I am blocked from scheduling the following radio program: "JUSTICE FOR JUAN ROJAS"
Janice Howe reports, "Juan Rojas is a 37-year-old enrolled member of the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe who is currently serving two life sentences for sexual abusing his ex-girlfriend's two daughters. The girls were actually still virgins when examined by the doctor. The expert witness testified that the rape kits were inconclusive due to the fact that hymens grow back together all the time! The ex-girlfriend has a history of blaming men for sexually molesting her daughters whenever a boyfriend breaks up with her. She made these same false allegations against her ex-husband, but her daughters recanted their false statements against their father during his trial. Her daughters were going to recant their testimony against Juan Rojas, also. But due to prosecutoral misconduct, they did not. When their grandmother died, the U.S. Prosecutor, Mikal Hanson, went to the funeral told them that if they did recant their testimony against Rojas, their younger brother and sister would be taken away.
Before falsely accusing Juan Rojas of child molestation, the ex-girlfriend had accused Juan of raping her in state court, and the charges were dropped. Then the feds ended up prosecuting him in federal court for the sexual abuse of her daughters. He was wrongly convicted in a corrupt court process. Please help Juan Rojas regain his freedom."
Janice Howe is Juan Rojas' cousin. She had arranged for numerous family members and witnesses whose testimony was blocked at Rojas' trial to appear on the radio broadcast that was to be scheduled for 11:00am, February 1, 2014, on the Human Rights Demand channel at Blogtalkradio. Each time I tried to schedule the broadcast, I received the following error message: "You cannot schedule any more shows this month. You have reached your limit for scheduling shows this month." That is not true. I have only scheduled one show for the month, and it recurs every Thursday at 1:00 p.m.
WHY is Blogtalkradio and/or NSA preventing the Native Americans from giving testimony in favor of Juan Rojas, a wrongly convicted man whose ex-girlfriend continually alleged sexual impropriety against men when they broke up with her, a man whose prosecutor went to a family member's funeral and threatened witnesses not to recant if they wanted to keep their young children, a man who was convicted based on false expert witness testimony by an "expert" who said the girls could have been raped and their hymens "grew back together; it happens all the time"?
Neither Blogtalkradio nor NSA should be involved in prison profiteering - keeping innocent men and women behind bars for prison investors by blocking the TRUTH from going forward.

Native Americans' children are regularly removed from their families and reservations and put in the foster care system. A common allegation is child molestation, which ordinarily remands Native American men to prison for decades. Juan Rojas was offered a plea deal that required only two years incarceration, but Rojas kept his dignity and refused to plea bargain. He maintains his innocence. Therefore, Rojas has been imprisoned for nearly a decade of his two life sentences.
All over America, defendants are jailed for lengthy terms when they refuse to misrepresent themselves as being rapists, murderers and attempted murderers, child molesters, and robbers by accepting guilt for crimes they did not do. Some Americans are denied trials altogether and kept incarcerated for years and years to force a plea deal. (See the next article, "Blacks 4 Cash"

Juan Rojas is not the only wrongly convicted man. It has been estimated that America imprisons between five thousand and ten thousand innocent people every year. When wrongful convictions occur, defendants are frequently denied new trials on new evidence, and many others are denied DNA tests to prove their innocence. Wrongful convictions occur in part because prison investors care more about profits than people. Unfortunately, there is no barrier to elected officials, justice officials and officers of the court being private prison stockholders. This means that elected representatives who pass "tough on crime" laws, judges, prosecutors, and even defense attorneys gain financially every time anyone goes to jail. This is both a conflict of interest and insider trading.

The president and other government officials would have us to believe that NSA benignly monitors Americans' Internet usage. Censorship recorded throughout this Justice Gagged blog seems to indicate that NSA or some other stalkers use their control over the Internet in order to censor Americans at major Internet sites like Blogtalkradio, especially human and civil rights advocacy for justice reform.
The justice system seems to still be involved in a "Cowboys and Injuns" war against Native Americans. Wikipedia reports: "During the French and Indian War, in June 12, 1755, Lieutenant Governor Spencer Phips of Massachusetts Bay colony was offering a bounty of £40 for a male Indian scalp, and £20 for scalps of females or of children under 12 years old. In 1756, Pennsylvania Governor Morris, in his Declaration of War against the Lenni Lenape (Delaware) people, offered '130 Pieces of Eight, for the Scalp of Every Male Indian Enemy, above the Age of Twelve Years,' and '50 Pieces of Eight for the Scalp of Every Indian Woman, produced as evidence of their being killed.'"
