Ignoring Decency and the Law

The City of San Francisco is asking the Supreme Court to read an exception into the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) that Congress didn't write into it: that the ADA does not apply to police encounters. Mentally ill Americans already account for at least 50 percent of the police victims in America, and over half the nation's prisoners are mentally ill to some degree. Apparently, those numbers are intended to rise in San Francisco, where city officials applied to the Supreme Court to ignore the ADA and allow the killing of mentally ill people more liberally. Even if San Francisco police were given the right to ignore ADA, as they apparently desire, that would not excuse the secret arrest (kidnapping) and murder of an American citizen with investigation, inquest, and explanations withheld. What happened to my brother, Larry Neal, is much worse than the disregard of his disabilities, which San Francisco so brazenly requests. Even stripped of the protections under ADA, people in San Francisco would still have their constitutional protections. Larry was treated like the Constitution omitted him. My brother's murder under secret arrest was the total disregard of his humanity as well as his American citizenship. Larry's unrequited murder after 18 days of secret incarceration gave evidence that this nation has forsaken God's laws and man's.

That is why stalkers were assigned to censor me to hide Larry's kidnapping and murder. They know exactly how abhorrent their crime was and that Larry's murder is impossible to explain except by acknowledging their savagery and illegitimacy as government employees and public officials. Larry's kidnapping and murder prove they are exactly like the sadistic Nazis who murdered 300k people who were labeled as being mentally dysfunctional in Germany BEFORE beginning to exterminate minorities (blacks, Jews, homosexuals and dissidents) during the Holocaust. Millions of people were killed in Germany for the same reason that Larry died: Larry was kidnapped and killed simply because he was different, and his difference irritated people who felt they had the right to exterminate him like a fly at a picnic.

Although decision makers feel no remorse for their crime, they recognize that most people still think of kidnapping and murder as being morally wrong and criminal. Therefore, exactly like Nazi Germany, they employ censorship to limit disclosure. Because of my persistence, you know about the wrongful death of Larry Neal by reading my articles. Hundreds of thousands of people in America and in foreign countries also know, including media companies, politicians, human and civil rights organizations. 

Your quiet acceptance of Larry's kidnapping and murder emboldened them to pass laws that made arrests without criminal charges legal under NDAA, with trials denied. Even assassinations of Americans under those conditions were legalized. Don't you hope that nobody in officialdom ever sees you as a fly at their picnic?

Retaliation Against Plaintiffs - Tucker vs. OKC PD and The Cochran Firm

Many people are victims of police violence in the United States. Lawsuits filed after such incidents are a form of whistle blowing. The quality of the tape is very poor ONLY when Mary Neal speaks. I imagine a stalker sat with a scrambling device to prevent my clear delivery. It is very important for African Americans to get important consumer information about The Cochran Firm frauds. Since mainstream media will not report that law firm's continuous frauds against black clients like Mr. Tucker and myself, it is up to us to report our own deprivation of due process in American courts because of this suspected CoIntelPro program.

Christopher Tucker reports that he was severely beaten and Tasered repeatedly by Oklahoma City police officers. Oklahoma is said to be the Taser capital of the USA. He was then charged with resisting arrest and taken into custody. Tucker contracted with The Cochran Firm to defend him against the resisting arrest charge without knowing The Cochran Firm was not licensed to practice law in Oklahoma. The Cochran Firm allegedly took Tucker's case and charged a large fee - over $12k, but had no intention of actually representing Tucker. The Cochran Firm allegedly paid an Oklahoma lawyer just $500 to handle Tucker's defense but gave the local lawyer no information and documentation for Tucker's case. Therefore, Tucker lost his criminal court case. Tucker next sued The Cochran Firm and Oklahoma Police Department. Tucker reports that after litigation began in those cases, so did police retaliation begin against him. Antonio Martin Change.org Petition Espionage

I would like to know HOW and WHY I am credited with getting people to sign a Change.org petition that I neither signed nor recommended to anybody. I disagree with this petition statement: "I’m certainly not saying that kid [Tamir Rice] or Antonio deserved what they got. They didn’t. Well, I can’t be sure about Antonio as of yet, but it would appear to me, that’s not a gun in his hand."

I do not wonder if "Antonio deserved what he got". I clearly saw his cellphone in the slow-motion video that was removed from Facebook immediately after I shared the film, and nobody deserves being fatally shot for attempting to tape police. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled taping police as being a constitutional right. STOP crediting me with getting people to sign the petition that expresses doubt about Antonio when I have no doubt about what I saw on the film that was so hastily removed. I have no way to authenticate the video, especially since it disappeared, but the FBI does and should. However, in my experience, the Justice Department covers for police.

I perceive this petition as an attempt to get people to sign a statement saying they doubt that Antonio Martin had a gun rather than a petition saying that they clearly saw a cell phone in his hand, which 97k people saw like I did on the (unauthenticated) slow-motion video that was removed from Facebook. I have never seen the other two videos mentioned in the petition that allegedly show a bystander in white pants in the frames or a policeman running, falling, and shooting.

I planned to capture proof that when I access the petition link on Change.org, that petition site offers me an opportunity to sign the petition like it did this morning, but that changed while I wrote this article.  Change.org now offers me an option to share the petition on Facebook as though I already signed it. God bless Edward Snowden. Because of his sacrifice, Internet tricks are easier for the People to believe even without evidence that was destroyed. Below are three screenshots. As far as I know, Facebook members are unable to delete messages that were sent or received from their message histories.

As far as I know, Missouri police do not have the capacity to manipulate data on the Internet at either Facebook or Change.org, but somebody does. Therefore, I assume this is further proof that the feds protect police when blacks are killed. I first learned that this happens when the USDOJ protected the Memphis Shelby County Jail when my disabled brother, Larry Neal, was secretly arrested and killed there in 2003 (see the link to the "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" website in my signature block below).

I would appreciate it if everyone who calls me at (678)531-0262 would be prepared to record what they hear when the phone rings. I have been told that a white man answered my phone when my niece called my cell phone number twice on December 26 and that he rudely told her she cannot reach Mary Neal at that number. Another relative asked me the next day me if I had changed my voice mail message, and I had not. He said it was a different voice mail message played when he had called my number. My phones are redirected (to my stalkers) to prevent my communication, and I would like to hear your tapes. As director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI"), I offer up to 100 people who have/had mental illness or mentally ill relatives (or their victims) an opportunity to report negligence, abuse, and wrongful deaths to me by phone or by commenting at my articles. We plan an action in International Court in 2015 to win restitution for the claimants.

Regarding AIMI vs. USA, I discovered last night that nobody could reach our website for that International Court action from my blog "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill." Because of espionage involving the Antonio Martin videos and petition, I believe Martin had no gun. Antonio Martin Shooting Close-up Shows Cell Phone

ANTONIO MARTIN SHOOTING - CLOSE-UP ~ NSA, FBI, CIA or someone stole the video of #AntonioMartin being shot in Missouri from my Facebook page. I cannot authenticate the video like the FBI can and should, but it clearly showed that Martin reached for his cellphone while speaking with police, probably to record the conversation. The rectangular face of the cell phone is illuminated in the video.

The Facebook video had over 97k views and over 200 comments. Several friends had viewed it at my wall and commented on the video, including the three below:

Not only is the video gone from my page, but it also disappeared from its source at "Justice for Eric Garner" community. Although the Martin video had been widely viewed and was on its way to going viral, it disappeared time I shared it.

Somebody got censored or paid off to delete the video. It was much clearer than the one at YouTube, featured in this article. I suppose that is why "they" had to delete it. It was a slow motion video that showed every motion very clearly. The video embedded in this article from YouTube has one interesting point that the slow-motion video at Facebook did not have. It shows Martin running away from police. It might be interesting to learn where the bullet(s) struck him.

I'm thinking of going into business. Over 97k people saw the slow-motion video that was removed from Facebook, but it remained online until minutes after I shared it. I am so censored that politicians and public figures who have negative publicity online can pay me to feature the articles and videos they want removed. If I feature them, NSA, CIA, FBI or other stalkers will immediately come out of nowhere and zap them! I'm really beginning to feel SPECIAL in an insulting way.

I wrote the poem below after one of my telephone stalkers answered the phone when my niece called me twice last night ("they" sometimes redirect my phone number to ring at their house or headquarters). She said it was a very rude white man who told her she could NOT reach Mary Neal by calling 678.531.0262 (my cell phone number).

More often, they redirect my phone calls to be answered by THEIR voice mail, then delete the messages people leave for me so that I won't know they called. They sometimes forget to also remove the calls from my "calls missed" list. I think it is insulting to have such sloppy stalkers. It is almost as bad as The Cochran Firm's lie when we sued them for fraud: "We have no law offices in Atlanta," they told the court. It was obvious perjury that Georgia judges accepted in the Neals vs. The Cochran Firm cases. Therefore, I am not as surprised as some people are about the denial of justice in U.S. courts for Brown and Garner and other blacks who were killed. I tried to open Facebook today when I saw an alarming email message from that service, headlined "Washington Times: Obama’s Planned Use Of Military Against American Citizens."

In 2011, a bill was introduced in Congress by House Judiciary Committee Chair Representative Lamar S. Smith (R-TX) and a bipartisan group of 12 initial co-sponsors to allow censorship against all Americans. SOPA included a provision to redirect Americans' searches and do other offenses that had been done to MaryLovesJustice for years prior to the effort to curtail everybody's freedom to read and upload what they wanted to on the Internet. SOPA did not pass, but neither did the censorship against MaryLovesJustice end. I post computer attacks against me and censorship against other Americans in "Justice Gagged" blog. 

Like many Americans, I feel it is time for Missouri to do something right. A MISSOURI BILL WOULD BAN MATERIAL SUPPORT AND RESOURCES TO NSA. I urge Missouri to pass that bill.

Mr. Scrooge Cyber Stalkers

I WISH you could come to my MaryLovesJustice pages JUST ONE DAY and not see posts about deaths in custody and deaths by police and justice denied. When I was a teenager, I'd pray that I never have to live in a war torn country. I did not realize until I was nearly 50 that America is a war zone, and being either black or mentally ill or poor qualifies people to be treated as enemies. And if you really want trouble, try writing about it!

Today started out just fine. I posted a few Christmas songs and made a holiday greeting for my online friends. Then I looked at the poems I published at MaryLovesJustice blog using my cell phone (a very standard, inexpensive phone similar to the ones the government gives poor people to use), and I saw how different the page looked for those cellphone users. The greeting was not in view at all, and both poems had an extra space after each line. The stanzas were not separated with a line space at all like they are on the computer view of the page. See

Cyber stalking makes me furious. I believe the agents deliberately do it to earn overtime. First they interfere with something I post, then I post more injustices that are common in the United States, like unrequited police murders, killings of mentally ill citizens (including U.S. veterans), and brutality against homeless people. That gives greedy cyber stalkers more to censor, so we continue for hours longer than if they had never interfered with my posts. Do you wonder whose money pays them? I do not.

Our Claimants meeting for Saturday, December 6, was canceled. BlogTalkRadio is apparently having a crisis or was attacked. I pay for the premium membership. The time of our meetings - 9am Pacific Time - is only available for premium members. I have notified Blogtalkradio, and we believe the problem will be fixed for tomorrow's meeting. I will contact the United Nations on Monday, December 8, to see how it may be able to help us communicate. Claimants have had numerous problems communicating that seem to be sabotage since we started meeting in September 2014. Hopefully, the United Nations has a way to help people to organize who experience interference.

Naturally, the USA does not want to be sued regarding negligence, torture, and wrongful deaths of mentally ill Americans, and prison investors do not want to lose their 1.25 million sick inmates when mental illness is decriminalized, so Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill Claimants' plans to take the USA to International Court in 2015 are censored.

As a child growing up in a small Tennessee town in the 1960's, we would occasionally be treated to barbecue from "The Hut." Black patrons paid the same price for their meals as whites, but we were not allowed to eat inside or use the front carry-out window. It is now illegal to deny equal services to African Americans like Mary Neal or mentally ill people like those represented by Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) under her direction.
