Picket Planned at Blogtalkradio and Silicon Valley

Blogtalkradio hackers prevent us from scheduling the Ralph Poynter What's Happening Show. We have fought for the last two hours, and I grow weary and hungry. I think I will concede. How can a Georgia grandmother hope to win over NSA if they want to censor African Americans discussing issues of pertinence online? No chance. Did you know that the NDAA law gives the State Department the right to conduct cyber warfare on Americans? Yes, and the "right" to put innocent Americans in camps, too. I was given a cover story about today's censorship at Blogtalkradio. I don't believe it for a minute. If Blogtalkradio is having a service outage, it should prepare to NAME EVERY AFFECTED HOST at . The interference does not necessarily have to be from Blogtalkradio itself, but that is where we will picket. If it is not from the Internet site itself, it is probably NSA doing the censorship. NSA took out GMail and Care2 eCards both in one day to stop my posting news that Alabama was about to  an innocent man who passed his  test - Thomas Arthur in . They had secured the death warrant and were about to lethally inject the innocent man. So I am used to NSA's interference in order to cover-up wrongdoing, like it does at  and  to cover-up demonic activity - a planned wrongful execution of an elderly white man. What chance do Blacks have on death row if you would do this to a white man in Alabama? Maybe it is not you, Blogtalkradio, but the noise will happen outside your windows. The notice at Blogtalkradio says, "Service Status - Investigating network outages. Some hosts and listeners may be experiencing delays. Our engineers are on the case and we’ll post updates here as we learn more information."

Police Spying on Black Activists

CoIntelPro activities continue in the 21st century under the current Washington and local government administrations. See a letter below from a human rights advocate complaining about CoIntelPro-like activities that are still happening in Memphis, Tennessee, where Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated and my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, was kidnapped and murdered in Shelby County Jail. The report that Memphis Black Autonomy Federation attached to the letter is at the first url among seven(7) below in this article.

Hello,

The Memphis Black Autonomy Federation (MBAF) has prepared a special written report, attached, containing detailed information about the Memphis Police Department's spying and other illegal activities to co-opt, disrupt and destroy our group's First Amendment right to write about and speak out, organize and protest against police brutality.

The illegal activities of Memphis cops against the MBAF violate a 1978 federal court order that prohibits the local police from ever interfering with the First Amendment rights of Memphis residents. Is it any wonder, then, that a police force that willfully violates a 35-year-old court order has killed at least 23 people since February, 2012?

Peace and love,
JoNina Ervin, Acting Co-Coordinator
Memphis Black Autonomy Federation

“COINTELPRO (an acronym for Counter Intelligence Program) was/is a series of covert, and often illegal, projects conducted by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) aimed at surveilling, infiltrating, discrediting, and disrupting domestic political organizations. COINTELPRO tactics included discrediting targets through psychological warfare, planting false reports in the media, smearing through forged letters, harassment, wrongful imprisonment, extralegal violence and assassination. Covert operations under COINTELPRO took place between 1956 and 1971; however, the FBI has used covert operations against targeted individuals and domestic political groups since its inception. The FBI's stated motivation at the time was ‘protecting national security, preventing violence, and maintaining the existing social and political order.’” (Wikipedia and other sources.)

The "social order" that CoIntelPro protected was/is dominance by white elitists with a Nazist manifesto. Dr.Martin Luther King, Jr., Malcolm X, and many people who protested the Viet Nam War or systemic racism were targeted by COINTELPRO, especially members of the Black Panther Party. Most of COINTELPRO's budget went to suppressing African Americans' quest for civil and human rights. One of the FBI program's main goals was to "prevent the rise of a black Messiah," but whites and Jews were also punished and some died for protesting racism and war. Consider the Kent State massacre on May 4, 1970.

CoIntelPro supposedly lost its budget and ended after the Church Committee Hearings in 1972. However, the Patriot Act was passed by President George Bush in 2001. On May 26, 2011, President Barack Obama signed the PATRIOT Sunsets Extension Act of 2011, a four-year extension of three key provisions in the USA PATRIOT Act: roving wiretaps, searches of business records (the "library records provision"), and conducting surveillance of "lone wolves"—individuals suspected of terrorist-related activities not linked to terrorist groups. (Wikipedia)

Thanks to revelations by whistleblower Edward Snowden and others, we know that surveillance is not really limited to "individuals suspected of terrorist-related activities." Literally everyone in America and many foreign nations, and even the United Nations, are surveilled by the National Security Agency (NSA). All emails, telephone calls, and online activities are recorded by NSA, which operates out of the War Department budget. Furthermore, the controversial NDAA law gives NSA war powers to conduct a cyberwar against the communication of targeted individuals, groups, and companies. The cyberwar can be (and is) initiated against individuals and groups that are not engaged in any terrorist-related activities, but they threaten to "disrupt the social order," which still is world dominance by white elitists with a Nazist manifesto.

Unprecedented surveillance against American citizens is not going forward without challenges in courts. Civil liberties groups like the ACLU say the mass telephone call-tracking program is “perhaps the largest surveillance operation ever carried out by a democratic government against its own citizens.” The group has filed suit against the NSA, and the hearing occurred Friday morning, November 22, in New York. On Monday, November 18, the Supreme Court declined an unusual request from the Electronic Privacy and Information Center asking the Supreme Court to hear a challenge to the NSA surveillance even before the issue could play out in the lower courts. Without comment, the Supreme Court refused the request.

Whereas the Government admits to conducting surveillance, the fact that there is a cyberwar being conducted against communication among certain individuals and groups is hardly mentioned by civil and human rights groups that bring court challenges. Censorship is the object of this cyberwar. Africans in America are the primary targets, just as they were the primary targets of the FBI's CoIntelPro program. As stated by the Memphis Black Autonomy Federation in the letter above, spying and other illegal activities are done to co-opt, disrupt and destroy First Amendment rights to write about and speak out, organize and protest against police brutality and mass incarceration.

My computer and phones are monitored and controlled because writing, speaking, and protesting to support victimized mentally challenged Americans and condemned inmates are treated like terrorist activities in America. The prospect of all Americans, including blacks, having free and open communication terrifies wrongdoers. The cyberwar against such activism must be conducted sneakily, since discrimination against people based on their race, ethnicity, or health disability violates the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Code.

Local governments conduct surveillance, censorship and persecution against targets probably on orders from federal agencies, which will neither assist nor instruct local police departments and citizens police to desist from such gregarious violations against the constitutional rights of African Americans. The U.S. Government's "War on Black America" continues in this age of technology. Join Mary "Loves Justice" Neal for a Video Hangout at Google+ on December 11, when this writer will attempt to play videos that evidence the fact that First Amendment rights are denied to black people who use those rights to advocate for justice.

Freedom of press and free speech are chief among other human rights denied to the Neal family as we ask how and why Larry Neal, a mentally, physically disabled man from Memphis, Tennessee, died under secret incarceration - a murder that was covered-up by the Shelby County Jail, Shelby County Government, the United States Department of Justice, and The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm. Wrongful deaths of black people by police are given the same response in 21st century America that a slave mistress gave a distraught, black mother who was sold separate from her children in the hit movie "12 Years a Slave." The slave mistress said, "Dry your eyes and don't take on so. You will forget all about them in a few days." The slave mistress thought of the black woman's children as lost pets. Elitist, white supremacists and their black Confederate soldiers still think that way today and insist on silence about police violence against black people and the mentally ill. Gangstalking to Hide Crimes Against Humanity

1 of 12. When you redirect the twenty(20) links in this article, cyberstalkers, you will further expose your Nazi employers when I return to this article and place the actual urls to the links.

2 of 12. CENSORED CRIMES! I discovered tonight that the YouTube video showing my home was outlined in paint by gangstalkers for radial harassment is not able to play directly on Twitter, where I am @koffietime. The url for the video also failed to show the film in an email I sent on Gmail. Apparently, the video has been coded to act different from other videos I post. The Bible says, "Blessed is he whose sins are covered." In this one respect, authorities believe God. It was unlawful and evil to secretly arrest a mentally, physically disabled man, lie to his social worker and family and deny having Larry Neal, a schizophrenic heart patient, keep him 18 days while the family searched everywhere for him, then return his naked body nearly three weeks later, with all requests for explanations, investigations, arrest records, an inmate fatality report, and justice denied. Human rights are tossed out of the window in the USA. The video which is embedded below is at You Tube link http://youtu.be/znJS-6qw__8 and is called "Gangstalking Mary Neal re Prisoner Advocacy

3 of 12. I am terrorized, censored, and kept under constant surveillance because I ask and will continue to ask, "What happened to Larry Neal?" I told my elderly mama that I would help her get justice for Larry, thinking it would be sufficient to contract with wrongful death attorneys. The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm worked for the jail behind our backs and never filed suit and did not even start any investigation, although the unethical attorneys pretended to do so for almost a year while the statute of limitations ran. The managing partner of the Memphis office of The Cochran Firm, Julian Bolton, Esq., was himself a long-standing member of the Shelby County Commission, and the firm took our case in a deliberate, hidden conflict of interest in order to defraud us and prevent the lawsuit for Larry's murder. Then the courts in Georgia protected The Cochran Firm from our lawsuits for its dirty fraud. Dog abuse/murder is investigated and prosecuted in the United States. But mentally ill people's right to life is not protected, especially black people's. Mentally ill people in America deserve DOG JUSTICE.

4. of 12. Answer this, criminals in government and courts and law firms: HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU INTEND TO KEEP LARRY NEAL'S MURDER SECRET FOREVER? OR DO YOU ONLY INTEND TO KEEP HIS MURDER AND THE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD SECRET UNTIL YOU KILL HIS FAMILY? YOU SENT BURGLARS TO STEAL THE NEALS V. COCHRAN FIRM COURT RECORDS LAST AUGUST. WHAT IS THE NEXT CRIME YOU PLAN, YOU WHO PRESIDE OVER "JUSTICE" IN AMERICA, OFFICERS OF THE COURT, SERVANTS OF THE PEOPLE?

5 of 12. I try to report the censorship and gangstalking that happens in the infowar regarding advocacy for mentally ill Americans. Continuous censorship is indicative that criminals plan to eventually harm me. Congratulations to states that are making it unlawful to indefinitely detain ANYONE without criminal charges and an opportunity for defense, nullifying NDAA Section 1021 for the People. The State of Montana is working to nullify NDAA. "Montana's Anti- NDAA Bill Moves to Senate With 98-0 Vote"

http://www.activistpost.com/2013/02/montana-anti-ndaa-bill-moves-to-senate.html#sthash.2o2I8Wwd.dpuf  Once, my little dog bit a child who trespassed and played with him in our yard where he was secured on a chain. When Animal Control arrived, I was required to prove that Shaggy Dog was up to date on his vaccinations, which I did. Nevertheless, Shaggy Dog was arrested and kept in the pound for a number of days to guarantee that he was not rabid. People arrested under NDAA will not have the opportunity of defense that my dog had.

6 of 12. Larry Neal was a lifelong mentally ill heart patient, not a terrorist. I know if they secretly arrested and terminated him in 2003 before NDAA was law for simply singing loud or panhandling, they will do it to you and/or your loved ones. That is possible only because We the People lack courage and commitment to human rights. The video at the url link below was published two years ago, and grassroots organizations and individual activists have provided our only help. We are grateful for them. But Larry's kidnapping and secret lynching and my family's persecution to hide the crime shows how remiss/united major human/civil rights organizations, lawyers, media companies, and government officials are. We must emulate their unity before it is too late. See "Boycott 4 Justice"
http://youtu.be/ROkthmx1Dlc

7 of 12. I had hoped that my family's 10-year justice quest regarding Larry Neal's government lynching and my terrorism following The Cochran Firm fraud would end on a quietly victorious note. I was raised as a Christian to live without prejudice. But after viewing a movie called "Maafa21," which is available in my FreeSpeakBlog, I recognize that powerful Caucasian elitists probably would not allow The Cochran Firm to pay damages and apologize for covering up my disabled brother's murder while under secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail even if the firm wanted to do so.

8 of 12. None of them in that "eugenics/ genocide club" think it is necessary to treat Africans in America like real people. They believe us to be "imbeciles" and "useless eaters" and "the Negro problem" since slavery was declared illegal except for convicts, which is why America has the highest prison population in the history of the world. Upholding human and civil rights is not a popular idea in Washington at this time, either. They exercise influence over blacks and "liberals" in media, religion, government, and civil/human rights organizations. The article and full-length movie about the eugenics/ genocide program are available at "BLACK GENOCIDE Maafa21" at the link:
http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2013/02/black-genocide-maafa21.html

9 of 12. Randy McMurry, a former Cochran Firm partner, calls The Cochran Firm's fraud against its black and brown clients and attorneys "racketeering." McMurray's documentary proof (if you need more) that The Cochran Firm engages in deliberately false or misleading advertising and does shoddy legal work that rises to the level of RICO racketeering will be published in a subsequent article in FreeSpeakBlog. After that, please look for "Cochran Firm Fraud" wherever you buy books.

10 of 12. Testimony by former Cochran Firm attorneys, including Shawn Chapman Holley, Randy McMurray, and Vickie Gilliam, regarding The Cochran Firm fraud is at this article:
Randy McMurray: "The Cochran Firm Racketeers!"

Obama to Cambodia Stop Human Rights Abuses

President Obama to Cambodia: "Stop Human Rights Abuses." Cambodia to President Obama: "After You."

PHNOM PENH, Cambodia — "President Obama on Monday, November 20, 2012, became the first sitting US president to visit Cambodia, arriving to little fanfare and then pointedly criticizing the country’s autocratic leader on the issue of human rights during a tense meeting." Lawless America should end hypocrisy and start honoring human rights itself. Nobody is inspired by play acting. To kill Larry Neal, a mentally, physically handicapped American under secret arrest and deny his family due process of law, including records and accountability for his death, is very Cambodian of America. http://bostonglobe.com/news/world/2012/11/20/obama-has-tense-meeting-with-cambodian-strongman/MkpZFOC2MyAfHXfEvsW4XI/story.html

Does Cambodia secretly arrest and murder its mentally ill citizens, then allow or facilitate stalking and censorship against the murdered people's families to prevent disclosure and deny the families due process of law? Does Cambodia have concentration camps for citizens without any criminal charges or opportunity for defense like the National Defense Authorization Act allows the White House to do to Americans? Does Cambodia have a hit list for its citizens who can be killed without charges and trials?  See "JIMMY CARTER ACCUSES U.S. OF WIDESPREAD HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES" http://news.yahoo.com/jimmy-carter-accuses-u-widespread-abuse-human-rights-154057442--abc-news-politics.html

See WRONGFUL DEATH OF LARRY NEAL at http://WrongfulDeathOfLarryNeal.com , and let us improve human rights in the USA. Begin by ending censorship so that Americans will know the real challenges we face at home.

Human Rights News from MaryLovesJustice

Human rights news from Mary Neal's  inbox at MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com
Please read and share the eight(8) reports below (twelve(12) URLs):

NDAA Concentration Camps: As presidential election returns rolled in Tuesday night, the U.S. Justice Department filed its opening brief defending a controversial military detention provision that a trial judge in Manhattan declared unconstitutional earlier this year. The suit, filed in Manhattan federal district court by a group of journalists and activists, challenges a section of the National Defense Authorization Act that DOJ lawyers said reaffirms presidential detention authority under the Authorization for Use of Military Force, or AUMF.  http://legaltimes.typepad.com/blt/2012/11/doj-defends-controversial-military-detention-provision-.html

ANOTHER black mental patient was killed - this one in an Oklahoma jail without food or water http://solitarywatch.com/2012/11/05/mentally-ill-man-dies-injured-and-alone-in-a-tulsa-jail-cell/
In a horrific story out of Oklahoma, lawyers representing the estate of a prisoner who was found dead in the Tulsa Jail have sued the local sheriff’s office and the jail’s private health care provider. Elliott Earl Williams, 37, was pronounced dead in his cell at 11:21 a.m. Oct. 27, 2011, after allegedly going days without food and water

Net freedom, anyone? It’s of deep concern that a conference on internet freedom (the Internet Governance Forum (IGF), a United Nations initiative) is being held in one of the world’s most tawdry dictatorships. Azerbaijan is a country with a track record of persecuting internet activists, such as bloggers Emin Milli and Adnan Hajizada. Elnur Majidli, a Strasbourg-based blogger and internet activist, was threatened with a 12 year jail sentence for "inciting hatred" after setting up Facebook groups that facilitated rare public protests in Azerbaijan during 2011. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/middleeast/azerbaijan/9658427/Why-is-a-crucial-conference-on-internet-freedom-taking-place-in-a-dictatorship.html

Social Cleansing' in Mexican Cities: Homeless People and Panhandlers Targeted by Police
http://www.alternet.org/world/social-cleansing-mexican-cities-homeless-people-and-panhandlers-targeted-police
Non-governmental organizations in Mexico are presenting a complaint on November 2 before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights about government mistreatment and “social cleansing” of thousands of people living on the street in several of the country’s cities. Activists say the removal of homeless and poor people to places outside city limits violates their human rights. [Homeless people and panhandlers are frequently arrested and sometimes killed in the United States, especially the mentally ill.]

Cynthia McKinney will speak on "Empire," a post-election show on Al Jazeera English. America has elected a president and chosen a vision for leadership at home and around the world. Our guests will provide thoughtful analysis of what we can expect in the future as President Obama serves his second term. We will take a closer look at one of the fundamental polarizing forces of American politics: big government versus small government. How far can the President go to implement his agenda? And Empire will examine American leadership in an ever changing multi-polar world, and ask what image will America project in the next four years? The show will also be posted in its entirety on the website http://www.aljazeera.com/programmes/empire/

As director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill, I advocate for mandated mental health treatment for persons exiting jails and mental hospitals and subsistence assistance through AOT programs. I recommend that mentally ill persons start or continue psychiatric treatment to avoid crises. Many people oppose psychiatric medications to their own harm. However, there are abuses. Dr. Randy Short asked that I share the following videos with my readers.

MaryLovesJustice Blog Archive

Welcome to MaryLovesJustice blog archive, March 2011 to June 26, 2014. This writer started MaryLovesJustice blog after writing an article for publication at HubPages that was unpublished by the editors. It is called "Juvenile Justice: Kids 4 Cash." The U.S. Supreme Court was deciding whether children have the same right to protection against self-incrimination that adults have. Two cases were pending before the Supreme Court to determine if children can refuse to answer questions posed by police officers and social workers in their school setting without a parent or an attorney present and with no Miranda warning, and whether children's responses during interrogation under such conditions can be used against them in courts of law. Many articles have been added since that one.

This writer believes there should be no secret courts and secret court orders. Read and share any of the articles, in part or whole, as long as you place a link back to MaryLovesJustice blog at http://MaryLovesJustice.blogspot.com . This writer's primary blog is "EXPOSED: FreeSpeakBlog" at http://FreeSpeakBlog.blogspot.com. Thanks for your interest in justice issues from this layperson's perspective. For some reason, NSA seems to have inserted an invisible field between May and June 2013. Thanks.

The People's business should be conducted in public to ensure fair government. Whether or not that is done, rest assured that everything that was ever done in secrecy will be exposed. We have God's Word on that:

Ecclesiastes 12:14 For God will bring every act to judgment, everything which is hidden, whether it is good or evil.

Matthew 10:26 Therefore do not fear them, for there is nothing concealed that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known.

1 Corinthians 4:5 Therefore do not go on passing judgment before the time, but wait until the Lord comes who will both bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of men’s hearts; and then each man’s praise will come to him from God.

Luke 8:17 For nothing is hidden that will not become evident, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light.

We in America are promised open, fair governance without consideration for race, creed, color, wealth or health status, gender, national origin, or political affiliation.

Numbers 32:23 But if ye will not do so [keep your word], behold, ye have sinned against the Lord: and be sure your sin will find you out.
