Hackers Attacked Poynter's Black Lives Matter Program on "Ralph Poynter What's Happening" at Blogtalkradio

Hackers interfered with the "Ralph Poynter What's Happening" Blogtalkradio program tonight. The studio board was totally blank. The subject of the show for May 5, 2015 is "Black Lives Matter" and included information about the indictments against Baltimore police officers regarding Freddie Gray's murder as well as the following topics:
  • Snake oil salesman and U.S. democracy: Discussion about the reality of the few numbers of police indicted for murder of Black People and the fewer numbers of police convicted and the even fewer numbers who upon sentencing, actually serve time incarcerated.
  • We are demanding an investigation of the reality of the statistics of convicted policeman who actually serve time.
  • Capitalism and the issue of the drought crisis out West.
  • Million Mother's March Against Police Violence-Stolen Lives
  • Updates / status of Mumia Abu Jamal
  • Status of Rev. Pinkney
The screenshot below shows what the studio board looked like during the first 20 minutes of tonight's broadcast. It should not be blank. Blogtalkradio's Helpdesk advised me to refresh the page and try again. I did that, and it worked, but cookies, etc. were NOT the problem. It was the hackers again.
When I refreshed the board, the phone numbers and description of the show as well as the audio files appeared -- this time. I asked Blogtalkradio to see if the same person was working tonight who worked about a month ago when we were prevented from having a visible studio during a Bob Darby show. Darby is an anti-war activist who was recently named a Georgia coordinator for "School of the Americas Watch" (see the url below). Most of our hosts at "Human Rights Demand" channel are controversial public figures, and apparently their news and viewpoints do not fully enjoy freedom of press.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/School_of_the_Americas_Watch

Attorneys and college professors are among Ralph Poynter's usual guests. NSA, CoIntelPro, or whomever exhibited their power over the Internet and their loathing of the fact that people of good will from different races come together to discuss current events and human rights issues each week on the "Ralph Poynter What's Happening" show.

At the end of the "Ralph Poynter What's Happening" show on May 5, I was prevented from sending the episode to Facebook. My 3,500+ Facebook friends and followers of MaryLovesJustice were deprived of getting the notice from Blogtalkradio about the show. I will post it manually on Facebook and Google+. See proof in the screenshot below (click photo to enlarge).
"Ralph Poynter What's Happening" is apparently making a significant impact. Congratulations, Ralph Poynter, Lynne Stewart, Betty Davis, Larry Pinkney, and all regular guests. You are invited to join in the conversation each Tuesday night at 9pmEST by calling (347) 857-3293.

I would appreciate your signature on my petition to the United States Department of Justice for freedom of press:

Access the url for the "Ralph Poynter What's Happening" show of May 5, 2015 (see if "they" let you hear it). CoIntelPro stopped interfering after the first 20 minutes.

Bob Darby Advocacy Censored at Blogtalkradio

I apologize, friends. The "Bob Darby Human Rights Advocacy" show was kept off air today by stalkers working against me at +BlogTalkRadio. See proof below. Bob will be absent next week when he protests the School of the Americas in Washington, D.C. Join us for one of his tapes next Thursday at 3pm. We hope we can get on air then, but as you can see, censorship is fierce in the USA. Large corporations have lobbyists who are welcome in the halls of Congress, but middle class and poor people have advocates like Bob Darby, who advocates primarily for homeless people. We are not allowed freedom of press. See my denial of service in scheduling the show in yellow - "Sorry. We couldn't create your episode" (click the photo for a larger view). Darby is a peace advocate, and he is also against racism, poverty, and war. We have had numerous problems scheduling his shows lately,+United Nations. In fact, Darby is my most censored host on the "Human Rights Demand" channel. Thank you.

Darby got his B.A. in psychology from Emory University and attended Harvard Divinity School and Crane Theological School of Tufts University. Darby is from a privileged background in Georgia. "My family owned the bank and other important businesses in Vidalia, Georgia," he said.

Darby studied to become a Unitarian Universalist minister. He is a human rights activist who was active in the anti-war movement during the Vietnam conflict, an anti-racism activist who grew up in a very racist environment, and he is founder of Food Not Bombs in Atlanta. He is the host of "Bob Darby, Homeless Advocacy" show on the "Human Rights Demand" channel at Blogtalkradio every Thursday at 3pmEST (when we are not prevented from going on air).

As soon the censorship stops, which we experience at Blogtalkradio, Bob Darby plans to invite many of his friends
to his weekly programs at "Human Rights Demand," including people from the Vietnam anti-war movement, Harvard and other Ivy League colleges and universities, and people who advocate against racism like Darby does, as well as his "Food Not Bombs" colleagues.

Darby's memoir will soon be published. Like the movie "Forest Gump" and the book, "Having Our Say," by the Delaney Sisters, Darby's memoir parallels many important national news events over decades from the standpoint of an exceptional young white man who came of age in the Deep South during the civil rights movement and during the USA's last military conflict when the draft was employed.

MaryLovesJustice met Darby during a "Save Troy Davis" rally sponsored by Amnesty International. "How could I hate black people when my second mother, the woman who helped raise me, was black?" Darby asked.

The photo of Darby above was taken at the 2015 Selma, Alabama "Bloody Sunday" commemorative activities. He also was among activists who traveled to Alabama after the first "Bloody Sunday" march. Darby has been against racism all of his life. Darby was also among hundreds of Caucasian students attending Ivy League colleges and universities who came to the rescue of hundreds of sharecropper families when they were evicted from their homes
in the 1960's for trying to register to vote in Fayette County, Tennessee, which is my home area.

Read about the causes of the first lawsuit filed under the Civil Rights Act of 1966, which originated from Fayette County area of Tennessee and its Tent City protesters at the link below this paragraph. The sharecroppers' protest would have been less successful without leaders like Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., donations from sympathetic whites in the nation's labor unions, and white liberals like Bob Darby from Northern colleges and universities. Unity was key to seriously wounding Jim Crow during the civil rights movement, and that is no less true now.

"Mary Neal's Black History Month 2011"
http://hubpages.com/hub/Mary-Neals-Black-History-Month-2011

It is important for everyone, especially black people, to recognize that many Caucasians like Darby have always risked their own security and withstood extreme disapproval from some of their peers because of their stance for racial justice, including Southerners and whites who came from privileged backgrounds. There is no clear "us" and "them" racial divide when it comes to justice.

Please join advocates for the People in asking that Blogtalkradio and officials over NSA or other cyber stalkers to allow freedom of press for Mary Neal and other human rights advocates in America by signing the petition at the link below to "Free Mary Neal."

"Getting Away with Murder" Radio Show Censored

CENSORSHIP AT BLOGTALKRADIO

I received an email indicating that the January 11 "Human Rights Demand" show on Blogtalkradio is being censored. The radio show featured an author of "Getting Away with Murder." George Mallinckrodt is a psychotherapist who worked in Florida prisons until complaining about prisoner abuse. The book regards brutality to mentally ill prisoners in the Florida prison system, including the death by scalding of Darren Rainey, a 50-year-old black inmate who was mentally ill. He was murdered by corrections officers who locked Rainey in a scalding hot shower (temperatures over 180) and have not been charged with their crime. Rainey's autopsy report has not been released these 2.5 years after death. Despite the fact that over 205k people signed a Change.org petition for justice for Darren Rainey, there appears to be an effort to conceal his murder and other abuses by illegally censoring Mallinckrodt's interview on "Human Rights Demand." The notice I received is below.

Mary

I saw that George was going to be interviewed by you on his new book.  I tried to listen yesterday via my computer but it had static and I could not hear it very well.

Today I tried again and heard on the same link your December 10 radio show.

I believe you should check this out and correct it , many people would like to hear the interview.

God Bless You
Mary Diaz

*****
George Mallinckrodt agreed to give "Human Rights Demand" two interviews. The first one aired live on Sunday, January 11, 2015, and the second will air live on Thursday, January 15 at 9pm EST. Both links are below:
January 11
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/humanrightsdemand/2015/01/11/getting-away-with-murder-a-george-mallinckrodt-interview
January 15

While the Mallinckrodt interview was being aired live on Blogtalkradio and I was blocked from speaking by static that stalkers interjected over my voice, I decided to use Blogtalkradio's CHAT feature to write my responses and questions to Mallinckrodt. I discovered that the CHAT feature was disabled for me, and I published this message at Google+:

CoIntelPro continues to cover my voice with static when I speak during the Mallinckrodt interview at "Human Rights Demand" show at Blogtalkradio, and I just discovered I am not allowed to use the CHAT feature, either. They are absolutely terrified about the world hearing about the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, my mentally and physically disabled brother, and the fraud on the USA that was done by Memphis Shelby County Government and USDOJ officials to cover-up Larry's murder. http://WrongfulDeathofLarryNeal.com/main.html

CENSORSHIP AT FACEBOOK

I also have reason to believe my PUBLIC post announcing Mallinckrodt's interview at Facebook was labeled PRIVATE in order to censor it.

Our George Mallinckrodt radio show announcement (see it below) was "shared" by Ana Santiago. I looked at her share and found that a message from Facebook was posted above Ana's share. It said, "When you post something, people can Share it. But this doesn't change who can see your post on Facebook - it can only be seen by the people you originally posted to. Learn more about Sharing." I published the following message:

EVERYTHING I share on Facebook is PUBLIC. Let me find out some of my messages were switched to "private" and you will have another lawsuit. If NSA, FBI, and CIA can read what I write, no matter how it is shared, then so should the entire universe. I have no secrets. I'm not the one who secretly arrests and kills black mental patients like Larry Neal in Memphis. I don't scald them to death like FL did to Darren Rainey. I don't bake them to death like Riker's Island Jail did to Jerome Murdough. I just expose and oppose those crimes against humanity on social networks so that the entire world can see our responsibility to protect America's most vulnerable people.

Google+ friends, can you see my Mallinckrodt announcement at Facebook? Check at the page for MaryLovesJustice and Mary Neal. They're hiding something.
https://www.facebook.com/marylovesjustice

When I posted the above notice at Google+,  my entire profile at Facebook was immediately listed as being "unavailable." I am America's most censored person.
http://justicegagged.blogspot.com/2011/11/americas-most-censored-mary-neal.html

I need a #lawyer ! I need a #civilrights lawyer RIGHT NOW! I am VIOLATED. I live like a concentration camp victim in Georgia, USA! These criminals pay to censor me to prevent publicity about prisoners being abused and killed, particularly Larry Neal, whose murder is covered up by the USA. Telephone interference, Internet takeovers, followed when I leave home - It has happened for TEN YEARS, since I did not give up on justice after my family's fraud by The Cochran Firm. HELP ME, #attorneys . Free Georgia's last #slave !

HELP ME, +United Nations !! HELP ME, +The Carter Center !! HELP ME, #Christians ! I am persecuted for obeying Prov. 31:8-9!!

Please read this, +The White House. I have a right to ask what happened to Larry Neal. I cannot force a response. But nobody has the right to censor me, follow and persecute me for asking. As our First Lady said, bullying is wrong. Protect Americans' human rights.

The first picture below shows the message atop Ana Santano's "share" of my announcement regarding the George Mallinckrodt show on "Human Rights Demand" channel at Blogtalkradio on Sunday, January 11, 2015. Click to enlarge the photo, and please notice the strange message from Facebook over the "share." The second photo below shows that after I asked my Google+ friends to check out my Facebook page, my page suddenly became unavailable.

The ad that may be wrongly marked "private" on Facebook:

GETTING AWAY WITH MURDER - Join "Human Rights Demand" Sunday, Jan. 11, 2015, at 3pm EST, when our guest will be +George Mallinckrodt, author of "Getting Away with Murder." Call-in number (347)857-3293. Mallinckrodt was a licensed mental health counselor in the FL prison system who helped reveal the murder by scalding of Darren Rainey and a pattern of abuse and cover-ups by the FL DOC against mentally ill inmates. Part 2 of our interview will air live Thursday, January 15, at 9pm EST.

You are invited to call "Human Rights Demand" radio broadcast and make comments or ask questions, which will be aired live on the show. The broadcasts will also be available via computer and archived at Blogtalkradio for future listening and sharing 24/7 at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/humanrightsdemand

Facebook should avoid future lawsuits like the one underway now alleging that Facebook reads members' mail. This is a "DigitalTrends.com" link to the news story:  http://www.digitaltrends.com/social-media/facebook-sued-allegedly-reading-private-messages/

The short link that Blogtalkradio generated for the George Mallinckrodt interview actually posted a broadcast of "The Alan Levy Show" on my Facebook page when I elected from the Blogtalkradio STUDIO to "send to Facebook" at the conclusion of the broadcast. DISCLAIMER: When I used Windows operating system, I also used a security software that captured the IP addresses for agents who go online whenever I do. Up to four agents work online to sabotage my online input as I work. Therefore, this writer does not know if the censorship is applied by Blogtalkradio and Facebook or if NSA and FBI and CIA agents are covering-up inmate abuse evidenced by the murders of Darren Rainey and Larry Neal. I disclaim that this is an accusation against the Internet companies Facebook and Blogtalkradio. When a lawsuit is filed alleging violations against Mary Neal's First Amendment rights and rights to self expression under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the culprits should be revealed through a search of those Internet companies' records. They are culpable either by doing direct censorship or by their failure to secure my communication against the agents' sabotage.

Repeat of Paragraph 1: I received an email indicating that the January 11 "Human Rights Demand" show on Blogtalkradio is being censored. The radio show featured an author of "Getting Away with Murder," George Mallinckrodt, a psychotherapist who worked in Florida prisons until complaining about prisoner abuse. YOUR censored invitation to Senate Hearings

Tell me, is my Facebook wall EMPTY on your view? I published the invitation for people to speak on BlogTalkRadio on behalf of H.R.3717, which would slow the flow of mentally ill people into prisons, and my wall appears empty on my view now. https://www.facebook.com/marylovesjustice

Speak to Senate for H.R.3717 April 27-28

OPEN MIC FOR MENTAL HEALTH CARE ADVOCATES -- Three radio shows for people who care about the mentally ill and may not be able to attend Tuesday's Senate hearings in Washington, D.C., where only crisis intervention training (CIT) for police officers will be discussed. Your voice is invited on air to speak for or against H.R.3717 "Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act." I believe we need ALL the provisions of H.R.3717, not only CIT. Please meet us at Blogtalkradio on Sunday and Monday, April 27 and 28, at 3pm EST. Please call (347) 857-3293 for "Human Rights Demand" channel. We will meet a second time on Monday at midnight EST at Blogtalkradio. Please call (818)572.2947 for the Monday midnight broadcast. A link to hear your comments will be sent to the U.S. Senate, and senators will be notified of the broadcasts in case they are interested in tuning in to the live radio shows.

Yes, we tire of reading about mentally ill people being brutalized and killed by untrained police officers, and CIT training may help. But moreover, we tire of a system that allows serious mental illness to go untreated until a person proves through violence that he/she is a danger to self and others. We tire of seeing disabled Americans homeless and hungry because their basic needs are ignored. We tire of prison investments taking precedence over the welfare of sick Americans and community safety. We tire of health discrimination. The only people who are relegated to prisons and jails when they need treatment are the mentally disabled.

Invite your relatives and friends at Internet social sites to hear you speak on air.
Human Rights Demand (Sunday and Monday at 3pm EST)
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/humanrightsdemand

Justice for All (Monday at midnight EST)
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/nnia1

Mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, spouses and friends of people suffering from schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe PTSD, and other serious brain disorders are invited as well as persons who work with our mentally ill citizens or advocate for them.

I regard the Senate Judiciary Committee Hearings on CIT training as a sign that prison investors in the government do not plan to pass U.S. congressional bill H.R.3717 - Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act. The U.S. Senate hearings are planned for April 29 on only ONE provision of the bill: Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) for police officers. H.R.3717 also provides for:
~ Medicaid insurance for psychiatric inpatients
~ AOT programs, providing subsistence assistance and mandated psychiatric treatment for persons with acute mental illness who lack the mental clarity to stay on their meds
~ Relaxed HIPPA laws, enabling family members' inclusion in relatives' treatment

Better training for police officers without the other provisions in H.R.3717 might enable more sick Americans to survive their arrests and join 1.25 million mentally ill inmates, but only if police obey their training. Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) originated in Memphis, Tennessee. That is where my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, was secretly arrested in 2003, incarcerated for 18 days while police denied having him, and murdered. His kidnapping and death are treated like a national secret rather than investigated and handled by due process of law. A mentally dysfunctional teen was killed by police there in 2012. In fact, 23 people in Memphis were killed by police officers in 2012 and 2013. CIT training in a culture where police accountability is seldom demanded will not significantly enhance the safety of mentally challenged people or anyone else. Continuing to react to mental health crises AFTER a person proves to be a danger to self and others compromises our sick citizens AND our communities. But this keeps the prisons full, and that seems to be the plan.

Yes, we tire of reading about mentally ill people brutalized and killed by untrained police officers, but moreover, we tire of a system that allows mental illness to go untreated until a person proves through violence that he/she is a danger to self and others. We tire of seeing disabled Americans homeless and hungry because their basic needs are ignored. We tire of prison investments taking precedence over the welfare of sick Americans and community safety.

Radio experience is not necessary for you to call and make your opinions known to our senators. You should not worry about your educational level or anything else that might hamper you from speaking your mind clearly on this issue. These are YOUR relatives and friends, your tax money and your senators. Speak on behalf or against mandatory psychiatric treatment and subsistence assistance for people who are too sick to recognize their own need for intervention services. Speak about the dire need for more psychiatric hospital space and the resumption of Medicaid insurance for working class and indigent families whose loved ones need help. Speak even if you do not know anyone with mental illness, but you recognize that we all shop and attend schools together, and you would prefer for people with serious mental illnesses to get the treatment their conditions demand instead of remaining untreated unless and until they prove through violence their need for continuous care. Call and object to the prison industrial complex enlarging itself by continuing to deflect your tax money away from treatment in order to excuse arresting Americans who simply need psychiatric services and subsistence assistance.

You do not need an appointment to speak on the broadcasts Sunday and Monday, April 27 and 28. The first five callers will be accepted for each of the three shows.

I already recorded my opinion for the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee during a special broadcast of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill on April 24. Hear the tape, please.

The Senate Judiciary Subcommittee Hearings announcement is below:

Law Enforcement Responses to Disabled Americans:

Promising Approaches for Protecting Public Safety
Hearing Before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Human Rights
Link to details on website: http://goo.gl/6oLil7

Date: April 29, 2014
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Location: Dirksen Senate Office Building, Room 226

NOTE: Sometimes there are late changes to room assignments for hearings. We encourage interested parties to check the Committee's website the day of the hearing to confirm the location. Keep track here: http://www.judiciary.senate.gov

Description: U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL), the Senate’s Assistant Majority Leader and Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Human Rights, will chair a hearing entitled “Law Enforcement Responses to Disabled Americans: Promising Approaches for Protecting Public Safety.” Because of inadequate social and mental health services, law enforcement officers have increasingly become the first responders for individuals with mental illness or developmental disabilities who are in crisis.

Recent high-profile tragedies have demonstrated the need for law enforcement officers to receive additional training to safely address these situations. State and local law enforcement agencies have taken the lead in developing innovative solutions, such as Crisis Intervention Teams. Localities that use these approaches have seen fewer injuries and deaths among officers and people with mental illness or developmental disabilities, increased jail diversion rates, fewer lawsuits following crisis incidents, and stronger ties with the mental health and disability communities. This hearing will explore how Congress and the Executive Branch can support and strengthen these efforts.

Hearing Attendance: This hearing is open to the public. Interested members of the community are encouraged to attend. For planning purposes, the Committee requests that those planning on attending indicate their intent to come by completing an online RSVP at:
http://goo.gl/2dmgSH

Statements for the Record: Chairman Durbin invites stakeholders to offer their perspectives and experiences on these issues by submitting written testimony to be included in the hearing record. These statements help educate Committee members about this issue and are important to demonstrating community interest.

Statements must be submitted as a PDF or Word Document of 10 pages or less, and should be emailed to
Durbin_Testimony@Judiciary-dem.Senate.gov as early as possible, but no later than Monday, April 28, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. Please note that the Subcommittee cannot accept previously published information, such as newspaper articles or reports, as a statement for the record.

Senator Dick Durbin is Chairman of the Senate Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Human Rights. The Subcommittee has jurisdiction over all constitutional issues, and all legislation and policy related to civil rights, civil liberties and human rights. The Ranking Member of the Subcommittee is Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX).

It would be illegal to keep a dog in a tight space 23 hours a day and gas or Taser him for barking. It would be illegal to put a dog into a deadly restraint chair for control. But this happens to mentally ill Americans routinely in the nation's jails and prisons. What happened to Larry Neal? He was a black disabled man, and his wrongful death in police custody is covered-up rather than treated with due process of law because crisis intervention training started in Memphis, Tennessee, where Larry Neal was kidnapped and murdered in 2003. This proves that CIT alone will NOT prevent brutality and deaths, neither will it prevent people with serious mental illness from going into crisis and being arrested. STOP Censorship on Blogtalkradio

+BlogTalkRadio, will you allow people to follow my radio shows, please? The following message was relayed by Facebook:

Nancy Lockhart commented on a link you shared.
Nancy wrote: "Mary, I'm not certain why blog talk will not allow me to click follow on your show. I've spent the past 20 minutes trying. I will try later but, don't want to miss your shows."

Thanks for the information, +Nancy Lockhart . I plan to take all of this censorship to the International Court for Human Rights soon. I appreciate my friends and followers at Internet sites sharing with me when they experience difficulty opening urls to my articles, following my blogs and radio shows, and reaching me by telephone (678)531.0262. There has been an effort to isolate me for nearly a decade in order to contain my advocacy for human rights for America's mentally ill people. I feel that people with mental health disabilities are nevertheless entitled to full citizenship rights, and others disagree, particularly prison investors. I am not the only human rights advocate having these censorship issues, but I am America's Most Censored. Please plan to join us at the "OCCUPY Silicon Valley" protest against Internet censorship on April 4, 2014.

The concept of human rights is under attack in the USA.

President Bill Clinton's Executive Order 13107
https://www.fas.org/irp/offdocs/eo13107.htm
IMPLEMENTATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS TREATIES ~ By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and bearing in mind the obligations of the United States pursuant to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT), the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD), and other relevant treaties concerned with the protection and promotion of human rights to which the United States is now or may become a party in the future, it is hereby ordered as follows: (See the entire EO at the above link.)

Former President Jimmy Carter recently published a scathing op ed criticizing America's standing regarding human rights. The 39th president denounced assassinations of Americans abroad and other developments that challenge Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the U.S. Constitution. A New York Times article called "America's Shameful Human Rights Record" carried Carter's assessment. See an excerpt below:

A CRUEL AND UNUSUAL RECORD - June 24, 2012: The United States is abandoning its role as the global champion of human rights. Revelations that top officials are targeting people to be assassinated abroad, including American citizens, are only the most recent, disturbing proof of how far our nation’s violation of human rights has extended . . . In addition to American citizens’ being targeted for assassination or indefinite detention, recent laws have canceled the restraints in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 to allow UNPRECEDENTED VIOLATIONS OF OUR RIGHTS to privacy through warrantless wiretapping and government mining of our electronic communications. Popular state laws permit detaining individuals because of their appearance, WHERE THEY WORSHIP or with whom they associate. See Carter's oped at the New York Times link

One Blogtalkradio shows you definitely should not miss, +Nancy Lockhart, carries my interview with International Human Rights Attorney Mustafa Ansari. He is a dedicated Human Rights Defender with 20 years proven record of accomplishments in legal education, Human Rights activism, and personnel management. He is Dean of the American Institute of Human Rights, Chief Justice of Indigenous African American Reparations Tribunal-a panel of six international and domestic attorneys. Ansari is Trustee of Bosnian Genocide Victims Trust for the collection and the enforcement of the 7.8 Billion dollar Human Rights Judgments as a result of the Bosnian Genocide. He addressed the audience at "HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS MARCH" on +BlogTalkRadio at 9pm PST, February 3, 2014. He told us about how we can use EO 13107 on behalf of people we advocate for, since civil and human rights are so often ignored in U.S. courts. Listen to the dialog at the url below, IF they let you:

I would appreciate your also listening to a distressful update on the case of Shannon Nyamodi, the 19-year-old black youth who is wrongly arrested in Franklin County, North Carolina for a crime that even the victim testified he did not do. Nyamodi is being tortured with solitary confinement to force him to plea bargain and save the prosecutor from going before a jury with a case he cannot hope to win. Apparently, the State intends to continue holding Nyamodi in indefinite detention until he capitulates and accepts a plea deal, just as Pennsylvania did to Terrell Scott last week. Terrell had been denied trial for nearly five years before he gave up. Nyamodi has been held without trial for 16 months. The interview with Shannon Nyamodi's mother, Elizabeth Crudup, should be available at this url
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/nnia1/2014/02/05/enslavement-and-genocide-of-africans-and-indigenous  ~Tortures, false arrests, and lynchings are not Black history. These are 21st century problems. If mainstream media would join the call for Shannon's Sixth Amendment rights to an open and speedy trial and representation by an attorney, things might be different today. Instead, we justice advocates use the Internet. That is why it is so important to prevent advocates' voices from being silenced by Internet censorship. It is a battle we cannot afford to lose, particularly African Americans.

Happy Black History Month 2014!
The struggle continues, and defeat is not an option.

Mainstream TV Opportunity for Your Family!

Activist Families Wanted for Mainstream TV Show

OPPORTUNITY for parents and legal guardians of children between ages 6 and 18 to appear on a popular mainstream TV show that will feature people with social consciousness. If your family supports a cause, you qualify for an interview!  If selected, you and your children will be on TV!

Families chosen will be paid $10k for a one-week filming commitment. Please email me at MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com or call 678.531.0262 to be put in touch with the television network. You can also simply respond in the comments field for this invitation and include a phone number or email address for us to send you the telephone number for the show's casting agent. The mainstream television network will contact you and conduct an interview. If selected, you and your child(ren) will be featured on a popular television show where you will be able to share your passion for whatever cause you support with potentially millions of viewers. This is a legitimate opportunity open to the first 50 couples with children between 6 and 18. Please feel free to share this invitation with your friends and family!

I am so pleased that a popular mainstream television show wants to feature families with an interest in changing the world for the better. The casting manager read one of my articles and figured I know many people like you who care enough to actively support an advocacy. Most people have done at least one thing to help their children become socially conscious.
Do you feed the hungry together at Thanksgiving? Did you and your children go to any Occupy demonstrations? Did you Occupy the PGA? Did you march to save Troy Davis or some other condemned person? Do you deliver Meals-on-Wheels? Do you and your children volunteer to assist the elderly in nursing homes? Do you write letters to inmates? Did you march in a Martin Luther King Day parade? Do you volunteer to assist "Lawless America Movie?" Did you march to get some law passed or to repeal a law you opposed? Did you and your children campaign for an official? Let me hear from you ASAP. Be in that first 50 persons and promote your cause on mainstream television.  Blessings!

Justice Gagged re Twitgoo

(8 paragraphs, 9 links, 1 photo)  Since I found Twitgoo and uploaded my protest sign (to the left) that says "WRONGFUL DEATH OF LARRY NEAL.com," I have not been permitted to view my Twitter profile page.  That usually happens when cyberdogs object to my tweets.  I don't know if my tweeting the photograph of me holding the protest sign is what caused the blackout at my Twitter profile page, or if cyberdogs objected to some of my tweets in the last few minutes.  I published a tweet about the air traffic controller who was allegedly asleep on the job.  See the tweet below:

Shame! Asleep on the job w/ ppl depending on U! Not air traffic controller: Holder
http://www.thepetitionsite.com/2/Justice4MaryNeal/

When I uploaded my protest photo at Twitgoo, there was a problem with full visibility, so I tweeted about it.  It seems to be fixed now.  Maybe the slow response was caused by cyberdogs who live nearby my house (they were placed in foreclosed homes in my area) to interfere with my computer usage.  I complained about the photo's partial visibility in this tweet:

@Twitter - On yo @twitgoo, only the first 1/4 of my image shows on my PC. What abt yours? http://twitgoo.com/230awj COINTELPRO check, pls

When I followed the link to my article, "Freedom for Egypt, Iran and Mary Neal!" the photo for that article was invisible on my PC.  Will they let you see it? Here's the link:  http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2011/02/freedom-for-egypt-iran-and-mary-neal.html

Sometimes, I am not allowed to see what the rest of the world sees when visiting the same websites that you visit.  Cyberdogs are capable of effecting computer specific views.  Learn more by accessing my article:  "Internet Censorship American Style" at this link:  http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2010/07/internet-censorship-how-they-do-it.html

It is a shame that Americans are losing First Amendment protections.  I really think the U.S. Department of Justice, which is the federal agency we pay to uphold our constitutional protections, is sleeping on the job.

That is what's going on in Libya, USA today in my neck of the woods: Georgia, where my family was probably the first in America to be ruled "immaterial" by a federal court. I'll try to keep you posted.  TRY to follow me at Twitter where I am @koffietime, and I will TRY to follow you back. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I am not allowed to have a functional "follow me at Twitter" widget on this or my other censored websites listed at the signature block below.  You and I will work around the censorship force until they assign YOU an Individual Internet Access I.D. that will enable authoratives (that's what I call elitist overlords) to also control your Internet browsing and input more thoroughly.  If you write about controversial subjects like human rights (which is treated as homeland terrorism, unfortunately), authoratives have already taken control, and you may not know how to read their footprints yet.  Follow this blog and my others, and I'll show you their tracks through your net freedom.  See also "Justice Gagged re Christianity" and "Justice Gagged re Sick Vets" in this blog.  I have to list entries as I go, because otherwise, they disappear on my blog's index and your browser will skip them. Asking people to treat others like they want to be treated is censored now like it was 2,000 years ago.
