the prison reported it to the Department of Health. Larry Neal's death was never reported to the Department of Justice (USDOJ), according to statements by the USDOJ. The USDOJ was placed in direct overview of Shelby County Jail after a federal investigation and lawsuit by the USA. It is unacceptable that when this writer reported Larry's demise under secret police custody to the feds, the USDOJ did nothing about it - no investigation and no prosecution for Larry's kidnapping and murder or Shelby County officials having violated the terms of the Jail's Agreement after lawsuit by the USA by its failure to report an inmate's demise. Therefore, Agreements between the USDOJ and abusive police departments and correctional institutions mean nothing, unless it means abusers will have protection for future murders by the USDOJ cover-up artists. Larry Neal's murder was never reported in the press, and his family is surveilled, censored, and persecuted for asking, "What happened to Larry Neal?"

The Cochran Firm helped Shelby County Jail escape public outcry and legal accountability by entering contract with Larry's family after his 18-day ordeal which ended in his death. The Cochran Firm entered contract with Larry's family as our wrongful death attorneys, then allowing the Tennessee statute of limitations to pass without doing any legal work on the case. Since then, we have found numerous other Cochran Firm fraud victims, and sometimes they find this writer and call to expose their cases of victimization and fraud by white racists and Negro Confederate soldiers in that non-law firm. That is likely the main reason why my phone was taken over by hackers, and so was my Google Voice line.

CNN wrote about the increase in deaths in custody in an article entitled "Not Just Freddie Gray: Others who died in police custody." Naturally, CNN omitted Larry Neal's murder because the U.S. Government wanted them to do so. Censoring my brother's murder and The Cochran Firm's many frauds against African Americans led this writer to picket CNN. See the photograph below.

Knowing how useful The Cochran Firm is to elitist racists by swindling their mostly black clients to reduce or eliminate payouts for government agencies and large corporations, the intention of mainstream media may be to keep quiet about the fact that THE COCHRAN FIRM HAS BEEN FOUND TO BE NONEXISTENT AS A LAW FIRM BY A FEDERAL COURT. As usual, when it comes to news about Cochran Firm frauds against black legal consumers, this writer decided to report it herself. 

Congratulations to Randy McMurray, Esq., former partner of The Cochran Firm in Los Angeles. The USDC Court Order resulted from his litigation against the non-law firm. His lawyer used "Neals v. The Cochran Firm" as proof that The Cochran Firm advertises itself as "one of America's largest plaintiffs' law firms" only until plaintiffs who are former clients sue them for fraud and malpractice. Then the various law offices, like Memphis and Atlanta, deny any association with each other or the firm's home office in Dothan, Alabama. This writer was glad to help ring the death toll on the biggest fraud against black people since mercenary, racist whites sailed to Africa and said, "Want a ride?"

Awards to The Cochran Firm Frauds

The plaque below is the only award that should go to The Cochran Firm:

The Cochran Firm boasts that it has been mentioned in the below law journals and given awards by the following concerns that help the lawyers keep their false image of running an ethical law firm while The Cochran Firm continues to defraud African Americans from coast to coast and pervert justice in courts throughout the USA. NONE of the below enterprises will report the Cochran Firm's many frauds against its own former lawyers and clients that resulted in lawsuits. If "white liberals" and lapdog blacks did that, the public would be warned, and the CoIntelPro game of misusing Johnnie Cochran's name and reputation to defraud his people would end. Black women are frequently attacked for recognizing and vocalizing complaints about racism in America. We are expected to go along with the false concept that this is a "post-racial" society, although black people are killed under the color of law with regularity. The First Lady is under fire now for speaking to a college graduation class about the racism she endures. I decided this is an opportune moment to inform her about the racism I endure under the present administration. I wrote three comments to the Raw Story article that reported how unhappy conservatives were with Ms. Obama's claims about being victimized by racism. After I filmed the first comment being attacked, the next two were easier to post. I must also mail these comments to Ms. Obama, or people will say she never received it.   Ms. Obama, another big problem is that African Americans apparently have a CoIntelPro law firm assigned to "keep wealth out of black hands" - The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm. This occurred since Cochran's death according to an NPR interview by former Cochran Firm attorney Shawn Chapman Holley at http://www.npr.org/templates/s... Please see an article documenting numerous lawsuits against that law firm alleging racism, fraud, and deliberate malpractice that were done to reduce or eliminate damages to police departments and major corporations being caused by The Cochran Firm's clients, who are mostly African Americans. The BBB refused to take my complaint, and neither would the FCC and FTC do anything but take the complaint and omit follow-up, as far as I know. I suppose I could file a Mail Fraud Complaint with the USPS, because The Cochran Firm mailed us lying updates on our wrongful death case about actions the lawyers were not really taking, but I got sick from dealing with it. Every morning I had to board MARTA and see the Cochran Firm commercials for its Atlanta office after our lawsuit was dismissed by the court agreeing with the frauds that there was no Atlanta office of The Cochran Firm. That was the beginning of my understanding that we have NOT overcome racism in the USA. I'm sorry you experience it, too, in the White House. Since you are interested in eliminating racism, and you recently expressed an interest in improving mental health services for Americans with serious mental illness, I hope you will help me to emphasize that kidnapping and killing mentally ill black people like Larry Neal is illegal. Care2 continually censors efforts to relieve mentally challenged Americans and immigrants from negligence, brutality, and wrongful deaths under the color of law.

Friends, please review the petition at Care2 and notify me if YOUR freedom of speech is also attacked by that social site. Everybody who is censored by Care2 can join our lawsuit for violations against their First Amendment rights, which will be filed soon. Some people might experience a denial of service (DoS) that prevents the "AIMI v. USA" petition from opening. Others will sign and check later and see their signatures are missing, like Greg Skomaroske did. This happened to every petition I ever posted at Care2 Petitionsite, and it seems to happen at other petition hosting sites as well, because America is firmly invested in slavery once again. Unfortunately, many Internet companies may be owned or operated by prison investors who cannot resist the temptation to subvert prisoner activists' efforts to eliminate mass incarceration by using their social sites.

Shortly after this advocate posted the petition, Care2 took it offline to prevent signatures after I added a petition showing a mentally ill man being shot by Dallas police officers. That video has a warning before it begins to play that warns that it has graphic violence. It is online at YouTube and has been shared by thousands of people throughout the country. Yet Care2 took our petition that is intended to notify the country about a lawsuit in International Court to help mentally ill people, like the victim on the video, to have a right to life that is actually respected by their government.

Please sign the "AIMI vs. USA" petition at the link above. It is a petition of, for, by and TO Americans and immigrants -- not to U.S. officials, although they are welcome to also sign it. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) is through begging for the human and civil rights of mentally challenged Americans and immigrants to be honored and protected in the United States. We have begged for over 10 years, and our efforts are continually scorned and disregarded by officials in the USA. This is unacceptable for any country, especially one that bombs other nations for violating human rights within their boarders.

"AIMI vs. USA" will be filed in International Court in 2015 in order to expose and oppose the negligence, brutality, and wrongful deaths of mentally disabled persons in America. The lawsuit will be filed to win restitution to affected persons, their families and survivors, if applicable. AIMI is convinced that if the United States must pay a sizable amount of money to affected parties and families, it will begin to respect the rights to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness that are inalienable rights of mentally challenged people as much as they are for any other person in this country. None of those rights, particularly the right to life, should be removed by the government without due process of law. Police officers and prison guards who violate the right to life callously, which continually happens in this nation, must be held accountable. The nation, itself, must be held accountable for allowing and, in at least one case, HELPING to cover-up crimes against humanity that happen here. Petitioners agree to share the good news with others. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") plans a lawsuit in International Court against the USA to compensate mentally ill persons and families of people with serious mental illness whose civil and human rights have been or are presently being violated under the color of law.

Everyone whose present or past circumstances involve denial of timely, appropriate psychiatric treatment has a case against the USA. Every person with psychiatric conditions that led to violence and torture and deaths under the color of law or as a long-term homeless person may also have a case. The families that underwent or still experience legal abuse syndrome while trying to extract their sick relatives from the prison industrial complex have cases. Especially if you have not received a settlement already, AIMI is arranging to take your cases before the United Nations to International Court for payment from the USA for crimes against humanity. People who suffered burglaries, assaults, or wrongful deaths because of their neighbors' untreated drug/alcohol dependencies or untreated mental illness also deserve payment.

None of the circumstances named above should have happened, and you are and were due protection under one or all of the following laws. Blaring failures exist regarding the U.S. Constitution, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA), the Civil Rights Act, the Convention Against Torture, and Executive Order 13107, implementing human rights treaties.

Mentally ill people and/or their relatives are being told to "get over it" and to "pull themselves up by their own bootstraps." Many of them deserve money to buy boots. Let AIMI help you get it. We are suing the USA for a subsantial amount of money to convey the following message: Don't execute the mentally ill. Stop using mentally ill people as prison commodities. Do not torture mentally challenged people with solitary confinement. Stop police violence against this vulnerable population. Prosecute murderous police officers and prison guards, especially when their crimes are proved with videotapes and medical examiners' reports. Many thousands of mentally challenged people in the United States are chronically homeless. Thousands more are killed during lunacy arrests and as inmates annually, and 1.25 million of our most vulnerable fellow citizens are cruelly warehoused in prisons and jails, where there is virtually no accountability for torture and deaths. The mentally ill comprise over 60 percent of the inmates experiencing solitary confinement torture, which causes their conditions to worsen. Families and friends who seek psychiatric care are usually denied unless and until mentally challenged people PROVE (usually through violence) to be a danger to self and others.

Denial of treatment while awaiting crimes in order to earn prison profits from vulnerable people's arrests creates unnecessary risks for people with serious mental illness as well as to their families and communities. Innocent people's safety is risked by withholding psychiatric treatment until another avoidable tragedy happens. This is unacceptable in the United States, a country that enforces human rights throughout the world.

"AIMI vs. USA" will only sue for monetary damages for claimants, not for release of prisoners or policy changes. AIMI believes that if enough money is paid by the United States to persons whose human rights are or were violated, policy changes will be a natural consequence of the international exposure and financial loss resulting from this lawsuit. Claimants are encouraged to continue using regular legal channels to seek prisoners' releases and improve humane conditions during incarcerations. AIMI will sue for monetary compensation to claimants for pain and suffering. Generally, persons who have already settled monetary claims for personal injuries and deaths will be ineligible as claimants for "AIMI vs. USA," but feel free to apply. Google Fiber Coming to Atlanta

1. My Chromebook computer cannot perform half the functions that it should. For example, I cannot work offline. Stalkers want me to only work online so they can control my input. Two days ago, stalkers turned off my Google phone at (571)335-1741. I finally found the puzzle piece with the red "x" on it and got it to behave, but many Chrome functions remain blocked. I don't know which of the blocked functions pertain to the list of plug-ins below for which I cannot remove the block. 

2. Google Fiber will soon come to Atlanta, which should speed our connections. NSA may have to work even harder to contain information about government murders. 3. Stalkers did not buy my computer or the nine computers they destroyed in the last 10 years, but neither did stalkers save The Cochran Firm, the U.S. Justice Department, Memphis Shelby County Government, and Georgia courts from public exposure related to their cover-up conspiracy regarding the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, a mentally, physically disabled black man. Computer takeovers made it harder to disseminate information about collusion of those parties against justice, but cover-ups also made significantly more interesting stories, which you will soon read in "The Cochran Firm Fraud". Hattie Neal Discusses Larry Neal's Wrongful Death

My mother describes Larry as a child whose mumps infection leaked into his brain and rendered him mentally ill. That led to his commitment to a mental hospital at age 8 or 9 in the 1960s. His behaved like man with a child's mind and was given to hallucinations and angry outbursts. Like many people with severe mental illness, he refused to stay on psychiatric treatment each time he was released from the hospital. Larry was among the hundreds of thousands of mentally ill Americans who were evicted from his mental hospital in the 70s, when Medicaid was withdrawn for inpatient psychiatric care. He revolved in and out of jail thereafter - until police got fed up and decided to murder him. Mama talked about our trip to The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm to sign contract with lawyers who double-crossed the Neals to work for Shelby County Jail behind our backs. She asks at the end of the interview for the government to please give her information about Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder - information she needs for closure. At first, the stalkers did NOT allow me to save the Blogtalkradio interview at my Google Drive. As far as I know, stalkers now prevent it from playing. The tape regards the secret arrest and Wrongful Death of Larry Neal, America's top secret government kidnapping and murder of a mentally ill, black heart patient who was my 54-year-old brother on August 1, 2003. Stalkers interfere with fulfillment of Google's contract obligations by deciding what I can and cannot save and share using my Google Drive. If NSA doesn't want it revealed that The Cochran Firm, Shelby County Government, and the U.S. Department of Justice colluded to cover up my disabled brother's murder, those parties should have pooled their VAST resources and paid the wrongful death settlement when The Cochran Firm contracted to sue Shelby County Jail for his wrongful death and file civil actions against Tennessee and Larry's final care home for their negligence. When The Cochran Firm did not, conspirators had TWO more opportunities to do justice when the Neals sued The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm twice for FRAUD. Instead, they engaged in a coverup protected by computer stalkers and reinforced by intimidation and persecution against Larry Neal's family for 11 years.

I have been intimidated, persecuted, stalked, found a Confederate "X" sprayed by plane over my house, and my mother has even been sexually assaulted on her hospital bed to discourage and outright prevent discourse about Larry's 2003 murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail, which is this country's third largest jail. I don't know what kind of good and valuable consideration was paid to prevent that jail from being investigated and save Larry's murderers from prosecution, but the cover-up has lasted through two presidential administrations of Mr. Bush and Mr. Obama. Whatever deals were made were AGAINST the Neal family and against the USA, which had sued the jail for its disregard of inmates' civil rights in 2000. I was NOT a party to that RICO Act racketeering, and I will NOT be induced to become party to it through terrorism. I have offered the elitist racists the opportunity to pay damages and make a confidential settlement regarding Larry's murder, but they refused. They are convinced that their stalkers can contain this information, but they are wrong. The matter will go before the International Court in "AIMI vs. USA", along with up to 99 other families who have been denied human rights and due process of law because of crimes against their mentally disabled relatives (Google "AIMI vs. USA").

I will save this mp3 file repeatedly, and thank God, my mother can make more interview tapes and videos. It the stalkers go this berzerk over an audio file, what will a video do to them? Stalkers waste their time and perhaps our tax money fighting the publication of this radio broadcast and mp3 tape and news about this secret government murder of a disabled heart and psychiatric patient.

Stalkers Phishing the WH from MaryLovesJustice Email

I received another receipt about an email sent from my Gmail account today that I did not send (see it below). If CoIntelPro has been instructed to send copies of my emails to the WH, I wish they would stop sending me receipts about it. Today I actually emailed ONLY Rev. Floyd Harris, Jr. a copy of the updated National Network in Action (NNIA) schedule at Blogtalkradio, which is online at this link: http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2013/10/new-human-rights-blogtalkradio.html

These receipts for emails that I did not send to the WH seem to have started in late July 2014. I will send a Freedom of Information Request to see what is being sent from my email box. At one point, so much spam mail was sent from my email box mln@wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com that people stopped accepting mail from that email box, and I stopped using it. My domain host said it is called phishing. The phishing necessitated my purchase of unlimited space for my email boxes that were bought along with the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal website at http://WrongfulDeathOfLarryNeal.com

Each time stalkers sent an email from mln@wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com or from mln@theywrong.com, that generated a Daemon mail notice that my email box had to receive. They sent hundreds a day, and I ran out of available space quickly after that started. I suppose the same thing is planned for my gmail account. 

I find it disturbing that the WH appears to be the only addressee getting the fake emails from MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com, unlike the mln@wrongfuldeathoflarryneal account, which stalkers used to send emails to everyone. I believe most people who I really do email from my gmail account receive nothing. Furthermore, I was told by another friend this week that when she emailed me from her Yahoo account, her mail was returned as "undeliverable."

My phone number is posted all over the world, yet our phone only rang once today (September 11, 2014). Like prisoners must have someone on a visiting list to receive visits, the Neal family usually only receives calls from persons on our "frequently called numbers" list, saved on our phones. Our phone numbers are hidden when we call people, and sometimes another number shows on caller I.D. where our numbers should appear. This is probably done to prevent us from having regular employment, contacting lawyers, or receiving calls from groups that could help. I feel like people must have felt during the French Resistance.

This is a communication lockdown and mail fraud, unless the WH sends receipts to people who signed petitions that go to the WH. I sign numerous petitions for friends at Facebook. But if this is email fraud, it might be connected to "AIMI vs. USA," our planned legal action in International Court to (i) win restitution for Claimants who experienced long-term homelessness, brutal lunacy arrests, prison torture (including long-term solitary confinement), and wrongful deaths because of untreated mental illness; (ii) win restitution for persons who were victimized by untreated mentally ill people and drug/alcohol addicts, because this system ordinarily withholds treatment until the affected parties "prove to be a danger to self or others" before giving psychiatric treatment and addiction therapy; and (iii) request for the U.N. to make recommendations that will decriminalize mental illness and drug/alcohol addictions in the USA. 

It is shameful for any society to use its most vulnerable citizens to generate prison profits, and I am persecuted for objecting to that. I also object to the wrongful deaths of mentally ill and homeless citizens, including my own disabled brother's. THAT is why I am targeted for a communication lockdown. Whereas I have asked the president to request the U.S. Attorney General to investigate Larry Neal's murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail while the USDOJ was in direct overview (after lawsuit by the USA), I recognize the lack of response as an answer, and I would certainly not continuously bother anyone who has the right to assassinate American citizens or have them "disappeared" without giving any cause or allowing any opportunity for defense.

It is shameful that this country committed genocide on indigenous people, warehoused Japanese Americans in concentration camps during WWII, discriminated against Jews for ages, enslaved Africans for hundreds of years, used CoIntelPro to suppress our fight for equality from the 30's to the 70's, used the U.S. Department of Health to experiment on African Americans with syphilis, and did other atrocious things to its citizens. However, I say what I have to say in articles and on Internet radio shows, as that is my right. I do not send continuous emails to the WH. To do such a thing in this present climate would be completely irrational, which I am not. If that is the intended assessment, I resent the implication and stigma on families of mentally ill Americans.

Larry Neal's mental illness was not genetic. He had mumps at age 8, before the MMR vaccines were available. The infection from the mumps went to his brain, and he was never rational after that. I have never had mumps. My mother, at age 91, is a completely rational woman 95 percent of the time. Like people one-third her age, she is sometimes disoriented upon first awakening. People who are related to mentally challenged Americans are not less rational than others, and I certainly know better than to irritate anyone with kingly powers. For the most part, I avoid mentioning the WH even in articles and on radio. At first I was hopeful like many Americans, but those days are long past.

My suppression always worsens during election periods, because neither Dems nor the GOP or Independents respond with appropriate action to open records requests regarding Larry Neal's murder in 2003 or pursue righteous prosecution of police and corrections officers who murder citizens, even when deaths are ruled homicides like the wrongful death of Daniel Linsinbigler, 19. He was murdered by suffocation in Clay County Jail in Florida in March 2013. Officials simply want Mary Neal to stop writing and speaking about such crimes against humanity. Prison owners and investors in government are very frightening people, giants among men (Gen. 6:4), but I must obey my Father (Proverbs 31:8-9).

I again request the WH to disregard any emails sent from MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com. If I ever need to communicate with the WH, I will use U.S. Mail, return receipt requested. I again request an investigation regarding violations against my First Amendment rights, including cyber crimes, and a thorough investigation of the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, which occurred in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003, and the coverup that continues.

Of course, we hope the White House and other officials listen to our broadcasts, but I did not send a copy of our NNIA program schedule or anything else to the WH today. I have heard that CoIntelPro fabricates crimes against people sometimes, and that is why I will send a FOIA request to see what is being sent to the WH and issue a formal denial that I am emailing that party. The mysterious receipt is below.
