UN, Help HR Activists Speak in USA

1)  In Paragraph 12 below, please find three ways to help promote justice in the United States of America. I was allowed to create the Blogtalkradio show for "Ralph Poynter What's Happening" for July 14, 2015, only after sending the following message to the United Nations in New York:

2) Hello. I need to speak with someone about the continuous attacks against our freedom of speech and press using online services in the United States of America. I run two channels on Blogtalkradio, including "Human Rights Demand" and "NNIA1" and numerous blogs exposing and opposing oppression against African Americans and the mentally ill of all races, including torture and unrequited murders. 3) Professor Betty Davis, host for Ralph Poynter's show, which airs on Tuesday nights at 9pmEST on Blogtalkradio, called me greatly frustrated because there was apparently no "submit" button in view on her screen when she created the setup for the July 14 show. I went into the create field and set up the show, and my "submit" button was not operational until I wrote to the United Nations. Racist eugenicists in the United States must recognize that I can do nothing to make them stop attacks against my human rights to speak and write freely, but I can and will stop them from carrying out these attacks covertly. 

4) Topics usually covered on the "Ralph Poynter What's Happening" weekly broadcasts include:
a) objections to human rights violations against Palestinians
b) objections to the spread of imperialism
c) objections to the slow deaths of political prisoners behind bars in the United States
d) objections against using the legal system to punish dissent, such as the wrongful incarceration of Rev. Edward Pinkney, an African American minister who was convicted by an all-white jury of voter fraud without any evidence of wrongdoing as punishment for launching a successful recall petition in Benton Harbor, Michigan
d) objections to the unrequited murders of African Americans and mentally ill people of all races under the color of law

5) Usual guests on the Ralph Poynter show include world renowned human rights activists: former attorney Lynne Stewart, Professor Betty Davis, Larry Pinkney, and a host of educators and others with a dedication to human rights. Ms. Davis was unable to post the description below on the Blogtalkradio billboard for the July 14 show, and I had trouble posting it:

6) ANATOMY OF OPPRESSION – PART IIThe flag is down, now what?  America loves to talk about democracy but hates people elected democratically or who successfully fight for a true democratic electoral process.  The current incarceration of Rev. Pinkney illustrates this fact. We supposedly have the inalienable right of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, but Black and Brown people live now and have always lived under and around arbitrary authority that is white authority. Control of education is an integral part of democratic organization - a very natural and obvious structure. Community Control of police is against the organization of government control from the top down.

7) The process of democracy in the work place is a cure for capitalism. Community Control is a cure for a lack of democracy in the workplace AND POLICE BRUTALITY. Therefore, community control is a cure for capitalism. The purpose of this episode is to attack metaphysical imperialism by attacking ‘phony issues’ that deflect us from the true solutions to the problems of oppression. The reality is Black people are still being killed by ‘KILLER COPS‘ every 26 to 28 hours, and MASSACRES STILL HAPPEN. - Ralph Poynter.

8) I wrote quite a bit at Twitter on July 2 and 3 as @koffietime, including a thank you to China for chastising the United States about its disregard for Americans' human rights, particularly the right to life of African Americans. African Americans are regularly attacked and our numbers are reduced by police brutality and violent corrections officers working in brutal prisons where scores of African Americans are mass incarcerated in torturous and life-threatening conditions. I also advocate for mentally ill Americans of all races who are continuously killed and brutalized after treatment is withheld in order to increase the numbers of these Americans with mental disabilities who suffer behind bars, presently 1.25million people. After my July 2 and 3 tweets, the operating system to my Chromebook computer was immediately destroyed. Eugenicists obviously knew that the warranty on the Chromebook expired in June 2015, and that they could destroy the computer without my ability to repair/replace it easily.

10) I rely on you who may be allowed to read this article to help replace my computer equipment. This is my 11th computer that hackers working for a fraudulent law firm, eugenicists in government positions, and/or prison investors have destroyed within the 10 years I have worked online for human rights in the United States. I reported computer attacks and phone tampering to the police and was told by Detective Miller of DeKalb County, Georgia Police Department that it is NOT illegal to destroy my computer equipment and interfere with my ability to communicate. They refused to trace the IP addresses and car tag I gave the police related to my illegal, covert harassment and computer destruction. 

11) My email boxes are continually robbed of mail that I was not allowed to receive, and my phones are robbed of voice mails I am prevented from hearing. Even U.S. Mail to and from my address has been compromised. As a barricade is placed around an enemy country, so are my avenues of communication being illegally shut off in violation of the United States Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The Cochran Firm, which I have declared to be a racist fraud for years, was determined by federal court not to be a law firm at all on May 12, 2015, yet the unethical lawyers continue to advertise services as a law firm while the FCC does nothing. Facebook is Racially Prejudice

I have a new cover photograph at Facebook that acts different from any other cover photo I have posted. I cannot edit it and neither can I tag it. It is not obscene or violent. It does depict Africans lying jammed together like sardines, much like they were on slave vessels.

I wrote the following description on the cover photo and TRIED to tag the names indicated. But the names did not really tag. I will invite these friends to join the race discrimination lawsuit, although some of them are Caucasians. They will be as offended as I am that I am being censored:

Many African Americans have lost their fight to remain sane and sober-minded in this racist system. Mentally ill people as well as drug and alcohol addicts are now delivered into slavery rather than treated for their diseases. "AIMI vs. USA" plans a lawsuit in International Court for slaves of every race who are wrongly used as prison commodities -- enslaved because of mental illness and drug addictions. Facebook refused to allow my cover photo to be tagged with names. Neither am I permitted to edit it. The photo is not indecent or violent in any way. I removed the same photo off this post in case they LIE and say it is because I used the same photo twice, although that has never been a problem before. I am calling the United Nations​ and make a report about this infringement on my First Amendment rights. If you would like for me to add your names to the cover photo (they won't really tag), so that you can enter the lawsuit. 

Not only are African Americans being captured for slavery like they were and brought to toil and die in this country, but censorship is used by Internet companies to prevent discussion about it. I CANNOT WAIT TO SUPOENA FACEBOOK'S PRISON INVESTMENT PORTFOLIOS.

After the founding of Pennsylvania in 1682, Philadelphia became the region's main port for the import of slaves. The first recorded formal protest against slavery was the 1688 Germantown Quaker Petition Against Slavery. (Wikipedia). Pennsylvania today probably has more prison investors in its justice system than any other state. In fact, 21st century Pennsylvania slave masters dispensed with the Sixth Amendment in some cases and simply kidnaps black people and incarcerates them for prison profits, denying the prisoners any right to trials. This happened to Holly Alston​'s son, Terrell Scott. He has been held six years without trial to get YOUR TAX MONEY. (Yes, Eric Holder knew about it. We'll see what Ms. Lynch says soon.)

North Carolina is no better than Pennsylvania. In North Carolina, Africans in America are captured and tortured sometimes for years until they confess to crimes they did not do. This happened to the son of Elizabeth Crudup​. Shannon Nyamodi was arrested at age 18 and held in solitary confinement torture in Franklin County Jail for two long years until he apparently broke mentally and finally made a false confession. All the authorities were notified about this infringement on the youth's rights, and nobody in the USA did a thing about it. Nyamodi was targeted particularly because his family is from Kenya, like President Obama's family.

Both of these cases - Terrell Scott and Shannon Nyamodi - will go to International Court in "AIMI vs. USA".

Thank you, GOD, for allowing these NAZIS to infringe on my First Amendment rights so boldly and with such bodacious a feeling of entitlement as this, the very week while Baltimore burns with dreams denied.

"AIMI vs. USA" Claimants Conference Censored at Facebook

Certain posts at Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) are available for Facebook's boosting service. AIMI plans a lawsuit against the USA in International Court regarding the disregard of mentally ill people's civil and human rights. Today, we had a claimants' conference with two mothers of mentally disabled, physically ill prisoners in Florida. The conference was recorded and is available for public listening and comments. We request officials throughout the United States, whether in federal or state levels of government, including prison officials, to please institute appropriate care for the sons of the women we spoke with today and all 1.25 million mentally ill inmates in the United States, who comprise the larges class of prisoners. American taxpayers are charged for psychiatric and medical treatment for these inmates, and we make a human rights demand that they actually receive appropriate care. 

Gemma Pena said she was told that her son, Kristopher Rodriguez, refuses to accept his medication and that the prison cannot do anything since he will not cooperate with treatment. Rodriguez is a mentally ill inmate, and he deserves intravenous treatment if he is beyond accepting his meds. This was done for the son of Heather Chapman, Nikko Albanese, who is a Caucasian mentally ill inmate, and we expect no less for Rodriguez, who is Latino. Rodriguez is reportedly refusing to cooperate with treatment because he was at one time given the wrong medication and nearly died. His reluctance to comply with medical treatment may be valid; but we must not allow him to die.

As readers can see by proof shared in this and other articles in "Justice Gagged" blog, Mary Neal and members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill experience censorship to prevent our objections to criminalizing mental illness. However, we will not be reticent about the abuses done to America's most vulnerable citizens. Frederick Douglass, a great abolitionist of the 1800's said, "Power concedes nothing without a demand; it never has, and it never will." 

We thank our Internet supporters and justice-minded people everywhere for helping to give ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL. You save lives when you share my articles to help get this issue before the People, who are obviously decent and care about mentally ill people being denied treatment to become prison commodities, then subjected to torture and wrongful deaths without accountability behind bars. Google+ Stalkers Censor Message to Disabled Americans

Stalkers at Google+ prevented me from posting the above invitation to Americans who experienced discriminatory treatment for having a health disability. Americans with disabilities have a RIGHT to sue for restorative justice. They have a RIGHT to alert the world to their continuous prison torture in solitary confinement, being made to participate in human dog fights, their homelessness, and their beatings. Families of mentally challenged Americans who were killed under the color of law have a RIGHT to complain to the United Nations about their relatives' wrongful deaths that were denied justice in U.S. courts. 

Not only will officials allow the secret arrests and murders of mentally disabled Americans, but they hire stalkers to censor their victims' survivors to keep the world from knowing about their crimes against humanity.
