America's Most Censored: Mary Neal

Why am I the most censored American?  Thirteen reasons are presented herein, using six(6) links plus signature links. The USA has many human/ civil rights activists, but I may be the only one who had a disabled brother secretly arrested for 18 days and murdered, with all requests for records and government accountability denied for over eight years.  (See Wrongful Death of Larry Neal.com  http://WrongfulDeathOfLarryNeal.com ). My disabled brother's secret murder proves that America does some of the same human rights violations as Nazi Germany did and China does. It is contradictory to attack countries for human rights violations while censorship and terrorism are used against an African American family for requesting records and accountability regarding the government murder of a harmless, middle-aged lifelong schizophrenic heart patient who was killed under circumstances the government REFUSES to divulge. The fact that Larry's lynching is being covered up by federal and local government agencies, including the Department of Justice, would negatively impact whatever administration is in power when wide disclosure is made. Other reasons for my censorship are in the thirteen numbered paragraphs and below:

1. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI), an online advocacy group I founded and direct to help decriminalize mental illness in America, which would be unprofitable for prison investors. The group and my advocacy at Care2 (use of email, Care2 News Network, Sharebook, and AIMI) have been taken over by stalkers who work for and/or are protected by government authorities that refuse to address their crimes by applying existing federal and Georgia State laws.

2.  Boycott 4 Justice: No Shopping on the 9th of any month during 2011. This is an initiative I started to give a financial incentive for corporations and government officials to be fair to the populace in America. If decision makers cared about our petitions and marches, Troy Davis would still be alive. Power responds to money and guns. Being a nonviolent Christian woman, I advocate boycotts like Dr. Martin Luther King used, i.e., the Montgomery Bus Boycott.

3.  Occupy Demand: Divest or Resign http://goo.gl/IGcqe  "Where a man's treasure is, there his heart is also." Americans expect officials to introduce and support laws that are detrimental to their own stock portfolios, but the Bible says that will not happen. I suggest that officials must divest themselves of corporate stock during the time they represent the People, or we will continue to compete with elected officials' wallets. We need to add a non-compete clause to officials' oaths of office to discourage antitrust violations among officials.

4.  The Cochran Firm Fraud: Exposed the fact that one of the nation's largest plaintiffs' law firms misuses Johnnie Cochran's name and reputation to attract and then defraud clients nationwide to benefit government entities and certain corporations. For lack of a better term, I call the program "CoIntelPro."

5.  Human Rights for Prisoners March - I conduct an online protest march against (1) criminalizing mental illness; (2) capital punishment; (3) solitary confinement; (4) trying and sentencing children as adults; (5) wrongful convictions; (6) prison profiteering (7) neglect of and brutality against prisoners.

6.  Through Internet articles, blogs, radio, and in-person demonstrations, I expose and oppose racism and class consciousness in the justice system as revealed by the denial of due process of law to the Neal family and victimized Americans of all races whose stories I publish in three blogs and social media, hoping victims and survivors will be helped and circumstances changed by decision makers, including voters as well as elected and appointed officials.

7.  I publish news proving the Constitutional rights Americans hold dear are being undermined and destroyed by (a) ignoring the rights of certain individuals and classes of people, and (b) enacting new laws that nullify Constitutional protections, supposedly for security. My focus is attacks against the First Amendment, especially net freedom. 8. I am Chairperson of the MacPhail/Davis Truth Commission, petitioning the Georgia Bureau of Investigations and the United States Department of Justice for a new investigation regarding Officer MacPhail's murder. See http://goo.gl/QjsiB - As a final request, Troy Davis asked us to "continue to fight this fight." 

9.  I expose and oppose covert Internet censorship and legislation that is intended to make it legal. Senate Bill 968 and House Resolution 3261 propose putting the Internet under the U.S. Justice Department, which I know to be corrupt.

10.  I expose and oppose officials' reneging on their oaths of office to uphold the Constitution of the United States, causing erosion of our civil and human rights. Some officials are lynching America. That is to say, they are following directives by 1700s slave master Willie Lynch, who advised: (a) occasionally show mastery over slaves by brutal beatings (police brutality) and deaths (executions); (b) control slaves' communication (media and Internet censorship), and (c) keep slaves so poor that they concentrate on their next meal instead of how to escape slavery.  Google my HubPages articles, "Lynching America" and "Food Stamp Slave Reparations," among others.

11.  My censorship and terrorism provide data for those who gather information for later application to more Americans:
(a) Observing how I overcome certain online censorship methods enabled the censorship teams to be more effective than when they were initially assigned to impede the spread of information about the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal six years ago. That is when my mother and I realized The Cochran Firm had defrauded us to protect Memphis/Shelby County Jail and our other intended defendants. I began writing online with the mistaken belief that getting more eyes on Larry's murder cover-up and The Cochran Firm fraud that is censored in mainstream news would result in fairness in our federal lawsuit;
(b) Officials gained an opportunity to assess how loyal human and civil rights organizations and media companies are to the New World Order based on whether they ignore such obvious and atrocious government abuses as Larry's murder and my persecution for seeking justice for him and others;
(c) Assessments can be made regarding how much oppression the populace will tolerate for themselves and others by observing the public's reaction to my news about mass incarceration and murders of the country's acute mental patients and other crimes against humanity.

12.  When it comes to abuses of power, the more you'll take, the more you'll get. Satisfied that Americans are sellouts and wimps, S.968 and H.R.3261 are before Congress to place the Internet under the Department of Justice, and Senate Bill 1867 is before Congress to authorize indefinite detention by the military for citizens with no criminal charges. The Army is advertising for INTERNMENT RESETTLEMENT SPECIALISTS (FEMA camps under S.1867?) http://goo.gl/aqlvM - Interestingly, biomass incinerators (very hot) are being erected across the nation near train tracks despite ecology concerns. Clergy Response Teams were trained by Homeland Security to keep Americans calm if/when Marshal Law is called. Meanwhile, more invasions are planned to enforce (similar) human rights globally.

13. Acting on Christian/Judaic beliefs is considered a national threat in a country that disregards human rights.  The Word is against capital punishment (Ps. 102:19-20), discrimination (Gal. 3:28), victimizing people (Matt. 25:40), and war without provocation (Romans 12:18). Censoring Mary Neal on Blogtalk Radio:   Hackers have gotten worse since I published an article about The Cochran Firm defrauding the African/Native American Ramapough People of NJ to save Ford. Mann vs. Ford was the subject of an HBO documentary released in July 2011. The Pharisees tremble to think that I am on air speaking to tens of thousands of people about their frauds against their own clients to help government entities and certain large corporations. To keep me off the radio, cyberdogs block the first character of my telephone number from showing so Rev. Pinkney cannot tell when I am on the line and put me on air for the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalk Radio Show.  The show airs at 5:00 P.M. EST. Taped shows are online. I do not know if hackers block my phone number from being completely visible to Rev. Pinkney by taking over my telephone or Rev. Pinkney's computer or by running interference at BlogTalk.  Many people call the show to comment or ask questions, but the show only lasts an hour and Rev. Hackers took over the Neal family's phone, email accounts, and I believe U.S. Mail, also, to prevent disclosure regarding The Cochran Firm fraud and to curtail Mary Neal's advocacy to decriminalize mental illness in America.  When I tried to call the show back, I reached a recording saying, "No Shows Scheduled for the Next 24 Hours."  Needless to say, the hosts were very interested in the fact that a Georgia Superior Court judge had pronounced The Cochran Firm nonexistent in the State of Georgia in order to deny my family due process of law regarding the firm's fraud to help Memphis /Shelby County Jail escape accountability for the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal (Google "Cochran Firm Fraud").

Publishing the article at NowPublic.com was very challenging.  An unseen hand was editing the document in cyberspace while I was inputting it.  After publication, the article disappeared repeatedly.  In fact, it was deleted AGAIN in mid-October. So far, some of the comments remain at this link.

Another deleted article was published at Care2.  It regarded Senate Bills 773 and 778 to give the president's office the power to shut down the Internet.  Apparently, the deletion served to eliminate Care2 members' comments on the bills (objections). Those bills failed. Now there is another bill pending for the government to decide what goes online and what stays there:  S.968

Is censorship practiced in America?  "Only when there is something to hide."  Wrongs should be corrected, not hidden.

I am censored and endure so much terrorism while denied police intervention that an online friend suggested I might be a Cointelpro victim.  The prison industry costs taxpayers $50 billion annually (PEW stats), and prison labor projects are also lucrative. Proposing that 1.25 million mentally ill inmates (over half of all prisoners) be moved to treatment facilities or community care programs attracts significant opposition in a system that is in part run by prison profiteers.  Of course, with FEMA centers being proposed in Congress (H.R. 645), we might actually be joining them soon.  Mass quarantines are on the table regarding enforced H1N1 vaccines.  That is government's interpretation of "tough love" - nullify the Bill of Rights and imprison citizens of the U.S.A. to save us from the new flu.  (See the Massachusetts Marshal Law Bill)

Andre Thomas has eaten both his eyes since imprisonment, but remains on Texas death row.  A judge ruled that Thomas is "crazy but sane under Texas law" (his words).

I have spoken with many police officers over a couple of years, and 100% of them agreed that mentally ill persons should not be jailed, but hospitalized.  It is not officers' or prison guards' decision to incarcerate the mentally ill, but rather, there are certain policy changes needed to stop the nation's mental patients from becoming inmates when they should be inpatients or outpatients, depending on their offenses.  With enforced care in their communities and subsistence assistance, many mentally challenged offenders could be delivered to wholesome lives, as proved by the success of Kendra's Law in NY City.  Program participants experienced around 90% decrease in arrests, homelessness, hospitalizations, and incarcerations compared to their situation three years prior to joining the Assisted Outpatient Treatment program.  AOT programs decrease recidivism, promote community safety, and are more humane and less expensive than continuing the cycle of arrest and re-arrest that hundreds of thousands of mental patients currently endure. Please ask your representatives to support AOT programs and H.R. 619.  Quality outpatient and inpatient services would be more humane and reduce cost.  Some of our representatives are working to improve the justice system.  As Attorney General Holder recently stated, real justice is more important than procedure.  eMail your reps at www.house.gov/writerep

In the post above, I announced that prisoner activists and human rights advocates are discussing a class action suit for psychiatric parity - treating mental illness medically, not legally.  Mental illness was largely moved from the health care system to the criminal justice system after hospital closures in the 60's and 70's.  Despite much suffering to mental patients, their families, and erosion of community safety, no money was saved for taxpayers.  Unfortunately, some mentally ill Americans are imprisoned without being charged for any crime whatsoever.  This started long BEFORE the Patriot Act:

LATEST ATTACKS AGAINST MARY NEAL'S ADVOCACY FOR HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS

I have had to replace or pay for wipe clean services on six PCs this year.  The cyberdogs take over the administrator's role on my computers and use that position to access my passwords and edit my work and impede my computer input.  At the same time, I am prevented from being compensated for any of the ads that run on my hundreds of articles and blogs because I am denied an AdSense account for some explained reason. That makes me a slave - one who works, but her proceeds go to another. 

Because I recently put my phone number on some flyers and gave them to attendees at a Second Chance Act meeting in Decatur, Georgia, Cointelpro attacked my phone number.  Callers are misinformed that my number is not in service - (678) 531-0262.  Only calls from usual callers like family members and close friends are allowed to get through now.  I called the number from numerous phones and had others to call, and our connection was denied.  Furthermore, the rejected calls did not register on my phone's list of missed calls.  I have changed my phone number three times this year.  They probably force me to abandon my phone numbers so that when people see them online at my articles, they really will be non-working numbers.

I made films of the computer interference used to intimidate me regarding our advocacy for justice for Larry Neal and other mentally challenged people as well as prisoners.  A young woman was visiting my home one night when the lethal injection bed with my name underneath it kept appearing on pages I opened online. She wrote and signed an affidavit about the cyberterror that I filed in United States District Court, Northern District of GA in our second lawsuit against The Cochran Firm. Police stopped her on her route to work Friday, November 20, 2009, dragged her from her car, and beat her so badly that she had to be transported from the scene to the hospital. They broke her toe, kicked her in her sides, drug her down the street to the gutter, and an officer sat on her neck until she passed out, and sent her to hospital in an ambulance. Why did this happen on November 20, 2009?  It was probably because I had rented the Decatur Community Center to give area children a venue to give a talent show at 6:00 p.m. on November 20, 2009.  We believe my witness was beaten because people were concerned about my family speaking to the crowd about our terrorism.

The cyberdogs deleted my ability to access the Internet with my home computer to force me out of my home.  I was on Twitter using the computer in my neighborhood library, and the library's Internet suddenly went down and stayed down for 30 minutes.  The librarian said that had only happened once before. Perhaps it was a coincidence, but I have too many coincidences.  I believe the cyberstalkers' employers fear that minorities and other disenfranchised people will learn that The Cochran Firm is a government agency set up to trick us after police abuse and deaths by police.  They don't want the world to know about THE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD.

I am stalked online and in person to hide CRIMES by government officials and The Cochran Firm regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, abuses and murders of other prisoners, police brutality, and the intention to erect concentration camps through H.R. 645 to incarcerate millions more people in the "land of the free, home of the brave" for crimes such as refusing to accept H1N1 vaccines of mystery drugs for which neither the government nor the vaccine manufacturers will accept liability for injuries or deaths that follow.  If that sounds like a conspiracy theory to you, it is only because you did not read or hear about the Massachusetts Martial Law Bill, which passed on October 13.  H.R.645 failed, thanks in large part to online advocacy against the bill from thousands of people.  Now S.968 threatens our ability to protest online.  Resist oppression.

They do not want others to learn that O'Reilly is far from being the only elected official who cares nothing about the Constitution.  Most of them don't care enough about it, or they would tell my family how Larry Neal was murdered in Shelby Co. Jail in 2003, investigate his murder and prosecute the officials who filed fraudulent reports with the DOJ that omitted his death, and allow our case against The Cochran Firm to go to jury rather than have judges say that The Cochran Firm does not exist in Georgia.  They would also stop mistreating 1.25 million mental patients by cruel imprisonment when they should be treated in hospitals or their communities depending on their conditions and criminal offenses.

Health care has been the main issue in 2009.  Please ask your favorite mainstream media company why they refused to report H.R.619 was before Congress - a bill that was proposed in January 2009 to resume Medicaid for inpatient mental health care.  Ask your representatives whether they believe in  using prisons or hospitas and community care for America's acute mentally ill.

Cyberstalkers use all manner of computer interference and cyberterror against me - pictures of coffins, pictures of abuse to children (I have grandkids), etc. to discourage my advocacy for compassion and justice.  As you know, my mentally and physically handicapped brother was murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail on Aug. 1, 2003  ( see http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com ).  Authorities choose to do nothing about his murder - not even investigate it.  We sued The Cochran Firm for its fraud (pretending under contract to work as our wrongful death attorneys but really they made sure our suit against the jail was never filed).  The Georgia Superior Court judge ruled that our suit was served wrongly since THERE IS NO COCHRAN FIRM OFFICE IN GEORGIA (an outright lie).  On September 27, 2008, I was accosted by four vehicles and one USDOT truck in my neighborhood.  The problem is that lots of money has been spent to set The Cochran Firm up as a law firm to trust across the country, but their real motivation is to prevent or minimize damages to police departments and others when black and brown or other disenfranchised citizens are killed or wronged.  I expose the fraud, so I am victimized. Apparently, they now seek to intimidate my witnesses. The Cochran Firm enjoys protection by authorities for whom they work.

April 25, 2011 Update:  Because I have edited this document twice to make the links live and both times the cyberdogs interferred, and because this is the second locale where I have been stalked today to prevent my net freedom, and because cyberdogs continuously destroy my PCs at home, and for many other reasons, I will picket THE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUDS downtown Decatur today during rush hour when workers leaving their jobs will be able to read my sign.  On one side, the sign has WRONGFUL DEATH OF LARRY NEAL.com and on the other side, COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD.  People need to know America has regressed to slavery for minorities and working class whites.
