America's Sold-out Negro Leaders
When Africans in America have justice issues, people ordinarily suggest that we go to our "leaders" for help. But they may not be aware that many "leaders" have joined the New World Order and operate against the interests of 99% people. See Rev. Sharpton flash the pyramid. The NAACP entered a lawsuit to benefit defrauded homeowners against Wells Fargo. But the lawsuit was promptly dropped when the bank agreed to fund a NAACP Convention. The Black Congressional Caucus in 1986 supported stiffer sentencing for crack than for power cocaine, resulting in racist laws that unfairly targeted African Americans for a disproportionate incarceration rate that continues today. Wikipedia states, "The Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986 created a 100 to 1 sentencing disparity for crack vs. powder cocaine possession . . . a racist law which discriminates against minorities. The Congressional Black Caucus backed the law, implying that the law cannot be racist." On New Year's Eve 2011, President Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), with provisions for indefinite military internment of Americans without criminal charges. If NDAA is ever used to encamp African Americans, other nations must not think that is not racist because blacks helped to pass the bill and sign the internment orders. It is traditional to use blacks against other blacks in America. It started with loading the slave vessels in Africa. Presidential candidate Ron Paul promises to PARDON ALL INMATES WHO WERE CONVICTED OF NONVIOLENT DRUG OFFENSES and give addicts treatment instead of punishment. Paul's pardons would restore tens of thousands of black families. Ron Paul is also against NDAA concentration camps, World War III, extrajudicial assassinations, and the death penalty. Accomplishments under the leadership of Attorney General Eric Holder include covering up the police lynching of a mentally, physically disabled black man, Larry Neal http://WrongfulDeathofLarryNeal.com . Larry was secretly arrested (kidnapped) for 18 days and killed in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. The United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) was in overview of the jail after the publicly-owned correctional facility was sued by the United States in 2000 for its pattern of inmate brutality. Rather than upholding the law, the feds in overview of the jail allowed Shelby County Jail to file fraudulent reports in its Release Hearings in 2006 that omitted Larry Neal's arrest and murder. All of Shelby County's officials who signed the false reports are corrupt and should be jailed for defrauding the USA. I cannot tell if Allen is pursuing DNA tests from the information at his petition. The petition sponsor points the public to a Facebook page that supposedly carries twelve pages of information, but the Facebook page seems to be unavailable. I am against capital punishment in any event, so I signed the petition and relay to you in this article the cyberstalking I experienced.

Paragraph 2 of 3 --- I had trouble with that petition site before. Please post Billie Allen's petition with another service, not Change.org or Care2. See what happened to my Change.org petition regarding a new investigation into MacPhail's death to exonerate Troy Davis post mortem, called "Davis MacPhail Truth Committee Petition" http://dmtruth.blogspot.com/2012/04/davis-macphail-truth-committee-petition.html - I posted the petition for Officer MacPhail's death to be investigated again by the Georgia Bureau of Investigations and the United States Department of Justice, because the police investigation that led to Troy Davis's conviction and execution was faulty. I posted the petition at Change.org on November 13, 2011, but it was dated at Change.org as September 21, 2011. That meant most people reasonably believed it to be a petition to save Troy Davis, which it was already too late to do in November when my petition went online. They did not know this was a petition to investigate MacPhail's murder and possibly issue Troy Davis a post mortem exoneration, because Change.org dated it wrong.
Paragraph 3 of 3 --- The sabotaged petition for Billie Allen made three strikes on Change.org petitions regarding condemned people:1) Troy Davis petition was mis-dated, I was denied the option to post a photo or video; 2) Billie Allen's petition led to "Change.org is Down for Maintenance" on June 11, 2012; and 3) Billie Allen's petition had a message that I could not share with friends because I had reached a sharing limit (which must be zero, since I shared no petitions today). Therefore, I suggest that prisoner activists, especially for condemned persons, find a more honest petition site or one with better security, whichever the case may be. (There should be three(3) numbered paragraphs, two(2) links, and two(2) photos in this article. Cyberstalkers did something to the links. They should be blue, but on my view they are gray. They are hired to help prison investors and executioners keep their crimes under cover and continue to victimize people with wrongful convictions and executions.) Blessings!

AL Ignores Thomas Arthur's DNA Test Results; DP March 29

Cyberstalking regarding numerous condemned inmates, especially Thomas Arthur, could fill volumes. Alabama intends to kill Thomas Arthur on March 29 despite his DNA test results that proved his innocence. Sometimes God allows horrible things to happen to accomplish some greater purpose. For instance, when Alabama kills Thomas Arthur despite having proof of his innocence (the DNA test results Judge Pulliam has under court seal), his sacrifice should help abolitionists get capital punishment repealed throughout America.

Arthur's execution seems like premeditated murder in a state where the civil rights movement began. Arthur's execution despite his DNA test results proves that the State of Alabama still disregards the rights of Americans and it further proves something I have propounded for years: the lives of whites in the working class like Thomas Arthur and Cameron Todd Willingham and Hank Skinner and Philip Workman have no more value for elitists than the lives of black people. All working class and poor people in America as well as wealthy people with a sense of justice must unite to overcome racism and class consciousness. In John 9, disciples ask Jesus Christ why a certain man was born blind; did he sin or did his parents sin? Jesus replied that the man's handicap was for the glory of God. Everyone recognized what a great miracle it was for Jesus to heal the man who had been blind all of his life. The man's disability helped to convert many people to Jesus Christ. Similarly, when people see the cyberstalking I endured for years advocating for Arthur learn about the DNA test results which the court sealed to execute Arthur despite his innocence, many people will be converted and become DP abolitionists.
We will use Arthur's murder as proof of the urgency to do God's will and eliminate capital punishment. (Psalm 102:19-20) (Hebrews 13:3) (Prov. 31:8-9). So although another innocent man is being murdered, Arthur's death will make him a martyr. Numerous times the injustice system has killed people like Troy Davis whose guilt was highly doubtful, but Arthur will probably be the system's first victim whose conclusive proof of innocence was deliberately ignored. His execution will make Judge Pulliam and the State of Alabama another crowning example of why the government must be divested of the power to execute people. Therefore, Thomas Arthur will not die in vain, but his murder will bring glory to God by helping to eliminate capital punishment.

In the html view, they were using lots of codes. Now the only code I see around targeted text is "   ". They put the html code for nonbreaking space at the beginning and end of whatever data they plan to make invisible, ineligible for printing, or unavailable for cellphone viewers who do not select "go to page 1." I am not a cyberstalker. I do not know how they make the code for nonbreaking spaces perform censorship functions, but they do.

CONTINUED EXPLANATION OF PROBLEM - If you recall, I had significant trouble on Sept. 1, 2009, advocating for Thomas Arthur. Stalkers attacked Care2 eCard functions and Gmail to prevent my publishing the fact that Arthur had passed his DNA test and Alabama planned to execute him anyway. Arthur was wrongfully convicted before definitive DNA testing was available, as I understand it. He had begged for DNA tests for decades before finally being allowed to take the test in February 2009. When his results came from the forensics lab eliminating Arthur for all items tested, Judge Pulliam quickly put his test results under court seal and everyone just pretended he never took and passed a DNA test. Arthur's daughter said to me in July 2009 that Arthur's attorneys were not allowed to announce Arthur's test results, and I suppose the media is obeying the Alabama court order sealing the results until Arthur is murdered. It reminds me of Troy Davis, who was under a court order to shut up about his innocence claims because they were so compelling. DNA test scores are even more compelling than that, so they were sealed and ignored.
About two or three weeks ago, stalkers locked me out of my online advocacy group, Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI). As a matter of fact, I am locked out of Care2 altogether. When I log in, I get a MICROSOFT error message saying the computer must close. I have to see when Alabama issued the death warrant for poor Mr. Arthur. Maybe someone ordered my cybercensorship team to keep me out of Care2 until Arthur is murdered. When they were about to kill Hank Skinner while denied DNA tests in 2010, they only issued a DoS against me at Care2 Network News. [That may be important. I must see what date Alabama applied for and/or received the death warrant for Thomas Arthur. It may match the date they locked me out of Care2!]
It was hard work, but I posted the news about Skinner's execution at individual Care2 groups, some of which have over 40,000 members (like Amnesty International group). Many other people were advocating to save Mr. Skinner, also, of course. Our collective and individual efforts on behalf of justice must have touched the Supreme Court's sense of decency, and Skinner was granted a stay of execution. Amazingly, Texas was about to murder Skinner again last November without ever having given him the DNA test! Again, a judge did the right thing and stopped the Texas ax. Honestly, Google, I do not know what is WRONG with these people! A video showing the CYBERSTALKING I went through to help Skinner should be in my YouTuve channel JKEMPP703.
They gave themselves the right to arrest people in the USA without criminal charges and hold people in indefinite military detention in concentration camps under NDAA. And they plan to kill two Americans: Arthur, who already passed his DNA test, and Skinner, who they won't even give a DNA test at his own expense. As you know, they secretly arrested my mentally, physically disabled brother for nearly three weeks and murdered the lifelong schizophrenic heart patient under circumstances they keep secret and assigned me a censorship team (I don't know who "they" is, Google. If it were just one or two officials thinking this way, I would wonder if they had mental illness. You know experts say 1 in 5 Americans is mentally challenged. But literally hundreds of officials and judges are thinking about Americans: "murder" "mass arrest" "murder" "mass arrest." It is truly amazing to me. You remember they killed Troy Davis without irrefutable proof of guilt in September. That was sad, too. I tried to petition the USDOJ and GBI for a new investigation into Officer MacPhail's murder, but my Change.org petition was sabotaged by the censorship force. They made the Davis/McPhail Truth Committee petition appear online dated Sept. 21 instead of November 13, 2011. Sabotaging the date of the petition made everyone think it was another petition to SAVE Troy Davis, and folks did not open it because Davis was dead already. These cyberstalkers assigned to contain Mary Neal's advocacy against wrongful executions and mass incarceration are very devoted to Satan, Google. And they hate gospel music, too.
Maybe after they kill Thomas Arthur, they will have a big discussion about why his DNA test results were ignored like the arson report in Cameron Todd Willingham's wrongful execution that indicated there had been no arson and therefore no murders. And maybe after Arthur is dead, they will let me resume using my Care2 membership. You may recall that they deleted 11,000 of my Twitter tweets in December 2010 right before the Georgia prisoners staged the nation's largest prison uprising.
Prisoners in 4 to 6 correctional facilities did a prison labor strike. Mainstream media mostly ignored it like they were probably told to do, but people were very involved in telling the story online. Therefore, they eliminated 11,000 of my tweets to omit my tweets from showing when people searched online for "Georgia Prison" or "Human Rights for Prisoners." They did not want the masses to learn about Larry's secret lynching, probably. When news about the GA strike died down months later, they let me have my tweets back. America's Most Censored: Mary Neal
1. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI), an online advocacy group I founded and direct to help decriminalize mental illness in America, which would be unprofitable for prison investors. The group and my advocacy at Care2 (use of email, Care2 News Network, Sharebook, and AIMI) have been taken over by stalkers who work for and/or are protected by government authorities that refuse to address their crimes by applying existing federal and Georgia State laws.
2. Boycott 4 Justice: No Shopping on the 9th of any month during 2011. This is an initiative I started to give a financial incentive for corporations and government officials to be fair to the populace in America. If decision makers cared about our petitions and marches, Troy Davis would still be alive. Power responds to money and guns. Being a nonviolent Christian woman, I advocate boycotts like Dr. Martin Luther King used, i.e., the Montgomery Bus Boycott.
3. Occupy Demand: Divest or Resign http://goo.gl/IGcqe "Where a man's treasure is, there his heart is also." Americans expect officials to introduce and support laws that are detrimental to their own stock portfolios, but the Bible says that will not happen. I suggest that officials must divest themselves of corporate stock during the time they represent the People, or we will continue to compete with elected officials' wallets. We need to add a non-compete clause to officials' oaths of office to discourage antitrust violations among officials.
4. The Cochran Firm Fraud: Exposed the fact that one of the nation's largest plaintiffs' law firms misuses Johnnie Cochran's name and reputation to attract and then defraud clients nationwide to benefit government entities and certain corporations. For lack of a better term, I call the program "CoIntelPro."
5. Human Rights for Prisoners March - I conduct an online protest march against (1) criminalizing mental illness; (2) capital punishment; (3) solitary confinement; (4) trying and sentencing children as adults; (5) wrongful convictions; (6) prison profiteering (7) neglect of and brutality against prisoners.
6. Through Internet articles, blogs, radio, and in-person demonstrations, I expose and oppose racism and class consciousness in the justice system as revealed by the denial of due process of law to the Neal family and victimized Americans of all races whose stories I publish in three blogs and social media, hoping victims and survivors will be helped and circumstances changed by decision makers, including voters as well as elected and appointed officials.
7. I publish news proving the Constitutional rights Americans hold dear are being undermined and destroyed by (a) ignoring the rights of certain individuals and classes of people, and (b) enacting new laws that nullify Constitutional protections, supposedly for security. My focus is attacks against the First Amendment, especially net freedom. 8. I am Chairperson of the MacPhail/Davis Truth Commission, petitioning the Georgia Bureau of Investigations and the United States Department of Justice for a new investigation regarding Officer MacPhail's murder. 9. I expose and oppose covert Internet censorship and legislation that is intended to make it legal. Senate Bill 968 and House Resolution 3261 propose putting the Internet under the U.S. Justice Department, which I know to be corrupt.
10. I expose and oppose officials' reneging on their oaths of office to uphold the Constitution of the United States, causing erosion of our civil and human rights. Some officials are lynching America. That is to say, they are following directives by 1700s slave master Willie Lynch, who advised: (a) occasionally show mastery over slaves by brutal beatings (police brutality) and deaths (executions); (b) control slaves' communication (media and Internet censorship), and (c) keep slaves so poor that they concentrate on their next meal instead of how to escape slavery. 11. My censorship and terrorism provide data for those who gather information for later application to more Americans:
(a) Observing how I overcome certain online censorship methods enabled the censorship teams to be more effective than when they were initially assigned to impede the spread of information about the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal six years ago. That is when my mother and I realized The Cochran Firm had defrauded us to protect Memphis/Shelby County Jail and our other intended defendants. I began writing online with the mistaken belief that getting more eyes on Larry's murder cover-up and The Cochran Firm fraud that is censored in mainstream news would result in fairness in our federal lawsuit;
(b) Officials gained an opportunity to assess how loyal human and civil rights organizations and media companies are to the New World Order based on whether they ignore such obvious and atrocious government abuses as Larry's murder and my persecution for seeking justice for him and others;
(c) Assessments can be made regarding how much oppression the populace will tolerate for themselves and others by observing the public's reaction to my news about mass incarceration and murders of the country's acute mental patients and other crimes against humanity.
12. When it comes to abuses of power, the more you'll take, the more you'll get. Satisfied that Americans are sellouts and wimps, S.968 and H.R.3261 are before Congress to place the Internet under the Department of Justice, and Senate Bill 1867 is before Congress to authorize indefinite detention by the military for citizens with no criminal charges. 13. Acting on Christian/Judaic beliefs is considered a national threat in a country that disregards human rights. Justice Gagged re Sick Vets
PARAGRAPH 1 --- (15 paragraphs, 8 links carrying a cyberstalked post at Care2 beginning "Hello, AIMI members and online guests" and continuing for 9 paragraphs that comprise the total 15, signature block. They even attacked the AIMI post after I republished it here, because the 1st paragraph mentions Sgt. Russel, a soldier they know they did wrong.) Troy Davis was placed under a gag order years ago to prevent him from saying, "I'm innocent. Listen to my evidence. Please help me." I am not actually behind bars like Mr. Davis, but someone issued a gag order for Mary Neal, also. My Internet usage is monitored and controlled 24/7 to prevent me from advocating for Troy Davis and other victims in and by the injustice system, including my mentally, physically disabled brother who was murdered after nearly three weeks of secret incarceration in Memphis/Shelby County Jail in 2003. Larry Neal's death and my family's denial of justice that followed led me to become a prisoner activist and human rights advocate for poor and middle class Americans and world citizens who are either already imprisoned or intended to be slaves in the New World Order that is coming to power according to Revelation.
PARAGRAPH 2 --- When I publish articles, comments, tweets, Facebook posts, polls and petitions online, there is always interference by the censorship team. Usually I publish whatever is being done to censor an article within the article itself. Sometimes that detracts from the substance of the information being relayed. Therefore, this blog will be used to expose the censorship attacks against my advocacy to give ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL, expose THE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD, support workers' rights and conduct our HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS MARCH (Google capitalized terms). Sometimes my articles and other publications are attacked and illegally edited.
PARAGRAPH 3 --- In addition to my work being edited as I type, as can be seen on the video "PRISON LABOR PROFITS" I posted at YouTube channel jkempp703, numerous online posts I made were actually deleted in desperation to hide whatever injustice we exposed therein. For instance, my polls at Voting Central were deleted after they had been read by thousands of people because they weighed public opinion regarding 1) DNA testing rights for inmates who claim innocence; 2) whether Thomas Arthur, an Alabama death row inmate, should be executed despite the fact that his DNA tests revealed he did not match any of the evidence tested; 3) whether Americans should have town hall meetings before setting aside the Bill of Rights; and 4) whether my family should sue The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm for the third time for defrauding my elderly mother and family as our wrongful death attorneys. Five polls were deleted after a continuous fiasco of my password not working, my comments being blocked, and my polls being omitted when Voting Central publicized polls at Twitter, etc. The unethical attorneys at The Cochran Firm (under new management) contracted with us under a secret conflict of interest then secretly withheld our lawsuit against Shelby County Jail while sending us lying status reports though U.S.Mail fraud until the Tennessee statute of limitations was at its end. PARAGRAPH 4 --- Rather than continue to interrupt the flow of my articles to complain about cyberstalking, it seems prudent to start a blog to record the interference, post videos of the real-time cyberstalking that happens every time I go online, and notify the public of deleted work. I believe the public should know what the cybercensorship team deletes, as that information may be most relevant.
PARAGRAPH 5 --- Tonight I was disheartened to discover that my photo of HOMELESS VETERANS was deleted from my Care2 page. I wrote a discussion post about the cyberstalking and had trouble posting it at Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI), the human/civil rights group I founded and direct. Finally, when the discussion point published at my Care2 group, I realized that I made an error when directing the public to Google my Care2 Share "What About Our Soldiers: A Discussion on PTSD by Mary Neal." I mistakingly wrote "What About Our Veterans." Authoratives (that's what I call them) do not want the public to know that prison investors await withdrawal of our troops hoping to incarcerate soldiers who act inappropriately due to PTSD. This happened in California, a state that faces bankruptcy because of prison profiteering. Whatever was done to kill my brother was so horrible that authoratives refuse to respond to federal subpoenas or release records about Larry's fatal incarceration under the Freedom of Information Act. We figure poor Larry might have been used to train enhanced interrogation experts in waterboarding techniques, because Shelby County Jail was under the jurisdiction of the United States Department of Justice, which was doing that to people in Guantanamo at the time.

PARAGRAPH 8 --- Hello, AIMI members and online guests. As we reported previously, up to 54% of military personnel involved in combat have some level of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). AIMI published a petition to SAVE SGT. RUSSEL, who was a 44-year-old communication specialist from Sherman, Texas. He served 16 years in the U.S. Army. Sgt. Russel was near the end of his third tour in Iraq when he allegedly gunned down five fellow service members at a Baghdad combat stress clinic when he was being escorted AWAY FROM the clinic where he had acted disorderly. The clinic was the only place on base that could have helped the soldier and saved his comrades, but Sgt. Russel was removed from the clinic without psychiatric treatment he went there to receive. Sgt. Russel was charged with murder. He is no cold-blooded killer, but a soldier who broke under the stress of continuous combat missions. I understand that Sgt. Russel was tried for murder, but cyberdogs (the censorship team) prevents my learning what was done to punish the soldier for being sick. Whenever I try to open a link about him, cyberdogs kick me offline or redirect my browser (even when I am away from home, because they send stalkers to observe what computer I use at public libraries or computer rental businesses and take them over, also). PARAGRAPH 2 --- When I publish articles, comments, tweets, Facebook posts, polls and petitions online, there is always interference by the censorship team. Usually I publish whatever is being done to censor an article within the article itself. Sometimes that detracts from the substance of the information being relayed. Therefore, this blog will be used to expose the censorship attacks against my advocacy to give ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL, expose THE COCHRAN FIRM FRAUD, support workers' rights and conduct our HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS MARCH (Google capitalized terms). Sometimes my articles and other publications are attacked and illegally edited.
PARAGRAPH 3 --- In addition to my work being edited as I type, as can be seen on the video "PRISON LABOR PROFITS" I posted at YouTube channel jkempp703, numerous online posts I made were actually deleted in desperation to hide whatever injustice we exposed therein. For instance, my polls at Voting Central were deleted after they had been read by thousands of people because they weighed public opinion regarding 1) DNA testing rights for inmates who claim innocence; 2) whether Thomas Arthur, an Alabama death row inmate, should be executed despite the fact that his DNA tests revealed he did not match any of the evidence tested; 3) whether Americans should have town hall meetings before setting aside the Bill of Rights; and 4) whether my family should sue The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm for the third time for defrauding my elderly mother and family as our wrongful death attorneys. Five polls were deleted after a continuous fiasco of my password not working, my comments being blocked, and my polls being omitted when Voting Central publicized polls at Twitter, etc. The unethical attorneys at The Cochran Firm (under new management) contracted with us under a secret conflict of interest then secretly withheld our lawsuit against Shelby County Jail while sending us lying status reports though U.S.Mail fraud until the Tennessee statute of limitations was at its end. PARAGRAPH 12 --- I hate the idea of veterans transitioning home from the battlefield to become prisoners of war in America - incarcerated for mental wounds they suffered while thinking they were serving their country. Whether or not we agree with the war, occupation, invasion, conflict (or whatever you call it), we should all care about our men and women in uniform and support them. Supporting brave military people does not include jailing them for offenses that arose out of mental illness they might not have had if not for military service. But prison profiteering is spreading in America like an airborne disease, and no one is exempt from being used by capitalists in the prison system that preys on poor and middle class citizens and immigrants.

I was congratulated by another human rights activist this week. When he learned that my computer use is monitored and controlled 24/7, he said, "You must be doing good work." Whereas I appreciate his compliment, I wish America really was a place where citizens have free speech and freedom of press, even if what we want to use freedom of expression for is to petition government for a redress of grievances and take a stand for active duty military people and sick veterans. You would have to ask a cyberdog why the font and line spacing change throughout this article. I discovered a couple of years ago during my family's lawsuit against The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm that certain parts of my articles are coded to be ineligible for printing and copying. Maybe that was also done to this article.
