I signed a petition to STOP EXECUTIONS at halabol. I received notification that an account had been started for me at that social media. NSA got mad. The notice advised that if I used the link in the email, I would be taken to a page to change my password, because the link was only good for one use. I was taken to the social media, but not to the page to create a password. I found the page to input a password by searching for it. Unfortunately, NSA controls the world wide web. I received a denial of use for that page, which I recorded below:

I went ahead and made a page for "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" at Halabol, although the censorship team might delete it. It is at this link:

Hello. I founded and direct an online advocacy organization to decriminalize mental illness in America, where 1.25 million mentally ill people are cruelly imprisoned for conduct arising out of their health condition. Because incarceration is a very profitable enterprise in the United States, I encounter great difficulty posting news about this subject and incur persecution. For example, I am not allowed to complete the entry to have a password here at Halabol. See this web page: "Mary Neal Allowed No Password at Halabol" http://justicegagged.blogspot.com/2013/08/mary-neal-allowed-no-password-at-halabol.html
Since the censorship staff may have assigned a password for me at Halabol, they may come behind me and delete this description. Mercenary Pharaohs think that making money is much more important than caring about people. The propensity to imprison America's most vulnerable citizens is a source of hardship for thousands of families, especially since the mentally ill comprise 60% of those inmates enduring solitary confinement prison torture.
The alternatives to imprisoning the mentally ill are (a) hospitalizing them, or (b) releasing them to community care under an assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) program, depending on the inmates' offenses and ability to function outside a controlled environment.
AOT programs (mandated psychiatric treatment and subsistence assistance) reduce arrests, homelessness, hospitalization, and incarceration by up to 85% among program participants. Of course, not all mentally ill inmates should be released to community care programs. Some require long-term or even permanent hospitalization. But indigent and middle class mentally ill people in America need hospital insurance to cover inpatient treatment, which was removed in the 1970s. And there is a great need for more hospital beds to handle the demand.
Mental illness is the only chronic health condition that is penalized, although the brain is an organ like one's heart or kidneys. Members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill object to criminalizing a health condition and hope you will, too. Homelessness, prison, and death are inappropriate answers to acute mental illness in the 21st century. Please Google "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" for more information.
Blessings!
Mary "Loves Justice" Neal
