(kidnapped by police), incarcerated for 18 days while police denied having
him in jail, and murdered (Memphis Shelby County Jail). That happened in

They sometimes pretend to be people you communicate with with via email, and the email boxes do belong to your friends, but the mail comes from "them." This is a method used to get you to share private information.
They can stop communication with any party at any time - by phone, mail and email, a talent I am quite familiar with as America's most censored.
Just wanted to make sure you know exactly what Congress did last week in allowing them to continue surveilling Americans. It is NOT merely about "watching," but censorship.
